Visitors with the “more income” look are treated much better here. We were told there were no places available in the shade. We were placed directly in the sun. The visitors after us were free to choose where they wanted to sit. There was also no greeting from the kitchen. Portion sizes are not fair for the price. Not long ago you could get more for this price at this restaurant. Service wasn't friendly. I won't go there again.

We have been guests in this restaurant for over 10 years and have brought countless new guests with us. But it was the last time since July 2023! The boss himself doesn't take the complaints seriously! Not very professional! But what you then experienced transcends everything. - Wrong food brought was very disappointing and the boss gives incorrect explanations, an apology would be appropriate. - The food was incorrectly calculated (by the boss personally). I had rump steak with fried potatoes and onions (onions were not roasted but boiled). Price was €25.00 The boss charges me rump steak with chanterelles (which I didn't have) 32.00 euros!!!! The boss doesn't take this seriously either, he took the money, no new calculation. An apology would be in order, but instead he laughed at me. This is not how you behave towards any guest, especially not the regulars. Very unfortunate.

Just WOW! Service friendly and attentive, it couldn't be better!

The Fettucine Asparagi/Gamberoni is ok, but just on the salt limit (a grain more and it would be over salty), but a whole TWO! Shrimp... dio mio, that was a bit very economical, one shrimp was nice as a decoration on top, the second one cut into five pieces in the pasta. The tortelloni below average, also hard on salt, dry and the pasta dough too hard. You don't have to go there again...

Wir, älteres Paar, sahen uns über den Tisch gezogen. Bei dem Wusch nach einem Glas Wein zu einer hochpreisigen Flasche ohne Nennung des Preises animiert zu werden - sei es drum. Die zwei aufgedrängten Grappa nach Ende der Mahlzeit hielten wir - wie üblich - als Geste des Hauses. Aber nein: 26€ für zwei Gläschen. Nach Durchsicht der Rechnung unter Protest das Lokal verlassen. Da schmeckt kein Essen.

Food was very tasty, waiting time was underground, alleged transmission error, waiter had no plan and made a false statement, didn't even dare to come to our table anymore...1 plus point for the free espresso as compensation.....

Food was very good, but the waiting time of 1.5 hours was unacceptable. Waiter lied to us that there was a lot to do, another waiter explained that the orders for 4 tables had not been transferred and brought a fantastic espresso as compensation.

Der türkische Chef, der versucht auf Italiener zu machen , war eher kühl. Unfreundlich zu seinen Angestellten, die nur Hilfsarbeiten machen durften. Das Essen wurde zum Teil im Gastraum zubereitet, obwohl direkt daneben Gäste saßen. Die Speisen schmeckten sehr gut , waren nur viel klein ( eher Vorspeisengröße) und dafür überteuerte Preise. Der Service war mäßig freundlich. Das Geschirr wurde abgeräumt obwohl am Tisch noch gegessen wurde. Es wurde nicht nachgefragt ob wir noch Dessert oder etwas anderes möchten. Wir mussten alles einfordern. Lokal nicht zu empfehlen.... Nie wieder...

The prices are reasonable. All in all, a thoroughly successful evening. I'm already looking forward to the next time. Keep it up!

Qualität der Speisen weiterhin sehr gut. Allerdings zu teuer: Spaghetti aus dem Parmesanlaib kosten inzwischen ohne Trüffel so viel wie noch vor vier Monaten mit Trüffel (24 Euro). Pasta-Portionen sind sehr klein geworden. Service im Frühjahr drinnen top, jetzt im Sommer mit anderem Personal sehr geschäftsmäßig und mit wenig Wohlfühlathmosphäre.

If the terrace is full, you basically have to shout at the other person if you want to have a conversation. The pizzas came to the table lukewarm. The amount of pasta is not enough.

The food is good, nothing out of this world. The service was quite bad... we ordered a beef carpaccio and it came with pieces of fresh mushroom on top, something that was not described in the menu. After arguing with the waiter and after looking at the menu again, they realized that it was not described that It had mushrooms. The person who ordered it is allergic to that type of mushroom and even though it was their mistake, they charged us for the dish. The prices are very high for the quality and flavor.

Food very good 👍 Waiters are very unfriendly and only make an effort to acquaintances and regular guests, who are greeted with a handshake and kisses on the right and kisses on the left. Eat like in Italy. Minimalist, but with the perfect balance of ingredients. Ravioli with shrimp in saffron sauce and calzone with triple garlic if desired are simply perfect. San Pellegrino bottles large and small. Wheat beer from the regional brewery in Kirn and a glass of perfectly chilled Lambrusco. We've seen the experienced emcee here for years. At first he seems harsh ("why didn't you make a reservation"), but his heart is in the right place. Guests he knew from the Karl Aschoff Clinic received perfect advice (spaghetti spaghetti alla chitarra with large prawns). Fantastic terrace on the Nahe with a view of the Elisabethenquelle wine pavilion opposite in the spa gardens. Our favorite Italian in Bad Kreuznach.

What else should you write here??? Just really great. The starter is still missing from the pictures. Tortellini filled with lobster cream. Wonderful food. Friendly, attentive waiters who are always willing to say something casual. Again and again.

So at the price of €15.50, the pizza should be done, with a little more on it.....the fettucini, tossed in a parmesan cheese wheel, were very alldente, but without any taste. The seating is very nice, the service is okay, but the food has to taste good too!!!!!!!

What is advertised here is sophisticated, fresh cuisine. The salad Tagliata di manzo su letto di insalata grilled rump steak strips with mushrooms was anything but that. The lettuce leaves had collapsed and the portion was only the size of a side salad: four thin slices of a sliced ​​mushroom, two slices each of cucumber and tomato, little meat and some green salad. The price of €17.50 is unreasonable and does not correspond to the service.

Geworben wird hier mit einer anspruchsvollen frischen Küche. Der Salat Tagliata di manzo su letto di insalata Rumpsteakstreifen vom Grill mit Champignons war alles andere als das. Die Salatblätter waren zusammengefallen und die Portion hatte lediglich die Größe eines Beilagensalates: vier dünne Scheiben eines aufgeschnittenen Champignons, je zwei Scheiben von der Gurke und Tomate, wenig Fleisch und etwas grüner Salat. Der Preis in Höhe von 17,50 € ist völlig übertrieben, unangemessen und entspricht nicht der Leistung.

As a "lone eater" I was assigned a seat outside the terrace. No tablecloth, the table wasn't even wiped down. Without asking me, my pizza was generously seasoned with oil, salt and pepper. What do the people who are supposed to eat low salt do?

Top service, nice location, good starter, but pizza that could be improved. Visually, the pizza looks as if a cheaper dough was used, and it tasted that way too. The tomato sauce also tastes quite neutral. Doesn't correspond to the rest of what I was able to experience today. The waiter was on point, friendly and had time for a chat. Very nice. The ambience by the river is of course wonderful in warm weather. Please improve the pizza.

Nice restaurant nearby. Well-stocked but not overloaded menu. There is also a day ticket. The service is very friendly. The food is freshly cooked. By that I mean, the pasta is aldente, the vegetables are seasonal. The food is tasty and well seasoned. We currently go once a week and can recommend the restaurant. PS: The fish soup is particularly amazing!

Hatten für Silvesterabend einen Tisch bestellt. Saßen direkt am Fluss. Schönes Ambiente. Das Essen war superb und der Wein 🍷 sehr aromatisch. Der Service war erstklassig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Dieses Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Got a spot on New Year's Eve without a reservation. My table was on the river side, I liked the atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and the food was simply excellent. Also the red wine and the table water was great. I will gladly come again.

Essen geschmacklich sehr zu empfehlen. Lediglich die Portion der Gnocchi fiel etwas klein aus. Die Vorspeisenplatte war schön bunt gemischt (Vitello, Caprese, Bruschetta, Schinken und Scampi). Sehr lecker! Das Tiramisu ist schön cremig und man schmeckt die Mascarpone (ich liebe auch mastiges Titamisu, dieses ist aber genau die gute Mischung und liegt nicht schwer im Magen)

Absolut empfehlenswertes Lokal. Das Essen ist qualitativ sehr gut und wird auch schön dargeboten.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen zum Service nicht nachvollziehen. Heute Mittag bin ich im Al Fiume eingekehrt, weil mich das angepriesene Mittagsmenü gelockt hat. Ich wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Und das Essen war hervorragend: die Bruscetta auf einem extrem leckeren Brot mit sehr gutem Olivenöl und garniert mit ganz frischem knackigen Rucola. Danach hatte ich Linguine mit Pfifferlingen und Gambas - ebenfalls köstlich! Und das Essen hat sehr gut harmoniert mit einem Grauen Burgunder von der Nahe. Ich war das erste Mal dort, aber ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Und ich hoffe, dass ich beim nächsten Mal noch Platz habe für ein Dessert 😉.

Es war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt, leckeres Essen guter Wein und Gute Bedienung.

Das Essen war köstlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend , Service sehr freundlich & aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist einmalig mit direktem Blick aufs Wasser. Wir freuen uns auf die nächsten Besuche .

Everything was perfect from carpaccio till desert. Fast service and everything was check by the owner before serving. Free apperitiv at the end. I can recommend this restaurant.

Dass der Service-Chef unfreundlich ist, ist bekannt. Man fühlt sich nicht recht willkommen. Nun scheint auch die Kochkunst abhanden gegangen zu sein. Linguine mit Pfifferlingen waren total mit Knoblauch verwürzt. Statt Genuss nur Verärgerung. Lokal war mal empfehlenswert. Nun nicht mehr.

Essen war okay kein burner, die Optik war sehr gut, die Menge nichts für hungrige Menschen, der Preis lag am oberen Rand was ich dafür ohne weitetes ausgeben möchte. Ambiente lebt vom Ausblick in den Kurpark nicht vom Restaurant im Außenbereich.

Lecker aber zu kleine Portionen für zuviel Geld. Der Service unaufmerksam mit seeehr viel Zeit. Es hat 20 Minuten gedauert, bis wir Getränke bestellen konnten. Bis diese kamen, vergingen noch einmal 20 Minuten. Die Essensbestellung konnten wir bis dahin nicht aufgeben, da lediglich 2 Kellner den Aussenbereich bedienten, von denen aber nur einer die Bestellung aufnehmen durfte. Unsere Bestellungen, 4 Salate und 1 Pizza, kamen 30 Minuten nach Aufgabe der Bestellung, aber leider alle zeitversetzt, die Pizza wurde ganz vergessen und kam lauwarm an den Tisch, als alle anderen fast schon fertig waren. Die Salate bestanden aus nicht einmal einer Handvoll Salatblätter. Für weitere Getränkebestellungen musste man fast betteln. Fazit...entweder hatten die Herrschaften einen extrem schlechten Tag, oder es ist ihnen egal ob die Gäste ein zweites Mal kommen. Wir tun es auf jeden Fall nicht noch einmal.

Wir besuchten das Restaurant "Al Fiume - Genuss am Fluss" in Bad Kreuznach zur Mittagszeit. Neben der unfreundlichen Bedienung (schnippisch, unnötige Bemerkungen) sollten wir auf die Bestellung (nicht das Essen!) bereits 20-30 Minuten warten, obwohl die Tische nur zur Hälfte besetzt waren. Unsere Nachfrage nach dem Grund löste bei der Service-feindlichen Bedienung weitere Unfreundlichkeit aus. Wir bestellten u.a. Pizza. Mir war bis dahin nicht klar, dass man noch irgendwo so schlechte Pizza zu überteuerten Preisen bekommt: Jede Tiefkühlpizza aus dem Supermarkt wäre besser gewesen. Weil es meine Frau nicht schaffte, den Pizzaboden mit dem mitgelieferten Messer zu schneiden (Boden war hart wie Beton, Messer nicht scharf), baten wir die Bedienung, ein brauchbares Messer zu bringen; dies tat sie zwar, ihre Laune verschlechterte sich aber weiter und eine dümmliche Bemerkung derselben setzte dem Ganzen noch die Krone auf. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, jemals in einem Restaurant kein Trinkgeld gegeben zu haben, an diesem Tag war es aber so weit. Unsere Empfehlung: Meidet dieses Lokal mit unfreundlicher Bedienung, schlechter Pizza und hohen Preisen!

Sehr leckeres Essen, aber gehobene Preise. Für das Ambiente und den sehr guten Service, zahle ich aber gerne etwas mehr.

6 Personen, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Vitello tonato: könnte etwas mehr Soße vertragen, war lecker. Salate m gebratenem Lachs gut. Pizza sehr lecker m dünnem Teig. Pasta mit frischem Sommertrüffel ein Gedicht! Im Sommer direkt an der Nahe sitzen macht italienisches Flair.
