Very tasty and good food. Everything tasted excellent. The atmosphere was fantastic. Even though it was quite busy, it wasn't too loud, so you could have a good conversation. I would have liked it if at least everyone's dessert had arrived at the same time. One person had already finished when mine arrived.

The food is so delicious,tender and fresh , prices are ok

There were eight of us dining there: five adults and three children. We felt very comfortable from the very first minute. All the restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to the young lady who looked after our table. We started with appetizers. The homemade bread deserves a special mention, as it was delicious and served fresh from the oven. The main courses were all delicious and generously portioned. The decor is stylish and understated. We'd love to come back!

A really good Persian restaurant, popular with Iranians. It belongs along with Babam and Schandis in Frankfurt, if you're ever in the area.

It was a somewhat rainy Sunday afternoon, and we "stumbled" upon Maman quite by chance and spontaneously decided to pay a visit. Upon entering, we received a very friendly welcome and were shown to one of the many free tables. A short time later, a very large plate with freshly baked flatbread and a small side salad was served. Absolutely delicious. I've never had a better flatbread anywhere. We then ordered the Soltani and a grilled chicken dish. Again, a great taste experience; the lamb in particular was outstanding and worth every cent. The chicken was also good, but you can't go wrong with chicken. Both dishes were accompanied by saffron-flavored rice, which was also excellent. We were very satisfied overall with the food and, above all, with our decision to visit this restaurant. Definitely a recommendation, especially for lamb lovers, because it really can't be topped. A final word about the service: very friendly and attentive. You don't find that everywhere anymore.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. We had to wait a long time to order, and our table wasn't cleared either! So we left as quickly as possible and didn't have dessert. Disappointed.

Very tasty: the tender meat is particularly delicious, and the saffron ice cream is highly recommended for dessert. All the waiters were friendly, especially Imran. He patiently explained the appetizers to us and was always approachable and attentive. A great experience, we'll be back.

Among the many Persian restaurants in Frankfurt, this one remains my top choice — and for good reason. The food is consistently delicious, the service is attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere always welcoming. What I appreciate most is the freshly baked bread from the traditional clay oven, served warm with classic “noon panir sabzi” — a beloved appetizer in Iranian cuisine made with bread, cheese, and fresh herbs.

Unfortunately disappointing. The meat—whether chicken or beef—was raw, and even after calling for help five times, there was no response from the staff. The prices are completely exorbitant for the small portions. Other Persian restaurants offer significantly better quality and service.

Excellent restaurant with Persian foods.

I went there with a friend for dinner on a recommendation midweek! I've never heard of many of the dishes on the menu, even though I travel a lot, eat out, and have been to many countries. We had the mixed starter for two, the chicken skewer, and a lamb stew. The food came quickly, and the staff was friendly and very attentive. Regarding the dishes: the food was some of the best I've ever had. Everything was super delicious, not overly seasoned, and beautifully presented. Truly outstanding! We'll definitely be back. The food was delicious. The service was a bit arrogant at first, but became friendlier as the evening progressed. Two of us were there on a Friday evening. It was really crowded and therefore very loud. It was a bit difficult to hold a conversation.

We were there on Sunday lunchtime. It was quiet. Street parking and parking garage nearby. Beautiful, spacious room comfortably furnished and modern decoration. Also outside seating. The staff is friendly and hardworking. Calm pleasant music in the background. The wssen was very tasty and tasted like home. Especially the fresh bread. The prices are normal. We would definitely come again and can recommend a visit there to everyone.

Very unfriendly woman with extremely rude behavior who desperately tries to present herself as German and deny her Asian origins - even though her knowledge of German is rather weak. The German spoken in front of the guests was somewhat understandable, but the overall atmosphere was very dry and insensitive. The food was OK but nothing special. The waiters, on the other hand, were friendly and did their job well.

We spontaneously decided to start the weekend with dinner. Conclusion: this is how the weekend can start. Terrific. Super friendly reception. Perfect starters, very tasty main course. We'll be back. Out of 5 possible stars I give it 6 stars.

Really delicious food, highly recommend it to non-Persians too! We ate here with the family (including babies and toddlers), there was something for every taste. The greeting from the kitchen with fresh bread, sabsi (herbs), feta and onions was also very nice. We all had really delicious meat skewers, juicy and served hot. Persian restaurants often serve tomatoes half black - that wasn't the case here. The service in general was 1A. We were asked several times whether we had any requests or needed anything. We recently visited this Persian restaurant and had mixed impressions. The ambience is pleasantly dark, but there was a lack of decoration - there wasn't even anything on all the tables, which made the atmosphere seem a bit bare. Unfortunately, the taste of the food didn't impress us - compared to other Persian restaurants, it lacked authenticity and sophistication. A real highlight, however, was the homemade flatbread - incredibly tasty and definitely recommended! The staff was partly friendly, partly rather reserved. Although a reservation is required, we were able to get a table without it, after a short wait - that was positive. Overall, a solid restaurant, but with room for improvement, especially in terms of taste and authenticity.

It's indescribable, by chance I was here with a friend and what can I say. It's the BEST food I've ever eaten anywhere! Nothing is over-seasoned, the details, super tender meat, the ambience and the service is highly professional. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable! We had a 3-course menu for €50 per person. It had everything from starters to dessert and we were more than full. I'm already looking forward to the next visit!

Location easy to find and in close proximity of the station and bus stops. We ordered the set meal for 2 people, and the food was well-prepared and elegantly decorated, really impressed. I am not a dessert person but couldn't help but try the desserts, and it did not disappoint, they are amazing. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Ambience of the restaurant is excellent too, well-equipped with big parties. If you never visit this place before, come and try it, its really worth it.

Chic restaurant, always pleasantly surprised!

Today we had dinner at Maman's as a large group. First of all, to be fair, the food was good. However, until it came to dinner, it was a complete disaster. There weren't enough lentil soups to order?!!! We were only able to order a maximum of 7 pieces and that because we suspect that the portions were reduced in size and divided among the other portions. Afterwards we had to do almost -!100!- minutes! waiting for our main courses. It does not work. Not to be excused. Before we ordered there were only 5 menus left for us?! for over 10 people. As a service we would have expected an offer of an espresso etc. on the house. However, the waitress's answer to this was - quote: "We don't give anything for free". Dear waitress: Not with us either. Attached is your review. Poor performance with a bill of over €700.

Extremely High Standard Persian Cuisine

Unfortunately I didn't like it!!! The service takes a long time or if it is full you may forget (e.g. payment). I didn't think the price was justified and the prices were tough too! I'm happy to pay more for expensive food but then it should be fair (3 falafel meatballs that were then cut in half to make it look like more) don't justify a price over €15. They were delicious as was the hummus but that was it. Unfortunately my meat was only partially good (my chicken didn't taste like anything but the lamb was good). Last but not least, I have to say that I personally don't like it (even if tipping options are already established in the system, for example), that you are not observed what you enter.

Nice place, well decorated, spacious, with many tables, excellent treatment and service. Portions well served and well presented. Without a doubt a good success. On Saturday night it was full, make a reservation.

We go to visit Maman at least twice a week. Today we called and the employee Leila/Leyla told us to just come over. We drove 40 minutes to get there and she told us we would have to wait a maximum of an hour. I understand that it was full but then she should do her job properly and not tell people to come now and then wait another hour!

Food is ok - but it came to our table cold! Service was catastrophic… we had thought about just leaving in the meantime. .. It's a shame, and I don't recommend it. Stay loyal to babam ❤️

I was craving Persian food and chose MAMAN restaurant...an excellent choice! My friend and I had a wonderful evening there. The waitresses and waiters were extremely friendly, courteous and very attentive. The service was quick and we hardly had to wait for our food. I was more than impressed with the taste of everything. From the freshly baked bread to the perfectly prepared rice. The portions were generous, so I was even able to take the rest home with me. For me, this is the best Persian restaurant I have visited so far. Totally recommended, and I'll definitely be back!

Very tasty food and great ambience. Hardly had any waiting time. The service is particularly noteworthy. Very accommodating, they even took our jackets and cleaned the josh after the main course. Rarely seen in other Redtaurants. The dessert didn't really appeal to us in terms of taste. But that's a matter of taste. We would come again and again!

The food itself was good and Kashke bademjan was excellent like Babam. The ambience is not traditional or Persian, but you can't complain because it's not mandatory. The staff was very well groomed and professional. As a Persian, I can recommend it to another Persian, but not to a stranger who wants a Persian experience.

We went to Maman for dinner. The reception was very friendly. The door would be held open for us and our coats would be taken away. We were led to the table. The furniture is modern and yet radiates warmth. There was a greeting from the kitchen. We ordered a starter platter for 4 people, as well as main dishes such as minced lamb on a spit, lamb fillet on a spit, chicken thighs with basmati etc. After the starter, a certain feeling of satiety set in. Not everyone managed the main course and we took it with us. There was only enough for tea and coffee All the dishes were very tasty, the service was very friendly and professional and the prices were absolutely justified. Gladly again.

It was very expensive compared to other Persian restaurants I know in other cities, especially in NRW. And the quality of the food and the portion size were not optimal. I saw a great Instagram video of this restaurant and really wanted to eat there. But I was disappointed. I don't want to say it was very bad because the ambience was nice. But I wouldn't go there again.

The ambience is nice and the food is absolutely ok too. Prices are on the higher end of the spectrum, but for someone who really wants Persian food it's fine. The dish could have been served with a little more rice. It was a bit difficult to explain to the waiter the variation of the dish I wanted. In the end I got what I wanted, although I was definitely charged a little extra for the variation, which wasn't really transparent. I have no idea how much I ended up paying for it. Unfortunately, dividing the bill was a bit “difficult” and not entirely effective. The waiters were a bit too pushy. We were asked about ten times if we needed anything else and if our plates could be removed. As a result, we were unnecessarily interrupted several times in our conversation. That was a little annoying. All in all, I might try it again, but it probably won't become my new favorite.

Very nice restaurant, stylish and quiet atmosphere. The food was very good, exceptional, tasteful and wonderfully presented, a delight for the eyes and palate. My dog ​​could lie with me without any problems. Only the toilets are in the basement, accessible via about 10 steps, but they are well maintained and clean. Dad Local is recommended all around.

A very nice restaurant, pleasant atmosphere and we were warmly welcomed. We ordered fresh lemonade and two appetizers that were great, both visually and culinary-wise. There was also fresh flatbread from the oven - wonderful! Unfortunately, the staff were obviously so busy with a larger group in the restaurant that we were virtually invisible. After the starters were cleared away we waited 45 minutes without anything happening. No demand from the staff - despite empty glasses and an empty table. We are very patient, but at some point we asked for new drinks and also asked whether our main course had been forgotten. . Then it went very quickly - and the main courses were also delicious. The bill then came very carelessly without any further explanation or question. When we said goodbye, the friendliness that we felt at the beginning was there again - a somewhat strange mix in our opinion. Therefore only 3 stars for the service today. Too bad.

Best Persian restaurant in Germany for me so far. Even with a large group you can get a table spontaneously. Courteous service and excellent food. Modern furnishings and presentation. The vegans were also completely satisfied.

That was the first time we were at this restaurant. The food was good, the service perfect, and everything was very clean and quiet. The employees are very polite. A good choice if you want to eat comfortably in a restaurant with family or friends. We are very satisfied and would like to come back!

October 2023: There were 8 people there, the food was delicious for everyone, we ordered the 3 course menu, super tender meat, delicious starter plates and delicious dessert, there was something for everyone.

We were greeted very warmly and friendly right at the door. After our coats were taken away and hung up, a very nice lady led us to the table. I also have to say that we didn't make a reservation and we were still able to accommodate seven people at very short notice. The food was to die for! Incredibly delicious and fresh! Another point: Before eating you get fresh Nan bread with cheese and Persian herbs, also a great gift. In summary, I have to say, we were super super super satisfied and would love to come back. The price-performance ratio is consistent and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, which is very important to me personally.

Absolute disaster! Were there on January 1st, 2025. The food was tasty, service was ok. When we drove home we felt very bad. Obviously the lamb shank was no longer good. Given the proud prices, that's a disgrace.

We ordered dough that was expired! Had to be replaced! And there are rust spots on the lid of the drinks????? Price-performance ratio is not good at all, I recommend Kish in Frankfurt!!! Maman is not into Persian food! Waitresses conceited Except the lady at the reception who was nice! Otherwise the rest will be incredibly nose-up and think they are something! I don't even want to start with the price-performance ratio, it's way too expensive!!!

We had the 3-course menu and were completely satisfied with everything. Great quality and incredibly tasty. Very nice atmosphere, very nice staff and actually 5 points. Since the table was too small for the food and we had asked for a short break between courses, but this request was not honored, I deducted one point. The restaurant is modern and tastefully decorated, but I deducted a point here because of the noise level. We'll definitely be back!

The “Maman” is centrally located on the market square in Offenbach. As a tribute to the operator's mother, it is the counterpart to the "Babam" on Münchner Strasse in Frankfurt, which is dedicated to his father. A nice gesture that also does its job in terms of marketing. Because I liked it straight away, even before I tasted anything. In terms of taste, what comes out of the kitchen is beyond any doubt. We had nothing to complain about. The service can also cope with more difficult guests, although there were a few teething problems with larger orders. Everything is presented deliciously and attractively. Definitely worth a visit.

The food was good The Starter dish compliment of the House was also Good. But Honestly the Desert that I've ordered was not What I've expected. The Desert called Faloodeh was not Faloodeh at all rather it was chinese Glass Noodle which it was not what i expect to see or even Eat in a Persian Restaurant. The Business owner was also informed about this situation. I wouldn't recommend this Desert

We were here in a larger group, about 25 people. The food was good. Unfortunately it came with a delay because the kitchen suddenly couldn't manage it. But I think that is made up for by friendliness and the occasional fork and plate that came extra upon request. Very friendly and attentive staff. Speaks German, Farsi and English. The restaurant is a long room with floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire length. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Parking spaces opposite in the parking garage or, with a bit of luck, around the corner. We can highly recommend the restaurant. Also and especially because Persian food is simply great! If you don't know it, try it out!! Here again! Jujeh Soltani with rice very good. Juicy and grilled flavors.
