I ordered chicken biryani from this restaurant, and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. It didn’t taste or look anything like real biryani. The flavors were off, the texture wasn’t right, and overall it was nowhere close to authentic. I expected much better, especially from an Indian restaurant. Definitely not ordering again

I have serious concerns about food safety. I ordered two Ben & Jerry's ice creams for €20 on a chilly evening. They arrived with a thick layer of ice crystals. Furthermore, the surface of the ice cream was already rancid. This clearly indicates a broken cold chain. It cannot be ruled out that other food items from the same refrigeration system were affected. The ice cream also failed the odor test. It was therefore disposed of entirely. After I contacted Lieferando, the restaurant refused to issue a refund or provide another solution. The restaurant argued that a solution was found that evening when I immediately reported the defect. Since I submitted the complaint to Lieferando, the restaurant is no longer interested in a solution. I was yelled at on the phone, and the call was terminated. If a restaurant doesn't understand that ice crystals on frozen food can only occur due to a temporary interruption in the cold chain, and not due to thawing during delivery to the customer, I would never trust that restaurant with my food-related health. The health department will be informed of this case and, above all, of the lack of understanding and knowledge of food safety. Even if no deficiencies are found on-site, operators must demonstrate that they understand the laws governing cold chain maintenance and implement them in a transparent manner.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered at 11 p.m. and received nothing. The shop is open until 3:00 a.m.

The only tolerable thing was the tasteless rice. Two different dishes, two of the same sauce that tasted like gravy. If you're looking for Indian cuisine, you're in the wrong place.

Wasted 44 euros and got an industrially produced meal.

Please stop with the advertising, I would never eat something like that, and please inform your foreign employees who cannot read German about “no advertising”

Dead beetle in the food or rather in the sauce. Food inspectors have been notified. Ordered through Lieferando, and neither Lieferando nor Patiala Curryhaus will refund the amount. Don't eat here!!!

The food is realy delicious from an euthentic kichen

Ordered on Lieferando, cheese nuggets are completely soaked and schnitzel tastes like it came from the freezer, it tastes better when you make oven food at home and you save money too

The food was very warm and that's where the positive review ends. Tarte flambée is made from pizza dough and is absolutely dry. It doesn't taste good either. The Indian looks like it came from the supermarket and tastes like it has been warmed up again.

Food arrived almost cold after 90 minutes. It didn't taste particularly good either. It was the first and last time I ordered there. I ordered at 12:15am and it was only a 6 minute drive from me. Don't understand why it takes so long 😡

We just ordered and there was a cockroach in the food. Called the restaurant several times but the phone is off! Called the delivery service and said it's not his problem, he delivers, I should just contact the restaurant! 25 euros for a cockroach tomorrow the health department and everything will be informed and I want my money too! Order to Hirschstrasse!

Eleven euros for calamaris that don't taste like calamaris but are just soaked in oil. For eleven euros I expect good quality calamaris. Not even worth a euro. Never again

Das Essen war mal gut. Selbst der Reis schmeckt komisch. Hühnerfleisch ist nicht mehr wie früher lange mariniert worden und von schlechterer Qualität.

Lieferung: etwas verspätet, aber noch im Rahmen des Verkraftbaren. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin wurde uns freundlich mitgeteilt, dass unser Essen bereits auf dem Weg sei. Essen: Wir bestellten sowohl vielerlei Pizzabrötchen, als auch ein indisches Gericht (der genaue Name ist mir leider entfallen, es war irgendwas mit Korma). Zu den Pizzabrötchen... Pizzabrötchen? Eher Pizzaschnecken! Geschmacklich waren alle Sorten nicht zu beanstanden, weder zu trocken, noch zu saftig. Die mitgelieferte Soße war zum Verzehr sehr zu empfehlen. Nun zum indischen Gericht... Ich hab in meinem Leben bereits viele Erfahrungen bezüglich indischen Essens gesammelt, aber musste dennoch feststellen, dass diese kulinarische Leistung eine besonders schwache war. Es schmeckte langweilig, das gewisse Etwas fehlte. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, es war "Alles okay"

Reichhaltige und reichliche Portionen! Sehr schmackhaft. Lieferzeit immer pünktlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Top! Achtung: Wer über Lieferando bestellt, schmälert finanziell nicht nur den Verdienst des Restaurants wegen Provision; sondern erhält auch deren „super“ Lieferservice! Kann man in den anderen Bewertungen nachlesen! DESHALB : direkt anrufen und bestellen! Nicht alles, was digital ist, funktioniert auch 😁

Das Beste "Indisch nach Hause Essen" bisher. Sehr lecker und sie sind immer schneller als die angegebene Lieferzeit. Sind treue Kunden seit 2017. Top!

Kompliment an den/die ...Koch/Köche, es war SEHR lecker..alle Indischen Gerichte waren heiß, große Portionen und scharf =)..der Shrimpsalat war super frisch...die Lieferung kam SEHR schnell..netter Lieferant. Gerne wieder

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, lecker!

Lieferzeit knapp 45min, somit sehr schnell, obwohl morgen Feiertag ist. Essen ist nicht ganz günstig, aber dafür sehr gut und authentisch.

Essen telefonisch direkt im Restaurant bestellt, sollte ab 23:30 geliefert werden. Alles hat bestens funktioniert, kurz nach 23:30 kam der Fahrer, der sehr freundlich war. Das Essen war sehr lecker, heißt und sehr gut gewürzt, die Portion auch nicht gerade klein. Alles in einem sicher nicht das letze Mal dass ich dort bestellt habe👍

Essen ist wirklich gut, jedoch ist der Service eine Katastrophe! 2,5 Stunden Lieferzeit... angekündigt war 1 Stunde! Wir haben mehrfach angerufen und uns wurde ständig erzählt, dass der Fahrer bereits unterwegs sei. Schade...

Lieferant ist anscheinend unfähig eine Haustür nach dem Verlassen eines Hauses zu schließen. Essen trotzdem super!

Habe bisher über Lieferheld bestellt und das hat wunderbar geklappt. Habe das Essen immer zwischen 1:00 Uhr und 2:30 bestellt. Und jedes Mal war es frisch und wirklich sehr lecker und richtig heiß. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und trotzdem wurde bisher nie bei der Qualität gespart und das um diese Uhrzeit ist DoppeltSuper!

Wer indisches Essen per Lieferservice möchte, hat nicht viele Alternativen in Karlsruhe. Geschmacklich authentisch, Zubereitung ist typisch indisch. Curry und Lassi waren sehr lecker und frisch. Qualität für einen Lieferservice in Ordnung. Lieferzeit war ebenfalls ok. Bei Lieferheld als eine der besten ausgezeichnet, finde ich allerdings leicht übertrieben. Preise sind angemessen. Insgesamt solide.

Schnell warm gut und lecker .. klare Empfehlung
