I ordered food for 11:00 AM for 12:00 PM because I have a one-hour lunch break starting at 12:00 PM, and the restaurant's positive reviews had convinced me. At 12:10 PM, I was still standing outside and got curious about where my food was. So I called the restaurant and explained that I had ordered food for 12:00 PM and hadn't received a call or anything. (According to the Lieferando app, it said the food was almost there.) A man answered the phone and didn't even ask what I had ordered or where it was being delivered. He replied in a stressed tone, "Yes, the food is almost here," and ended the call. Around 12:24 PM, I called again and asked where the man with my food was. He told me he was five minutes away, and then I explained exactly where he needed to go. ... At 12:32, I'd had enough. I called the store to complain, but the person on the other end of the line immediately said, "Yes, please wait a moment." So I waited on hold for three minutes, and when someone finally had time for me, I told them I was no longer interested in the order and was canceling it. All I got was a sad "Sorry." I'm disappointed and angry because I stood outside in the cold for over 40 minutes straight and was repeatedly lied to on the phone, told the delivery person would be here any minute. I have nothing to eat for my entire shift because my lunch break is now over. The food is probably tasty, but anyone who values ​​reliability and wants their food to arrive exactly as paid for with a 100% guarantee should probably avoid ordering from here.

The restaurant was fairly clean, and the conditions were difficult to understand, but the staff were friendly nonetheless. The food, however, was very greasy and tasted bland, and it was just slapped onto a plate, nothing more.

lamb biriyani was beyond bad!! It was a basically a vegetable Pulao, with 3-4 very very small pieces of lamb, like the size of grapes. Rice was very salty, taste was no were near any kind of biriyani.. I can't understand how one can manage to make food so bad. There is no relation between the rice and the lamb here. Wouold never order from here again!
