Rimini Pizza in Offenbach am Main

When we ordered, we were told the wait time would be 40 minutes, which wasn't a problem for us. However, after 40 minutes, we realized that other guests who had ordered after us had already received their pizzas. Despite asking four times, we kept getting the same answer: "You're almost there." After a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes, we were finally served a cold pizza.

By God, this is no joke. Pizza and Tiramisu 10/10

At 7:30 p.m. on a Monday there are no longer all the pizzas to choose from. You can never reach anyone by phone. There was also a time when there was no more pizza dough at 8am at a restaurant that only sells pizza. I find it very unprofessional to sometimes quote prices of 17-20€ for a pizza and 7.50 for a dessert and then not even be able to correctly calculate the amount of goods required in order to be able to offer customers the promised range of dishes during the main meal time. Yes, the pizza is delicious, but at what price? The shop is completely self-service and the desserts come ready in paper cups but the price is more expensive than anywhere else, when it should actually be much cheaper without service.

Had a pizza pistachio motadella for 18€. In my opinion, the pizza wasn't as good as I expected. Some of the dough was like rubber and you had to chew it endlessly. Cover was ok. And the taste was nothing special. The price is simply not justified. They ask for a tip when paying even though you have to serve yourself completely. They don't even ask whether the pizza tastes good. Given the prices and when you ask for a tip before you get your food, I think the service is very bad. It's just unnecessarily hyped on social media.

Probably the best pizza in Offenbach. Even if I'm not from Offenbach, I still enjoy going here again and again. The pizza is original Napoleonic and a 10/10

The entire harbor district is littered with pizza boxes. If you sit comfortably on the steps from the bank, you'll find yourself sitting between piles of rubbish from pizza boxes. This should definitely be regulated differently!!! Please think about solutions on how you can sell your products without mountains of waste. That would be great and sustainable.

Food is okay, but has deteriorated significantly compared to the beginning. But what is absolutely not possible is for people to order to be picked up by phone, show up after half an hour and then eat on site. This way you can also save yourself the waiting time (which is sometimes really long). Actually this is not desired, but today we saw how this was allowed. If everyone did it like that, there would be great chaos on site. Unfair to the guests who take their time and wait for the pizza even if it takes a little longer.

Neapolitan pizza, great dough and crust. It's a shame that the cabbage was pickled, even though it's currently available fresh. The nightclub vibe was less pleasant as the music was very loud and it was rather tiring to have a conversation while waiting quite a long time for food. Therefore two stars here. Self-service with rather high prices = 2 stars for the service (completely my kind of humor: in the back in the corner "dishes returned". You have to give it an average price of 15€/pizza), you can get the beer for 4/5 euros 0.33l yourself from the fridge. As soon as the pizza is ready, the corresponding number is announced via loudspeaker, which contributes to the pleasant atmosphere at the main station. All in all, good pizza with a rather special atmosphere. You have to be keen on it. Nothing for me.

The tastiest pizza I've ever eaten! The homemade ranch dip is also highly recommended! We were lucky to get a spot on a Thursday around 5:30/6:00 p.m. Shortly afterwards there was a huge rush, the room was completely full and there was a huge queue. But the wait would be 100% worth it!

I ordered through Uber Eats and waited over 2 hours! According to the app, the food was supposedly delivered - but where? Nothing arrived to me! It is completely incomprehensible how a driver simply fails to deliver an order. Even worse: customer service is unavailable and the restaurant doesn't feel responsible. No solution, no accommodation – just bad service! I am extremely disappointed. Both the restaurant and Uber Eats have completely failed here. If you're hungry and rely on delivery, you should think carefully about ordering here!

Was there with my daughter (26) on her recommendation on a Sunday evening. Can't understand the hype about the pizzeria!!! 5 people behind the counter, with only one being responsible for the pizza (shaped/topped/baked). The thick edge was burnt at the highest points and was uneatable and had to be cut away. But the bottom also had black burnt spots, which severely affected the taste. Actually it should have been returned!!! There was a compliment about my stylish shirt! My interest was piqued, I looked at what the other guests were doing and what the pizza maker was conjuring up out of the oven. The edges were all burnt and cut away on the plates, while the pizza maker was probably of the opinion that the pizzas must all be so burnt!!!! There wasn't a normal, unburned and edible pizza. I could only think of two possible reasons for this... either the pizza maker is a career changer and definitely needs instruction from the oven manufacturer, or the Alhpa generation sees this as normal because when they prepare a frozen pizza, they also burn it regularly! LOOK AT THE PICTURES OF THE PAST REVIEWS!!!! NOT ONE THAT HAS NO BURNED SPOTS!!! REALLY WITHOUT WORDS!!! Luckily there are also young people who really have taste, look for the perfect dinner and don't chase unfiltered social media hype!!!

Delicious pizza, unfortunately staff just won't pick up the phone when quote: "there aren't enough staff" and it's impossible to pre-order. You then order to take away on site and wait 40 minutes until your order is ready. Unfortunately, when you behave like this, you don't think about customers! Pizza is really delicious.

Wow! I ordered from this restaurant on uber eats earlier and honestly didn't think anything of it. I was surprised with a great meal! Unfortunately, due to the long delivery time, the pizza was a bit soaked and cold. Still delicious! I imagine the pizza is much better warm and fresh. Now comes the crowning glory: the tiramisu. I can't describe in words the feeling in my mouth. This was one of the best tiramisus I have ever eaten. I will definitely come back for the tiramisu. Of course also because of the pizza :) Overall result 4/5, unfortunately because of the cold pizza, otherwise great!

Unfortunately I cannot agree with the majority. After hearing how excellent the Rimini pizza is, I wanted to see for myself. I chose the pizza with pistachio and mortadella, but without mortadella. Since I don't eat pork, I asked for an alternative and was told it tasted very good without it. No sooner said than done. Unfortunately I didn't like the pizza. The dough was great. BUT...it was just full of pistachios, in the sauce and the pieces, just way too much. No seasoning, no salt... The service is good, the employees are helpful and friendly. I also find it a bit stuffy, but that could just be my feeling. I just hoped for more.

A small pizzeria with the charm somewhere between a youth hostel and a train station waiting hall. The selection is limited, but very special and with the best ingredients - simply different from the usual standard pizza. The music is too loud for long conversations, but depending on the situation, that can be just right. Not the first and certainly not the last time I've been here.

The best pizza I've eaten so far (and I'm pretty spoiled). The tiramisu was also really good. The ambience is very clean (some would say cool, but I liked it) and not overloaded with the usual “Italopop trinkets”. The pizza plays the main role here and it is excellent. I liked that there are many vegetarian and/or unusual versions. There was even a version with “halal” beef salami. There’s an extra star for that

We were there for dinner in the early evening. Unfortunately, the store was very full after we arrived and the staff was completely overwhelmed despite the large number of people. The newly arriving guests were promised that a table would soon be available and that they could place their order. In some cases, people pointed to tables where other guests had obviously just started eating. This led to chaos; Several people ate while standing or turned to the "promised" tables and asked the guests eating there to leave. One of the employees then also did this, whereupon there was a loud discussion at our neighboring table as to which other table had been occupied for a long time and should therefore go first. My companion then preferred to pack up the last pieces of her pizza and take them with her because we felt so unwelcome. It's a shame, we had enjoyed the pizzas well up until then.

Were here as an alternative. I have to say that the location was something different. Relatively clean and tidy with great design accents and a nice feeling of space (high ceiling). The service was very friendly and attentive. You order at the checkout and are then called with a number to pick up your order. The pizza variations were very unusual and were really delicious. The pizzas are baked using a gas pizza oven. The dough was delicious and had a great aroma, thanks to the pizza oven of course. There are great variants, some of them unusual, but authentic. Always happy!

My friends' order took an hour, my pizza another 10 minutes longer. That was a bit stupid because the others were almost finished eating when my pizza 🍕 arrived.

The team took the feedback super seriously and apologized for the experience. I felt really comfortable and we will definitely come back because the pizza and the banana pudding are great! Although the restaurant was busy due to the large crowds and we had to wait a while for our food, the patience was definitely worth it. Delicious pizza, but unfortunately the time given when picking it up was a negative thing. Since ordering online via smartphone was not possible, we ordered directly from the restaurant. At first they said the pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. Walked into the restaurant after 25 minutes to be told it would take another 15 minutes (well, it happened). So after 15 minutes we went back to the restaurant, only to be told again that it would take another 10 minutes. It's always a shame when guests are treated like this.

The vegan cheese I chose had the consistency of processed cheese and stuck everywhere in my mouth. Taste okay. There are now a lot of different vegan cheeses, so please try something different. ☺️

I was really looking forward to a pizza. Unfortunately, what I took home with Dan disappointed me. The dough is good, but the pizza was thrown carelessly into the box, no yellow tomatoes on it as described on the menu. The edge was compressed because the box was not closed properly. Addendum: My following review remains unchanged, but you should know that an attempt was made to have my review deleted and I had to appeal it. Many won't do it. This will probably cause many not-so-good reviews to disappear. The pizza is good and fits well. The problem is the service staff. Either you are understaffed or overwhelmed, what is said is not implemented and you have to ask several times to get to the desired goal. The young man in particular was anything but friendly. If you're not wanted, you just won't come back. That suits both sides.

I was there for the first time today with my boyfriend. There are no parking spaces at the harbor so we parked in the parking garage at the harbor. It was relatively full but we still got a table for two and were allowed to sit down. After about 5 minutes the table was wiped clean. After another 10 minutes we were still waiting for service. I then grabbed the one-page menu from the cash register so we could then order. Apparently there is no waiter for the food (hence only one star for the service) but only for the cocktails. You probably have to go to the checkout first, order and pay, which is what we did. It would have been nice if they had pointed this out to us. The menu had lots of pizzas baked in a huge electric brick oven, 4-5 specials and tiramisu. On the other hand there were some drinks. The ambience of the pizzeria was okay and the toilets were also fine. In my opinion it was more of a snack bar than a restaurant. We ordered 2 pizzas. When they were ready, we were called and we were able to pick up the pizzas from the cash register. We were also allowed to take the drinks out of the fridge ourselves. I had a pizza with buffalo mozzarella. The appearance and taste of the pizza were very good (5 stars). The price was a bit high but still reasonable as the pizza was really tasty. The staff were also very friendly.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED..!! A PURE DISASTER..!! Totally unsuitable for families if you want to go to a disco with totally overpriced food, you've come to the right place. We were there with our children, the children were totally frightened by the crowd that visited the shop there, it was so loud that you could hardly hear your own words I could still understand the techno music right up to the top. The pizza was completely burnt and extremely salty and the children complained about stomach ache afterwards. The prices for doing things yourself are extremely outrageous. The employees don't have any respect for my wife was treated like a piece of meat that she even asked her if she had a problem and no respect.!! since the husband is there with the family.. The conclusion is that there is no reason to call this pizzeria the best in the area, there are much better ones, for example pizzeria No. 17 in ffm or Pizzeria PAPI in Offenbach, which even has the same pizza as Rimini and is extremely family friendly and man You can eat in peace without getting a stomach ache or having to be afraid that the condition or the pizza baker will attack your wife. Been there once and never again...!!

Unfortunately, due to the animal rennet in the Parmesan, there are only a few options for vegetarians and vegans and the wait was relatively long (1 hour), at least for us, due to the rush and the fresh preparation. The service was very nice but relatively difficult to understand due to the noise level. The atmosphere and the interior are very nicely decorated, only the noise level and the people waiting for self-service ruin the atmosphere while eating

The dough gets 2 stars. All in all it was a pure disappointment. I'm someone who really enjoys eating pizza, but I was completely disappointed, but well, everyone should have their own opinion and be allowed to do so, so I wish you a lot of fun Bon appetit

Pizza was very tasty, but the waiting time was very long. Nothing was offered during this time. No attention. The plates of the customers in front of us were not cleared at our place. Bad service.

I have visited the pizzeria many times and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. Unfortunately, on my last visit I had an extremely negative experience that I had never experienced before. There were three of us who ate there and all of us developed severe health problems consistent with food poisoning after the visit. We had ordered different pizzas that day and it seems like there was something wrong with the ingredients. It was noticeable that other guests also returned or threw away their pizza that day. It's really disappointing as we have always appreciated this pizzeria. However, after this incident we will not be coming back.

Pizzeria Rimini, no more... I can't recommend it. Both pizzas were still wet in the middle. Staff had no eyes or attention for their customers/guests. Sorry, I've really eaten better and cheaper if it tastes good, I don't really care about the price, but charging €50 for two pizzas and two cyclists here is really unbelievable.

Very tasty pizza! The staff were very friendly. Important information: the Parmesan is not vegetarian. So be sure to mention when ordering that you don't want Parmesan!
