What can I say? A single failure. Let's start with the positive: Service quick. Drinks and food were at the table shortly after ordering. Unfortunately, the negative aspects outweigh the negatives: Food overpriced, drinks too The Leberkäs was okay, the accompanying potatoes probably went straight from the fridge into the oven. Not only were they dry, they could have stayed in the oven a little longer. The schnitzel is tough and a challenge for every chewing apparatus. White sausages are okay, but you can't go wrong with them. Drinks with a minimal amount of carbon dioxide, apart from the fact that sometimes the wrong drinks were delivered. Waiters over motivated. Every 10 minutes you are asked if everything is OK and the plates are cleared away while others at the table are still eating! There's a lot of room for improvement in terms of cuisine. Especially for this price.

Unfortunately a very disappointing visit. The terrace was well attended, but not completely full. The service was not prepared for the good weather and the associated crowds. Unfortunately completely understaffed and some temporary workers on their first day or fresh trainees on duty. The employees were very friendly and tried hard, but completely overwhelmed. Therefore only drinks were served outside and no food whatsoever, not even a pretzel. You had to wait 30-40 minutes for the drinks you ordered. Many guests left without ordering after a long wait. Would have liked to eat something too, what a shame. But who wants to sit inside in beautiful sunshine? We're always happy to come, but we'll think about it next time.

Das Essen eine einzige Katastrophe. Backhendl nicht hellbraun, nicht braun sondern schwarz verbrannt. Fleisch trocken und hart. Salat mit Ziegenkäse total in der Marinade ertrunken. Preise viel zu teuer. Bedienung machte den Eindruck, dass sie oftmals Kritik wegen der Qualität des Essens hört. Ansonsten freundliche Bedienung. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen und das empfehlen wir allen unseren Bekannten.

The Rheinalm belongs to the Hotel Kameha Grand Bonn. A cozy location decorated in Bavarian style. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Overall, the Rheinalm is highly recommended.

I have known the Alm since the beginning and have been a regular guest there. Due to the poor service and the long waiting times for orders, especially when the weather was good and there was a lot of people, I changed the location. Last Sunday (02/02/25) I wanted to visit the Alm again in the wonderful sunshine. Unfortunately, nothing has changed in terms of the very poor organization and service. There was no longer any serving on the terrace, there was no space inside, you couldn't get beer at the bar to go out on the terrace. The recommendation was that I should stand in line outside at the kiosk. After about 20 minutes I got drinks there. The management should slowly get this long-standing problem with service etc. under control. Things were better back then with Roland and his successor... Kind regards

From favorite place to horror film! 90% of visitors are stunned! We know gastronomy and the well-known challenges, but this is a real winner! There are enough staff but unfortunately there is no system in place. Half an hour wait for three drinks. Then you are told that no more drinks are made outside. It's not just the staff's statements that leave you speechless!! Wonder why management doesn't respond! Totally overwhelming and in such a beautiful place in the sun. Service desert Germany.

The beer was delicious and cold when I finally had one after queuing for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the young men in service weren't the fastest. At the rate they're working, I'd like to take a vacation. The ambience is nice and cozy.

"Feeling like at Oktoberfest!" If you want to feel like you're in the middle of Munich or on an alpine pasture and don't want to travel long, you have to go to the Rheinalm. At least for 1-2 hours you can jump into the great Bavarian cuisine. Food, service and decoration 1A!

The ambience is reminiscent of a ski hut and is therefore quite unique in our region. Unfortunately, they tried to create a certain disco feeling with light spots and flashing LEDs, which in my opinion doesn't do the cozy ski hut atmosphere any good. It's annoying to eat. The service was very friendly and attentive every time we were there. The taste and quality of the food is okay, but it is also quite expensive for what is on offer. The portions are usually generous. There is delicious beer on tap. All in all, recommended.

I had bad food poisoning after my visit there, which can only be traced back to the snack board. It was also extremely cold and dark in the restaurant, the staff was inattentive and the food didn't taste particularly good after we were kept waiting for it for a long time. And at a very steep price too. I always really enjoyed being there, but that was my last time.

You go to this beer garden to buy mulled wine. The customer in front of me gets four mulled wines and goes outside with them. I'm told they no longer serve mulled wine outside. It's always exciting when different people's money isn't of equal value and you're not being served. I wouldn't go here again. Two class society is actively lived here! Outrageous!

The alpine hut really gets you in the mood for winter - even if there is no snow outside. The view of the Rhine is practically priceless and the Kameha in the back is also amazing. The staff is attentive, friendly and accommodating, the prices are just okay. You can tell that the whole thing is part of the big hotel. I found the quality of the food ok, but nothing special. In any case, you can spend a great day/evening here.

Thank you for the wonderful evening. I have known the Rheinalm from day one and have visited regularly over the years. The service was great again today - charming and attentive. Unfortunately my chicken was raw and inedible. The waitress went out of her way to bring wine on the house. Nevertheless, this should not happen with poultry

Kameha's legal counsel has requested that my husband's review be deleted/changed. I will now publish this again because I fully share this opinion. We also sent Google the requested proof of our overnight stay at the Kameha Grand. We ordered Viennese veal schnitzel at the Rheinalm, which is part of the Kameha Grand Hotel. A Viennese veal schnitzel should have a slightly wavy, crispy crust, fried until golden brown, and the meat should be tender and juicy. What we got for €25 in a 5 star hotel were three small, dark brown pieces of meat that looked like convenience products prepared in a deep fryer (see photo) and "tasted" the same. The equally dry French fries rounded off the poor overall picture. In my opinion, you have to differentiate. I don't expect star cuisine in a chip shop, but I expect a little more from a restaurant in a five star hotel. I cook a lot in my free time. I would be happy to come to your place and give the Rheinalm kitchen team some help in preparing a Viennese veal schitzel with French fries. Travel costs would of course have to be covered. You know, high fuel prices etc. ;-) Instead of criticizing a bad rating, management should think about how to raise what we believe to be a poor price/performance ratio to an acceptable level.

Cold in the dining room Toilets not available

We were there on Saturday November 2nd. there around 2:00 p.m. The weather was nice and therefore the terrace of the restaurant was almost full. Only 2 tables were still empty. I asked the waitress if we could sit there. Unfortunately she didn't say the tables were reserved. I said but we'll stay for a short time. Just wanted something quick to eat because my 6 year old twins were really hungry. But she didn't know when the tables would be reserved and yet we weren't allowed to sit there. Then we wanted to sit inside, but we weren't allowed to do that because they were understaffed. I saw 3 waitresses myself and there was also a waiter behind the counter who was getting the drinks ready. I mean the place isn't huge and having 4 wait staff shouldn't be impossible. I feel really sorry for the owner because the guests were simply sent out in a rude manner.

Very poor menu with very few choices

Super delicious food in a typical Bavarian atmosphere. The service was quick and totally friendly. It was a good decision to eat here. Were here in November and there is definitely a lot going on here in the summer.

The atmosphere is really nice and everything is rustically furnished. The service staff were attentive and friendly, even if everything didn't always go smoothly. For example, the light was accidentally switched off several times, which was a bit irritating. The food was rather disappointing. The taste is okay, but nothing special and it all seems to be convenience food. Given the price, that shouldn't be the requirement.

This assessment is a bit difficult. On the homepage it says that you shouldn't make a reservation. You will then be asked on site whether you have made a reservation. The food seems warmed up. It was ok but for the price you would expect more.

Yesterday (October 22nd, 2024) we were with colleagues at the Rheinalm - my first time. The Rheinalm is cozy, the seating is rather hard for a long evening but ok. The service was extremely friendly and positive, but only less than half of the tables were occupied. However, the food was a complete disappointment (fried chicken with potato salad). According to the menu, it was supposed to be a “crispy fried chicken leg.” Crispy fried => it was dark brown with “strong roasted aromas” Triggered chicken leg => it was probably a chicken breast fillet but not a leg The potato salad was also completely disappointing. Visually very appealing. The description of the ingredients was correct, but the taste was “rather strange”. I suspect a long cooling and standing time, which resulted in a very watery taste. Also rather bitter, which is not due to a cucumber/vinegar dressing, hard to describe. If you now compare the price to 24.50 euros, that is absolutely no longer acceptable. A perfect fried chicken with potato and cucumber salad is available in the Godesberg/Mehlem am Rhein wine house (at the Austrian restaurant) for 18.50 euros. In contrast, this Kameha dish was less than chip shop level at an outrageous price. A schnitzel, Viennese style (pork!) for 26.50 euros is a disgrace when you see the quality (same potato salad as the fried chicken). For the same price you can get an original Viennese veal schnitzel everywhere else! Conclusion: Highly recommended for a cozy round of drinks, especially when the evening sun comes along, an absolute disappointment for dinner!

Today 4:15 p.m. with the best sunshine... we won't be serving on the terrace today. Well, 8 guests got up and left. No sales made 8 times. Bad and incomprehensible service. Probably already made enough sales.

Located directly at the Kameha Hotel with a view of the Rhine. We were there on a Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Luckily it was still quite empty and only filled up with visitors an hour later. Therefore we had a long table for ourselves (2 people). The Reatsaurant is quite cozy. There are also some tables and benches on the terrace. The service was quick and friendly. The price was really okay for the hearty food. We had a cheese spaetzle pan and a snack and were more than full afterwards + it tasted very good. We'll definitely come back. Parking spaces could be found on the main street in front of the Kameha on Sunday. There is also a paid underground car park on site

We wanted to have a delicious dinner on the beautiful terrace with the really wonderful view of the sunset over the Rhine. Unfortunately, the drinks were only self-service and no food was served outside. We didn't want to go inside because it was very hot. So after a quick drink we went somewhere else to eat.

Unfortunately, the food (schnitzel with potato salad) was very bad. Just lukewarm. Schnitzel not crispy at all. Potato salad tasted like it came from the supermarket. Would definitely not go there again.

Wir hatten zu meinem Geburtstag einen Tisch für 4 Personen reserviert. Es sollte ein schöner Abend werden.. Leider war es eine einzige Katastrophe. Wir hatten Schnitzel /Hähnchen mit Kartoffelsalat und Burger. Die Schnitzel und das Hähnchen fettig /dunkel kaputt fritiert. Der Kartoffelsalat war eiskalt und die Kartoffeln darin nicht durchgegart.Ungenießbar... Der Burger (Brötchen und Fleisch) war teilweise so schwarz verbrannt, dass es eine Zumutung war.. Zusammengehalten wurde er mit sahnigem Krautsalat.. Wir werden dieses Lokal nicht mehr betreten.. Jede gute Imbissbude hat bessere Speisen.. Die Preise sind jenseits von gut und böse.. Unverschämt.. Schade, dass dies auf das Kameha zurück fällt.. Sollte man mal überdenken.

The food was an imposition. Brathandel was a piece of chicken from the hairdresser. The potato dalat was ice cold. Incredible. Rip off at this price. What a disgrace, never again.

One thing in advance: The food tasted good, but (and now it starts) it was lukewarm and came after 45 minutes (even though there was very little going on) and not completely. Although there are table numbers, the service was not regulated at all. Wrong beer, lukewarm food, some customers left because what they ordered just didn't come, etc. In the end we had to go inside to pay because no one came despite reminders. Inside, the guessing game about the correct bill began...desolate. We spent over 90 minutes there...

It's a very nice place, but the wrong food and two orders were not brought to us (despite ordering twice). The drinks order was even asked again later because the waiter had obviously forgotten them (as well as our food). When billing, we ended up having to pay €4 more (total amount therefore €21.20) than what was on the card because it was "imprinted incorrectly", according to the waiter. The only food was also inedible and tasted very metallic (cheese spaetzle from a cast iron pan)! There was still a lot of space, so it couldn't have been a particularly busy situation. I could hear our waiter saying to his colleagues: "Who's making the orders today? There's something wrong everywhere here!" This is no service and we cannot recommend this restaurant/restaurant!!

It was my first time in the Rheinalm. I ordered a snack and it was all very tasty and of good quality. However, I would have wished that there had been two of each on it instead of a pickled cucumber and a Mettwurst.

So the location is really nice, right on the Rhine. The rest is absolute rubbish, from the service to the food… Absolutely no recommendation, stay away 👎👎👎

I was here for the umpteenth time. The food (Rheinalmplatte) was very good, but the service was unfortunately very bad. The service got better after 5 p.m. (when the boss came?)

Upscale stopover on the Rhine. You sit wonderfully and receive friendly service. Prices adapt to the neighbors, Kameha and Rohmühle, but you can treat yourself :)

We (5 people) were looking forward to a cozy evening on the Rhine with Bavarian food. First shock upon arrival: a beach party with loud techno music was taking place on the adjacent terrace of the Kameha. It was difficult to have a conversation. But now to the essentials, the food brought by the waiter. We ordered liver cheese, trout, schnitzel and fried chicken. The Leberkäs, the schnitzel and the fried chicken were so dry that we couldn't eat them. The potato wedges looked almost black and were inedible. Only the fish with potato salad was ok, but the presentation took some getting used to. The fish was served thickly rolled up in aluminum foil on the plate. When unpacking it became clear why. Keeping it warm for a long time caused the skin to stick to the foil. The multiple complaints to the service staff were always dismissed. All the other guests enjoyed it wonderfully. Apparently it's just a matter of our taste. The service staff really hit the mark. Price and performance should be in an appropriate relationship. If I go to a chip shop, I have to assume that the food will not be prepared carefully, but is that also the case at Kameha?

Wir waren nach 5 Jahren nochmal hier, da wir umgezogen sind und früher fast jede Woche abends in der Rheinalm waren. Wir waren entsetzt. Lieblos alles angerichtet, Geschmack untere Klasse, Preise extrem überteuert. Service ist nicht abgestimmt. Ständig läuft jemand rum und fragt, ob man Gläser oder Teller schon mal mitnehmen kann, obwohl noch voll. Für mich einfach nur ein Ergebnis von drastischen Kosteneinsparungen, anders kann ich mir dies nicht erklären. Schade! Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passen einfach nicht zusammen. Extrem überteuert und die Gerichte sind lieblos angerichtet…Schade, früher war der Laden viel besser.

There were four of us and we ate burgers, Wiener-style schnitzel and baked goods. The burger and the schnitzel were ok (but nothing more). The potato salad was so salty that we couldn't eat it. So we complained about this and ordered an additional portion of fries. The fries weren't a problem either, they were full of fat and flab. There was no apology for the potato salad, just a “I’ll pass it on to the kitchen”. The extra fries were of course charged. With six large soft drinks, two small beers and two espressos, we lost 158 ​​euros. That's an unjustified price for such lousy quality. The toilets could be reached through a hidden, dark basement corridor and in the Kameha Grand, which is absolutely not a 5 star standard with these poorly cleaned and black toilets.

The view and the location are great. We didn't like the food yesterday. The noodles were pale in taste. The schnitzels certainly came from the deep fryer. Absolutely too expensive in relation to the price. Not justified. We had to wait a long time to get drinks and even longer for the food. Other guests had already complained before us. It's a shame for such a location and otherwise a great idea. Next time we'll take a snack with us and sit in the seats offered by the Rhine😂👍

I visited this restaurant last week and was very pleasantly surprised. The service was very attentive and friendly, the drinks were pleasantly cool and the food was also very tasty. The view of the Rhine sweetened my experience and I left very satisfied. I would come again and again :D

Service was top. The ambience on the Rhine is of course unbeatable. Unfortunately the food is overpriced. Wiener-style schnitzel had a frozen character. For that money you could get a veal schnitzel served somewhere else.

Friendly staff. Schnitzel too well cooked and therefore much too dry. Not recommended.

The food is very expensive and not tasty! Our burgers were like cardboard! On the other hand, service is very good and tries to mitigate that somewhat. When it comes to offerings, the Alpine hut is classic.

The positive: the view! Drinking beer is okay too. The food is underground and that for the price!!! If you wanted to serve the white sausages without sweet mustard... it would be empty!!! When these were returned...mustard came!!! Tasted like nothing!!! The Obatzter was firm and completely dried so that a skin had formed! Yuck 🤢. That was a nuclear disaster

Schnitzel disaster Prices far too expensive

Wir waren zum dritten Mal zum Essen dort. Bei den ersten beiden Malen (Sommer 2022, Juni 2023) war das Essen sehr lecker, der Service aufmerksam. Das hat sich offenbar seitdem leider deutlich verschlechtert. Das Essen war nahezu ungenießbar, der Beilagensalat grottig, einzig die Lage und das Bier waren gut.

Greatly reduced menu. I suspect that everything is convinience. That would at least be OK, but then the price isn't right. Service is young and friendly, and even tries hard after teething problems. Location good, but vulnerable. Overall, a typical, pseudo-thematic excursion restaurant with the usual challenges. You can go there, but you don't have to because the price performance would have to be compensated for by the location. But you're looking at a rusty highway bridge...

The ambience is nice. From the terrace you can have a beautiful view of the Rhine. The Tegernsee was cold and delicious. The food wasn't good except for the fried chicken. Leberkäse dry, schnitzel and fries baked in old fat, trout dead and dry. Unfortunately that was nothing.

We were there last Sunday at lunchtime and were looking forward to a beautiful and delicious day on the Rhine. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. Schnitzel and trout completely fried and dry. The quality of the products didn't match the price either! The cleanliness also left something to be desired. The toilet is in an underground car park. What we liked was the playground in front of the door. I would come back for a drink in the sun, but definitely not for food again.

We were there with a larger group and had lunch there. The hut was half full. Unfortunately, the food was below average across the board. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. Our veal Viennese schnitzel costs €27 and the poor veal was fried gray and was hard. The frozen trout would have been better given to the cats, it's a shame about the fish. Unfortunately, the hut wasn't cleaned well either, there were leftover food on the floor and sticky tables. A positive thing to mention is the cold Tegernsee Helle, which was very tasty. I would come back for a drink, but not for food.

Discussions about over-billing.

Hello, I was here just for a drink with colleagues. The ambience is nice because of the view and the peace. Parking is quite a disaster. The prices in the Rheinalm are extremely high - I wouldn't have wanted to eat or drink much there. Something like that simply spoils the enjoyment when a liter of beer soon costs almost as much as at Oktoberfest (2023: 12.60-14.90 euros). I think 6 euros for 0.5l is steep for Bonn. Conclusion: you also have a beautiful view in front of the Rheinalm, directly on the Rhine.

Good service. Very good selection of food and drinks. Everything very clean. Good opening times and good prices.

Unfortunately, total chaos. Canceled our meal after 1.5 hours. Drinks were served incorrectly (several times). Too much was booked on the bill....The management staff were not technically able to organize the operation properly. And the store wasn't even 2/3 full. It's a shame because it's a nice location.

We were here with 11 people. Very friendly and attentive waiter. Great drinks and delicious food. Great weather and beautiful views. Playground right next door. Parking garage with enough parking spaces. We'd love to come back.

After a walk along the Rhine, we decided to enjoy something to eat and a drink on the Rheinalm terrace around 5:20 p.m. When we got there and asked the waiter for a free table, he unfortunately sent us away, saying that all of our colleagues were on break and there would be a large table coming that he would then have to serve alone. He put us off by suggesting that we could try again in half an hour. I don't know who writes the break plans here, but something seems to have gone wrong here. It's a shame, we would have liked to stay!

Please dear Rheinalm management, we really enjoy coming to your Alm, just because of the great location, but please take a look at the prices. They are completely overpriced, both for food and drink. 6 euros for half a liter of beer, you really lose your mood, despite the good location.

Nice service, unfortunately like everyone else, understaffed. Nice place, inside and outside. We have been there several times and will be back.

So the visit was an absolute disaster. Long waiting time, raw meat and schnitzel drowned in fat. The salad was unwashed and the waitresses were completely overwhelmed. Oh and of course way too overpriced.

It was very delicious. The waitresses were also very nice and attentive...despite the holiday hustle and bustle. I can't understand or confirm some of the reviews here.

We waited 30 minutes and there was no service. Other guests said they had to wait a long time for their food. Then we left again. Apparently the management has no control over the service at all.

The food was quite good, but the portions were very small for the price. Some of the fries (thick steakhouse fries) weren't quite cooked through.

The staff was extremely overwhelmed even though they were only a quarter full. Orders or requests were forgotten several times. There is no mention of the price/performance ratio of the food Relationship. It's a shame considering it's a 5 star hotel. In addition, people were extremely smoked. I have no idea whether this is always the case or whether the extraction system is defective. The sanitary facilities are located outside next to the entrance to the parking garage. Certainly nice in summer for a drink on the outside terrace but... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for food.

Samstag, Laden fast leer - trotzdem mussten wir sehr lange auf eine Bedienung warten. Die Preise für das Essen sind deutlich überhöht - völlig übertrieben. Dafür steht nicht die Qualität und Portionsgröße.

This is the third time we have been here, mainly for the good location right on the Rhein in Beuel. The food was ok, thought nothing to brag about for first two times: filling, but a bit dry and bit under-seasoned. Service was mediocre at best - slow, cold and not very energetic. But it was so terrible this time, that we did not manage to eat at all, despite being quite patient! Servers ignored us for close to 30 minute before we just left. In the meantime we procured a menu by ourselves. We waived at two wait staff whop clearly saw us but completely ignored us. We went to the bar to ask to be served which only got us a bad-mooded "einen Moment" followed by ten more minutes of... nothing. I get it that the staff was overwhelmed, but a bit of friendliness goes a long way. And to be at least served a drink, or even given a menu would have been a first step.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, right on the banks of the Rhine. However, the music was too loud and inappropriate (Latin music in a Bavarian restaurant). However, service is absolutely inadequate. One waitress was constantly busy talking to the barman behind the bar, the second was almost constantly (1.5 hours) in front of the door making phone calls and the third was always trying hard but not up to speed. Prices absolutely overpriced! the food, if anything, average. Therefore not recommended.

The food was good, but it took a long time, even though there wasn't much going on (around 1.45 hours). The service was friendly, but was rarely seen at our table.

Horrible service. Very passive, you had to ask for service several times to order something. It took 1.5 hours until the main course. While we were still eating the main course, we were asked if we wanted to order anything else as it was the last round (almost an hour before closing time). When I wanted to order dessert, that was no longer possible. When we gave feedback, people didn't want to hear it. Miserable. Food was okay.

Wonderful sunshine on a Sunday, what could be nicer than sitting on the Rhine with a view of boats and people? Well, a drink and something to eat too. Unfortunately, this was not possible at Rheinalm on March 10, 2024. After we waited in vain for service for 45 minutes - "Coming soon" - we left again. Apparently it belongs to the Kameha, a luxury hotel, at least if the staff's work clothes are to be believed, but it is far from luxury. Simple, damp wooden benches and greasy tables that were still laden with dishes and glasses from the guests in front of them. What a shame, such a great location and then not doing anything with it.

Dirty tables outside, long waiting times and high prices for poor quality. That is not how it works. Thank you never again.

On Sunday afternoon, when the weather was sunny, a visit to the Rheinalm was enough to bring everyone's spirits down. It takes approximately 20 minutes for drinks and food to be ordered for 6 people. The food then after another 45 minutes. Warm meatloaf; - unfortunately no cutlery. It then took another 5 minutes after asking for cutlery. Food almost cold. Given that a hamburger costs €26.50 and the experience described: Never again!

Since the outdoor terrace at Kameha was still closed, we asked if we could still sit down, which we were allowed to do. There were already a few people sitting there who had their drinks from the alpine hut. When I asked there, I was very rudely told by a middle-aged lady that this was not allowed. Unprofessional and not good service

Beautiful location right on the Rhine, the beer garden is nice and inviting. Unfortunately the prices are absolutely exorbitant, a 0.3 liter apple juice spritzer costs €4.7, hard to believe.

We had booked a table for 7:15 p.m. Walked in and staff chatted. We then got our table. The lady from the service gave us the menu and we each ordered a beer. After we had chosen our food, the lady came back. Everything we wanted to order was no longer possible.

Der Tisch, an den wir gesetzt wurden, war voller Krümel und klebrig. Dieser wurde erst auf Nachfrage gereinigt. 10 Minuten nachdem die Speisekarten ausgehändigt und die Getränke serviert wurden, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass mehr als die Hälfte der Gerichte auf der Karte nicht mehr vorrätig seien. Dementsprechend musste die Wahl angepasst werden, da das Wiener Schnitzel nicht mehr vorhanden war. Dann wurden wir informiert, dass die Brezeln zunächst noch gebacken werden mussten (an einem Samstag Abend um 19 Uhr). Rund 15 Minuten später bestellten die Gäste am Nachbartisch das Wiener Schnitzel. Zu unserer Verblüffung entgegnete die Kellnerin, dass noch zwei Schnitzel vorhanden seien. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir keine plausible und vor allem eine unfreundliche Antwort. Zu diesen Preisen passen weder Qualität noch Service!

In May 2023 we made a short stopover on our bike tour in the Rheinalm. We ordered the strawberries with ice cream and crumble twice. After the food was served we noticed that the crumble wasn't on the plate as described. When we asked the waitress about it, she said she would ask. After about 5 minutes she came back, apologized and said that the crumble was out and she didn't know this before. When asked whether this was taken into account in the price, she said she would clarify it with the boss. After a few minutes she came to the table again and told us that the boss would not change the price. All we can do is give it back or take it as is. But since we had already eaten a little in the meantime (the sun was shining and the ice cream was melting quickly) and we didn't want to consciously waste any food, we kept it. In the end we paid €10.50 for a scoop of ice cream with a few fruits. Here one could at least have been accommodating and offered more fruit or a second scoop of ice cream. The gentleman who charged us was a bit unfriendly towards us. The waiting time between ordering, drinking, eating and paying was always above average, even though there weren't many guests there. Only the waitress was very nice. But we won't be coming back.
