Breakfast today (August 1st, 2024) in the Restaurant/Cafe Saray was unfortunately disappointing. I'm shocked by the service - slow and inattentive! They bring you the food but no plates? Funny. The kebab plate wasn't good at all - it seemed like it was from the night before. The rolls weren't fresh, the salad was tasteless, and the salad dressing was honestly bad. The coffee was weak and lukewarm. Overall, the breakfast at Saray was not fresh and far below my expectations, and I definitely won't be returning. I can't recommend it to anyone.

We were there for the first time today, we are incredibly satisfied!!! Extremely tasty, value for money first class. Ambience, service hard to beat. We have found our new regular restaurant. Serpme breakfast is a large mixed breakfast with a huge selection, you will be extremely full and the staff is extremely friendly. Great, keep it up

The tastes are different. My kebab plate was soggy, the meat wasn't fried well, the salad had no sauce... only the fries were good.. with a still water 170

It was our first time here but we were welcomed like old friends. The menu is really varied and there is something for every taste. The meze platter was great and the mixed grill plate was also very tasty. We were served quickly and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

My wife and I just had dinner there. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the boss served us very courteously. We ordered the Saray breakfast menu (large) and got sesame bread as well as extra mashed potatoes and 2x black tea per person on the house. That was really very accommodating! The food also came very quickly. At first we were skeptical about the service because of the negative reviews. But once again it's worth seeing for yourself. we'd love to come back!

At the beginning I was skeptical because I always go to the restaurants nearby (Tadim, Taksim, etc.). As a rule, I always eat lentil soup (Mercimek) as a starter and lamb chops (Kuzu Pirzola) as a starter, a plate of rice and fries . After my visit I was pleasantly surprised as the rice and meat were much better compared to the others! I noticed that there was still room for improvement with the salad, but I would have to come back to judge this. The soup I'm not entirely sure if there was too much salt. The staff was very friendly and calm. The calm manner made me personally feel comfortable. I would say this restaurant deserves a solid 4 out of 5 from me.

Delicious food and good service

Unfortunately the food was very bad. A single waiter was trying to reach all the tables, so the food arrived cold. And our order arrived both wrong and incomplete. We were cold inside because the door was always open on bird's day. It could be better.

Very unfriendly owners. I can't recommend it at all! So many bought reviews, they can't be real. Also throws unwanted advertising in the mailbox, everywhere, cheeky, unfriendly, annoying.

You may not find the taste you are looking for in Turkish businesses abroad. But this is a place that will surprise you in a positive way. I love it. Please try it too. Then what will you say?

Actually doesn't deserve a star at all!! The restaurant was occupied with 3 tables... First you wait 15 minutes until you can order drinks.. 4 people.. 1 person got fries/nuggets.. 35 minutes later 2 pizzas, one of which was missing the ham.. and after another 30 minutes of waiting, we paid and the missing pizza was finally delivered... Even though it was canceled.. .should then be packed up to take away.... The box was too small, so half of the 3 pizza pieces were torn off so that it would fit in.. Bottom line!!! I'm of the opinion that even small children have no place behind the bar... but that's just a side note... Staff... can't speak German well... ignored and only reacts after speaking to them 5 times! Everything seemed to be overwhelmed with organization. They still have a lot to learn! Very disappointing !

Magnificent, I go there at least twice a month on Sundays, especially to have breakfast, which is just excellent! Breakfast service is until 3:00 p.m.!! I recommend with my eyes closed!

Food is good but unfortunately not anymore when the restaurant has a lot of guests. I've been there 3 times and last time we got brought Adanakrbab and brown fries and chicken skewer wasn't cooked enough. The staff are very nice and it can happen!

Der erste und einzige Laden zu dem ich immer wieder gehen würde. Man fühlt sich direkt auf Anhieb wohl und der Service ist extraklasse. Das Essen hier ist wundervoll und man schmeckt die Liebe die reininvestiert wird. Jedem weiter zu empfehlen.

Vom Service hin bis zum Essen geht es wirklich schwer besser denn das Essen ist so frisch das man es beim ersten Biss schmecken tut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich direkt zuhause. Daher bekommt das Saray Restaurant von mir eine 10/10 Bewertung.
