Simply impressive! We had booked a table there for Christmas Day and were thrilled. The first impression was fantastic. Everything was beautifully arranged, both inside and out. With so many gorgeous decorations, lovely furniture, and a cozy atmosphere. It's definitely worth taking a look around. The Christmas menu had something for everyone. Nicely presented and absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful evening and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much!

We had dinner at the fisherman's hut again this Christmas. A really great atmosphere.

We held our Christmas party there in mid-December. Up until then, the food had always been excellent. However, on this particular day, 8 out of 9 people didn't enjoy their meals. All the dishes were heavily seasoned and some were unfortunately far too salty, whether it was fish or duck. The fries were overcooked, and even the famous schnitzel failed to impress anyone this time. I don't know if it was just an off day, but I certainly hope so. The waiter in charge was polite, but he gave off a strong feeling of "I don't really want to be there." If I didn't know that things are usually better there, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I'll give it another chance in a while and hope that the food will be back to its usual standard (especially considering the prices).

A very nice, cozy restaurant. No problem with a larger group; even though it was à la carte, they served food for 25 people at the same time. Delicious!

Everything is just right here. A very pleasant atmosphere, warm, cozy, and inviting. The food was very good, as were the cakes. The service was unobtrusively attentive and perfectly adequate. In short, I'd be happy to go back!

The beef brisket tasted excellent, and the food was very good. The price is at steakhouse level, but absolutely justified for such great food! We'll be back.

Our daughter invited us to the fisherman's hut. The reserved table was available immediately. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The menu was small but delicious. I chose the Waldtraud salad, even though I thought the price was a bit high. But my concern was completely unfounded! A large salad with a large piece of corn-fed chicken. Great sautéed mushrooms, a great dressing. So much so that I couldn't finish the accompanying baguette. So good value for money. Everyone else in the family was more than satisfied, too! Unfortunately, I only took photos of the redfish my daughter ordered and my salad. We then ordered dessert. I have to say, the crème brûlée and the chocolate cake were great. Perhaps you'd be better off ordering an ice cream sundae at an ice cream parlor. I had the nut sundae, which was okay, but nothing more. In any case, we enjoyed it; the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. We'd be happy to come back.

We visited the restaurant together for the first time. Without a reservation, we were seated outside. The lady received a fleece blanket, so we could extend our drinks with a bite to eat. The hummus with shrimp arrived quickly, was visually appealing, and tastefully revelatory. The ambiance, service, and lovely decor rounded it all off: 5 out of 5 stars.

This place used to be fantastic, but now it lacks charm!!

The Fischerhütte is idyllically situated and is a beautiful park restaurant. Very tastefully decorated both inside and out. Unfortunately, the menu has lost some of its variety and variety since the coronavirus pandemic, while the prices have increased. I don't think it's reasonable anymore. Sometimes the reception is very cold, as you're only offered a seat if you've also eaten something. Only drinks are not welcome. The working atmosphere has changed somewhat; I always notice a certain irritated and annoyed mood among the staff. Perhaps something should be done to encourage the restaurant management to enjoy and love their work...? Well-intentioned advice, as it's a shame to see such a lovely restaurant suffer from this.

Hello, we were once again really looking forward to our evening at the Fischerhütte. The food was delicious, and all the ingredients were freshly prepared. However, it wasn't quite as personal as the other times. The service was a bit hectic. Hence, a deduction in the B grade.

I was visiting my husband in the hospital next door. The Fischerhütte restaurant was recommended. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't have time for me during the 20 minutes I sat at the table waiting for someone to come over. What a shame.

A big compliment goes to the kitchen: the food was truly fantastic! For starters, we had the asparagus soup – I'm not really a big soup fan, but this one completely won me over. It was both visually and tastefully amazing. For the main course, I had the veal fillet, and my wife had the creamy asparagus risotto with king prawns. Both were perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. We'll definitely be back – a clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates good food in a relaxed atmosphere.

My wife and I are thrilled with the Fischerhütte! The food is delicious, the staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, and the location is also top-notch (a definite recommendation for nature lovers). We can't think of a better restaurant than this one, no matter where we've been so far ♥️ Our recommendation: Lara's salad with giant shrimp as a starter, zander fillet as a main course, and vegan crème brulee as a dessert. Cocktails you absolutely have to try: Fischerman's Friend (also works without alcohol) and Ipanema. If there were still live music here, customers would probably have to reserve a table several months in advance ;) We have already become regular customers of Fischerhütte and are always happy to recommend this restaurant. It's always a place to unwind, switch off, close to the forest. It's just good for me and my soul.

Caution—I strongly advise against this place. Despite early reservations, our wedding party was relocated at short notice, without consideration for the occasion or months of planning. The height of disrespect: The bride was fobbed off with the callous remark that "a confirmation came up, which would bring in more money." Such treatment on one of the most important days of her life is simply unacceptable. Anyone who values ​​reliability, professionalism, and dignified treatment should steer clear of this establishment. + When asked about vegan cake, falafel was recommended 🙃

Disappointing experience on our wedding day We had reserved the Fischerhütte in Bad Lippspringe six months in advance for the afternoon of our wedding so that we could enjoy coffee and cake with 24 guests in a relaxed atmosphere. A week before the appointment we called again to make sure everything would take place as planned - we were confirmed that everything was organized. The shock was all the greater when my husband received a call from the Fischerhütte on the day of the wedding - just 20 minutes after the wedding and 1.5 hours before our reservation time: We were told that we should either leave earlier, sit outside or spread out to other places, as a confirmation ceremony would take place earlier than planned. No responsibility was accepted for this last-minute change. When I, the bride, calmly and matter-of-factly pointed out that our reservation was binding and that we had secured several things in advance, the owner reacted extremely unprofessionally. Her answer: “That’s life, you have to deal with it.” She also openly stated that confirmation was more lucrative for her - and therefore took priority. So on a very special day for us, we were not only offended, but also treated with disrespect and a lack of appreciation. In our opinion, such a businesslike attitude towards paying guests, especially on a wedding day, is completely inappropriate. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Fischerhütte - neither for special occasions nor for a relaxed visit to a café. Reliability, communication and respectful treatment of guests should be top priorities - here the opposite was the case.

Top local. Incredibly delicious food, tender meat, large portions. The menu is manageable because the food is freshly cooked. Large selection of salads. Today we had an incredibly tasty beef brisket that almost melted in your mouth. The desserts are very tasty, and the drinks, whether with or without alcohol, were also well received by our group. Completely successful. I was already familiar with the atmosphere and the great, unobtrusive service. Today we went to the fishing hut for lunch for my mother's birthday and all I can say is, great food! Had a braised beef that was so tender and juicy I was at a loss for words other than: munch. The other meals were also well prepared and delicious. Thanks for that, finally a recommendable kitchen with a great all-round package.

Fischerhütte is a must when visiting Bad Lippspringe. It is modern, romantic and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. In summer you have a beautiful view of the small lake on the terrace. There are also enough places for visitors.
