Restaurant Zum Eiffelturm in Zirndorf

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, there were cobwebs in the corners. I had to stare constantly, you can really get rid of that. The name Eiffel Tower is misleading, you think you're expecting French cuisine. Is it Balkan food? After I gave a tip, I wasn't properly thanked, which I thought was a shame because I could have paid the actual amount straight away. The lady immediately turned away and said goodbye wtf?!

It was my first time in the restaurant, the service was very friendly, the food and salads were top notch. Price and quality are absolutely right and I would definitely come by more often 👍👍👍

Very cute restaurant. The food was ok. But in terms of taste it doesn't have much to do with Croatian cuisine. The service was necessarily friendly. If you smile and when you turn around the corners of your mouth immediately fall down in annoyance, it doesn't make a good picture. However, the young boss seems to be quite friendly.

Update from October 20, 2024 We had dinner in the Eiffel Tower again today and had a very tasty Cordon Blue with lukewarm potato salad 👍🏻👍🏻 and schnitzel with delicious paprika sauce and fries. Everything is very tasty, go and try it yourself, it's worth it. Great service and the food was very tasty and sufficient and the service was also on point. We'll be back 😀. All in all ok. Nothing more but nothing less either. Unfortunately, the order was not listened to properly twice and the requests were not delivered. We still took it without complaining, so it was ok. Food was plentiful but more like fast food... not bad but not tasty either... The waiters and the cashier didn't really feel like it.. not unfriendly but unfortunately not really nice either.. Drinks and food came quickly!

Unfortunately only 1 star, dear hosts, a wine spritzer should be on the menu as it is a standard drink!!!! If you order a sour wine spritzer you get 0.25l half water and half cheap wine, the material used amounts to a few cents, when you check out you will be charged 6.90!!!!! Sorry, that doesn't work at all and leads to the assumption that this is intentional, then how much does a large wine spritzer cost?? 15.80??? Conclusion 7 guests lost

So the food impressed us once again, only the service has changed since our last visit. The young boys are relatively overworked or simply inattentive.

We were there with Schlemmerblock and without a reservation. Service was very nice and accommodating, food was excellent and portions were large. The beer garden was very busy, so we would suggest a reservation. Happy to come back 😊

Good Croatian food, a bit noisy as it was full at least on Friday. Otherwise, down-to-earth staff, quick service and easy setup.

We were in the restaurant because of our gourmet block, so we would also like to get to know other restaurants. Unfortunately you can only award stars via the Schlemmerblock. The beer garden was very cozy and clean. The staff served us quite quickly. But the food could be improved a lot. The rice seemed to have been on the plate for a while, the fries tasted like old fat. The skewer of meat was tough and mixed. We were particularly bothered by the somewhat carelessly prepared raw onions. We would have liked to comment on site, but were not asked. There were no problems with the gourmet block. Next time we'll look at Google reviews before trying a new restaurant.

Food was delicious and the staff/boss was very friendly.

The food was good and plentiful, although the portion sizes were quite different for the price. A slightly more balanced portioning would make sense here. Apparently the waiter wasn't having his best day. A smile every now and then would be nice. Otherwise we were satisfied.

I really like the food here warm and tasty.. everything was cooked perfectly we ordered three dishes and all were good.. the rice was paprika flavoured and was amazing ... The meat was cooked as ordered and the salad was also tasty and fresh. A lot of people came there (especially local) and i can see why .. the owner was there asking how the food was and how we liked it and so making the service also a good experience.

We had Cevapcici and Rasnici, both really not good. The cevapcici were dripping with fat and tasted like a nightmare. The Rasnici was chewy and also very rich in fat. The salad dressing was a nasty mess and the rice was so cooked that you could have eaten it without teeth. Totally tasteless. Once and never again. The price was totally exorbitant as a compensation 😤.

We were here today with a registered hiking group Great service for us, the restaurant opened earlier and provided the hikers with coffee After 5km and 10km respectively, two groups arrived at the restaurant and were well looked after, which is not so easy with around 40 people For dinner everyone was very happy with the food and the service Our hiking group will stop by here again

Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative reviews. We both ordered a rump steak medium rare, but as you can see from the attached pictures it was served well done. When we brought this up, we were offered to re-prepare the steak in a quite, not unfriendly but snarky manner. At least that's what was offered. Furthermore, there was no salt and pepper on the table and the meat was completely dry. In my opinion, the young waiter without a beard should either not work in the restaurant industry or rethink his appearance because it is inappropriate for a waiter. Unfortunately, the prices for this service are completely exorbitant.

We were a little skeptical based on the reviews from some guests a week ago, but we were pleasantly surprised. Both meat and fish were delicious, fish and calamari were wonderfully tender and well prepared. Meat is neither dry nor tough. Rice, fries and salad are also completely okay. Despite the voucher book, we were served in a friendly and polite manner. We'd love to come back.

Why to eat because the only thing about the schnitzel with paprika sauce was a large portion of about 300 g but the fries were very hard and fried in old fat. Since I'm a cook I can rate it that way

The vegetarian dish was frozen vegetables with a sauce that tasted like water, not really recommended because the whole dish was very tasteless. Service was also slow and we had forgotten our things several times - unfortunately there wasn't enough on offer for the price.

Have been there several times. The last time was 1 year ago or so. Maybe the chef changed, but our dishes weren't really tasty. Grilled food black and dry on the outside. Rice overcooked. Squid without taste. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be an isolated case. Criticism is not accepted “it has to be that way”. It's a shame, it used to be so good. Ambiance outside is great, unfortunately not so inside.

The meat was fried to death, something you wouldn't have wanted to eat as dried meat in the Wild West. To achieve this with a rather fatty shoulder piece is an achievement. Not positive, but I don't want to be that petty. 😜 The rice was mushy, completely overcooked and tasteless, the salad had a pretty mustardy mush as a salad dressing, but the quite impressive price of €18.90 (Rasnici), we definitely won't be coming back. When I pointed out that the meat was hard to chew, I was told that it was supposed to be that way. Can you handle criticism like this? 😂 In the second picture is my friend's Cevapcici, which was also inedible.

Terrible, once and never again. Price-performance ratio? Price is good, performance is non-existent. Totally burnt, meat dry to an end, even the sheep's cheese inside was dry. The landlord can't handle criticism and plays it down because it has to be that way. Rice cooked to death and no taste at all. I actually like salad dressing with mustard, but it only tasted like mustard, terrible. Were there with several (12) people and everyone thought it was terrible.

Never again. There were four of us there with a gourmet block/coupon book. Staff very short, portions small and the food totally tasteless and meat tough. Even the cevapcici had no taste. Fish, carelessly unseasoned and full of fat, hardly any fries on the plate. Everything unseasoned and unsalted. The tables/seats in the beer garden were quite nice, the only positive thing. Unfortunately no new customers were gained. Never again, sorry.

We were there with a group. The meat was tough for several of them (that was the case the last time we were there, but we wanted to give the place another chance) and the ajvar didn't taste like anything. The friendliness of the staff can also be improved - not a superfluous friendly word and the request for a second plate (to share with the person sitting next to you) was brusquely rejected with reference to smaller portions on the menu (although the selection is very limited there). We have been here for dinner several times and have always been satisfied, including this time. We had a schnitzel, a cordon bleu (each with fries and salad) and two drinks. Thanks to the voucher book we paid almost €26. Attached is a photo of the two dishes. The fries are hidden under the schnitzels. We definitely don't go home hungry 😉 One can argue about the ambience. It wouldn't be my first choice for a romantic dinner 😉 but for a casual meal with friends/family it's totally ok.

We were here with the Schlemmerblock. My zander fillet was very tasty and my partner's cevapcici were also good and the portions were also sufficient. The only annoying thing was the noise in the restaurant.

Been there for the first time and will stay there! We have a gourmet block and decided to eat here (it was visible on the table the whole time). The staff was pretty quick because we were barely sitting on our chairs when we were asked what we would like to drink. Not bad in itself, but I didn't know what I wanted to drink, so I wanted to look at the menu and unfortunately there wasn't even a drinks menu. Food was very good and arrived very quickly! To pay, I had the gourmet pad in my hand, flipped open the page and said we wanted to pay. When he came with the invoice he said that we wouldn't get the discount because we should have stated that before we ordered. On the one hand, I quote, the block says: “When ordering or before using the voucher offer, the staff must be made aware of the gourmet block.” That means I don't necessarily have to mention it before ordering, but I do have to mention it before paying! Since I said yes, we would like to pay and hold the voucher booklet with the page open, it is clear and clear! Cool, unfriendly reception, strong smell of grease in the entrance area and in the restaurant. The taste of the food (Chevapcici) wasn't great, it was more of a rubber ball. The pork loin with paprika sauce, on the other hand, was very good.

The service is very quiet and rare. Cevapcici is good but lacks spices. Pork on a skewer is a rather tough affair. Drinks are standard. The guest room is rather dreary. Reducing supply could help. Everything here is somehow average.

Beware of rip-offs!! As you can read in many reviews, the gourmet block is suddenly not accepted when paying. A food bordering on burnt. Worst Balkan dishes I've ever been served, price performance not acceptable, far too expensive for the quality. Tables are very close together, the atmosphere is like a train station hall.

Zum wiederholten Mal lecker gegessen und wurde vom Wirt freundlichst bedient, die Balkangerichte und die Pizzen sind richtig gut. Auf der Terasse sitzt es sich bei passendem Wetter sehr schön. Ich habe vor dem Besuch die Rezensionen gelesen. Manche negative Kleinigkeiten sind wohl nachvollziehbar - viele der 1 Sternbewertungen aber definitiv nicht !

Das Essen ist grundsätzlich gut, aber der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig wenn der Chef nicht anwesend ist. Ein leider sehr kritischer Fehler war, dass bei einer der Mahlzeiten eine Garnele unter einem Schnitzel lag. Absolutes no go, selbst ohne das Gericht zu berechnen war es mein letzter Besuch dort.

Dies war unser zweiter und letzte Besuch in diesem Restaurant. Vorab das Essen ist gut und bei unserem ersten Besuch vor 14 Tagen war auch alles in Ordnung. Gestern, schlecht gelaunte Servieren, stellt sich 5min neben einem und drängt darauf Essen zu bestellen. Der Wunsch nach einem zweiten Getränk war ihr offensichtlich auch zuviel und außerdem würden, die zum Essen gehörigen Salate, einfach Mal vergessen....so das war's, wir hatten uns eigentlich auf einen schönen Abend gefreut, naja es gibt noch andere Lokale...

Die Bewertungen haben uns hierher geführt. Zum Biergarten kann ich nichts sagen. Das Restaurant ist einfach gehalten. Es war gut besucht, deshalb recht laut. Der Service ist freundlich, aber nicht ganz auf Zack. Wir hatten Zander der recht gut war bei großer Portion. Ich hatte ein Fleischgericht, die Cevapcici waren unterirdisch, das andere Fleisch auch von schwacher Qualität. Offensichtlich hängt es davon ab, was man ißt.

Leckere kroatische Küche. Es gibt sowohl die Fleisch Klassiker dieser Küche, als auch verschiedene gegrillte Fische. Außerdem serviert man dort auch weitere Fleisch Gerichte sowie Pizza. Alle Male einen Besuch wert.

Mein Mann ist immer hin und weg von der leckeren Grillplatte 🥩 und ich liebe die Pizza 🍕 ein Hauch Italien

Habe einen Karpfen Bestellt musste schon fast eine Stunde warten trotz Vorausbestellung Der Karpfen war ungenießbar den hätte man nicht mal einen Hund geben können ich kann diese Gaststätte nicht weiter Empfehlen dies war mein 1 und letzter Besuch Mann müsste diese Gaststätte schließen

We visited the place on Sunday noon and had luck to get a table without a reservation. For the next visit, a reservation is a must. The service was friendly and despite the full house, quite quick. The dishes were excellent from the taste. Can recommend!
