Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Besitzer geben sich immer Mühe und sind immer sehr nett zu den Gästen. Das Ambiente, ist okay wenn man ehrlich ist, Tische und Toiletten sind sauber. Preise sind auch okay. Nur der Laden ist manchmal echt leer leider.

Sehr schön! Der Besitzer ist wirklich sehr sehr nett und hat uns wunderbar empfangen. Er hat uns noch Tipps gegeben was wir schönes in Mannheim machen können. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Nette Erfahrung und gerne wieder!

Wir waren für eine Nacht im NYX Hotel Mannheim. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Hotel insgesamt modern und gut gelegen. Allerdings haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ganz wohlgefühlt. Vor dem Hotel war Polizeipräsenz, und es waren mehrfach sehr auffällig gekleidete Damen im Hotel unterwegs. In Kombination mit Hinweisen von außenstehenden Personen hat das bei uns leider ein ungutes Gefühl hinterlassen. Uns ist bewusst, dass wir die Hintergründe nicht beurteilen können – dennoch wünschen wir uns bei einem Hotelaufenthalt ein Umfeld, in dem man sich rundum sicher und entspannt fühlt. Das war für uns hier leider nicht gegeben

Sehr toll, wirklich. Aber nach dem dritten Mal Umbrella von Rihanna ist auch irgendwann gut.

Das hätte ich in der in der Form nicht erwartet. Ich bin so überrascht von der Qualität des Essens. Geschmacklich und qualitativ großes Kino. Das ist der Inbegriff von ehrlichem und gutem Essen 🙏🏻 Haben unsere Weihnachtsfeier dort genossen und würde es jederzeit weiter empfehlen Wir kommen wieder 😎

Ich wollte hinein, aber der Wachmann ließ mich nicht rein, weil ich nicht in Begleitung einer Frau war. Ich sagte ihm, meine Frau sei drinnen, aber er ließ mich trotzdem nicht rein und war unhöflich. Ich versuchte, meine Frau anzurufen, aber es gab kein Internet. Ich wartete über drei Stunden in der Kälte. Früher kam ich jeden Tag hierher, aber samstags und freitags ließ er mich nicht rein. Der Wachmann war unmöglich.

Hatten einen Tisch reserviert, mussten allerdings knapp eine viertel Stunde im Eingang warten. Ambiente super. Service ok. Auch die Vorspeisen haben überzeugt. Das Gyros war allerdings unterdurchschnittlich. Super fettiges Fleisch. Fast wie ein schlechter Döner, nur für einen gehobenen Preis. Das war leider echt ein Downer.

Sehr nettes lokal war eine Woche zu Besuch in Mannheim und waren heute Samstag da wollten nur eines trinken aber weil es so gemütlich war und witzig sind es ein paar mehr geworden ;) Einen negativen Punkt gibt es leider doch und das sind die Toiletten die müssten dringend erneuert werden meiner Meinung nach. War leider nicht das beste, aber im großen und Ganzen war es ein witziger und toller Abend und das zählt schlussendlich Personal sehr freundlich und geht auf die Wünsche ein sehr sehr toll. Freu mich schon auf nächstes Jahr wenn wir wieder vorbeikommen.

More of a nightclub than a restaurant, but that's precisely what makes it so charming. Boredom stays at bay here. A deduction for the restrooms, which unfortunately are more club-like than restaurant-like. Partygoers know what I mean. Rhodos is an institution at the gateway to Mannheim's "Little Berlin." You get something fresh to eat at 2:30 a.m., and the incredibly friendly owner will sit down at your table and chat, even if you're not a regular. Even unusual drink requests that come to mind while drunk are accommodated. The place is multicultural and queer-friendly at the same time—at least, that's my impression after several visits. If you want to party in a down-to-earth way (also applies to the prices) and take life in a relaxed manner, this is the place for you!

It's your own fault if you come here for food. Beer for a fair price. However, the waitress should give you more than 20 seconds to choose. Because no, I don't know what I want to drink every time I enter the bar. But then being rude is wrong. Please revise your mindset. P.S.: Don't order cocktails. You'll regret it.

I've known Rhodos since I was a child! The best shop ever! The owner is fantastic!

A very, very nice establishment. The waitress is an honest woman, and Rohdos has so much money anyway, you can't help but feel comfortable. We had a great evening. A little tip: the frozen appetizer plate will knock your socks off (sometimes free). The little black rolls, especially, served with tzatziki, are a dream. We'll be back!!!

Bouncers who are uneducated just box people for no reason, maybe the boss can't do anything about it, he doesn't know what kind of people he has in front of the door, I just had a question that was completely stupid and was insulted by the bouncers and was punched. Then I called the police, it's a shame that the boss hires people like that...

A miserable place. I went there for the first and last time around 3 a.m., as no other restaurant was open in the area. My first impression was already unappealing. The place was very sparsely attended, and the majority of those in it were washed-up 40- to 60-year-olds, the kind you often find in establishments like this. Most of them were probably alcoholics, or at least unemployed. At first, to my dismay, I was made to wait at the counter for a few minutes, enjoying the stale, smoke-filled air, similar to that on a train when a homeless person gets on. Finally, I wanted to order a souvlaki combination with bread and a grilled cheese to go. A total of about 15 euros. The -apparent- manager then told me the combination with bread wasn't available and I'd have to order the plate with fries instead, which was somewhere between 5 and 10 euros more expensive. At first, still naive, I said she could just leave out the bread; it wouldn't bother me. Then I was shocked that she wouldn't do it because she didn't feel like it. I left immediately. Despite my empty stomach, it was quite a relief to feel fresh air in my lungs. They are very aware of their market position here, and they were clearly trying to rip me off by using their monopoly position at such a late hour. DON'T COME! And if you must, then bring clothes that you can easily dispose of afterward.

Good one. Small but good with nice music. Mostly, there for the after-party, best place in Mannheim to end a night with good memories. The prices are reasonable

Definitely recommended for the start of the weekend or similar. I didn't eat anything, so I can't say anything positive or negative. For adults who would like to try their luck, there are also (legal and tested!) slot machines and a machine with a giant plush toy available.

I have to say it looks nice, the workers are very nice and the conditions are very quick, but as soon as you go out to take a quick breath, the security won't let you in. I had a drink, ordered another one, went out for a moment to get some fresh air with a friend and security suddenly said that I was too drunk and wasn't allowed in anymore. Well, I wanted to say that we need fresh air and wanted to ask the security guard something, but well, he didn't let me have enough and said "I'm not going to argue with you, you're too drunk, you can't come in anymore" okay, my German isn't the best but come on can't be that I have to go out for a moment to get some air, I order a drink with a friend beforehand and I'm not allowed in, it's just a rip off. I wasn't even allowed to get my watches, another colleague who was inside ended up taking my stuff. I can understand that a lot of different people come by and maybe cause problems, but I was with my group of friends, I only had one drink, it was very quiet and suddenly something like this comes up, so I'm really at a loss for words. Actually, I can recommend going there but not going out once you come in, especially if you can't speak German well enough. you can easily lose money.

The Rhodes is a great shop, the boss is a really great person, you can have a great party there. Prices are also very, very good

The traditional pub in Mannheim. Here you shouldn't expect fancy Micki, but rather hard alcohol and a hard atmosphere. If you understand it and aren't a wimp, you can experience Mannheim uncensored.

Very strong shop, I can't say anything about the food, but if you've fought your way through the shots at Jungbusch on a wet and happy evening, Saki at Rhodes is there to reward you with plenty of beer etc. It's also worth stopping by there on a social evening for a round of cards or something similar.

Rhodes changed my life! I was devastated and didn't know what to do with my life anymore, I was almost on the verge of putting an end to it all. One night, when I was trying to drink myself to death again, I ended up unconscious on the street again. When I came to, it was in front of me - THE RHODES - it somehow seemed as if the shop was in a spotlight. I have to get this in! And what can I say, my life has turned 540°, it must have been fate. Now I have money and women are just chasing after me. People go to Rhodes! You will come out as a new born human being.

Really very cool shop with a great atmosphere and good drinks. Unfortunately, our service was very rude and sometimes presumptuous. When we ordered the first round of drinks, we didn't all order a drink. The waitress then asked in a rude tone why we even came here... Unfortunately, the same service was very difficult to understand and was rarely present during the rest of the evening. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it really wasn't a pleasant experience

From 2 a.m. onwards, only strange people come here. Very unpleasant atmosphere

Rhodos ist einfach geil, bester Inhaber günstige Drinks auch öfter mal auf Nacken und schnelles Essen.

Wird mittlerweile eher als als Kneipe zweckentfremdet. Unter anderem auch von meiner Wenigkeit :) Ich liebe es dort, die Stimmung ist immer witzig, das Bier hat einen guten Preis und die Atmosphäre ist schön rustikal gemütlich

Das Essen war extrem Wenig für viel Geld und komplett versalzen. Weil sonst nirgends mehr etwas auf die schnelle zu bekommen war, haben wir es dann mit viel Zaziki reingewürgt, aber echt schade, dass die Qualität so sehr über die Jahre nachgelassen hat.

Es war spät. Weiß nicht mehr alles, aber war geil 😊.

Essen und Trinken bis spät in der Nacht. Klientel ist einer schöner Schnitt durch die ganze Gesellschaft. Nette, aber auch skurrile Begegnungen möglich. Ich komme immer wieder gerne.

Im Gegensatz zum Nelson oder Anisée ist hier kein Sexismus an der Tagesordnung. Hier darf man auch als Mann ohne Herrin feiern gehen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Preise sind gut. Alles in allem verdiente 5 Sterne. Anmerkung: Rauchen im Inneren ist erlaubt, sollte man wissen bevor man Eintritt, Stört aber nicht sonderlich, da die Lüftung gut zu funktionieren scheint. 👍

Ich wusste nicht mal das es da was zu essen gibt .. Rhodos ist der Abschluss einer Jungbusch Tour 🍹

Wer nicht im Rhodos war, der war auch nicht im Jungbusch, so einfach ist das!

Die Einrichtung ist sehr rustikal, was nicht so meinem Geschmack entspricht; ebenso wie die Musik die leider den ganzen Abend gleich war (Pitbull lief hauptsächlich). Die Preise für die Getränke sind jedoch mehr als Fair! Auch die Getränke sind gut gemixed. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Beste Bar. Egal was jemand sagen mag, es ist immer geil hier!

Beste Kneipe für das Endziel am Abend da noch bis morgens die Küche offen ist. Chef ist sehr nett Bedienung freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Wochenende gut besucht aber nicht zu voll. Nur zu empfehlen.

Das Rhodos ist einfach eine Legende für sich. Nicht besonders sauber oder schön, aber immer geöffnet, wenn alles andere schon zu hat. Die billigsten Getränke der Stadt. Ich habe hier viele schöne Abende verbracht, ein Muss für alle Studenten

Kleine, verrauchte Kneipe. Mit Live DJ kam echt Stimmung auf, aber dort waren viele komische Gestalten 😅

Tagsüber Restaurant, am Abend dann eher eine ( gut besuchte ) Kneipe, die bis in die frühen Morgenstunden auf hat. Kann man mögen, muss man aber nicht..

Best Bar in town. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert wenn man Student ist. Super Preise und entspannte Stimmung.

Ihr wollt euch die Seele aus dem Leib bechern und das, obwohl bereits mehr Monat als Gehalt übrig ist? Dann seid ihr hier richtig. Denn im Rhodos kann man für wenig Taler seine Kehle mit allerlei Spirituosen benetzen. Ein Paradies für den kleinen Geldbeutel und den großen Durst! :) LG Schnapsdrossel-Rudi

dieser laden ist absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Wer auf einen Besitzer in Schlägermanier steht, der Gäste körperlich angeht und mit Faustschlägen traktiert, der ist hier genau richtig. So etwas habe ich noch nie mitbekommen! Unglaublich. Abgesehen davon wird Hygiene nicht besonders großgeschrieben, sei es auf der Toilette, bei der Essens/Getränkeausgabe oder auch am Tisch. Absolut dreckig. Dieser Laden ist ein absolutes NO GO.

Coole Location, coole Stimmung, coole Leute! Eher ein Pub, als ein griechisches Restaurant, immer wieder nice mit der Clique dort abzuhängen und zu feiern!

Wenn jemand einen Laden sucht der auch noch spät in der Nacht einen Besuch wert ist dann hier. Vor 1 Uhr nachts ist nicht viel los aber danach platzt der Laden aus allen Nähten. Bis 7 auhr gibts was zu futtern und saki ist ne Nummer für sich. KEIN schikimiki aber immer authentisch. Weiter so. Die Bastion gegen die neumodische Kreuzberger Art im Jungbusch.

Der Besitzer gibt gerne mal einen Uzo aus und sorgt für gute Stimmung, allerdings lässt die dunkle Einrichtung im Rhodos sehr zu wünschen übrig und sorgt dafür, dass man sich hier nur kurz auf einen Absacker trifft
