I am absolutely shocked by my experience at this restaurant. The owner was visibly very drunk, could barely stand on his feet and spoke to the waitress in a rude manner. When I wanted to pay for my fish sandwich, I had to repeat it several times before he even understood it. He also spoke disrespectfully to us guests. I've never experienced anything like this before.

The boss (cook) was very nice and friendly! It's small but cozy, warm and the food was great, I think that's what counts overall. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back again.

Rustic little restaurant on the ship or in front of it on the jetty. The boss himself is in the kitchen and prepares the dishes with a lot of love! Even the fish sandwiches are amazing - so if you're looking for zero 8/15, you've come to the wrong place.

If you want to eat delicious food, you should try it. The gin is an experience and the fish sandwiches are the best in the area.

Ended up there by chance. You sat on the jetty in beautiful weather, with the sailing boats in the background, with a great ambience. Everything is rustic and simple, but clean and systematic. The service was super nice, funny and really sporty and fast. It was absolutely admirable how she always walked up and down the sloping gangway with plates, glasses, etc. in her hand. I had to hold on with both hands to get onto the ship if I wanted to go to the toilet. The food was amazing, everything fresh and prepared with heart. We had fried fish with fried potatoes, fried herring and a herring roll. It was so delicious and eye-catching. Even though we come from the coast ourselves, we hadn't eaten such delicious fried fish or herring rolls anywhere. The boss/Stefan knows his craft and came to our table personally to buy a schnapps. Despite his North German dry humor, you could tell that his passion was to cook great food for his guests and that it was important to him that everyone enjoyed it. Please continue!!! Thank you for this great holiday experience. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone we know who are vacationing there.

We went there today to eat fish sandwiches. First class! The fillet was cut before our eyes and baked with the delicious beer batter. Served beautifully prepared. Plus a draft beer. Yummy. LG Uli

We can't understand the good reviews at all. The map from the internet has probably been out of date for a long time. The prices are much higher and are reduced on a mirror. Unfortunately the inside of the houseboat was very dirty. No tables wiped down. The floor sticks. There's something lying around everywhere. Unfortunately, the matje variation is a very watery herring. The fried potatoes are just before burnt. While there was buzzing in the open kitchen, the entire ship was filled with fog. Put your clothes straight in the wash afterwards. Farmer's breakfast was rather small and also very dark. For the food and the very dingy atmosphere, you didn't even want to look into the kitchen, very expensive. Since farmer's breakfast was not on the menu, there was no price information. The cook had probably already looked too deeply into the wine glass. Unfortunately not again for us.

Fantastic destination with an excellent chef who conjures up the best fried fish rolls with a lot of love for his job. We'll be back and looking forward to the other dishes.

Hello, hello...what can I say? Everything, really EVERYTHING, is simply fantastic. The food... terrific... incomparably perfectly prepared! The service... both the chef (owner) and the magical waitress act as a perfect team with mutual loving interaction and in absolute harmony... a great team! The ambience... what is conjured up there in terms of atmosphere, warmth, perfectly imperfect (with the exception of the food, which IS perfect), pure dedication, passion, honesty... I don't have the words to describe this. If at the end you're lucky enough to really get to know the people behind it... it's a gift. Thank you for the unforgettable evening/night with you, Stefan! A captain of the senses. Hope you read this with “THE” glasses! We will definitely see each other again.

Experience gastronomy with a special charm. Top fish restaurant of a special kind. If the meal takes a while, the boss might just go for a swim in the harbor basin. But the food is great and the service is not for people who like fine dining. Super nice personal approach is good manners and not for snobs who think they have to order a table outside. You just sit down somewhere and belong.

So luckily we chose this restaurant. I don't want to say much more or we won't get any more space tomorrow ;-)

Ist mal was besonderes gewesen. Kleines Restaurant. Kommt man mit dem Koch in seiner offenen Küche schnell ins Gespräch. Hausmöve bewacht den Eingang und verscheucht andere Möven seit sieben Jahren. Natürlich gegen Naturalien aus der Küche. Essen war sehr lecker. Lohnt sich wirklich.

Deutschlands bestes Fischrestaurant. Vorzügliche Fischgerichte in frischester Qualität. Der Koch besticht durch norddeutschen Charme und der ein oder anderen Annekdote bei entsprechender Sympathie😁👍 Das Gesamtpaket passt einfach und man geht gut gesättigt und glücklich von Bord. Das Beste Labskaus der Küste, zumindest der Ostseeküste (an anderen Küsten sei der Koch noch nicht so viel unterwegs gewesen) - stimmt!

Nachdem die Fischbrötchen nachmittags schon sensationell waren, mussten wir unbedingt dort zu Abend essen. Wir sind pingelige Esser, können vieles selber besser machen, aber so viel Liebe, Phantasie und Können gepaart mit hervorragender Gastfreundlichkeit und der Freude am Schnack haben wir selten erlebt. Hier ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

...was soll ich sagen; es war einfach mega :-) Wir sind mit 5 personen dort am samstag abend gewesen. der chef ist eine "marke" für sich, einfach nur klasse, so etwas nettes, freundliches und lustiges erlebt man selten ( norbert aus kappeln ist allerdings auch so ein unikat ) Das essen war spitze; die matjesvariationen und der backfisch einfach klasse, der backfisch mit einem selbstgemachtem dunklen bierteig gebacken, mehr geht nicht. Dann wollten wir aperol spritz trinken und der chef hat uns seine eigene variation empfohlen, diese besteht aus u.a.sherry, frischen tymian, also den muss man probiert haben, es ist eine konkurrenz für den aperol ;-) der gesamte service, das ambiente war toll, wir konnten draussen sitzen, das wetter hat gott sei dank mitgespielt. ...wenn wir wieder in dieser gegend sein sollten, entweder per boot oder wandertechnisch, werden wir auf jeden fall wieder hier einkehren... lg aus kappeln bianca, ronald und die crew aus bremen

Ein Restaurant im Schiff, der Gastwirt total nett, freundlich. Das Essen (wir hatten Fisch) super lecker. Preise sind gut. Blick auf die Kieler Förde. -- Ich besuche das Restaurant wieder.

Leckere Fischbrötchen, die Donnerstag bis Wochenende sogar mit köstlichen Vollkorn-Brötchen bestellt werden können. Tipp: Brathering oder Matjes.

Ganz arg schön. Herzlichkeit und Liebe fürs Detail wird hier ganz gross geschrieben. Einfach nur phantastisch!! Ein super Koch und Inhaber, der auch gern mal mit der Pfanne an den Tisch kommt. Wir waren kulinarisch und menschlich begeistert und kommen hier auf jeden Fall wieder hin!!!. Danach kam noch ein feiner Schnaps aufs Haus.. Hätten sehr gerne noch sein Kürbiskernölparfait probiert, doch die Fähre wartet nicht leider... Vielen vielen Dank für diese tolle Auszeit bei dir Anke und Falk

Lockere Atmosphäre. Es gibt die besten Fischbrötchen to go an der Förde. Es wurden uns aber immer auch Fischbrötchen am Tisch serviert bisher. Na klar hatten wir auch immer Getränke bestellt. Vielleicht deshalb. Das muss jeder selbst raus finden. Heute waren wir zu zweit dort. Schollenfilet und Matjes der Hammer. Wie gesagt, lockere Atmosphäre. Wer auf Etepetete steht ist hier falsch am Platz. Essen spitze 👍

Heute haben wir ausgezeichneten Labskaus bei bei Stephan auf der Rimo1 gegessen. Stephan nimmt sich auch immer Zeit, um einen Klönschnack mit seinen zu halten. Wie kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr leckere Backfisch bröchtchen gegessen, so wie wir es vorher noch nie hatten. So schattig und trotzdem knusprig. Sehr sehr liebe Bedienung.. wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüße Oli und Tom und Hund dex.

Wenn man das kleine Bötchen dort im Hafen liegen sieht, mag man gute Fischbrötchen erwarten, aber nicht unbedingt ein so großartiges Menü. Vorweg gab es den Aperitif des Hauses - sehr zu empfehlen! Eines wirklich leckeren Gruß aus der Küche und dann den besten Fisch, den wir seit Langem - vielleicht auch überhaupt- gegessen haben. Es war nicht bloß die Qualität des Fisches, die überzeugte, sondern auch die kreative Art der Zubereitung und der Beilagen. Die Dessertkreation im Anschluss stand dem Hauptgang in nichts nach. Besonders zu erwähnen ist außerdem noch das liebe und sehr zuvorkommende Team. Tina kümmert sich witzig und sehr aufmerksam um ihre Gäste und Stephan erklärt gerne, was er in der Küche so zaubert.

Per Zufall sind wir hier gelandet und waren bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt in Laboe 2x hier! Die Gastgeber sind einfach nur großartig und das Essen ist großes Kino - und alles selbst gemacht! Die Matjesvariation ist mega…die Bärlauchmajo - super…man sitzt schön drinnen oder einfach auf dem Steg….Entschleunigung inklusive!!! Vielen Dank an Tina & Stephan!!

Nach erster Stippvisite an Bord lässt sich Eins feststellen- absolut frischer Fisch, auf den Punkt zubereitet und fein angerichtet. Absolut zu empfehlen ist ebenfalls die Currywurst- weil es eben nicht "nur 'ne Currywurst " ist. Und vom Dessert mal ganz zu schweigen. Ein Augen- und Gaumenschmaus. Also, kurzum- wer in Möltenort verweilt, sollte hier einkehren und selbst genießen.

Stephan Döring (der Chef und Koch) ist kulinarisch ambitioniert, das bezieht ausdrücklich die sehr leckeren Fischbrötchen und die kleine aber sehr ansprechende Karte ein. Entsprechend zu dem Liegeplatz im Fischreihafen liegt der Schwerpunkt auf dem frischen Fisch. Der Service durch Tina steht der Küche nicht nach. Immer den Gästen zugewandt fühlt sich jeder Gast wie ein Freund.

Wir sind zufällig dort gelandet. Unglaublich freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang schon auf dem Steg....fast, als ob man zu "Freunden" geht. Auswahl klein aber fein, sehr lecker und vor allem frisch zubereitet. Preis stimmig. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Bewirtung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Ambiente auf dem Schiff ist urig und gemütlich....ausserdem Daumen hoch für die saubere Toilette.

Endlich, endlich mal wieder nach langer Corona-Auszeit ein Besuch auf dem Restaurant-Schiff Rimo. Noch maritimer geht es nicht. Das Schff liegt fest vertäut am Anleger, der bei schönem Wetter als Biergarten dient. Die "Besatzung" hat sich mal wieder selbst übertroffen. Start mit dem origenellen schiffseigenen Sommertrink am Kapitänstisch und nicht mit dem inflaktionären Apero-Spritz. Dann Dorsch perfekt auf der Haut gebraten. Wir durften sogar in die Pfanne gucken. Super Bratkartoffeln. Da braucht es keine Pommes. Und erst die hausgemachte (was sonst) Senfsoße. Wunderbar gewürzter und frisch gekochter Labskaus. Für alle eine extra Probierportion. Raffienierter Nachtisch. Und das stemmen die Beiden nur zu Zweit. Also, auch mal Geduld üben. Das Warten wird stets belohnt. Den Inhabern weiter alles Gute. Wir kommen gern wieder.
