Rico Falafel in Berlin

Bester Laden für authentisches palästinensisches Essen. Falafel sind saftig und grün von innen wie es sein soll. Super Essen, super sympathischer Service, was will man mehr?

Wir waren ganz in der Nähe im Hotel untergebracht und suchten dringend etwas zum Essen. Bei Rico fanden wir ganz leckere orientalische Gerichte, sehr leckere Falafel und schick angerichtete Teller. Nicht zu vergessen die freundliche Bedienung.

Mal wieder in Berlin, mal wieder bei Ricos… Das beste Schawarma weit und breit! Etwas vergleichbares gibt es in der gesamten Bodenseeregion nicht!

Ich hatte einen gemischten Teller, fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das beste Essen, das ich bisher in Berlin hatte. Die Chilipaste hat dem Ganzen eine tolle Note verliehen.

Service war gut. Aber das Essen leider nicht so. Falafel nicht durch, wenig Soße, halloumi fad und milchig. Man findet da bessere Orte in Berlin

Bin regelmäßig zum Mittagessen hier. Super leckere und stets frisch gemachte Falafel zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Falafel/Makali-Teller.

Der Ort ist gut organisiert, das Essen ist köstlich und die jungen Leute sind entspannt.

Das Essen ist frisch und sehr lecker. Ich hatte den Hähnchen-Shawarma-Teller. Die Hälfte des Tellers war mit Hähnchen belegt, dazu gab es reichlich leckeren Salat und Hummus. Es gibt nur fünf Tische, aber viele Leute bestellen Essen zum Mitnehmen.

Such a hidden gem! The food was fresh and nourishing, portion sizes are very generous and well balanced. Super flavourful and a wide variety of meal options to choose from. Not to mention the staff are super friendly and it’s located in a lovely quiet area! 10/10, one of the loveliest spots in Berlin :)

The food is delicious and we often get a shawarma wrap here to take away. Unfortunately, prices have also increased again, wraps are now starting at €7.

Small fast food joint with Lebanese food. There are around 6 seats inside and around 10 seats outside. The food in wraps or on plates is freshly prepared. Makali, halloumi and fallafel always taste good. Of course there is also shawarma. In terms of price, Rico Falafel is on the higher end for snacks of this type. Bread is served with the plated meals. Unfortunately, always a little little. Half an Arabic bread per plate is not enough. In my opinion, one bread per plate should be served without any questions.

The struggle is real! I can't stop comparing these restaurants to authentic levantine cuisine from Palestine Jordan Syria and Lebanon, that is why I cannot be satisfied and say it is exactly the same. However it is not bad, I really liked it the service is great and it is way better than many other levantine restaurants.

Locale piccolo ma molto carino. Cibo buono (per quanto io di cibo arabo non sappia niente eh, però mi è piaciuto molto) e personale gentilissimo.

It's a very nice restaurant with a lovely and friendly staff. I advice you to try their Falafel. The vegetables are fresh and tasty.

Best falafel ever, served with kindness!

Magali Wrap - 1 pieces of eggplant inside, without sos (no one asked me for it) everything else inside is salad and sour veggies. The price for this is 6€. Halloumi Wrap - same Prinzip, few pieces of halloumi, everything else is based on raw vegetables. The price is 6€ as well. I don’t recommend it, unfortunately it is the only fast food place near Olivaer Platz.

A good and small place to seat and enjoy some oriental food. we ordered one Falafel teller (vegetarian, and the price was 7.5 €) and also 2 Ricoteller (each 10,5 €). You have the option to either seat inside or outside. The quality and price is really good and we will definitely go there again 👌👌 Just remember to have money at your pocket, cause they don‘t accept card-payments.

Dieser Laden ist wirklich eine tolle Entdeckung! Die Falafel hier sind frisch und werden erst nach der Bestellung geformt und frittiert, die Köfte sind ebenfalls lecker und auch das Schawarma schmeckt. Bin sehr gerne und regelmäßig hier!

Klein aber gut. Wraps und Teller mit Falafel, Halloumi, Schawarma & Co., auch zum Mitnehmen. Alles sehr lecker. Es gibt ein paar Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen. Meist geht's schnell, zur Mittagszeit ist wegen großer Beliebtheit auch mal mit Wartezeit zu rechnen. Preise o.k.

Zum Glück gib es Rico! Ohne diese extrem leckeren Falafel & Co wäre ich in der Mittagspause aufgeschmissen. Alles auf der Speisekarte ist lecker - aber die Falafel Wraps sind und bleiben für mich die Krönung!

Falafel ist gut, die Jungs hinter der Theke dafür sehr unfreundlich und lustlos

leckere Wraps, könnten tatsächlich ein wenig größer sein bzw. mal eine XXL-Version mit Aufpreis, nettes Ambiente

Muss leider sagen, dass ich nie wieder in diesem Laden essen werde. Zwar schmeckt alles wirklich lecker, aber es werden Hygiene und Corona Maßnahmen missachtet. Die Küche ist offen einzusehen und man kann den Leuten bei der Zubereitung zusehen, beim Warten ist es heute passiert, dass Bekannte begrüßt wurden, mit Küsschen und Händeschütteln und danach einfach das Essen weiter zubereitet wurde, beim Geld annehmen genau so. Ohne Hände waschen, desinfizieren oder Handschuhe. Das wäre nicht nur zu Corona Zeiten fragwürdig. Wirklich schade, dass man sich mit so etwas einfach umzusetzenden Kunden vergrault.

Sehr nettes und superfleißiges Team. Telefonisch bestellen und abholen klappt immer ohne Probleme. Portionen könnten manchmal größer sein (Wraps etwas klein), aber sonst nichts zu meckern. Rico Falafel geht immer!
