A truly beautiful place. It was really busy (understandably), but we were still warmly welcomed and served. We barely had to wait for the food, and it tasted top-notch. I highly recommend it; we'll be happy to come back.

Full marks – absolutely thrilled! My wife and I visited the Fischhütte in Bad Lippspringe for the first time today – and we were truly pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived, we loved the cozy atmosphere; you immediately feel at home. The service was attentive, friendly, and pleasantly unobtrusive – just right. A big compliment goes to the kitchen: the food was truly fantastic! For starters, we had the asparagus soup – I'm not really a big soup fan, but this one completely won me over. It was both visually and tastefully amazing. For the main course, I had the veal fillet, and my wife had the creamy asparagus risotto with king prawns. Both were perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. We'll definitely be back – a clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates good food in a relaxed atmosphere.

My wife and I are thrilled with the Fischerhütte! The food is delicious, the staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, and the location is also top-notch (a definite recommendation for nature lovers). We can't think of a better restaurant than this one, no matter where we've been so far ♥️ Our recommendation: Lara's salad with giant shrimp as a starter, zander fillet as a main course, and vegan crème brulee as a dessert. Cocktails you absolutely have to try: Fischerman's Friend (also works without alcohol) and Ipanema. If there were still live music here, customers would probably have to reserve a table several months in advance ;) We have already become regular customers of Fischerhütte and are always happy to recommend this restaurant. Caution—I strongly advise against this place. Despite early reservations, our wedding party was relocated at short notice, without consideration for the occasion or months of planning. The height of disrespect: The bride was fobbed off with the callous remark that "a confirmation came up, which would bring in more money." Such treatment on one of the most important days of her life is simply unacceptable. Anyone who values ​​reliability, professionalism, and dignified treatment should steer clear of this establishment. + When asked about vegan cake, falafel was recommended 🙃

I'm thrilled every time. The location is beautiful and lovingly designed. A place to linger and feel good, perfect for escaping everyday life for a moment and doing something good for yourself. The service is very friendly and the food is simply amazing every time. Thank you for the beautiful moments you can spend here. Price/performance fits, this time there were three of us.

Disappointing experience on our wedding day We had reserved the Fischerhütte in Bad Lippspringe six months in advance for the afternoon of our wedding so that we could enjoy coffee and cake with 24 guests in a relaxed atmosphere. A week before the appointment we called again to make sure everything would take place as planned - we were confirmed that everything was organized. The shock was all the greater when my husband received a call from the Fischerhütte on the day of the wedding - just 20 minutes after the wedding and 1.5 hours before our reservation time: We were told that we should either leave earlier, sit outside or spread out to other places, as a confirmation ceremony would take place earlier than planned. No responsibility was accepted for this last-minute change. When I, the bride, calmly and matter-of-factly pointed out that our reservation was binding and that we had secured several things in advance, the owner reacted extremely unprofessionally. Her answer: “That’s life, you have to deal with it.” She also openly stated that confirmation was more lucrative for her - and therefore took priority. So on a very special day for us, we were not only offended, but also treated with disrespect and a lack of appreciation. In our opinion, such a businesslike attitude towards paying guests, especially on a wedding day, is completely inappropriate. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Fischerhütte - neither for special occasions nor for a relaxed visit to a café. Reliability, communication and respectful treatment of guests should be top priorities - here the opposite was the case.

An absolute insider tip! The Fischerhütte impresses across the board - the ambience is simply wonderful, designed with great attention to detail and an atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive and always courteous - you can tell that a real service philosophy is practiced here. And the food? Simply delicious! Top local. Incredibly delicious food, tender meat, large portions. The menu is manageable because the food is freshly cooked. Large selection of salads. Today we had an incredibly tasty beef brisket that almost melted in your mouth. The desserts are very tasty, and the drinks, whether with or without alcohol, were also well received by our group. Very friendly and attentive staff. Reservation is recommended, then you don't have to wait. Any time. Many thanks to the team. :)

Completely successful. I was already familiar with the atmosphere and the great, unobtrusive service. Today we went to the fishing hut for lunch for my mother's birthday and all I can say is, great food! Had a braised beef that was so tender and juicy I was at a loss for words other than: munch. The other meals were also well prepared and delicious. Thanks for that, finally a recommendable kitchen with a great all-round package.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant because the menu is too narrow for me. No schnitzel or anything meaty. The only thing I liked was the burger. It's a shame actually.

Restaurant with very good cuisine and delicious baked goods in a very attractive atmosphere. In summer, a well-kept garden invites you to linger. Also a great location in the Kurwald and a good starting point for walks and hikes.

The prices are already high, but the food and service are accordingly! Price-performance ratio is right, but it shouldn't be any more expensive either.

The Fischerhütte restaurant is located directly in the Kurwald where you can take a nice digestive walk after a delicious meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Fischerhütte is a must when visiting Bad Lippspringe. It is modern, romantic and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. In summer you have a beautiful view of the small lake on the terrace. There are also enough places for visitors.

I was invited and also here for the first time. A great atmosphere, now it was autumn/winter so eating inside. But certainly in the summer it’s also an absolute dream. We ate a salad with prawns, absolutely top.

We recently went to the Fischerhütte in Bad Lippspringe for the first time and had a fantastic evening with a family dinner there. We didn't know the restaurant before and were pleasantly surprised. Our table was served by Jana, whose service was excellent: very attentive, never intrusive and of a high standard. The ambience is picturesque, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful outdoor area. The interior ambience also impresses with its stylish furnishings, which combines a touch of boho with modern elements. Now to the highlight of the evening: the food. The selection of main courses is fantastic. We tried various main courses, all of which were prepared with finesse and everyone enjoyed them wonderfully. We would particularly like to highlight the pea and mint risotto, which was simply delicious. The dessert was also excellent.

We were really excited after our first visit to the Fischerhütte in Bad Lippspringe! Everything was just right for us. From the first impression, to the friendly welcome and nice service during our stay, to a really great taste experience when eating! The ambience is extraordinary. There was so much for the eye to discover! Lots of different decorative elements that were arranged in such a way that they capture curiosity but don't overwhelm the eye - I thought it was beautifully prepared and put together! We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back. We are looking forward to our next visit... 🤩 Keep it up!

Nice restaurant located in the forest. Parking spaces are available. We were visiting friends and stopped in after a long walk. Great ambience and great service. Unfortunately I didn't eat anything but from what I saw and heard everything seemed to be good. Portions were nice and big and the prices were reasonable here too. We will definitely go there again for dinner.

A very cozy restaurant with an incredibly diverse and great Christmas decoration. The service staff are quick and friendly. Great! We had a 5-course candlelight dinner. Even though the restaurant was full, we got our food within a very short time. Very tasty in terms of taste. Personally, there was just a little too much sweet potato for me and the piece of venison was a little too cooked. But everyone else at the table had ordered “well done”. Maybe mine just slipped through. The dessert was simply “porno”! Class! Each course was served promptly. I will definitely go here again and I am very satisfied. Especially because of the great service.

I had the pleasure of eating with my family and witnesses at the Fischerhütte in Bad Lippspringe after we had our civil wedding. We loved the entire experience and would highly recommend the Fisherman's Hut. The manager was very accommodating and responded to our wishes and budget. She also gave us excellent advice when choosing the menu. The food was absolutely delicious and my highlight was the pumpkin soup starter. The staff were all very nice and friendly and always served us attentively. The Fisherman's Hut has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and is the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a celebration with friends and family. We felt very comfortable there and would come back at any time.

Everything is just right here: from the service to the food to the ambience. The menu is not overly crowded, which is always a good sign, and there are also dishes to choose from that you can't get everywhere, as the creations are truly exceptional and taste incredibly good. Here you can tell that the chefs really do their job with passion. The rest of the team also does a great job - attentive and very friendly. What also makes a visit to get Fischerhütte an experience is the great decor of the restaurant. For me it is really the most beautifully decorated restaurant! So all in all, a very clear recommendation.

We were back in the Fischerhütte last night to test the new dishes and what can I say 🤩🥰 as always a pleasure 🤗 I had the beef tartare and then the braised beef neck... Both were perfect and very well seasoned 👌 very nicely prepared and how always a perfect attentive service. We like to come back again and again 🤗

Unglaubliches Verhalten der geschäftsführenden Damen. Zugesagte Reservierung eines langen Tisches für ein Familientreffen, Kaffee und Abendessen, wurden OHNE BENACHRICHTIGUNG unter Bevorzugung einer größeren Gruppe gestrichen. Nach Hinweis, dass die Reservierung für einen langen Tisch unter Zeugen notiert wurde und ein Treffen an zwei getrennten Tischen nicht akzeptabel ist, wurde von der unhöflichen GFin behauptet meine Ausführungen entsprächen nicht der Wahrheit. Nie wieder. Reservierungen werden notiert und bei Anfragen größerer Gruppen gestrichen. Unverschämtes Verhalten der GF’innen !

A dish on the small menu was no longer there after I chose it. After I said that I didn't know what to choose, I replied rudely, "Yes, then you'll just have to look." If I hadn't been accompanied, I would have left straight away. I chose a starter out of politeness. The ambience and surroundings (forest and lake) were beautiful

I have rarely seen such friendly and cheerful service staff as here. Really great!👍🏼 The ambience is wonderful and stylistically to my liking. The food was fresh and very tasty and also filling. I had the summer salad with goat cheese thalers. The raspberry dressing is incredibly harmonious and the taste couldn't be better. Absolute recommendation from me!

Letzter Besuch einer Stammkundschaft aufgrund nicht Einlösung eines 100 EUR Gutscheins aus 2019 . Dieser wurde bei vorherigen Besuchen zur Unterstützung während der Corona Pandemie nicht eingelöst sondern lieber Bar bezahlt. Heute von der Geschäftsführung über die nicht Einlösung informiert worden. Somit leider unser letzter Besuch. In der Hoffnung, dass aufgrund dieser Bewertung die 100 eur zumindest für einen guten Zweck gespendet werden ;-)

Liebevoll und mit viel Phantasie gestaltetes Ambiente drinnen, sehr schöner Gartenanlage an einem plätschernden Teich. Flotter, freundlicher Service. Gepflegte Weine. Recht kleine Karte, etwas langweilig. Speisen von durchweg guter Qualität. Salate und deren Beilage gelingen besser als die Pasta, die zu lange im Wasser und entsprechend weich war, dazu klitschig mit dem Käse verklebt. Auch Stück Huhn dazu kann man gekonnten anrichten.

Upscale food in an interesting ambience

For me, one of the TOP restaurants in the area: familiar, cozy and lovingly coordinated atmosphere, bosses and service staff who live their job and unusual dishes. Price-wise: higher level.

The hut by the lake enchants with very tasty food at very high prices. Dogs are welcome. Smoking is allowed outside. Cakes and hot dishes are available here, although a larger selection of warm dishes are only available from 5.30 p.m. It's often very crowded here, so you can't hear your own words inside. But on the outside it's fine.
