Excellent traditional food!! Also their beers. The place has the air and atmosphere of an old gasthaus. Very welcoming. Totally recommended to enjoy the local cuisine, prepared at the moment, with every detail and very well prepared ingredients. Totally recommended.

Quaint restaurant in the middle of Bremen’s Schnoorviertel. Tight and cozy.

It was reserved today at 1:00 p.m.! When it didn't open at 1:15 p.m. and everything was dark, we left. At around 1:35 p.m. a call came that the lady (boss?) had overslept and they had just opened. We were asked if we were still interested in making the reservation. We rejected this because we had decided otherwise. Where were the other employees??? There must have been other people there too, for example the kitchen staff! Why haven't they prepared everything in the meantime? Were already there once in February, but it opened late too! Bad service!

When a Franconian leaves his homeland, it is for such a great restaurant. Everything was fine. Very tasty food, a beer that can compete with a Franconian beer and a rustic atmosphere. I'll come back on my next trip to Bremen and I can only recommend it to everyone

At a later hour 🕘 we stopped at the small restaurant “Kleiner Olymp”. With luck 🍀 we got a table 🪑 for 2 people. The atmosphere is rustic but very cozy 😌. I like that kind of thing😃. We were kindly brought a card 🗂️ and our drink request 🍻 was accepted. A short time later ⌛ we had a Schnoor Bräu 🍺 and an Apricot Obstler 🍸 in front of us. We had great conversations here ☝️👌🤓 in a pleasant atmosphere. Gladly again soon.

At first glance you think it's a tiny restaurant. Once you explore the rooms, things look completely different. A very rustic appearance... great. Oh yes, we ate too. Legga, legga, legga. Although the al dente vegetables may not be to everyone's taste... mine are. Maybe there is something to complain about in terms of service. But no, not either. Despite in the whole team for this great evening

Delicious food in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere

One of the most beautiful old buildings in Schnoor. Everything is old and very cozy. Always super friendly service and great food. Highly recommended. Booking a table is recommended.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen im kleinen Olymp und haben dort einen sehr angenehmen Abend verbracht. Die Bedienung war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Alle aus unsere Gruppe haben sich sehr positiv über das Essen geäußert. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Das Ambiente hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Rund herum war es ein gelungener Abend. Das Restaurant kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen.

Really nice food!! I had a very delicious onion soup and one of the local en dishes: Bremer Knipp 👌🏻. We had a couple of their exclusive beers too. The place was nice and the only reason I gave 4 stars to the service is because sometimes we needed to wait a long time I til getting the attention of the waitress.

There are always nice Christmas decorations.

The lady on the phone was very rude when asked (eating vegan). But I put things together from the menu myself on site because there was nothing vegan on the menu. The waiter was very nice and the food that came was really tasty. It would be nice if there were at least 1/2 vegan dishes on the menu for subsequent vegan guests and you weren't treated as an inhuman on the phone.

The service is good. The panfried fish and rump steak are so good. Onion soup is with a think layer of cheese. Have to make reservation or arrive at 5pm to walk in. Luckily we got in and have a quick dinner without reservation.

A great restaurant!👍 We came relatively spontaneously twice and didn't have a reservation. The restaurant was actually completely booked, but a solution was still found! Thank you! The food was very, very tasty and in my opinion the menu was very balanced and neither too big nor too small. The prices were completely acceptable, which surprised me since this restaurant had quite a few customers!👍 The building dates back to at least the 18th century and the ambience fits it perfectly. It's cozy and not too perfect/artificial, as is often the case.

Unfortunately we didn't have a reservation, and what others have written here is true: there's usually no chance of getting a place. But as we were leaving, one of the very friendly waitresses told us that a table for two was about to become available, which with a bit of “coziness” would be enough for the three of us 😉 Great, we were able to enjoy the cozy restaurant and the excellent food! Highly recommended is the Schnoor-Bräu on tap, which is only available here. Addition: it was so good that we went there again the next evening. Our experiences from the previous day were confirmed again - definitely visit if you are in Bremen 👍

Insider tip, whether outside or inside, simply wonderful. The Schnoor has changed. Not so sure anymore. Unfortunately. But Little Olympus is as reliable as ever. Does good.

The restaurant is located in the old fisherman quarter. It is a popular place. It is impossible to get a table without reservation. The inion soup is based on a old receipe and is solid. The fish dish mains are good. The service is excellent.

I didn't expect black pudding to go so well with apple jam. And the only place where they pour Schnoorbrau from a stick :)

We were lucky to get a place for 2 despite the nice weather, long weekend and without a reservation. It felt like 30 couples didn't get a place, thank you very much for that - we were lucky. Ate schnitzel and medallions, both super tasty, great portions. The waitress was in a great mood. Keep it up 👍🏻

The service was always attentive without being intrusive. Super friendly and despite the many guests, no one seemed stressed. The price-performance ratio is another big plus point. The dishes were not only of high quality, but also fairly priced. I only found the Olymp fish plate disappointing; I had hoped for more here. The other dishes were very tasty and plentiful. A very nice restaurant in the Schnoor district - the whole ambience, extremely friendly and fast service, as well as very good food rounded off my first and certainly not last visit. Had the Olymp fish plate which was definitely worth the price of 23.50 euros due to the quality and taste. I'd rather pay a little more and be satisfied. The drinks were also good. A small negative point was that there were several ice cubes in each drink, but it wasn't a big problem. Now you know and can point out before ordering that you don't want that. Keep it up 👍🏼 I'll definitely come back on my next visit to Bremen and keep the friendly and fast service people

Nice restaurant with a bit of a rustic touch. The tables are very close together. That means it's very tight. You can also eat quite well here. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Absolutamente fabuloso restaurante , maravilloso servicio y excelente comida, tuvimos la sopa de cebolla francesa y la sopa de queso de zanahoria y cabra - ambos eran excepcionales. Nuestras tuberías de pescado también eran excelentes. Realmente disfrutamos del ambiente en este restaurante y la señora que nos atendió fue maravillosa.

One of the best places to eat in Bremen. We were taking lunch at the street tables and honestly as long as we waited for our order to be served, I didn't see a single dish served at the nearby tables that didn't look great and that I didn't want to taste... and for the record I wasn't hungry at all 😅. Food was very good and full of taste. Staf was friendly and very polite, speaks English very well. That being said I kindly recommend you to try eat at least once here while you are in Bremen.

I could write a short essay about how wonderful our evening here was! We had the kindest server who had great recommendations for what to try! The food was delicious, and their exclusive beer on tap was so good too. It's a great restaurant for getting a feel for Northern German cuisine! They have clearly been cultivating the atmosphere inside the store for quite a while, it's incredibly charming and exactly the kind of place I could spend hours in! Next time we're in Bremen, we absolutely will stop by again - it's a must-try restaurant for sure. The area around this place is also stunning, with it's medieval architecture!

Called to make a reservation for two. They told me they can make a reservation for me but it's not necessary because there are a lot of empty tables. Walked through the rain to get there 20 min. later at 19.15, just so they can tell me sorry all the tables are full for the rest of the evening.

Very tasty home-style food in a historical atmosphere. And the friendly service is also impressive.

Beautiful part of Bremen (Schnoor), surrounded by gorgeous old fashioned buildings and narrow walkways. This is best described as an old pub with delicious, traditional German food. Good ole fashioned hearty meal is probably the best way to put it. Schnitzel was out of this world, Bratkartoffeln with onions and crispy bacon, the sausages……everything was spot on. Staff were friendly and most spoke English too.

The fish was great! Service was very nice. Many people were coming but sometimes seats were limited.

I had the feeling that the waitresses were both annoyed that you even existed as a guest. The food was very good. Personally, ordering the drinks took too long for me. I think I won't go there anymore.

Very Guy typical Bremen main dishes with Majte. Ms. Gertz is very likeable. And the Schnoor Braü is wonderful too.

Both my wife and I had very nice fish dishes. Good portion. Lots of fish. Nice taste. And a good glass of wine. What do you need more?

Very very good food! The place is a bit more expensive than other restaurants in the area, but it is definitely worth the extra. The food is honestly great, from Bremen, the home brewed beer is great and to end, the atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice!

We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a table for 5 people, which was necessary. It was very well attended. 2 service staff handled it in a super professional manner and had a natural smile 😃 at all times. Despite the busy restaurant, the waiting time was about 25 minutes. Keep it up. We will be back.

Good authentic german restaurant in the charming Schnoor area. The food and interior was great. The service was average and we did not really feel welcome. I recommend that you call for reservation. They are not good at checking their mail.

Absolutely horrible! Even 1 star is too much! All tables outside were free, we were 9: 5 adults and 4 children, and the waitress just rejected us! She said you’re too many, you can’t eat here! It was 16:30, even inside it was empty ! And she just rejected to serve us!

Everything fits there. There is Schorr beer there. The food is also super tasty. However, reservation required. The two of us ate a starter, main course and, last but not least, dessert.

Nice atmosphere in an old house in the Schnoorviertel. Home-brewed beer is recommended. The food is standard regional cuisine with good-sounding dishes. Unfortunately, both my fish soup and the captain's plate were bland and not sufficiently seasoned. There was a complete lack of pizzazz.
