Restaurant Zur Quelle & Bistro Karls Quelle in Bad Lippspringe

First of all: The restaurant and bistro are located in one building. The restaurant is located at the front of the street, the bistro area can be reached via the driveway to the right of the main entrance, where there are also some parking spaces. I was in the bistro area on a beautiful summer evening. This is a tastefully furnished room with a bar. The window front facing the courtyard can be opened completely when the weather permits. This is adjoined by an outdoor area, which is protected from the weather by a roof. A lovely place on a warm evening. The food ordered from the attentive and very pleasant service was excellent and fantastically prepared. The price for the dishes ordered was absolutely reasonable. When it comes to the selection of dishes, there is something for every taste The current and very good average rating also corresponds to my perception. A clear recommendation from my side!

The food (greetings from the kitchen, starter salad, grilled plate and dessert) as well as the service with an overview were absolutely top and therefore worth every euro! The restaurant is perfectly managed with love for the job. Despite the seats being fully booked on Sunday evening, there was no sense of hecticness. The kitchen and service are professional. The various meals for the other guests at large tables were served at the same time. We always had the feeling of being really welcome.

Our 20th wedding anniversary dinner was just amazing! The small soup was the first highlight, the roast beef was a dream, the chicken melted in your mouth, the vegetables were perfect, still slightly crunchy and served in an original way. The rice was excellent, the potatoes were very tasty, the dessert was fantastic. Great service, nice decoration, good ambience and reasonable prices. Very happy again.

I have been a guest at the “Zur Quelle” restaurant in Bad Lippspringe several times now, and each time it has been an absolute highlight. I particularly liked the dish “Zander and salmon fillet in a duet with truffled vegetables, infused cream and boiled potatoes”. The combination of the tender fish fillets with the perfectly cooked vegetables and the creamy cream sauce is simply heavenly. It is rare for a dish to be served so consistently at the highest level. The service also deserves high praise. The waitresses are not only extremely friendly, but also very attentive and professional. They make you feel completely comfortable as a guest. All in all, “Zur Quelle” is a great restaurant that I can only warmly recommend to everyone. If you are looking for a culinary experience where both the food and the service are perfect, this is the place for you.

We had a spontaneous meal today and were very impressed. The food was great and very tasty. The atmosphere is inviting and not overloaded. The boss is still working, although she can certainly enjoy her retirement. Personally, I was impressed by their professionalism.

I had to take out a loan from the bank 🏦 to eat a fried egg with bacon and a few cherry tomatoes. What I can make for myself for breakfast was surprisingly normal. I'm broke now and that's why 3 stars. In any case, I will recommend the store to everyone who has a lot of money 👍 Service was friendly, but I don't know whether the friendliness has anything to do with the luxury prices.

Here for the first time and unfortunately it will stay that way. Unfriendly, annoyed-looking young waitress. Instead of wheat beer, a non-alcoholic beer was brought. The fries with the schnitzel were really bad. Dry, partially burnt and unsalted, as if it had been in the oven for too long. The schnitzel was absolutely fine.

Went to the bistro again yesterday. It was full, all the tables inside and outside were occupied. There should be some relief for the wait staff... The food was excellent again! But a second star is deducted for the ambience because entertainment is not possible when there are many guests present. It echoes and is extremely loud. Last review: Very attentive, approachable young employees make sure that you are well supplied with drinks and delicious food. The menu is varied and the wine selection is good. The ambience is tasteful, but gets a star deducted because the temperature in the large room is very cold and quite loud. With some small soundproofing measures and two degrees warmer it would be perfect

Very good cuisine! Down to earth with a lot of pizzazz! Great quality of the basic products, which are skilfully refined in the kitchen, the "source" of enjoyment!!!, and then delivered to the guest by the charming, experienced service team. Really wonderful to be pampered by the Rummeny family and their great team.

We spontaneously got a table on Saturday lunchtime and ate very tasty asparagus. The senior manager gave us a friendly welcome and contributed to a pleasant stay. We found the price-performance ratio absolutely fine. When we come to Bali again, we will go to the source again.

The Bistro KarlsQuelle was an extremely positive surprise! We went there on the recommendation of a friend - and it certainly won't be the last time. The food - we had onion soup, beef broth, the “Surf & Turf” salad and the spinach dumplings as well as creme brulée - was very tasty and well portioned. The two service ladies were “real pearls”: We have never experienced such good and friendly service! Class!

Invited as part of a birthday party. The multi-course meal was served and was exquisite, with a variety of dishes to choose from. Drinks were refilled very attentively by the service. Various wines were available, you could also choose water and juices. There were good conversations with the other birthday guests. It was a very nice celebration.

It's unbelievable what awaits you behind the inconspicuous facade. Lovingly run by mother and daughters, with attentive service staff and a great menu. The dishes are lovingly prepared and fulfill every culinary wish. Despite the product quality and attractive presentation, the portions are more than filling. A clear recommendation for a visit to Bad Lippspringe.

Everything is just right here - the ambience, the staff and especially the delicious food! We discovered this restaurant a few years ago as part of our vacation in Bad Lippspringe and every time we are there, a visit to this restaurant is an absolute MUST! It's a real shame that we live so far away. Otherwise we would definitely be regulars :)

We are still floating in the “taste heaven” to which we were lifted. From the marinated lamb's lettuce, poacher's crusts, gill plate and, as the crowning glory, crème brûlée. All components exceeded all expectations. The only thing missing is the Michelin star ⭐️. The kitchen team and the service team receive the highest recognition as an award from us. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos of the lovingly presented dishes. Sufficiently large portions, price/performance more than justified. We will definitely come back.

Like every year, our clinic celebrates the end of the year. First we received a small salad as a starter, then various dishes were served fresh and at the end everyone received a small dessert. I was happy with everything, the service was very quick and fulfilled our every wish in a timely manner

Ein beliebtes Restaurant was im Familien Betrieb geführt wird, kein Wunder das der Service hier sehr herzlich gewesen ist. Obwohl das Lokal echt gut besucht war bekamen wir unsere Bestellung im Handumdrehen serviert. Die Vorspeise so wie der Hauptgang sind sehr lecker gewesen, nur der Saté Spieß der als Gruß aus der Küche kam war nicht ganz der Vorstellung die das Lokal mit ihrer Regionale Küche bedinte. Auch wenn sie das Restaurant im Bereich schick einordnen lässt, sieht man den langwierig Bestand das Lokal an der ein oder andere Stelle. Abschließend ein tolles Restaurant mit gutem Service und einer feine Küche, für Feierlichen anlässen ein guter Ort um es sich gut gehen zu lassen.

Wir besuchten dieses Restaurant aufgrund der Empfehlung von Freunden und fühlten uns äußerst wohl. Die Speisekarte kombiniert auf spannende Weise moderne deutsche und italienische Einflüsse, was uns besonders begeisterte. Die Vorspeisen waren absolut überzeugend, und wir planen definitiv, wiederzukommen.

Bistro zur Quelle: Besucht im September mit 4 Personen. Essen sehr lecker, Service sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt extra um einen Abend ausgedehnt, um dieses Restaurant erneut zu besuchen und waren wieder sehr zufrieden.

Suchten für Abend ein schönes Restaurant.Sind spontan zum Restaurant zur Quelle gegangen.Obwohl Es ausgebucht war,haben wir,weil Gäste fertig waren,sofort einen Tisch für uns bekommen.Die Chefin des Hauses hat alles für uns hergerichtet. Die Menü-Auswahl ist sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Küche,sprich Köchin ein besonderes Lob.Alles in Allem ein, sehr zu Empfehlendes Restaurant 👍

Tolles Restaurant mit wirklich ausgezeichnetem Essen. Seltsam war nur, dass die Geschäftsführerin irgendwann während des Essens zu uns kam und sagte, dass das Essen unschlagbar wäre und uns schmecken müsste. Ansonsten auch für Feierlichkeiten wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Wir haben das Bistro besucht und hatten ein spitzenmäßiges Essen. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung.

This place is unbelievable. Our Church Choir with more than 40 members came for lunch and the service and food were totally amazing. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Great organisation and facilities.I Highly recommend Restaurant Zur Quelle to anyone and everyone. And the food was completely delicious and prepared to perfection.

Extrem freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, die dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben! Kalbsschnitzel war hauchdünn und hat super geschmeckt, Pfifferlinge mit Kräuterruhrei und Bratkartoffeln hervorragende Qualität, Spätzle und Medaillons mit Pfifferlingen sehr lecker. Danach wurde ganz liebevoll die Dessertkarte auf dem Tisch platziert. ❤ Man konnte der Versuchung nicht widerverstehen... 😞 😉 Tiramisu und Creme Caramel waren dann auch noch wahnsinnig lecker! 😋 aber wie gesagt, das ganze begleitet mit dem professionellen ind sehr freundlichen Service Das einzige nicht so schöne: direkt neben der Terrasse befindet sich der Parkplatz. Ansonsten ruhig und nicht an der Straße gelegen. Morgen testen wir das lokal und sitzen drinnen.

Ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen und einer sehr aufmerksamen Bedienung, was man heutzutage leider nicht mehr häufig antrifft. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
