We were here for the first time today and were very satisfied, service was very good, food was top notch. The steak was better than in the steakhouse. Always happy

Long waiting times even though it was empty. “Service” with zero interest in the guest - never again!

Delicious food (several vegan options), super friendly service and great atmosphere in the lounge. Better than hoped and we would love to come back.

We booked half board for 6 people, including 2 children. All 6 people are listed accordingly in the HP. In the small print, children are charged separately at dinner, depending on their age at €5-14. Warning: hidden costs. Despite asking at the reception there was no insight.

We are always amazed by the excellent quality of the dishes! All employees are warm and friendly and very attentive. On Fridays there is a buffet at €29 per person. It's not cheap, but it's worth every cent! There is soup at the table beforehand, then you can help yourself at the buffet. A wide selection of salads, seafood, grilled cold vegetables and 3 different hot dishes, cheese and bread platter and wonderful dessert. We're always happy to come back!

Unfortunately I have to say that the restaurant was a disgrace. The food was really expensive (over 30 euros for buffet) and at the same time really bad. For the money I would have expected more selection and, above all, better quality. In addition, some things were already gone at 6 p.m. and were not refilled. Things got really embarrassing when the children got an ice cream stick for dessert, the kind you can buy at the gas station. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately very disorganized, even though there weren't many guests there. Overall, it's a mystery to me how a wellness hotel can have such a lousy restaurant and yet charge the prices of a good restaurant.

We visited the Palm restaurant on January 1st, 2023. Nice delicious food, exquisite dessert with the coconut, very beautiful to look at and it tastes good too. One star for that. The staff was catastrophic. Inexperienced staff and are way too overwhelmed. We are a family with Asian roots (faces too of course) and were treated unfairly and our request was simply ignored. Attention people, there is still subtle racism here. Watch out people, subtle racism still exists here.

The food was delicious and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit older but clean and well maintained. Pets Allowed. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Big but about the thermal baths, the water is COLD! You don't feel like swimming at all, the children didn't have any fun, they both left the hotel with a cold and a cough, that's a no go for a thermal bath. We are regular guests here, but this time we were very disappointed because the children didn't have any fun and now have a cold. That's why we're leaving and we won't be coming back as long as it stays this cold. We had our dog with us, everything went well, but on the second day (we were in the room from 5 p.m. because the children didn't want to swim because of the cold water) we got a call at 8:20 p.m. that a dog was up barks in the hallway and whether it is ours. There was a larger dog in the hallway, we were asked if we had heard anything. Since the children and we were in the room alternately, we didn't hear anything and not in the hallway either. But apparently someone complained about it. The next morning we heard the dog but he only barked twice and fell silent again. People who go to a hotel with small children and dogs should be prepared for a certain noise level and not immediately complain about every little thing.

If there was a way to give more stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. The food was really delicious, the portion was great. The staff is a great team. Well organized, very nice and friendly. And above all, very competent.

Seit sehr langer Zeit waren wir mal wieder hier. Das Essen war hervorragend, die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Dafür lasse ich gerne 5 Sterne da.

Das Frühstück ist richtig üppig und total gut organisiert. Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Sogar Rühreier mit Speck und Nürnberger Würstchen. Mini Pfannkuchen für die Kinder. Kaffeevollautomaten die einiges an Kaffevariationen anbieten. Aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Kellner. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Das Abendessen mit Vorreservierung ist rundum gelungen. Die Kellnerin war total nett, dass man sich denkt "wie kann jemand nur so freundlich sein?!" und auch sehr aufmerksam und Kinderfreundlich. Einfach professionell. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Auswahl am Buffet auch total gut. Vielen Dank, wir haben den Aufenthalt im Restaurant sehr genossen.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen . Ich würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben . Die Kellner alle total nett und zuvorkommend . Ich habe sowas noch nie erlebt . Auch sehr sehr kinderlieb das Restaurant . Frühstücksbüffet und Abendessen immer frisch und lecker . Und zu jeder Zeit sauber . 4 Tag heute und das Essen ist jeden Tag auf Top Niveau. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . Bei unseren beiden Besuchen am Abend, Mitte Dezember passte alles. Service auf diesem Niveau findet man heute selten. Erstklassiger, erfrischender und freundlicher Service. Das Essen à la carte war an beiden Abenden sehr schmackhaft, qualitativ super und optisch sehr ansprechend. Gratulation zu diesem Küchenchef. Die Therme selbst, sowie das Vital Hotel, habe ich separat bewertet.

Wir hatten Freitag und Samstag ein Abendbuffet, was wirklich lecker und ansprechend präsentiert war. Sonntag gab es ein 3-Gänge Menü, was eine absolute Katastrophe war. Vorspeisensuppe war zu dünn und kaum Geschmack. Beim Hauptgang war der Fisch 2 mal gestorben, die Nudeln waren schon halb ausgetrocknet und Soße war geschmacklos...Dessert war ok, jedoch hat es nicht mehr die frustrierte Stimmung rausgerissen. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lecker. Service war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Einfach nur klasse! Wir hatten dort am Abend unseren Aufenthaltes ein wunderbares 4-Gänge Menü! Bedienung, Geschmack und Ambiente haben uns sehr überzeugt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gestern und heute sehr lecker gegessen, das Haus ist zum Küchenchef zu gratulieren! Gute Portionen, sehr appetitlich arrangiert, sehr gut im Geschmack. Service freundlich und aufmerksam, gerne wieder!
