Good food with a view of the Rhine.

We were served cold white sausages. Then we complained; they tried to warm the white sausage superficially, but it didn't reach the center of the sausage. So we got a cold white sausage the second time. Embarrassing and unacceptable. The Bavarian potato salad was absolutely tasteless. It lacked acidity and salt.

An alpine hut nestled in the Bonner Bogen mountain range, overlooking the Siebengebirge mountains, the Rheinaue meadows, and the Post Tower. Delicious cuisine at entry-level prices, but the quality clearly reflects the connection to the Kameha Hotel. This consistent quality and the super-relaxed service make the Rheinalm the best value for money in the Bonner Bogen mountain range. If there were more stars, I would give it.

For a pleasant end to sporting activities or just for fun...

I went to the restaurant today and ate a Jägerschnitzel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst schnitzels I've ever eaten. On top of that, the sauce tasted a bit sour, as if it had expired. When I pointed it out, they took the sauce back, but said they wouldn't make it. It was also quite expensive for what was probably a frozen schnitzel. The place has a very good location and has a lot of potential.

The first impression was good: a beautiful location, the staff initially seemed attentive and quick. There were six of us, including two children. Unfortunately, one of the tarte flambées we ordered was served cold and thus inedible. We complained immediately and were promised a new one. But then nothing happened for a long time. When we asked again, they promised they would take care of it – but again, nothing happened. Meanwhile, everyone else had already finished eating. In the end, there was still no tarte flambée, and our guest went home hungry. We found that very disappointing and unprofessional. It's a shame; something like that shouldn't happen in a restaurant.

We just had the tarte flambée with chanterelle mushrooms – incredibly delicious! The atmosphere in the beer garden by the Rhine and the service are first-class.

Very tasty food, reasonable prices. Very friendly service. Dogs welcome. Seating is a bit cramped. We'd happily return.

The Rheinalm is in a great location and caters to the generally high price range at Bonner Bogen. However, the service is completely out of keeping with the price structure. The tables weren't cleared. Used glasses were everywhere, attracting swarms of wasps. After about 15 minutes, a waitress (male) finally came to our table to take our order. About 15 minutes later, we were asked again what we wanted. "We've already ordered and would be happy if our order would arrive." We hadn't even gotten our drinks yet. The friendly young lady checked in and revealed that our order had apparently not been passed on. We then got up and left. We didn't want to put up with this any longer. Attentive restaurant management would be needed here.

Great location with a view of the Rhine! Sunset with a delicious drink is especially recommended!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined considerably. They used to serve a proper Wiener Schnitzel (veal), but now they only serve pork, along with two extra-large schnitzels that no one could eat. The salad wasn't good either; the dressing looked like water... The service was friendly, everything was quick, but we were there in the early afternoon, and most of the tables were empty. We won't be coming back for dinner.

The salad with flame-grilled salmon was first-class and reasonably priced. The view of the Siebengebirge mountains was fantastic, and the atmosphere so close to the Rhine was relaxed. Accompanied by a small beer from the Tegernsee Brewery… a great start to the weekend!

Simply fantastic! This restaurant impresses not only with its delicious food and cozy atmosphere, but especially with its friendly and attentive service. The staff is always cheerful, courteous, and makes you feel completely at home. I'm always happy to come back!

The beer wasn't really cold. The waitress came to the table with each drink individually. We waited a very long time. So: it looks nice, but the restrooms still have a lot of room for improvement!!! (It's better to take a plane to the restroom! 😉)

Authentic with good service and delicious food. It was a special event, so I have a small criticism of the kitchen's quantity calculation, which led to some short waits. But overall, Kameha did a really great job. You made the Players and Sponsors Night a truly wonderful evening!

The waiter walked past us at least eight times without acknowledging us, and the others were just as uninterested. After 10-12 minutes, he walked out without being served. It's a real joke!

On the mountain pasture in Bonn's Rhine bend... the illusion works. A very friendly team. When the sun is shining 🌞 🌞 🌞 it's already 🔥 very hot on the terrace, but the cool beer 🍺 🍻 🍺 makes it all the better! The hearty food with a view of the greenery ❤️ is highly recommended, and especially with guests, it's a great alternative to a beer garden.

There's bad, there's very bad. Then nothing for a long time. After that comes Rheinalm. I haven't seen it for a long time. The restaurant manager wanted to reprimand me, which is completely unacceptable. I'll try to go to my supervisor and complain.

We were profoundly disappointed with the Rheinalm. As newcomers to Bonn, we visited the establishment on our first day, only to be informed that new guests were not being accepted due to an overwhelming number of customers and the extended time required for food orders. Several hours later, as we passed by, an ungracious woman informed us from a distance that the establishment was no longer accepting new guests, essentially urging us to depart promptly. Despite my inquiry about the possibility of making a reservation for the following day, the woman ignored my request and proceeded to walk away. Undeterred by our initial experience, we decided to return to the Rheinalm the following day. This time, we were fortunate enough to secure a table. After being seated, we managed to order our meals relatively promptly. However, the food arrived shortly after our order, and this is where our greatest disappointment occurred. A pork schnitzel, priced at 26.50€, and a jaeger schnitzel, priced at 30€, both contained minimal meat, were deep-fried, and had an exceptionally poor taste. We endured a prolonged wait of approximately 45 minutes to settle our bill, which prompted us to leave the establishment due to our growing impatience. This situation was not isolated, as we observed similar delays experienced by other guests. It is deeply regrettable that despite numerous complaints raised two years ago, the owners of the Rheinalm appear to have disregarded the feedback received. In summary, the Rheinalm offers a disappointing dining experience. While it boasts a scenic view and an inviting atmosphere, the subpar quality of the food, exorbitant prices, and slow service overshadow these positive attributes.

Super nice location, great view of the Rheinaue and Siebengebirge

Yesterday, six of us were in the outdoor area of ​​the alpine hut. Unfortunately, the tarte flambée was cold, and the drinks were too warm. The high outside temperatures must have caused cooling problems. It took a long time for the waiter to come and take new orders, even though it was by no means overcrowded. Things could have gone better.

Delicious food with a good price-performance ratio. Service was excellent and super friendly.

The restaurant is absolutely lovely (unfortunately, it was quite warm inside). The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the service was very attentive.

We were there two weeks ago. It's perfectly fine that we weren't served on the terrace. What's not okay is being told we weren't allowed to eat on the terrace. And we saw other guests eating on the terrace. Well, the notice was so rude that we left the mountain hut immediately and will certainly never return.

We just stopped by the restaurant for a drink. Very good service and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great location right on the Rhine

Again and again, waiting times of over 30 minutes for just one salad remain unchanged. The alpine hut is one-third full. When asked about it, the answer to the waiter was once again: it's the kitchen, it takes time. As if it wasn't my fault, it's the others. No apologies, nothing. Conclusion: crappy processes that are turned into a customer problem. The same experience at the neighboring tables.

Very poor service, we did not receive what we had ordered, we decided to take the wrong delivery anyway, because otherwise we would have to wait even longer for our food, they then also wanted to charge us the full price for the wrong delivery, they continued to stubbornly refuse to accommodate us, after refusing to pay they only took away the glass of beer

After the innkeeper had my 1-star review deleted because of alleged defamation and no longer allowed any further reviews from the account, the one star came from a different address. The criticism could have been addressed constructively, but the customer doesn't seem to be king here. I (and apparently many others too, from what I see) will definitely give this store a wide berth in the future. And perhaps I should also encourage the other guests who had the pleasure of dining so "royally" that evening to write a review. So, now have fun deleting the review.

Fantastic location. When we were there it wasn't particularly crowded. After three quarters of an hour the fifth waiter was with us, but the food wasn't there yet. When I complained about this, the waiter became unfriendly.

The two of us had dinner at the Rheinalm from late noon onwards. The service was super friendly, even if it felt a bit reorganized. This meant that here and there there was a slightly longer wait for drinks (beer). But you also have to say that it was pretty full so we didn't think it was that bad. The food was freshly prepared and actually cooked. Which is reflected very positively in the taste! Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. It's been a long time since we've been completely satisfied with a visit to a restaurant. 40 euros per person for the main course, dessert and drinks is absolutely fine! We will definitely visit the Rheinalm more often in the future. The Kaiserschmarrn is particularly recommended; I have only ever had this in Austria. And the portions are great for sharing.

Definitely worth a visit. High prices, but also a good atmosphere and a beautiful view of the Rhine. Also “traditional” live music on weekends in summer. Beer serving outside in the self-service area could still be optimized. Sometimes the lines get quite long. Wheat beer outside only from the bottle, but mostly well chilled. Aperol Spritz only as a ready-made mix at a high price and poor quality.

The lady from the service was very unfriendly towards the guests and especially towards the other colleague. Not all tables were occupied, so no stress!

Very nice atmosphere with the water and the promenade. Food very expensive and the taste could be improved. The staff was nice but a bit overwhelmed with the many people.

If I maybe in the evening... If you want to go out for a good, expensive meal, it's OK. I was annoyed that they charged €6.50 for a tea. I find that cheeky. With all the love, coffee was available at moderate prices. So for a coffee and a snack at the bike door...probably not.

Hello, as a southern German you are happy about a location like this. BUT: 1 pretzel for 3.50 euros and white sausages are objectively not available. I'm always not sure whether the chef has eaten what's going out himself. VG

Eating in the restaurant was refused, you had to eat outside. Given the price of the food, I was looking forward to a real mushroom cream schnitzel and was absolutely disappointed. Frozen schnitzel, by no means prepared correctly in the pan, more likely in the oven. Mediocre pressed meat that was breaded, relatively little in common with a properly prepared schnitzel, which is what you might expect in this price category. Well, unfortunately it falls under the category of tried, disappointed and not recommended at all.

I thought it was really nice on the Rhine, near the Alm. I had cheese spaetzle and a Radle, good choice. It was well prepared and tasted very good too. However, the bakery didn't go down well with my companion. “It tastes like KFC” was the comment. I wouldn't have expected that given the prices. A great view of the Rhine and a good meal, with small sacrifices. However, my conclusion is still good. Maybe my fellow travelers were a bit unlucky with their selection.

Nice restaurant, great location, food could be improved... Quality definitely falls far short of quantity. Better to have less but better. We had salmon with roasted potatoes and creamed coleslaw...the salmon was delicious and a decent size. The pound of halved potatoes—they were supposed to be roasted potatoes, but unfortunately, they weren't roasted—could feed an entire family. And the carelessly generously presented carrot salad with a marginal amount of cabbage unfortunately had nothing in common with creamed coleslaw...a shame...and all that for 27 euros....

It thrives on its truly beautiful location. The food is mediocre and not cheap, the staff friendly and helpful, but ultimately, everything took forever. Waiting an hour for a couple of white sausages was, well, okay.

My daughter and I were there this afternoon. Had a nice spot on the terrace in the sun. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty. It wasn't the last time we were with you. And at the end I drank a delicious nut liqueur, thank you Natia, it was wonderful with you.

What can I say? A single failure. Let's start with the positive: Service quick. Drinks and food were at the table shortly after ordering. Unfortunately, the negative aspects outweigh the negatives: Food overpriced, drinks too The Leberkäs was okay, the accompanying potatoes probably went straight from the fridge into the oven. Not only were they dry, they could have stayed in the oven a little longer. The schnitzel is tough and a challenge for every chewing apparatus. White sausages are okay, but you can't go wrong with them. Drinks with a minimal amount of carbon dioxide, apart from the fact that sometimes the wrong drinks were delivered. Waiters over motivated. Every 10 minutes you are asked if everything is OK and the plates are cleared away while others at the table are still eating! There's a lot of room for improvement in terms of cuisine. Especially for this price.

Unfortunately a very disappointing visit. The terrace was well attended, but not completely full. The service was not prepared for the good weather and the associated crowds. Unfortunately completely understaffed and some temporary workers on their first day or fresh trainees on duty. The employees were very friendly and tried hard, but completely overwhelmed. Therefore only drinks were served outside and no food whatsoever, not even a pretzel. You had to wait 30-40 minutes for the drinks you ordered. Many guests left without ordering after a long wait. Would have liked to eat something too, what a shame. But who wants to sit inside in beautiful sunshine? We're always happy to come, but we'll think about it next time.

Das Essen eine einzige Katastrophe. Backhendl nicht hellbraun, nicht braun sondern schwarz verbrannt. Fleisch trocken und hart. Salat mit Ziegenkäse total in der Marinade ertrunken. Preise viel zu teuer. Bedienung machte den Eindruck, dass sie oftmals Kritik wegen der Qualität des Essens hört. Ansonsten freundliche Bedienung. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen und das empfehlen wir allen unseren Bekannten.

The Rheinalm belongs to the Hotel Kameha Grand Bonn. A cozy location decorated in Bavarian style. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Overall, the Rheinalm is highly recommended.

I have known the Alm since the beginning and have been a regular guest there. Due to the poor service and the long waiting times for orders, especially when the weather was good and there was a lot of people, I changed the location. Last Sunday (02/02/25) I wanted to visit the Alm again in the wonderful sunshine. Unfortunately, nothing has changed in terms of the very poor organization and service. There was no longer any serving on the terrace, there was no space inside, you couldn't get beer at the bar to go out on the terrace. The recommendation was that I should stand in line outside at the kiosk. After about 20 minutes I got drinks there. The management should slowly get this long-standing problem with service etc. under control. Things were better back then with Roland and his successor... Kind regards

From favorite place to horror film! 90% of visitors are stunned! We know gastronomy and the well-known challenges, but this is a real winner! There are enough staff but unfortunately there is no system in place. Half an hour wait for three drinks. Then you are told that no more drinks are made outside. It's not just the staff's statements that leave you speechless!! Wonder why management doesn't respond! Totally overwhelming and in such a beautiful place in the sun. Service desert Germany.

The beer was delicious and cold when I finally had one after queuing for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the young men in service weren't the fastest. At the rate they're working, I'd like to take a vacation. The ambience is nice and cozy.

"Feeling like at Oktoberfest!" If you want to feel like you're in the middle of Munich or on an alpine pasture and don't want to travel long, you have to go to the Rheinalm. At least for 1-2 hours you can jump into the great Bavarian cuisine. Food, service and decoration 1A!

The ambience is reminiscent of a ski hut and is therefore quite unique in our region. Unfortunately, they tried to create a certain disco feeling with light spots and flashing LEDs, which in my opinion doesn't do the cozy ski hut atmosphere any good. It's annoying to eat. The service was very friendly and attentive every time we were there. The taste and quality of the food is okay, but it is also quite expensive for what is on offer. The portions are usually generous. There is delicious beer on tap. All in all, recommended.

I had bad food poisoning after my visit there, which can only be traced back to the snack board. It was also extremely cold and dark in the restaurant, the staff was inattentive and the food didn't taste particularly good after we were kept waiting for it for a long time. And at a very steep price too. I always really enjoyed being there, but that was my last time.

You go to this beer garden to buy mulled wine. The customer in front of me gets four mulled wines and goes outside with them. I'm told they no longer serve mulled wine outside. It's always exciting when different people's money isn't of equal value and you're not being served. I wouldn't go here again. Two class society is actively lived here! Outrageous!

The alpine hut really gets you in the mood for winter - even if there is no snow outside. The view of the Rhine is practically priceless and the Kameha in the back is also amazing. The staff is attentive, friendly and accommodating, the prices are just okay. You can tell that the whole thing is part of the big hotel. I found the quality of the food ok, but nothing special. In any case, you can spend a great day/evening here.

Kameha's legal counsel has requested that my husband's review be deleted/changed. I will now publish this again because I fully share this opinion. We also sent Google the requested proof of our overnight stay at the Kameha Grand. We ordered Viennese veal schnitzel at the Rheinalm, which is part of the Kameha Grand Hotel. A Viennese veal schnitzel should have a slightly wavy, crispy crust, fried until golden brown, and the meat should be tender and juicy. What we got for €25 in a 5 star hotel were three small, dark brown pieces of meat that looked like convenience products prepared in a deep fryer (see photo) and "tasted" the same. The equally dry French fries rounded off the poor overall picture. In my opinion, you have to differentiate. I don't expect star cuisine in a chip shop, but I expect a little more from a restaurant in a five star hotel. I cook a lot in my free time. I would be happy to come to your place and give the Rheinalm kitchen team some help in preparing a Viennese veal schitzel with French fries. Travel costs would of course have to be covered. You know, high fuel prices etc. ;-) Instead of criticizing a bad rating, management should think about how to raise what we believe to be a poor price/performance ratio to an acceptable level.

Cold in the dining room Toilets not available

We were there on Saturday November 2nd. there around 2:00 p.m. The weather was nice and therefore the terrace of the restaurant was almost full. Only 2 tables were still empty. I asked the waitress if we could sit there. Unfortunately she didn't say the tables were reserved. I said but we'll stay for a short time. Just wanted something quick to eat because my 6 year old twins were really hungry. But she didn't know when the tables would be reserved and yet we weren't allowed to sit there. Then we wanted to sit inside, but we weren't allowed to do that because they were understaffed. I saw 3 waitresses myself and there was also a waiter behind the counter who was getting the drinks ready. I mean the place isn't huge and having 4 wait staff shouldn't be impossible. I feel really sorry for the owner because the guests were simply sent out in a rude manner.

Very poor menu with very few choices

Super delicious food in a typical Bavarian atmosphere. The service was quick and totally friendly. It was a good decision to eat here. Were here in November and there is definitely a lot going on here in the summer.

The atmosphere is really nice and everything is rustically furnished. The service staff were attentive and friendly, even if everything didn't always go smoothly. For example, the light was accidentally switched off several times, which was a bit irritating. The food was rather disappointing. The taste is okay, but nothing special and it all seems to be convenience food. Given the price, that shouldn't be the requirement.

This assessment is a bit difficult. On the homepage it says that you shouldn't make a reservation. You will then be asked on site whether you have made a reservation. The food seems warmed up. It was ok but for the price you would expect more.

Yesterday (October 22nd, 2024) we were with colleagues at the Rheinalm - my first time. The Rheinalm is cozy, the seating is rather hard for a long evening but ok. The service was extremely friendly and positive, but only less than half of the tables were occupied. However, the food was a complete disappointment (fried chicken with potato salad). According to the menu, it was supposed to be a “crispy fried chicken leg.” Crispy fried => it was dark brown with “strong roasted aromas” Triggered chicken leg => it was probably a chicken breast fillet but not a leg The potato salad was also completely disappointing. Visually very appealing. The description of the ingredients was correct, but the taste was “rather strange”. I suspect a long cooling and standing time, which resulted in a very watery taste. Also rather bitter, which is not due to a cucumber/vinegar dressing, hard to describe. If you now compare the price to 24.50 euros, that is absolutely no longer acceptable. A perfect fried chicken with potato and cucumber salad is available in the Godesberg/Mehlem am Rhein wine house (at the Austrian restaurant) for 18.50 euros. In contrast, this Kameha dish was less than chip shop level at an outrageous price. A schnitzel, Viennese style (pork!) for 26.50 euros is a disgrace when you see the quality (same potato salad as the fried chicken). For the same price you can get an original Viennese veal schnitzel everywhere else! Conclusion: Highly recommended for a cozy round of drinks, especially when the evening sun comes along, an absolute disappointment for dinner!

Today 4:15 p.m. with the best sunshine... we won't be serving on the terrace today. Well, 8 guests got up and left. No sales made 8 times. Bad and incomprehensible service. Probably already made enough sales.

Located directly at the Kameha Hotel with a view of the Rhine. We were there on a Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Luckily it was still quite empty and only filled up with visitors an hour later. Therefore we had a long table for ourselves (2 people). The Reatsaurant is quite cozy. There are also some tables and benches on the terrace. The service was quick and friendly. The price was really okay for the hearty food. We had a cheese spaetzle pan and a snack and were more than full afterwards + it tasted very good. We'll definitely come back. Parking spaces could be found on the main street in front of the Kameha on Sunday. There is also a paid underground car park on site

We wanted to have a delicious dinner on the beautiful terrace with the really wonderful view of the sunset over the Rhine. Unfortunately, the drinks were only self-service and no food was served outside. We didn't want to go inside because it was very hot. So after a quick drink we went somewhere else to eat.

Unfortunately, the food (schnitzel with potato salad) was very bad. Just lukewarm. Schnitzel not crispy at all. Potato salad tasted like it came from the supermarket. Would definitely not go there again.

Wir hatten zu meinem Geburtstag einen Tisch für 4 Personen reserviert. Es sollte ein schöner Abend werden.. Leider war es eine einzige Katastrophe. Wir hatten Schnitzel /Hähnchen mit Kartoffelsalat und Burger. Die Schnitzel und das Hähnchen fettig /dunkel kaputt fritiert. Der Kartoffelsalat war eiskalt und die Kartoffeln darin nicht durchgegart.Ungenießbar... Der Burger (Brötchen und Fleisch) war teilweise so schwarz verbrannt, dass es eine Zumutung war.. Zusammengehalten wurde er mit sahnigem Krautsalat.. Wir werden dieses Lokal nicht mehr betreten.. Jede gute Imbissbude hat bessere Speisen.. Die Preise sind jenseits von gut und böse.. Unverschämt.. Schade, dass dies auf das Kameha zurück fällt.. Sollte man mal überdenken.

The food was an imposition. Brathandel was a piece of chicken from the hairdresser. The potato dalat was ice cold. Incredible. Rip off at this price. What a disgrace, never again.

One thing in advance: The food tasted good, but (and now it starts) it was lukewarm and came after 45 minutes (even though there was very little going on) and not completely. Although there are table numbers, the service was not regulated at all. Wrong beer, lukewarm food, some customers left because what they ordered just didn't come, etc. In the end we had to go inside to pay because no one came despite reminders. Inside, the guessing game about the correct bill began...desolate. We spent over 90 minutes there...

It's a very nice place, but the wrong food and two orders were not brought to us (despite ordering twice). The drinks order was even asked again later because the waiter had obviously forgotten them (as well as our food). When billing, we ended up having to pay €4 more (total amount therefore €21.20) than what was on the card because it was "imprinted incorrectly", according to the waiter. The only food was also inedible and tasted very metallic (cheese spaetzle from a cast iron pan)! There was still a lot of space, so it couldn't have been a particularly busy situation. I could hear our waiter saying to his colleagues: "Who's making the orders today? There's something wrong everywhere here!" This is no service and we cannot recommend this restaurant/restaurant!!

It was my first time in the Rheinalm. I ordered a snack and it was all very tasty and of good quality. However, I would have wished that there had been two of each on it instead of a pickled cucumber and a Mettwurst.

Super bad service. If you want to have a drink or just snack here, you can wait until next year. The only plus point when the weather is nice is the location on the Rhine.

I was here for the umpteenth time. The food (Rheinalmplatte) was very good, but the service was unfortunately very bad. The service got better after 5 p.m. (when the boss came?)

Upscale stopover on the Rhine. You sit wonderfully and receive friendly service. Prices adapt to the neighbors, Kameha and Rohmühle, but you can treat yourself :)

We (5 people) were looking forward to a cozy evening on the Rhine with Bavarian food. First shock upon arrival: a beach party with loud techno music was taking place on the adjacent terrace of the Kameha. It was difficult to have a conversation. But now to the essentials, the food brought by the waiter. We ordered liver cheese, trout, schnitzel and fried chicken. The Leberkäs, the schnitzel and the fried chicken were so dry that we couldn't eat them. The potato wedges looked almost black and were inedible. Only the fish with potato salad was ok, but the presentation took some getting used to. The fish was served thickly rolled up in aluminum foil on the plate. When unpacking it became clear why. Keeping it warm for a long time caused the skin to stick to the foil. The multiple complaints to the service staff were always dismissed. All the other guests enjoyed it wonderfully. Apparently it's just a matter of our taste. The service staff really hit the mark. Price and performance should be in an appropriate relationship. If I go to a chip shop, I have to assume that the food will not be prepared carefully, but is that also the case at Kameha?

Wir waren nach 5 Jahren nochmal hier, da wir umgezogen sind und früher fast jede Woche abends in der Rheinalm waren. Wir waren entsetzt. Lieblos alles angerichtet, Geschmack untere Klasse, Preise extrem überteuert. Service ist nicht abgestimmt. Ständig läuft jemand rum und fragt, ob man Gläser oder Teller schon mal mitnehmen kann, obwohl noch voll. Für mich einfach nur ein Ergebnis von drastischen Kosteneinsparungen, anders kann ich mir dies nicht erklären. Schade! Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passen einfach nicht zusammen. Extrem überteuert und die Gerichte sind lieblos angerichtet…Schade, früher war der Laden viel besser.

There were four of us and we ate burgers, Wiener-style schnitzel and baked goods. The burger and the schnitzel were ok (but nothing more). The potato salad was so salty that we couldn't eat it. So we complained about this and ordered an additional portion of fries. The fries weren't a problem either, they were full of fat and flab. There was no apology for the potato salad, just a “I’ll pass it on to the kitchen”. The extra fries were of course charged. With six large soft drinks, two small beers and two espressos, we lost 158 ​​euros. That's an unjustified price for such lousy quality. The toilets could be reached through a hidden, dark basement corridor and in the Kameha Grand, which is absolutely not a 5 star standard with these poorly cleaned and black toilets.

The view and the location are great. We didn't like the food yesterday. The noodles were pale in taste. The schnitzels certainly came from the deep fryer. Absolutely too expensive in relation to the price. Not justified. We had to wait a long time to get drinks and even longer for the food. Other guests had already complained before us. It's a shame for such a location and otherwise a great idea. Next time we'll take a snack with us and sit in the seats offered by the Rhine😂👍

I visited this restaurant last week and was very pleasantly surprised. The service was very attentive and friendly, the drinks were pleasantly cool and the food was also very tasty. The view of the Rhine sweetened my experience and I left very satisfied. I would come again and again :D

Service was top. The ambience on the Rhine is of course unbeatable. Unfortunately the food is overpriced. Wiener-style schnitzel had a frozen character. For that money you could get a veal schnitzel served somewhere else.

The positive: the view! Drinking beer is okay too. The food is underground and that for the price!!! If you wanted to serve the white sausages without sweet mustard... it would be empty!!! When these were returned...mustard came!!! Tasted like nothing!!! The Obatzter was firm and completely dried so that a skin had formed! Yuck 🤢. That was a nuclear disaster
