I ordered lamb chops that was served on a bed of risotto, but was dissatisfied as the lamp chops were two little pieces of meat. They were not lamb chops with bones. Like rack of lamp? It was very disappointing especially for the price. Plus I asked for well done.. and it was medium rare. 🤮 I had to send it back.

We ate at RISE during our night stay at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport. The service was wonderful and attentive. The menu was mainly “spargul” or asparagus in English. A lot of customers were turned off by it, but they don’t realize the cultural piece asparagus plays in the German food, especially white asparagus. I got the schnitzel with and though the schnitzel was nothing special it hit the mark. My wife had the risotto and found it delicious. We’d eat here again, especially when asparagus is in season.

It's crazy how five weeks ago, the dining experience was top-notch, but today's was disappointing. Five weeks ago, the Wiener Schnitzel with potato salad was excellent - perfectly breaded with a flawless crust. However, today's meal of asparagus with Wiener Schnitzel was dreadful. The Wiener Schnitzel was inedible, the asparagus poorly handled, and the potatoes were hard. It seems there's a lack of someone who has mastered cooking skills and can pass them on effectively.

We had a great experience at this restaurant, first for dinner and then for breakfast. The Restaurant Manager by the name Bharath went above and beyond to seat us and provided excellent service. Breakfast had many local foods, and the Wienerschnitzel for dinner was the best we had in Germany. Thumbs up!

Excellent food and service and prices are what you would expect in a airport hotel. Great German traditional food options as well as seafood and vegetarian dishes. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this restaurant.

Exceptional wienerschnitzel! Wish I hadn’t ordered the salad and dedicated myself to the schnitzel and fantastic accompanying potatoes - kudos to the chef! Service from Victoria was delightful and the head, Camille, ran everything so smoothly - quite impressed. Btw, portions were substantial!

The Burrata starter was fantastic, the Schnitzel unfortunately was horrible.

Sehr freundlich Bedienungen sind kompetent. Essen war auch sehr gut, wir mussten ein bisschen warten aber war wirklich gut.

Mehr Schein als sein Das Ambiente ist das eine das Essen das andere, mäßige Qualität vom Fleisch. Sehr dürftig gewürzt. Meine Suppe klumpig. Der Wein im Handel für 5,- wird für 38,- die Flasche verkauft. Alles in allem sehr überteuert 😡

I usually don't write reviews, but this restaurant is the restaurant that gave me the worst experience of my trip. The air conditioning inside the restaurant was so weak that it was muggy. After ordering, it took almost an hour for the food to come out. The taste of the food was not good at all for the price, and water was randomly opened and served even though I did not order it. (For reference, a bottle of water was 10 euros.) Please note that this is a restaurant where I was trying to relieve my fatigue from a long distance trip on a hot day, but my mood was completely ruined.

The restaurant staff were very nice. Cons: Food was Luke warm Fish dish was translated as a chicken dish. Could be a big issue if someone has allergies. 50 euros per person...

First of all, we should mention the very friendly and courteous young employee who served us that evening. The restaurant just had asparagus dishes that were cooked and prepared to perfection. Prices are high, but portions are generous. Ambiance is more functionally furnished, American, Hilton style.

The restaurant is located in Hilton Garden Inn at the Frankfurt Airport. The menu is limited and expensive. We went for Dinner thinking that the food would be excellent considering the price. We ordered Wiener Schnitzel and Linguine with Paprika sauce. The Wienner Schnitzel was extremely tough to eat, There were two pieces and I could hardly finish one. The Linguine was OK with nice sauce and it was not dry. When we told the server about Wiener the only response he gave was he will tell the chef. If this had been in a high end US restaurant they would have rectified the situation by either providing something else or taking off the cost from the final bill. But none of the options were offered.

With all my love, I haven't eaten so badly in years. It may be that I'm very picky, but the food deserves one star, nothing more. The second star goes to the service employee who tried to save the whole thing. In a very friendly and professional manner. It's a shame that you can't eat well in the entire building (THE SQUAIRE).

We order PHO zoup, fantastic combination of not cooked vegetables plus dirty water and additionally no any solt. Service was harible, we wait a lot, no one refill our drinks, I go out from this place hungry and ungry. 100% not recommending.

We had breakfast here 3 times. 2/3 times service was good, but one morning was really bad- hardly any clean tables to sit at, no silverware out, etc. The breakfast buffet is nice- has everything you would expect.

It was nice to have breakfast and good coffee here during our stay at the Hilton. Lots of good hot and cold food options as well. Staff was helpful. Everyone wore masks. Covid protocols were taken seriously. The food was great.

Great choice to eat good and feel nice attention. We had a very good pasta with mushrooms and nuts, and a very tasty tomato soup.

I dined at this restaurant inside the Hilton Airport hotel and came out quite disappointed. The restaurant was quite empty and despite that I had to wait about 40 minutes to get a Wiener Schnitzel. Also another guest close to my table complained since he had to wait for a similar time for just a dish. Worse, a table that came 10 minutes after me, had their schnitzel before, and I had to complain to be served. The quality was average, and 33€ for that is really too much. Positive note, the lady-waiter was really kind and helpful. I will not come back.

My family and I were extremily mistreated by the waiter in charge ir the dinner service Ms. Alice Wagner. She was rude and unfliendly, and uninvited and not at all proactive and mande us fell like a problem and that she didn't Care at all to be a little helpful, professional or polited. O am to going to describe the first situation: we arrived on New years eve, at the check in desk I asked for a tablet reservation for dinner and until there everything was Fine. I booked a Room that included dinner and breakfast. But once we arrived at the The Rise restaurant and Ms. Alice Wagner asked our number Room ALL the problems started. She anwered us, actually very upset and talking yeling at us (my wife, my 4 years old daughter and me) and Said: you should leave and go to the reception tô solve this problem, i do nor know what to só with you!!! Everybody on the line tô enter the restaurant were looking and also the persons seating nearby. So, feeling humiliated I sent to the reception. At the reception the attendant Said everything was Fine and we had pais to have dinner included, só se could go back and enjoy the New years eve buffet, I asked and she called Ms. Alice Wagner and explained It all by phone and also wrote a special note about this on the hotel reservation system . I tought that the problem was over but... Part2: The service at our table were the worst, everyone getting latter were having their drinks before us... Part3: Second Nice that se went for dinner, worst experience ver on a hotel!!!! When we arrive and I Said my Room number, Ms. Alice Wagner answered in a Very rude and high Voice: "Oh no!!! You again!?! For How long are you going to stay here???? So I ignored the awful comments and asked, How os It going to work today, is It a buffet? And she answered: no, its a la carte menu, but I don't know what you can eat ?!?! This time I asked tô seat down and the she should be the one to call ir go to the reception...so, after around 15 min waiting on our table, with a kid, not vem water served, Ms. Alice Wagner appeared, with a Very unwelcoming face and Said, yes, you can have a 3 course menu If you want. I was filling so unwelcomed that I prefere to skip entrance and go straight to main course, I don't need to tell again that took forever for us to be served in comparison with guests that arrived latter than us. So in my opinion, Ms. Alice Wagner, is a Very unprofessional, untrained in hospitality, not proactive, not a problem solver, but a creator of problems, and that do no reflect the esperience, tha values and the price that I payed to stay with my family at Hilton Frankfurt Airport and the Rise restaurant. For me she is a person that has no qualities to work with humans, hospitality or even animals who also enjoy caring. She seems so umhappy doing her job that maybe she could try to work in another area without contact with customs. At least, this way, Future guests of the hotel would not face the awful experience that I had dinning on New years eve 2019/20 in The Rise Restaurant and the following night. At the momment we didn't received: an "I am Sorry" or "You are welcome". So I really wish you train again or send away this employee to do a better job somewhere else, in the meanwhile, I would not recommend the hotel and not at ALL the restaurant the Rise. I would love to have a feedback from the hotel about this situation and from Ms. Alice Wagner personally, because she deserve to listen a little more than what I am saying here and I did not say in respect of my 4 to daughter that was in front of me. So, First of all, staff from the reception and the restaurant should be aware and know How the dinner bed and breakfast Room rate functions on a daily basis and not create problems with the persons who buy this kind of Room, which is the priciest one, but face me a Lot of trouble, me and my family Felt Very unwelcoming because of the posture of Ms. Alice Wagner wo did not Care at all to be polited and proactive, and at least well educated to understand the dinner bed and breakfast tarrife. Instead, she made us fell a burden, a problem that wanted to have dinner, even if I had already paid for the service.

We enjoyed a tremendous healthy start to our travel day at Rise. The hôtesse principale really was excellent... even going the extra mile with our diet restrictions.

I had three meals here while staying at the Airport Hilton for a meeting held in the hotel. Overall, this is a very acceptable hotel restaurant. One the first night, our meeting arrangers hosted a fixed dinner at Rise [see photos] - a smoked salmon appetizer, beef main dish and a quartet of chocolate desserts. It was nicely served and flavors and temperatures were fine. Not a great meal, but a good one. Next day lunch was the buffet - which had a large variety of salads and dished and very good mushroom soup. On the third day, when my meeting had ended, I had a solo lunch: veal schnitzel, fries and a mixed salad. I was a bit disappointed in the schnitzel as it was not pounded thin and the batter was somewhat underdone and did not adhere well to the meat; but it tasted good. Fries and salad were very nice. Service was attentive and friendly at all meals. The menu seems somewhat limited, but sufficient.

This is the maybe 4th time I ate here at the end of a Germany trip. This is obviously a very good but also very pricey restaurant. My observation over the years is that the food isn't quite as great anymore and that the portion size has increased. My aged beef steak was ok but a tad on the overdone side (not quite medium anymore). It came with chanterelles (Pfifferlinge) which had very very little taste honestly. I suggest to experiment a bit on those in the future. The mushed potato with chanterelles was also a bit boring. Maybe the best actually was the bread prior to the meal - delicious sour dour.

We came for lunch, but the only menu outside the restaurant was apparently the dinner menu, which had a greater variety of dishes that were also notably cheaper than the ones on the lunch menu that we were presented with once we were seated inside. I had a Viennese schnitzel that was nowhere near the standard you'd expect, and it was served with a bunch of French fries that were honestly worse than the ones I get at my local burger joint here in Reykjavík. A 66 cl bottle of natural water was 9.5 Euros. The restaurants looks elegant and the waiters were professional, but that didn't make up for the disappointment of the food.

I enjoyed dinner entree of Ravioli with fig and pecorino cheese at this restaurant with the Frankurt Airport Hilton. The gin and tonic cocktail was a "stiff"one" and came served in a wine goblet with berries and lime. I might not have chosen this restaurant because of it's expense, had I known that the Hilton Garden Inn just outside a big glass wall is a less expensive that the proper Hilton hotel behind a glass wall.

My companion & I arrived at the lunch buffet at approx. 1350 hrs. (Buffet ran from Noon to 1430). We were seated promptly by the hostess, ordered our coffee and proceeded to the buffet line and frankly, I was appalled! Obviously, they must have had a run on the buffet before our arrival and (apparently) no one had been instructed to clean up the messy food stations (or refill empty stations) the hot food selections were Fish, Pork, and Chicken; all were picked down to remains of the original serving portions. There was only a single soup selection and the cold line was down to about a third of its original selections. At one point the chef appeared at the hostess station but he opted not to come to our table to ask if all was correct. The total cost for 2 buffet lunches and 2 cups of coffee w/one refill (no alcohol) was just under 90€.

We spent the night at the Hilton in Frankfurt airport after our flight was cancelled. And we got to enjoy our dinner at the Rise. The soup of asparagus was outstanding. It was delicate and delicious. The Coq Au Vin was delicious. It had a ton of flavors. The vegetables and sauces were fantastic. We enjoyed our dinner with a bottle of Rioja. The service was prompt and quite friendly.

Terrific modern German cuisine. Try traditional dishes and you will be one of the few foreigners to understand why German food is so good A must if you are in the airport. It's at the train station within the airport. Part of the Hilton.

Wenn das die Bäckerei ist, dann bin ich nicht so begeistert. Bei einem Sandwich ist das Brot so dick geschnitten dass es im Mund schon staubt. Aber nette Bedienung ( junges Mädchen )

When staying at the hilton, the Rise restaurant is a great choice. They have a nice variety of foods and have great service. The breakfast there is very delicious as well. They do a great job bringing german cuisine into a restaurant.
