We order food to be delivered every Sunday, and we've noticed for some time now that, among other things, the tiramisu that we always order as dessert has changed, without cream, etc., and today's delivery basically turned one "formerly" into two. It will be the case that no more orders will be ordered and I always had hope that it would get better, but the “size” of the tiramisu killed the bird today. It's a shame for being a customer for so many years

If you want to sit outside in summer and are looking for Greek food at reasonable prices, this is the place for you. Some dishes are really good, others are not convincing even for the price. It's best to try it out!

We ate in the restaurant in the evening, so I can't say anything about the beer garden. The food could have been a little warmer, but it was really good! The service was just as good as that Value for money. I find the ambience a bit boring and in my opinion there should be more reference to the Waldhof. But you can recommend it.

First of all: I like Dimi. Yes, the decoration, especially outside, seems a little daring. Colorful lights, odds and ends, figures and lanterns. But it has charm, I think, and you somehow feel like you're at home in the garden with some good friends. If the weather is right, you can definitely sit here and spend your time. The rather large interior area, on the other hand, seems a bit old-fashioned and unfortunately cannot hide the fact that you are in a typical club restaurant. Due to the way these locations are constructed, it is always a bit difficult to create comfort in such large, I would call it halls. At Dimi, however, one option works quite well: not only the drinks counter, but also the kitchen grill is placed in the dining room. This noticeably brightens up the room and as a guest, the view of the man at the grill offers entertainment while you wait for your food. Depending on what is currently on the grate, the smell in the room can sometimes be a little stronger. Or, to put it another way, stimulate the appetite for grilled food. We have been guests at Dimi's for many years now and have seen some changes over time, both in terms of price and taste. The prices were initially incredibly low and unrivaled far and wide. Thanks to Corona and the general economic situation, these have now been revised upwards, which is of course absolutely justified. With prices around EUR 7 for a complete menu with side dishes and salad, you can no longer run a restaurant today. The popular weekly or, more recently, monthly menu is still very affordable and you can still find some dishes under the EUR 10 mark. But even the normal menu is in the lower price segment. An example is the rump steak for EUR 18.50, or the popular Dimi platter, a large grilled plate with various meat variations, for EUR 16.50. Mind you, these prices still include an insert, e.g. B. French fries or rice, as well as a side salad. You can also invite your hunchbacked relatives to this course. During all our visits we always felt comfortable and the food never disappointed us. However, it has to be said that there are relatively large variations in taste and so you never get the same dish served identically. Sometimes there is only a little sauce over the meat, other times there is a lot of sauce (here is a reference to my photograph, which shows exactly this variation of the "loin medallions with metaxa sauce"); sometimes everything is a little spicier and sometimes prepared without a lot of spices but with a lot of cream. This is of course due to the different chefs who have to cover the daily opening hours from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There may also be a slightly higher fluctuation at this workplace, but I cannot judge this. In any case, the rating ranges from "very good" to "three minus", depending on who is currently on duty in the kitchen. However, we have never had a really bad meal and the portion sizes were always sufficient. So please don't be put off or misunderstood. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your many years of hospitality. We like going to Dimi's and that won't change, even if there's room for improvement every now and then. So, until next time! By the way: One reviewer complained that he didn't get an ouzo after receiving the bill, but the table next door did. Well, I think that the table next door regularly ordered ouzo, because as far as I know, Dimi has never had “an ouzo on the house”. At least we never received one in 20+ visits.

It was our first time there and we were disappointed. I also get food from the grill truck that grills chicken. Our opinion.

I'm usually here during the beer garden season, which is very beautiful, shady, flowery and green. Was mostly served by Panto, super attentive, quick and proactive, even when it was full. Eat something different every now and then. Starters are delicious, Dimi platter is recommended. Today there was something new for me: mushrooms in the pan as a starter, liver with onions and French fries as the main course. Top. I'd love to come back

It's clean, but there are a mess of flower pots everywhere in the garden. The service was a bit slow. I only ate lettuce, but the dressing wasn't that plentiful and, in my opinion, not that tasty. The ice cream didn't taste great either.

Good value for money, nice service and you sit comfortably. We'll be back!

Everything was quite good here. And a decent portion for the price. I was more than full. All in all, everything worked out for me.

Food was good. Salad also had a good dressing. Service was ok. In my opinion, the employees could be a little nicer and maybe even smile at the customers. Very nice beer garden.

I can't judge the service and ambience. But we ordered there for the second time and almost everything was fine, except for the delivery time, which was still within reasonable limits. The price/performance ratio is right, the food is great, we had already spent twice as much in other restaurants for the same quality, gladly again :-)

So if you don't even like the good food but also want to be ripped off, this is definitely the right place for you. A schnitzel was sometimes ordered online on the monthly menu and extra sauce was also added to this product. The extra sauce in question was then marked and paid for with an additional charge of €2.50 via the online portal. Everything is still OK so far. Nothing was ordered over the phone either. When we received the order, the supplier informed us that we would have to pay him again in cash for the extra sauce that we had already paid for online. We were then shown the receipt in which the said schnitzel was listed without the extra sauce. Of course, this did not correspond to our purchase receipt, in which the extra sauce was calculated and taken into account and paid for in the final price. This dialogue, which was almost completely unrealistic, went so far that the supplier then spoke to the owner again by telephone in front of our door. So let's be honest: as a customer you've already eaten there! Do you do this with all of your customers? It would also be really advisable that things appear on your own receipts as they were ultimately ordered online. This would avoid such misunderstandings and home-made confusions and the tax office would probably be very grateful to you for proper and legally compliant accounting. But at the end of the day, these are all problems that should under no circumstances be passed on to the customer. I hope we don't have to go through this stress again in the future! (assuming we really think about ordering again.)

Value for money from the food was actually okay but not more than that. One service was very friendly and one was exactly the opposite. What really annoyed us was the double standards. We left a lot of money there but didn't get a nightcap and that wasn't the first time. This was a given at the neighboring tables 🤔 As I said, not the first time...

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. There were 6 of us there today, we were immediately greeted in a friendly manner and received the card. Drinks ordered quickly, as did the food. Every meal (flambée, Dimi platter, gyros, chicken liver, etc.) and the ice cream afterwards were great both visually and in taste. The vegetables were not frozen like in other restaurants. The decoration is overloaded and kitschy, but it was about the food. And that was absolutely recommended, also in terms of price. Service was friendly and fast, we will definitely come back 👍

We love eating at Dimi's, everyone is super nice and the beautiful beer garden in summer is second to none.

We visited the restaurant several times. Once from us and three times from friends' birthdays. Something can go wrong for anyone, no matter what. But four times is no longer a bad day. I'd rather go to another Greek restaurant and pay more, but I know that I'll really enjoy it every time. We're not going there anymore. If the quality is enough for you, you should go, that's completely legitimate.

We were there for dinner with 7 people this afternoon. We got the card quickly. The drink order didn't take long to arrive either. The time to order food was also just right. You had time to choose something in peace, but you didn't have to wait too long. Salad came quickly and was fresh. We didn't have to wait forever for the food to arrive. It was warm, cooked to perfection (it had sirloin steak), and the portion was enough. And the prices are great too. I can't understand all the bad reviews. I'd love to come back.

Updated February 18, 2024 Ordered: Gyros with rice and tzatziki as well as schnitzel with gravy and fried potatoes. Price 20.00 The gyro with side dishes was very good, only the salad seemed a bit slimy. He was okay with the schnitzel. The schnitzel itself was tasty and large. The fried potatoes were very large pieces and unfortunately raw inside and so inedible. The sauce tasted like it was bound with a lot of flour and left a strange film in the mouth. It was completely tasteless. It's a shame, we probably won't be ordering here anymore for the time being. We are thrilled. The schnitzels are delicious as always, but the tortellini with Gorgonzola sauce taste really great. You shouldn't leave them out. The portions are generous, there is always a salad and a small dessert as a goody... and they are all nice too! Always my pleasure ... 2018 -. When there was no Corona yet: No haute cuisine with frills, but good, honest food at an unbeatable price from the weekly menu and the drink prices are also cheap. It's not food but frozen goods and ready-made mash. The best thing is the salad, the rest is not recommended. Atmosphere outdated and entrance area like a flea market. Service is sometimes overwhelmed and there is usually a language barrier.

We've been to this restaurant twice. The first time everything went wonderfully. The dishes arrived perfectly cooked. A couple of weeks later they came again. We ordered the same thing. The result upset us. The dishes turned out to be not at all tasty. Some were undercooked, some were overcooked, tasteless. As we understood, these were different shifts of cooks and the griller was also different. The good news: the prices there are reasonable and the bread is delicious and served hot. The waitress is very friendly and speaks Russian, which makes it easier to understand. The furnishings are in Greek style. Quite cozy. Addition. A week ago we were in a restaurant. We ordered liver with onions and rice, medallions in sauce and Pommes. The dishes arrived simply divine in taste. Today we decided to visit the restaurant again. We ordered medallions in sauce and Bratkartoffeln. This is some kind of "ambush". There was nothing in common with what we ate a week ago. The sauce is terrible, Bratkartoffeln is overcooked in places and tasteless. The meat was ruined by the sauce. Only the salad that came first was good. But once upon a time, beans dropped out of its composition. And the salad was noticeably poorer in terms of taste. The service is friendly. The waiter has changed. I note that he is attentive and courteous. I added a photo of today's dish and frozen fatty. It's a pity that the plant died. But this is not relevant to the essence of the matter.

It's a club restaurant but the service could still be a little more attentive. Even the boss doesn't have to shrink her staff in front of the guests. The food itself was mediocre and the cevapcici smelled of gas. We won't go there again. We were disappointed.

First the wrong starter came, then cold main courses. My Metaxa sauce was more of a cream sauce and the dish was suddenly gratinated with cheese even though there was none of it on the menu. The Befteki was completely over salted as were the fries. When confronted, people only looked funny. When paying (there was no tip from us) €4 was embezzled. Unfortunately, today was our last time with Demi.

Grüße Hatte Bratkartoffeln mit Metaxa Soße bestellt… keine Ahnung was das für Bratkartoffeln seien sollen ich verstehe nicht mal wieso es in einer Schale serviert wird.. und auch keine Ahnung was das für eine Metaxa Soße sein soll… hatte den Kellner extra zwei mal gefragt ob er sich sicher ist mir die richtige Soße gebracht zu haben, beim zweiten nachfragen hieß es, das wäre ihre Art Metaxa Soße zu machen… Ich weiß nicht was das für Brocken da drinne sein sollen und auch nicht mit was diese Brühe vermischt ist, weder Geschmack, Aussehen noch Konsistenz glich einer Metaxa Soße, irgendwie hatte es was von diesem schmelzkäse mit Speckwürfeln… :-! Die Toilettenräume… am Pissoir unten leichte pinkel lache, muffig, keine Papier… Horror, dann wird dort gelüftet so das der ganze Geruch ins Restaurant kommt… Waren ca 14 Gäste, die Kellner sind ständig nicht nach gekommen mit dem abräumen so das sie teilweise das dreckige Geschirr selbst zurück brachten um Platz für neue Gerichte zu haben.. Alles in allem, kein Besuch wert.

Das Essen war gut und der Preis angemessen also ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen das wenn jemand griechisch essen will zu einem normalen Preis und einer normalen Qualität ist hier gut aufgehoben .

Hier stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Immer wieder gerne :D Auch als Gruppe kann man hier bequem einkehren.

Nach 30 Minuten warten auf die Karte, hatten wir uns beim Sitznachbarn selbst eine Karte besorgt.Leute die nach uns gekommen sind, hatten währenddessen schon ihre Vorspeisen. Als unsere Vorspeisen dann ankamen, hatten wir kein Besteck und ich musste mich selbst auf die Suche machen. Kinderportionen bieten Sie überhaupt nicht mehr an und meine Hauptspeise wurde einfach an eine andere Perspn vergeben, sodass ich am essen war, während die anderen schon fertig waren. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts. Auf die Rechnung mussten wir auch ewig warten. Wir hatten teilweise das Gefühl, dass wie bewusst ignoriert wurden. Schade!

Schöner, wenn auch etwas kitschiger Biergarten. Service schnell, jedoch unbeholfen. Für jedes Anliegen ein eigener Servicemitarbeiter, der zuerst gerufen werden muss. Das Essen war leider nicht besonders. Fade, ölig, Fleisch nicht auf den Punkt, Fisch ohne Zitrone. Alles wirkte etwas improvisiert und „angelernt“. Alles in allem ein einmaliger Besuch.

Haben das erste Mal dort bestellt. Wurde pünktlich von einem super netten Fahrer gebracht. Sogar das vergessene Zaziki wurde sofort nachgeliefert. Essen war lecker und heiß. Wir sind zufrieden und können weiterempfehlen!

Essen ist gut und Gemütlich ist es auch

Ein einfaches Restaurant. Der Salat war uns leider etwas zu fad. Dafür war das Fleisch des Kopfball-Spieß und der Lammkoteletts sehr zart und lecker. Obwohl wenige Tische besetzt, war die Bedienung selten zu sehen. Preis und Leistung ist somit Ok.

Ich war jetzt heute das 2te mal in 2 Wochen bei Dimi aber ich muss ehrlich sagen bin wieder enttäuscht... Das Schnitzel was ich sehr gerne Esse war mega klein zum mitnehmen hab ich mir noch eine Gyros Pita machen lassen aber auch da, Gyros war für eine Gyros Pita fast gar nicht drin... Beim letzten mal dachte ich mir ok kann passieren aber nach diesem mal weiß ich das die Portionen so bleiben... Also vorerst werde ich dort nicht mehr hingehen, in Vergangenheit war ich sehr zufrieden gutes Essen während meiner Arbeitspause aber jetzt die 2 Male sehr enttäuschend.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit Biergarten und guter Küche

Portion zu klein, geschmacklich hat es nichts mit einem Griechischen Restaurant zu tun. Service war freundlich.

Essen war okay, die Portion jedoch etwas klein.

Nette Bedienung, günstige Preise. Essen ist dem günstigsten Preis entsprechend okay. Wir trinken dort meistens nach dem Sport etwas, dafür ist es super. Großer Biergarten, man findet eigentlich fast immer ein Platz draußen.

Ein sehr schönes Clubhaus mit Griechischen Flair und Essen, reichlich und Preiswert. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Essen und die Atmosphäre ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Was soll ich schreiben? Waren schon öfters auch in größeren Gruppen dort und das Essen hatte noch nie Sterneformat. Als Clubhaus aber trotzdem ok. Nie zu viel erwartet. Die Portion ist sehr klein, wenig Pommes, überall gespart. Mittlerweile ist das Essen so schlecht. Wir hatten Gyros mit Pommes und Tsatziki und Salat aus der Tageskarte bestellt. Das Gyros war so staubtrocken, dass man es nur mit viel Flüssigkeit, oder dem schlechtesten Tsatziki, das ich jemals bei einem Griechen serviert bekam, herunterbekam. Kurz was zur Hygiene: Da wir mit unserem kleinen Enkel dort waren, brauchten wir einen Kindersitz (positiv: genügend vorhanden, negativ: der Sitz wurde mit Wasser aus einem Eimer gereinigt, mit dem auch die Tische abgeputzt werden). Dieses Wasser, was soll ich sagen, Brackwasser. Geht gar nicht! Wir werden nie wieder dort essen. Echt nicht zu empfehlen, Sorry.

Erstaunlich: es gibt keine aktuellen Bewertungen für diese Lokation, die wir gerne besuchen, weil es griechische Standards und Besonderheiten (Gyros - Mousaka - Leber etc,) zu wohlfeilen Preisen gibt. Allerdings: Manchmal ist ein totaler Ausreisser dabei, der die Note ins Negative zieht: wir hatten Freunde zum ersten Mal zu Dimi eingeladen, nahmen im Biergarten Platz, warteten 15 Minuten bis wir uns Speisekarten holten. Wir konnten Getränke bald, Speisen nach insgesamt 30 Minuten zügig bestellen. Nach weitern 30 Minuten die Nachricht, dass die Küche keinen Flammkuchen mehr habe. neue Bestellung. Es tröpfelten dann erst gebackener und frittierter Schafskäse auf den Tisch, während die dazu bestellten Pommes erst viel später kommen sollten. Der Rest de Truppe wartet auf so schwiere, langwierige Speisen wie Gyros Pitta (Pommes, Gyros, Zaziki im Brot) und den Flammkuchenersatz , die noch auf sich warten ließen. Nach 90 Minuten hatten alles etwas zu essen, den Ablauf bestätigte der Chef persönlich. Die Bedienung fragte nach einer kleinen, vorsichtigen und letztlich unverstandenen Beschwerde, ob vier Ouzo aufs Haus angenehm wären. Gerne. Der Ouzo kam selbstverständlich nicht. Aber Waldhof Mannheim hatte gegen Kiel gewonnen. Immerhin. In Summe: Wer Glück hat, hat Glück. Wir werden es wieder versuchen. Aber warum gibt es keine aktuellen Bewertungn? Komisch.

corona lässt grüßen- Das Personal Mundschutz unter der Nase oder gar unter dem Kinn. Speisekarten stabelweise Reihum ohne Desinfektion . Tische desinfizieren ab und Zu. geschweige das man auf Maskenpflicht bei den Kunden achtet, im Gegenteil kein Problem ohne Maske. Die Chefin allen vorran. Hier wir Corona komplett ignoriert
