Went there spontaneously for dinner. My penne and bruscetta were fine, it definitely tastes better at home. What annoyed us, however, was that my friend ordered a "veal with green pepper" like it was on the menu, not a word about cream or sauce anywhere. (And we don't necessarily know all the specialties either) FYI : he is lactose intolerant, a little, but large amounts still cause problems. Then his dish was served with lots of cream and apparently also cheese. When we asked why it was with cream, we were told that we hadn't canceled it, the name was on the card, we should have known... My friend felt very harassed and then simply said that it was ok is that it fits... I didn't think it was okay at all. The boss came by again and said that if there weren't too many problems, he shouldn't act like that and eat it... Excuse me??!!!

Bad food and incorrect menu or the dishes do not correspond to the description. When paying, it's worth taking a close look at the bill. We tried to bill two dishes twice. But (just) the location is nice 🙃

Unfortunately it wasn't a nice experience and we were annoyed. The waiter tried hard, but was unable to provide any information about the preparation of the food. Our pasta dishes were prepared blandly and carelessly - we completely forgot about the seasoning. It wasn't enjoyable... Cooking yourself would have been cheaper and a lot tastier. It's a shame, because the view from the terrace is promising.

Unfriendly staff and communication was non-existent.

They added things to our bill we didn’t order, and refused to take them off the receipt even after explaining that we didn’t order these things. The food was okay, very salty, the atmosphere was nice and cozy, just sad they didn’t care to give good service

Good location. Wanted to try a lot. We ordered only hot dishes and drinks, and sat and chose salads and sweets, as they are usually prepared faster. But the manager made claims that we ordered small. This is the first time for me. The desire to order the rest is gone. The mood is ruined. I do not recommend. The manager yells at the staff. The waitress is afraid to say anything and sends you to the manager.

We took pizza with us to eat outside on the wall by the river - I can also recommend it ;). The pizza was 10 out of 10, super tasty! Therefore I cannot rate the service/ambience. What's very cool: you can go punting and have pizza delivered from the water :).

We sat down to eat pizza and ordered it. Since we weren't very hungry, we ordered a pizza and two drinks. Even though he took the order he brought the pizza to the customers who came after us and told us it was yours. When we asked why he gave a ridiculous reason like you just ordered a pizza and said to me: “Don’t go, the waiters have no respect for the customers.”

The food is nothing special, though a bit overpriced. The staff were very inadequate, and their idea of lemonade is to bring us a Schweppes, which was just idiotic. I wouldn't go there again.

Very, very cruel, nothing to do with Italians. We were brought a pizza without tomato sauce and cheese and another pizza was burnt. Service was a disaster

We called this Italian restaurant and asked if they served pizza without pork salami but with turkey, since we don't eat pork. Unfortunately, the owner's reaction was disappointing. He suggested that we go to the Turkish shop if we wanted to eat without pork and said he didn't want to have any problems with us. We didn't understand what he meant by "problems with us." I found this answer rude and felt misunderstood. We just wanted to eat pizza and were treated unkindly instead. Very disappointing and not what I expect from customer service. ---

On our punting trip today we had ordered the pizza in advance to pick it up from the window. The fact that it wasn't ready after 20 but 35 minutes didn't matter so much, since we arrived at the window a little later. You probably have to accept a waiting time of 5 to 10 minutes in the boat... I found 50 cents for the box unusual, perhaps a Tübingen specialty? But the prices (e.g. Vegetaria €17.50) are identical to those in the restaurant and without service and with a reduced VAT rate of 7% instead of 19% in the restaurant! The pizzas were good, but neither particularly large nor of particularly high quality for the price. If we go punting again, we probably won't dock there again.

Terrible, I can only agree with the other bad reviews. Totally overwhelmed staff, food didn't come in full despite demand. And we really had a lot of patience. When I paid, the item was still on the invoice. The boss collected the money himself. When he pointed out to him that we didn't get these dishes, he became cheeky and then said, pay whatever you want, I don't have time. No, we obviously pay for what we eat and drink. Long story short, we won't go there anymore

Pleasant setting with a nice view on the river Neckar. Our pasta dishes were delicious and the drinks were good too. Price was quite reasonable all things considered. They were even able to accommodate a dietary restriction. Unfortunately, the owners were shortstaffed and working the tables themselves as their table staff was unreliable.

I just can't recommend it everything was terrible, service, food. The employees were very unfriendly, especially the old man who argued with everyone the whole time

We've eaten there many times, it was never really great, but today my little son wanted to go to the toilet before punting, but the waiter refused to do so in a very rude manner. It's a shame we wanted to go there for dinner afterwards, so it's done for the future!!!! Luckily there are more child-friendly restaurants 😉

The three of us had dinner there on Father's Day. I had a very manageable Vitello Tonnato. When I ordered I asked what bread was included. The really nice cellar said pizza bread. When I was sent downstairs to pay to a very rude woman, I paid €5.10 for the bread! When I asked why there was no bread in the Vitello Tonnato, she was very flippant and said it wasn't a bakery! My love for a Vitello Tonnato always includes a piece of bread and the statement was completely off base and very rude!

Unfortunately, I can't really comment on the food or coffee, since about 2 minutes after entering I left. We are tourist, and stupid of us to be unprepared for a sudden rainstorm in Germany. We just wanted to quickly duck into a restaurant for a coffe to warm up a bit on the way to the train station. So, we enter the restaurant around 19:00, no one else there and after the experience, I can see why. The waitres led us to a table, as she puts down the menu, I politely say we aren't really going to eat, we would just like a coffee. She replies, "No eating?" And i say "No, thank you." and with the worst attitude she loudly exclaims "This is a restaurant!" Throwing her palms out in front of her towards us and looking me dead in the eyes with her eyebrows raised and mouth agape. I was so taken aback and honestly it took me one second to decide this is not a place that I will support. So we walked out. The lack of just general manners but also kindness to a fellow human (who will still be a paying customer) is so disheartening. It's one of those places in a good spot, that prey on tourist who they know won't be returning customers and that is how they get by.

terrible restaurant! I don't recommend it! Rude behavior from the waitress on the open terrace. Anyone who just wants to drink beer or coffee will be thrown out because we don't have any food to order. First question: Do you just want drinks? If the answer is yes, you will be asked to leave the restaurant. that is inappropriate! I ask the management to pay attention to this!

I don’t recommend it, look for a place with more friendly service. We wanted to drink beer, we were very rudely asked to leave and not occupy the table!!!

They were out of pizza. So pasta then. It took you 40 minutes to place the order. In the meantime I was in the very run-down toilet, there wasn't even a toilet seat. The dish was ok, but cannot compete with other Italian restaurants. And the portion was too small for the high price.

The ambience is nice. I recommend outdoors rather than indoors in the summer. The other family members' pizzas were very good. Unfortunately, my lasagne was a little burnt on the bottom. The unburnt one was very tasty. The service made an effort and was good, but when I went out to eat with my family the operator had a problem because we asked him to put tables together. Last time we didn't ask and he had the problem that we didn't ask. The toilets are in poor condition. Broken doors, a dirty floor and there are no toilet seats. Overall, I was happy. My impression left me a little disappointed. With such a great location, you can do a lot more with this restaurant.

That was the worst experience I ever had in Tübingen. Although the pizza was somewhat passable, the innkeeper was very rude and rude. The prices are also very high.

We got a table straight away, which was all well and good. But we had to We waited a good 30 minutes until we were served for the first time. After another 30 minutes, more like 45, we were told that we should cancel the starter, otherwise we would have to wait several hours. We did that too, the noodles were ready quicker. We waited another 20 minutes until the food finally came. This one was mediocre when it comes down to it. The sauce was almost the same for the two dishes and was rather bland. The wrong pasta was also served, I had changed my order. No spoons were served either. Of course, the service wasn't to blame for our waiting time and was always friendly. Nevertheless, she didn't care much about us; others were probably more important. So unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant.

With a friend we wanted to buy an Aperol to drink at the Neckarmauer. When we arrived at the restaurant we asked if we could buy something to take away. The guy working at the bar asked the owner or manager how much he charged for the Aperol (in Italian), to which the manager replied that he would charge for it. When we wanted to pay we had to pay 17 euros for two Aperol which were already served. I asked if the glasses had a deposit (because of the high price). The manager became aggressive and literally started attacking us. When we went to return the glasses he continued to harass and insult us. The worst experience I've ever had in Tübingen.

Everything was to my taste, the pasta was delicious and the advice to take the tiramisu was spot on, the atmosphere was relaxed. The waiter was very attentive at all times. Thank you for the nice evening

One star and that's too much. bland food, 0 service, nice atmosphere, grumpy owner! The only one to welcome the customer and the waiter well... I will never go back there again!!!!!!!

Normally deserves 0 stars Pizzeria la Torre. I ordered a pizza with arugula and parmesan cheese and the waiter brought me spaghetti with arugula. Then I said I didn't want to wait any longer after the pizza if he had ordered wrong in the kitchen anyway. Then he says I have already ordered pizza, what should I do with pizza. So of course he lied, I took pizza with me and gave it away to a beggar down the bridge in Tübingen. Of course the poor man was happy because the pizza was still warm. Condition very unfriendly and disrespectful. I can't recommend it more and we'll never come back here. There are better pizza places.

The food there is really very tasty! My husband, son and I ate there on New Year's Eve yesterday. The waiter was very overwhelmed and even gave us the wrong price😂 Well, they gave us €2 too little but then didn't say anything else. I didn't find the service that good either to be honest. I wouldn't say unfriendly, but I had the impression that I was strangely slightly annoyed. It's a real shame for this restaurant in this class.

A few years ago we were here several times and were always very satisfied back then. Unfortunately, the last visit was disappointing. A pity. Food was okay, service grumpy, prices too high.

Terrible attendance. I was afraid to eat, so I just asked for water. I recommend cleaning this unfriendly and hostile place.

We were last there a few years ago Just wanted to eat a good pizza. Unfortunately we were seriously disappointed. The dough was raw, the base was charred, and the whole thing was topped with inedible olives and strange cucumbers. Nobody seemed to care about our complaint. The restaurant will not be able to survive like this. At 9:30 p.m. the store was already empty. Getting a good reputation takes years, a bad one takes two days. We definitely won't go there again. A pity.

My daughter and I wanted to spontaneously go out for dinner there on a Saturday. After a long wait we were told we could take a table outside. When we walked up the stairs, all the tables were still occupied. We waited and the waitress and another lady walked past us a few times. When we noticed that there was a lot of “traffic” on the terrace and no one was paying any attention to us - except the beggars, we decided to leave...

Tourist trap at its finest. We waited an extra 20 minutes in the heat for a table because the view of the Neckar is wonderful and the owner literally begged us to just "wait a moment". Conditions are unfriendly (a couple at the next table actually complained because they didn't leave quickly enough after paying), the boss was overall very unsympathetic and tried to embezzle part of the change, drinks aren't on the menu and then later showing up on the bill as completely overpriced and the pizza was really the worst I've ever had. The bottom was dripping with oil and completely black at the bottom, with tomato paste (as a sauce) and a tiny bit of tasteless cheese on top. It's really not worth it

Lecker, nettes Personal, schöne Aussicht!

Ich war gestern dort und habe die Speisekarte von einer Dame erhalten. Ich wollte so gerne Pasta Bolognese essen. Ich fragte, ob das Schwein oder Rind ist die Dame antwortete gemischt. Daraufhin sagte ich schade, ich wollte Bolognese essen. Die Dame sagte freundlich, es gebe auch was anderes. Ich wollte diese nicht und die Dame richte mir aus, mit einer erhöhten Stimme: dann kann ich nichts machen. So kann man mit dem Kunden nicht umgehen.! Essen schmeckt lecker, nur die Mitarbeiter sollten etwas freundlicher mit den Kunden umgehen.

Ich habe hier Pizza gegessen und es war okay. Für ein italienisches Restaurant sogar eher schwach. Wenn es die Pizza aus einer Dönerbude wäre, dann wäre die Pizza wirklich gut, aber für ein italienisches Restaurant naja. Der Rand usw. auch knusprig, also nicht so fluffig wie man es kennt.

Weil es an diesem Tag sehr heiß war sind wir innen gesessen. Die Einrichtung und der Blick auf den Neckar ist toll. Der Service war gut. Wir haben das Tagesangebot bestellt. Das kam auch ziemlich schnell kam. Pizza und Pasta waren gut. Zum Tagesessen war auch noch ein Salat dabei, der auch sehr gut Das Preisleistungverhältnis war klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The food was okay but not what I expected from Italian restaurant

Gutes Restaurant in toller Ambiente. Wir haben die Kellner und sämtliches Personal gut gelaunt und professionell erlebt. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Essen war sehr lecker. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben zu zweit je eine Tagesessen-Pizza mit Salat gegessen, auf der Terrasse, und waren sehr zufrieden. Frische Zutaten, perfekte Zubereitung, freundliche Bedienung.

Solider echter Italiener mit Standardkarte - aber das was wir gegessen haben war perfekt. Sehr geeignet für erste Dates und so.

Preis/Leistung einfach nicht gegeben.

War zu Besuch in Tübingen und wurde hierhin zum Abendessen ausgeführt 😊... Die Altstadt von Tübingen, mit ihren verwinkelten Gassen, dem Auf und Ab der Straßen und Wege, den sehr schönen und gut erhaltenen Fachwerkhäusern ist wunderschön und für einen Städtetrip (mit Schloßbesuch) sehr zu empfehlen 👍👍👍... Der Weg zu der Pizzeria führt über ein schmales Treppchen nach unten direkt dorthin. Das Ambiente war super. Wir saßen in dem Rondell mit direktem Blick auf den Neckar. Essen und Service waren hervorragend. Vielen Dank und weiter so machen 😉...

Langsamer und unaufmerksamer service, das essen ist ok aber nichts besonderes. Bandnudeln mit Steinpilzen nicht zu empfehlen, Eur 15 fuer Nudeln mit rohen Pilzen

Sehr leckere selbstgemachte Gnocchi, super Service und entspanntes ruhiges Ambiete in einem kleinen Restaurant! Preislich etwas höher gelegen, aber dem entsprechend auch die Qualität!

Relativ gutes Essen auch schnell geliefert lächeln im Service wäre aber sicher auch möglich und mehr kellerrestaurant als Ausblick

Lecker Pizza in gewöhnungsbedürftiger Atmosphäre.

Waren am letzten Freitag in Tübingen und sind hier eingekehrt. Wurden sehr freundlich von einem jungen Herrn empfangen. Habe Pizza mit Serranoschinken, Rucola und Parmesan bestellt. Die Pizza war so voll mit Schinken belegt, der übrigens sehr lecker war, was man sonst selten findet. Woanderst muss man den Schinken suchen. Die Pizza war super lecker 😋 und reichlich belegt. Auch mein Beilagen Salat war frisch und lecker 😋. Auch meine Kolleginnen waren von ihrem Essen begeistert.

The food is great, some people will think the waiter is rude and impolite but with our experience was more of him joking. For example we ask if they had Wifi he said no and walk away we where like what a rude dude and then he came back with the password. That’s he’s personality.

Lecker wars mit tollem Ausblick auf den Neckar.

Die Pizza war OK, das Calzone grenzwertig. Gut gefüllt, leider innen kalt, wurde nach Reklamation nochmal aufgewärmt aber schmecke deshalb nicht wirklich besser, der Teig war teilweise noch roh. Der Salat war nur mit viel Essig angemacht und sehr sauer. Ich weis nicht ob das ein Einzelfall war das Essen hat mich enttäuscht.

Dieses Lokal kann man gut weiterempfehlen. Service gut, Essen gut, alles gut.

Ein bisschen Italien in Tübingen. Pizza ,Salat, Wein, köstlich . Lokal ist sauber und die Bedienung sehr nett, leider verstehen sie wenig deutsch. Immer wieder gerne.

Das essen war lecker 1x Penne Arrabbiata dafür 5 ☆ Weibliche Bedienung 5 ☆ Ein Junger Mann als Bedienung war nicht sehr Einladend mit einem Gesichtsausdruck unhöfflich,unfreundlich. Alles muß man nachfragen Salz,Pfefer und Parmasen. Parmasen kriegt man nur ein Löffel dann nimmt er es mit. Auf Nachfrage würden wir nur ein Löffel bekommen. Ich dachte er macht Witze nein das war kein Witz. Sehr enttäuschend. Für Ihn würde ich 2 ☆ geben was auch zuviel ist. 1 x Pizza Tonno E CT dafür 2 ☆ Es hat im Gescmack Salz Pfefer gefehlt knusprig an den Rändern fehlanzeige. Nicht zu Empfehlen.!!! Ein Mutter kommt mit Ihrem Kind wollte kurz das WC Benutzen weil das Kind dringend musste dafür wollten Sie 4 € sehr sehr unverschämt. 1 x Cola 0,3 Liter kostet 3,80 € Wenn man 0,4 Liter nimmt kostet es 4,00 € Sowas will ich nicht unterstützen und deswegen gab es auch kein Trinkgeld. Ich hätte lieber vorher die Rezension von der Pizzeria lesen sollen. Entscheidet Ihr selber.. Ihr könnt eure Erfahrung ja Selber mal erleben.

sehr günstige Lage für Segelboote mit Touristen. Und es ist gut, für den Feiertag am 16. Juni einen Tisch vor dem Fenster zu reservieren !! Die Weinkarte ist wunderbar. Es gibt verschiedene Erntejahre.

Echt einladend, die Lage und das Ambiente. Denk aber, dass hier auf Laufkundschaft fixiert wird und nicht wirklich bemüht sind um die Gäste. Das Essen war ok!

Leckeres Essen und tolle Aussicht. Ich komme gerne wieder.
