Just had dinner there with my husband. We received a friendly welcome even though it was full. After about 5 minutes the nice waitress came and brought us the menu. After a short time the drinks we ordered arrived. The food also came very quickly. We'd love to come back. Food was very tasty. Portion size was great and not too expensive

Very good food, unfortunately I personally miss the fried potatoes and croquettes as side dishes.

We were here today with 3 people. The restaurant is inviting and the toilets are very clean. The staff is very friendly. The waiting time is reasonable and the dishes are freshly prepared. The portion sizes are also very suitable for good eaters and the taste is very good.

We went to the barbecue event today and the food and service were great. There was a small buffet set up in the tower where there was a lot to choose from such as salads, dips, different types of meat and much more. You could take as much of the buffet as you could manage and for dessert there was a fresh fruit salad with vanilla sauce, which was also very tasty. Definitely recommended!!

We stopped there today and I can only highly recommend it. Very nice waiter, great service, very generous portion and super tasty. And for freshly prepared food there was a very pleasant waiting time (drinks after 10 and the food after 45 minutes) and it was really worth it. Always my pleasure.

The Belgian used to be THE LOCAL in and around Bad Lauterberg. Unfortunately, the restaurant was completely destroyed by the last tenant. The Belgian is coming back to life thanks to the new tenants. It's clean and well maintained there again. You feel comfortable again as soon as you enter the restaurant. The food, I really have to say, the chef knows his craft and knows how to make it tasty and professional. The Wiener Schnitzel are extremely tender and beautifully crispy. I am very satisfied with the development and hope that the new tenants will be able to make the name, which was dragged into the mud by the previous tenant, shine in new splendor. Definitely 5 out of 5 🌟

Been there for the first time and I have to say I would go again. Price-performance ratio top. The portions are really very generous. The schnitzel was super tasty. Unfortunately there was a little bit of sauce, but we got a refill immediately upon request. The service is very attentive, friendly and fast. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

We picked up something to eat an hour ago, and our conclusion: super, super tasty, the chef knows what he's cooking in the kitchen. Salad fresh, dessert delicious and the mushrooms on the Jägerschnitzel fresh and delicious. I would also like to eat the version of Schnitzel Paul in Franconia. Friendly service, beautiful ambience and immediately invites you to relax. Thank you very much for this unique dish.

We had dinner at the Belgian restaurant yesterday on February 4th, 2024 The service was very friendly, quick and attentive. Our Jäger and Paul schnitzel, the salad and the fries were very tasty and plentiful. We'd love to come back.

For us it was the first visit to this restaurant. We were totally thrilled. The service was friendly. The atmosphere was cozy, clean and friendly. We sat right by the fireplace. My schnitzel, Paul, was very tasty and the fries were crispy and hot. A clear recommendation for us. 5☆ out of 5☆ Just a tiny note, ketchup and mayonnaise are not served in bags on the table.

Actually everything is good. Now comes the complaining at a high level: the baguette slice with the salad was unfortunately dry and not fresh. Schnitzel was delicious, fries too. The hunter's sauce was prepared and quickly warmed up. The cream for dessert from the can. Little things but in the end it makes a difference. My wife was a bit cold, but it was fine for me. We had reserved the table for 6 p.m. The service was great, the table was beautifully decorated and the welcome was sparkling wine for the adults and a fruit spritzer for the kids. You didn't have to wait long for your food after ordering. The portions are a bit larger, even the children's portion is a decent size. All in all very good food and also very good and friendly service. We'd love to come back.

Went there with 17 people, despite the problems in the kitchen, all 17 had nothing but praise. Communication of the service took place without any problems, which everyone saw as very good service. All in all a nice evening, good food, very good service, keep it up 🙂☺️

Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Der Service war gut und das Ambiente lädt zum verweilen ein. Oft fahren wir nach dem Schwimmen dort hin.....es lohnt sich immer.

Waren heute im Restaurant zum Belgier in Bad Lauterberg. Das Team ist sehr freundlich, jung und dynamisch. Wir hatten Schnitzel Hawaii und Schnitzel Bolo mit Bolognesesosse und Grana Padano überbacken absolut lecker 😋!!!! Dazu noch 4 🍌 Bananenweizen sehr lecker und erfrischend und ein gesamt Preis von ca. 50,- Euro inklusive Trinkgeld ist völlig okay. Kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert ! Das Paulschnitzel ist mindestens so gut wie früher - wenn nicht sogar noch besser :-) Die Portionen waren für uns kaum zu schaffen, selbst mein Mann hat die letzten Pommes auf dem Teller gelassen… Die Bedienung war nett und zuvorkommend - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder ! Weiter so !

Ich war das letzte mal Mitte der 90er hier. Keine Ahnung ob die Betreiber seid dem gewechselt haben aber es war so lecker wie damals und der Service war sehr nett. Weiterhin war das Restaurant abends zweitweise gut gefüllt was eigentlich dafür spricht. Das Essen dauerte etwas lang >30min. Dafür war es frisch zubereitet.

Schnell, reichlich und echt lecker - wir kommen wieder

Das Restaurant, der Service, das Ambiente und vor allem das Essen waren absolute Spitze. Mit total viel Liebe und Herzblut zubereitet und serviert. Die Schnitzel überaus lecker und die Soße exzellent abgeschmeckt. Selbst der Salat, inklusive Dressing frisch zubereitet. Jederzeit wieder ein Besuch wert.

Ich kann ehrlich gesagt manche Leute hier nicht verstehen und muss ernsthaft bezweifeln dass das echte Kunden sind. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie essen und waren mit dem Essen und auch mit der Bedienung sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren zum Schnitzel essen da. Essen war lecker, die italienische Wirtin ist super nett. Kommen bei nächster Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Ohne Termin problemlos Plätze mit mehreren Personen bekommen. Karte klein aber finde ich gut das die nicht überladen ist. Essen kam schnell und war lecker, Bedienung freundlich und aufmerksam.
