Delicious dishes at reasonable prices. The best dessert is the Kaiserschmarrn.

The food was super delicious. The price/performance ratio was excellent. The only thing (which is why the ambiance only gave it 4 stars) was the music at the christening ceremony, which was absolutely annoying... But that's hardly your fault. Perhaps you could have asked for a slightly quieter music setting.

Very cozy in the evening with atmospheric lighting. There was hardly any wait time – neither for a table nor for drinks or food. The service was very friendly, quick, and, when possible, even took time for the guests. The food was also excellent: we had the all-you-can-eat spare ribs and the truffle pasta – both highly recommended! The prices are also completely reasonable. We'd be happy to go back!

We ate at Haus Rheingarten for the first time yesterday and were thrilled. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the restaurant setting is lovely. I especially like that children are more than welcome here. I've rarely seen staff that are so great with children. We'd love to come back!

A great restaurant for a stopover during a bike tour or if you want to cycle to the Merkur Spiel Arena afterward. Delicious food, reasonable prices, and friendly service.

This place has been one of our favorite restaurants in Düsseldorf for several years. Delicious food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere, and importantly for families – the kids can play outside on the lawn. That's rare in Düsseldorf.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was so exceptionally disappointing that I refuse to remain silent. I ordered a medium steak. I was served a piece of meat that would have been rare at best, but seemed more like it had only seen the grill from a distance. Cold on the inside, burnt on the outside, with a pungent gas taste that completely overpowered any meaty flavor. No roasting aromas, no crust, no balanced flavor. Instead, a tough, unpleasantly raw bite with a bitter aftertaste. What made this experience particularly irritating: A look at the restaurant's photos shows that this method of preparation is apparently standard. There's a lack of basic knowledge of grilling techniques, temperature control, and the respectful handling of food. A good steak thrives on precision and craftsmanship. Here, everything seemed random and uncaring. The service staff was polite and responded to my complaint with alternatives. I give them credit for that. But the damage had already been done. I didn't enjoy this visit, but rather felt like I had wasted my money on a failed attempt at fine dining. If quality, craftsmanship, and careful handling of ingredients are important to you, then I strongly recommend choosing another restaurant. A visit to a restaurant should be a pleasure, not an experience you'd rather forget.

Very friendly staff with great service. I tried the spare rib special on Thursday, and it was very good. The meat practically fell off the bone. The ribs could have used a bit more roasting, but overall, they were very tasty. It's definitely good value for money. Keep up the good work!

Always happy to be here. The food is excellent, attentive, friendly service, the boss is very attentive and takes care of everything. The food is always freshly made and twice a week there are “all you can eat” spare ribs and prawns. There is also a beautiful beer garden attached and there are also enough parking spaces. We celebrated a birthday here with 35 people and the response from all guests without exception was a thumbs up. This is the number 1 place to eat for us here in the north of Düsseldorf. Unfortunately I can only give it 5 stars, in my opinion more would be deserved. Best regards wolfgang

A very pleasant atmosphere both inside and outside, good food with a wide selection, and prompt and friendly service. The rump steak and grilled vegetables are highly recommended. Vegetarian dishes are also available, and on Tuesdays, all-you-can-eat spare ribs are available. Friendly staff. A very beautiful and architecturally well-designed hall, especially suitable for celebrations. Children can have fun outside on the lawn.

The location is very tastefully and lovingly furnished - stylish, but with a pleasant down-to-earth feel. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful and invites you to linger on warm days. The hosts are exceptionally warm, you feel welcome from the first moment. The entire team is also super attentive, friendly and accommodating - service as you would expect! The restaurant exudes a special charm that, in combination with the great price-performance ratio, simply impresses. The food is fresh, creative and absolutely delicious. Everything is just right here – ambience, hospitality and cuisine. I would love to come back and can fully recommend the Rheingarten restaurant!

Absolute favorite in Düsseldorf, a bit out of the way, but that doesn't diminish the ambience, the food and the service. On the contrary, it is very quiet there and very green in summer with the beer garden or the adjacent allotment garden. The food, especially for me personally the steak, I'm looking for something competitive nationwide. But also prawns, salads, spare rips, everything has been perfect so far. I really enjoy being here! Congratulations to the team!!!

I had booked a table for today, November 10, 2024, which I had to cancel due to illness, but unfortunately no one answered the phone. We tried 3 times at lunchtime and 3 times in the afternoon, nothing... I find it strange.

The best spareribs on Thursday, reservation is a must, best rump steak in the area, personal welcome from the landlord, friendly and fast waiters. Perfectly organized

The ambience is very nice, inside and outside. There are outside play areas for children and parking spaces adjacent. We were greeted warmly and were able to choose a seat inside. Unfortunately, the service seemed a bit stressed and annoyed. The baby calamari was very tasty and can really be recommended. The home-made fries would be even better and then the food would also get 5 stars.

Very nice restaurant, absolutely great value for money

Last year and this year after the caravan Salon in the messe we came here and had a meal and both times it was very good. Friendly people, nice place to sit and eat well.

Well, we would be a little late. Conditions were a bit nerfed. Food was okay so far, but the bread that everyone is talking about was probably not served. But I'll come back again. Maybe I'll increase it to five stars.

Nicely located. Great when the weather is good, as the children can play on the adjacent meadow (including football goals). Small but nice card. Everything is very tasty. First of all there is always bread with dip and olives. Have been here many times and have never been disappointed.

Delicious food, good menu 😃. I had a salad with goat cheese and my wife had a burger. We were both very impressed. My wife has been here several times and we have been here together - it must have been a few decades ago. The restaurant is a bit out of the way, so there are more regular guests from the area (sports facilities, allotment clubs, etc.).

This was the worst alleged "Wiener Schnitzel" and not "Viennese style" that I was ever served. It came out of the deep fryer safely because the breading stuck firmly to the schnitzel. I've been in and out of many very good restaurants but none of the chefs I've met have behaved so rudely when I complained. I've eaten there several times. This was the last time. But the service can't help that; it was very nice, quick and competent.

We came in a bit late for dinner, but one of the staff members reacted annoyed that we wanted to eat. Not by word but his expressions said enough. Didn't feel really welcoming. He wasn't friendly with taking orders and serving the dishes either. The waitress was friendly though. The meals were great and good value for money. Place is looking tidy as well. With a simple smile I would have given 5 stars and a tip.

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant in den Rhein Auen. Die Qualität der Speisen sind top. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hier kann man schöne Sommer Abende genießen. Hervorzuheben ist die Hundefreundlichkeit. Ein wahres Highlight und Geheimtip in Lohausen.

Ich esse eher selten Fleisch und Spareribs noch weniger, aber die Rippchen hier zu dem Preis sind wirklich der Hammer.

Went for a lunch on Sunday with the family. the food took 1.5 hours to come. My 3 yr old was starving by that time. the chips were hard as a rock and food mediocre, like a ready meal from the supermarket. Note, did not have the ribs.

Welp, I paid 30€ for an Uber ride to try these ribs and their kitchen closed at 2100. I just flew in and figured I’d forgo the hotel restaurant and try this place out. Bars open until 2300 apparently. Bummer. This was on a Sunday. Nice staff tho.

Auch das Ambiente und der Service lassen keine Wünsche offen. Eine Wucht, ich gebe 10 von 5 Sterne. 😂🤣😂. Immer wenn es mich in die Gegend von Düsseldorf verschlägt werde ich hier verweilen.
