A very nice restaurant with great service and very tasty food! My husband reminisced about his childhood memories while eating “brown cabbage full” and the ravioli with chestnuts and pears on parmesan foam were also very good!

Always good! However, it also has its price. A few main courses between 20-30 euros and the rest is about that. But why soft drinks are only offered in 0.2 liters on the menu - e.g. Cola, but not larger ones (that's just enough to moisten your mouth) is a mystery to me. And a 0.2 like that costs over €3. A spritzer isn't even on the menu, but there is... That's why a star deduction.

A wonderful but expensive restaurant. However, it's worth it, with a wonderful atmosphere and flawless service. There are many options for birthdays and other celebrations, from private rooms for ~60 people and individual, separate tables, all of which are the best you can get in the area. Perfect for all ages.

This place is an idyll in the middle of the city. The food is very good and the service too. From the terrace you can see green meadows where horses graze. Fantastic.

Went to Jürgenshof for coffee yesterday. It's always very pleasant there, to eat, have a snack or have coffee - always great. The service and the ambience are also top, absolutely recommended. Update: The Jürgenshof was always very good. The service still is. The quality of the dishes has declined recently - unfortunately. My last disappointment was plaice Finkenwerder style - both obviously pre-cooked and kept warm, one of them with oil. Served with hard potatoes - I can hardly say it, but they had a consistency like they came from a jar, hard and way too salty. I was there with a guest, obviously there were two smaller parties in the house at the same time. There was a lot to do. But then it would be better to reject the reservation request than serve these dishes. When I was there with friends a while ago, I thought the risotto had been a mistake and was also completely over salted. A pity. The atmosphere in the Jürgenshof is great. But I will still try to eat well there. At some point it will get better again.

A meal on the terrace is always recommended. We would love to come back

Were invited for a birthday. Beef fillet...really great!! Never eaten better!

We had a wonderful table outside with a view of endlessly beautiful nature....the waiter was curt and seemed very cool,...my food was lukewarm with little taste, like it had been warmed up A pity....

Jürgenshof: Certainly great ambience, great food, great service, but also very expensive. Unfortunately we're out of there. Can only be done, if at all, on very special occasions. But apparently you have to have very well-heeled guests here. Sorry....

We went there by bike and sat on the beautiful terrace. Simply beautiful in the greenery and under the trees.

It couldn't be better! We had lunch at Jürgenshof and were very satisfied. The dishes served (starter: prawns in a delicate chili sauce that is addictive; main course: half farmer's duck with red cabbage and dumplings) were without exception extremely tasty and well prepared and just as well served and presented. We would particularly like to note that all dishes were served very hot on warmed plates. About the service: Very attentive, friendly and quick. Our dog was offered water right at the beginning of our visit (we hadn't sat down yet). Conclusion: gladly 5 stars plus. We will be back! What we did in early summer: The ambience, service and food were again impeccable and first class. We enjoyed our stay and will visit the great Jürgenshof again if we come to Bremen again.

Solid, tasty German cuisine and very friendly service. However, drinks prices are completely overpriced, bottle of mineral water Vilsa € 9.00, Aperol Spritz almost € 10.00.

- The customer is never king - No matter how much you can do wrong, the location and ambience of the Jürgenshof remains appealing. Our food was of good quality, although not outstanding. We had reserved a table for 10 people. Set up for 8. It can happen and has been corrected. When I made the reservation I pointed out the occasion of the 89th birthday. However, nothing happened. No little decoration, no congratulations - just nothing. A pity. At our table, a guest ordered a Müllerin-style sole. As we only discovered later, there was no price on the menu, just an indication of the daily price. Much later, when we looked at the bill, we realized that we had been charged 75 euros for a 500 gram sole. This made it more than twice as expensive as the most expensive dish, but without the not unfriendly waiter first telling us the daily price or asking about the quantity. Maybe something like that can even happen. But there is no way that a complaint should be addressed in such an unfriendly and unprofessional manner! At first, managing directors are supposedly not even in the house, only to then escalately intervene in a discussion. The customer should be king and not treated as an unpleasant troublemaker. By the way: according to the pricing regulations in restaurant law, the following regulation must be observed when designing food and beverage menus: 1. "From to", "approx." and "from" prices are not permitted 2. Information such as “price based on weight or size” is also not permitted Violations of the PAngV can constitute administrative offenses. For example, a price is not stated at all, not correctly or not completely. Failure to comply with the PAngV can result in fines of up to EUR 25,000. Anyone who violates such a regulation actually only has one choice: apologize to the customer and bake very small rolls. Therefore only one star.

We came to eat asparagus based on a recommendation. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. As soon as I was cutting it, I noticed that the asparagus “could” have done a little more. Overall it was more than al dente. But well, tastes are different and it just wasn't for me. Consequence: I will prefer to eat asparagus somewhere else in the future. However, the service staff didn't seem to be having their best day either. Overall seemed a bit listless. When I made the reservation, I specifically stated that it was a birthday party and unfortunately this was completely ignored. Not that bad, but for us it was a “special” occasion and therefore expectations of a “nice” evening were high. About the evening itself - the aperitif glass was cracked and when I pointed this out, there wasn't even an apology. It was then replaced. The subsequent question as to whether we could have a picture of the toast was initially answered in the negative without any explanation (we actually looked a bit sparingly). However, this was later possible and the previous rejection was justified by the fact that there was just a lot going on. The orders for more bread and another drink with the main course were simply forgotten. And only when the request was asked again was a response given. Anything can happen, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't right for me at all that evening.

An absolutely beautiful place. We were very happy with the service. Cappuccino was very tasty.

Of course asparagus is popular. Once with cat ham and then with salmon. Home-peeled boiled potatoes, the same whipped hollandaise sauce, a poem.

Everything is normal, okay, nothing special, but 4.20 euros for a 0.2 cola. People, people, people 1 liter 21 euros in total :)

Anything other than the full number of stars is not possible. It's always a real treat here. Also a great atmosphere/environment. And a friendly one & attentive staff. It's always a pleasure to come by there.

Today we went to the restaurant to eat kale. A large group of older people. The service was good and tried very hard, the first round of kale was slightly smoky, the second round was so burnt that the peel could be smelled from a distance of 40 cm, even an attempt to mix it with pee failed. Older people don't necessarily like it and don't complain, it's just that in the parking lot they say they won't come back. Even hours later I still have the taste of Rus in my mouth.

A rude staff. Wanted to ask about a funeral service. The only answer you get is that we don't have time for that sort of thing right now. When asked about accessibility you only get the answer that you have to wear it. In my opinion, zero service. Definitely not a recommendation.

We celebrated a birthday there with around 25 people after we were impressed by the quality of the food several times. This is excellent. And the service is also extraordinary. Both during the preparatory consultation and during the event. Absolutely outstanding. Very big praise.

Here we were in a larger group. The location was great and the food was great. Although it was a bit difficult for me because I don't like everything. The food is more expensive in terms of price and quality. Personally, that would be too expensive for me...I prefer it to be simpler. But there was nothing to complain about. The service staff was good, but could have smiled a little more. Yes, that's complaining at a high level, but I think it's okay in fine dining. Conclusion: Everything is great, just not right for me.

Friendly, unobtrusive service, everyone at the table had a relaxed evening with very tasty food. Price performance absolutely in balance. The ambience is really nice, I could imagine the dishes being a little more dignified.

The food was good, fresh ingredients. The vegetables were super tasty, as was the potato gratin. The red groats were a bit too sour for me, but that's a matter of taste. The only thing I found annoying was the water evaporator with a strong scent in the entrance.

We were there because everybody in Bremen recommended it to us. There we had the opportunity to taste a more local food. The places beautiful and classic. It was like being home with your grandma and loved ones having lunch. Totally recommended.

Dezember 2022: Das erste Mal im Rahmen eines Workshops mit Kollegys hier zu Abend gegessen. Geschmacklich war der Rehrücken sehr gut, mit dem Messer jedoch schwer zu zerteilen. Optisch war das Gericht eine taumelnde Schulnote 2 (siehe Rosenkohl auf dem Foto). Zusätzlich angesichts der mondänen Preisgestaltung geht hier leider ein Stern verloren. Die Lokation an sich ist etwas ab- und doch sehr schön gelegen. Dem Ambiente merkt man an, dass hier eine alteingesessene Professionalität vorherrscht. Im Sommer werde ich hier noch mal einkehren.

Gute bis sehr gute Hausmannskost/ regionale Küche in gut bürgerlichem Ambiente. Etwas hochpreisig für die Qualität, Anrichtung der Speisen, aber auch die Menge. Man macht aber nichts falsch hier hin zu fahren.

Richtig gutes Essen und Freundliche Bedienungen

Für mich mit Abstand das beste Restaurant in Bremen. Preislich höher als andere Restaurants, aber hier weiß ich, was ich bekomme! Service, Ambiente und Essen sind qualitativ in meinen Augen absolut hochwertig und somit ist das Ganze preislich absolut gerechtfertigt. Wohlfühlfaktor ist vorhanden!

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Leider hatte es mit dem Essen sehr lange gedauert. Was aber auch dran liegen kann,das wir mit mehreren Personen waren. Die Portion hätten etwas größer sein können. Von dem Ambiente her ist es wirklich sehr schön. Die Bedienung hatte uns immer im Blick und hatte dies versucht schnell umzusetzen. Die Parkplätze sind leider auch etwas mau

Haben auf dem Heuboden mit Familie und Freunden einen doppelten 70. Geburtstag gefeiert. Es gab für alle Martinsgans, die wie üblich super war. Als Vorspeisensuppe eine ungewöhnliche Tomaten-"Suppe", aber auch diese sehr lecker. Als Nachtisch gab es diverse kleine Nachtische (Schokomousse, Obstgarten, Bratapfel-Creme,...), dazu leckeren Butterkuchen. Service und Ambiente waren super. Nicht zu aufdringlich, so dass wir in Ruhe die Feier und das Beisammensein genießen konnten, aber aufmerksam und immer da, wenn gewünscht. Auch würde Hilfe beim Tragen der Geschenke zum Auto angeboten. Wir haben dort nicht das erste und auch kocht das letzte Mal gegessen und gefeiert. Vielen Dank.

Update 11/2023 In meinem Essen (Knipp) fand ich ein Stück Draht. Die Erklärung dafür vom Personal war, dass das durchaus mal vorkommen könnte, da die Pfannen mit speziellen Schwämmen gereinigt würden. Ich bin der Meinung, dass das nicht vorkommen sollte und zudem wurde mir kein Ersatz oder beispielsweise ein Dessert als kleine Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Ich finde den Umgang mit mir nicht in Ordnung und kann daher den Jürgenshof leider nicht mehr empfehlen.

Hat mich total überrascht und überzeugt.....komme wieder !!!! Macht weiter soooo , ihr seid super !!!!

Tolles Ambiente, sehr freundliche Bedienung, das Essen war vorzüglich. Brot wurde proaktiv nachgereicht. Ich hatte die Rauchaalsuppe mit reichlich Einlage und meine Frau den frischen Salat vom Markt. Dazu einen perfekt gekühlten Grauburgunder. Für die Bedienung hätten wir gerne 6 Sterne gegeben! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, toll.

Ruhiger schöner großer Raum mit Säulen und Kamin, gute Qualität der Gerichte mit einem entsprechenden Preis. Immer gut gebucht.

Wir waren zu Tee und Kuchen mit einer alten Dame im Jürgenshof. Schönes und elegantes Ambiente, guter Kuchen und excellenter wie freundlicher Service durch Frau Wagner, die sich nett und enorm zugewandt um unseren etwas hinfälligen Gast gekümmert hat. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

It is probably one of the coolest places I have ever been in Bremen. If you are looking for authentic place, this is the right one. Atmosphere was really good and the food was also good in my opinion. Fireplace and lighting was cool. It is a bit pricey, but it is worth the price. The only problem was that we waited around 30-40 mins for food, but that is normal for dinner time.
