The food always tastes great, the service is absolutely top-notch, and special requests are always accommodated.

We ordered food from Rhodos Grill for the first time based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, our expectations were clearly too high. The cevapcici had a very soft, almost mushy consistency. The same was true for the bifteki, which were also very soft. The highlight of the bifteki, a filling of sheep's cheese or feta, was completely missing. Taste-wise, the delivered food was a complete disaster, and the price-performance ratio was not commensurate with other local grill restaurants.

One of the best restaurants in Wanne-Eickel and the surrounding area. It's become our regular haunt. Consistently delicious! Cozy atmosphere, friendly owner, and attentive staff.

Higher prices these days – that's understandable, like everywhere else. But when portions get smaller at the same time, it's just sad. What a waste of good food.

Super nice, even though we were there just before closing time. No problem at all, the food was fantastic; I've rarely had such tender gyros, and the fries and sauce were wonderful. The salad was also top-notch; I've rarely had such a good one. Great value for money, huge portions! Highly recommended, and I'll be back whenever I'm there. Great, keep it up!

Absolutely! Very good food, well-prepared and tastefully prepared. The owner is extremely friendly and has a good sense of humor. I hope he'll give me three stars for the ambiance. But his skill makes up for it. I really like the fact that you can order the dishes with or without sides, which means you pay less. Although the dishes are very reasonably priced for the quality. A visit to this restaurant is definitely worth it!

Pizza dough used to be completely different. Everything doesn't taste good anymore. You're cutting corners.

I ordered a Ruhrpott plate. The fries were much too hard. The other dish was okay, but the price is ridiculous: €13.50. An additional €3 for onions and tzatziki is outrageous. My wife ordered an asparagus schnitzel with hollandaise sauce and baked with cheese, but the asparagus was completely missing. It used to be much, much better under the previous owners.

I ordered there and was very surprised. The delivery was 45 minutes ahead of schedule. The food was absolutely delicious. I was completely satisfied with the price/performance ratio. I'd be happy to go again.

We ordered two special gyros topped with feta, pepperoni, and metaxa sauce, and two fries. Delivery was super fast, only about 25 to 30 minutes, and they arrived piping hot. The portion of fries was very large for a regular portion and was just what you'd expect from good fries. I'd give the gyros 10 points in terms of taste. It was very juicy, but also had nice, slightly crispy bits. I can highly recommend it, and next time we'll try a grill plate or Rhodes plate.

They're in my neighborhood just excellent food prepared wonderful salads and a lovely staff.

Food was delivered in the specified time (60min). The gyros was good (****), but the liver was an absolute failure (*). The meat was tough, almost gristly. The portion was large enough, but I find quantity rather than quality extremely questionable. The fried onions were just mushy and everything was completely tasteless or unseasoned. Unfortunately, the Margherita pizza that was delivered wasn't a hit either (**). Ultimately, the prices were clearly too high for what was delivered. Sorry, but the food here used to be much better.

Had a taxi plate and a potato casserole and salad. Everything was super delicious! Only the boss was a bit harsh towards his employees, which I found unnecessary.

Absolutely disgusting you would have to send the health department there. As a single person I paid €30 for my meal where my chicken schnitzel was half raw, the fries were rock hard and soggy on the inside and the salad was completely old and pulled together. I will never have another chicken burger lying here again, it will now end up in the trash

It was our first order, unfortunately a bitter disappointment. 4 people were incredibly hungry and then this... The gyro meat was simply inedible and some of the meat was in 2-3 cm thick pieces. My sister-in-law, like me, couldn't eat more than half of it - I felt really sick. She said the meat could almost pass for goulash. My husband loves gyros, he couldn't eat it either. Unfortunately, even the tzatziki was a failure. Unfortunately it didn't taste good either. Honestly, sad that we paid so much money for such poor quality food. Order value 60€, so to speak 50€ for the bin, as pizza from my brother-in-law was okay. Driver was very nice.

Ordered yesterday...4 people over €60 for a chip shop. Gyros was disgusting, way too thick pieces, not crispy at all and way too much fat in the meat. Tsaziki tastes like it comes from the supermarket. Used to be really good, ordered there for the last time yesterday.

You could eat well there, but unfortunately it was very poor. It's a chip shop, but the prices are the same as in the restaurant (I get a grilled dish from every Greek restaurant starting at around €15)! The gyros is no longer recommended at all, after consumption... nausea and stomach pain

I placed the order at 5:33 p.m. and now it's 7:42 p.m. and still nothing has arrived. Never again, I cannot recommend it. That was also the last order for us.

Was there perhaps a change of ownership at the Rhodes Grill? After a long time I was in the tub again and immediately felt like having a snack at the Rhodes Grill. The service was friendly again, just as I knew it before. Unfortunately the fries were very soft this time, but I was most disappointed by the tzatziki. Very runny and without any real taste, although I used to celebrate your tzatziki and usually ordered a double portion. It's a shame actually.

That was really the worst meal I had delivered, I couldn't even finish it, it tasted so unappetizing, it's a shame about the money, I'm not full, it didn't taste good, there's no way I had schnitzel, gyros was anything but good, the fries were completely unsalted and fatty, some fries were really soaked in fat, nice staff unfortunately doesn't save a bad meal

Seitdem die Pommesbude nicht mehr von Katharina geführt wird, ist die Qualität leider nicht mehr so wie früher.

Für mich schon seit jahren der beste grieche in herne. Ist halt ein schnellimbiss und das lokal bezeichnet sich auch als solchen. Deshalb finde ich dass man hier auch keine ansprüche wie in einem gehobenen restaurant haben sollte. Und dafür ist das ambiente wirklich schön!

Das Essen war wirklich Top. Der Salat war ebenfalls sehr sehr frisch wie aus dem Garten!!! So ein tollen Zaziki habe ich seit meiner Geburt noch nie im leben gegessen! Sowohl das Personal, als auch das Ambiente waren einladend. Jede Woche bei mir nun ein MUSS!!!!!

NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Dreckige Gläser, das Bier hatte nach 2 Minuten keine Kohlensäure mehr! Unfreundlich! "Was haben DIE Bestellt?" Fragte der GF die Kellnerin. Alles zu wenig gegrillt, gebraten. Gyros war OK. Zu wenig Würze an allen Gerichten! Pommes waren echt super, aber das kann jedes 10 jähriges Kind. Vorspeise !!! Wurd mit dem Hauptgericht an den Tisch gebracht! Vor - Speise / Definition= Vor der Speise!!! Beim zahlen wurde sogar noch versucht einen höheren Betrag einzuziehen, da wir die Rechnung gesplittet haben. Allein der Blick weil wir splitten wollten, unbezahlbar, unglaublich überzeugt von sich der Möchtegernkoch. Räumlichkeiten Recht Kühl ,ebenfalls die Hygieneräume. Die Netten gerüche stecken heute noch in unserer Wäsche, der Schalter der lüftung für die Umluft stand auf "0". Der Service vergaß nach 1 Minute was genau bestellt worden war. Sie redete mit sich selbst als mit uns. Das war das 1. und letzte Mal, meinerseits nicht zu empfehlen. Da gibt es in nächster Nähe, bessere Restaurants.

Außerordentlich gute Küche. Gyrosteller wie er gehört, knusprige heisse Pommes, cremiges und gut gewürztes Tzatziki, Frische Zwiebeln und würziges sowie knuspriges Gyrosfleisch.

Habe gerade in der Zeitung von eurer Weihnachtsaktion gelesen und dafür feier ich euch. Diese sehr schöne Aktion beweist, dass es auch noch empathische Menschen gibt.

Das erste mal bestellt . Super nett . Lecker ist es auch und große Portionen. Guter Grieche Lieferzeit war auch gut von ca einer Stunde und das auf einen Montag ☝🏻

Es war sehr lecker, sauber und alle waren sehr freundlich 😊 Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln hätten... Die kleinen Salatschüsseln... Es war nicht möglich vernünftig daraus zu essen, ohne das ständig was auf den Tisch gefallen ist. Vielleicht besser runde Schalen oder viel weniger Salat rein machen 😉

Hallo Das positive zuerst der Fahrer war freundlich. Jetzt der Rest: Doppelte Pommes nicht durch sondern fast roh und portuon viel zu klein fürs geld, sauce hollandaise nicht lecker djuvec Reis zu trocken und die Hälfte der Zutaten fehlte. Gyros special kaum Geschmack weder nach metaxasauce oder ähnliches, Fleisch ebenfalls zu trocken. Fazit: viel zu teuer für die angebotene Qualität und dann noch 1Stunde 45 warten obwohl auf der Webseite mit orderdirect mit 50 min fertig geworben wird . Fahrzeit dazu sind wir bei 1Stunde. Wieder mal ein Imbiss der sich nicht lohnt ihn weiter zu empfehlen. Anscheinend haben nur die die nicht liefern eine gute Qualität.

Update: Besitzerwechsel! Das Essen ist unverändert gut, bin gespannt, ob es so bleibt… Sehr leckerer griechischer Imbiss mit guten Preisen. Die Auswahl ist riesig, das Gyros ist sehr lecker. Die Portionen sind respektabel. Das Liefern klappt sehr gut, die Zeitangabe am Telefon halten sie bisher immer ein. Bisher habe ich Großbestellungen aufgegeben, und jeder Sonderwunsch wurde wie bestellt erfüllt. Empfehlenswert!!!

Wenn Grillteller dann vom Rhodos Grill. Große Portionen, tolle Qualität und ein super freundliches Team.
