Super cozy, delicious food and gluten-free requests are naturally catered for. The chef knows what he puts into the food 👍 The service staff is also really nice. We would love to come back, including our dog 😉

We wanted to try out the Baden-Alsatian cuisine on offer at Domaine 1795, we were there for the first time and were not disappointed. The ambience of this restaurant is traditional Baden-Alsatian, a good regional parlor with a contemporary design and in the truest sense. Very nice and cozy. The service staff is very nice and approachable and gives absolutely good and accurate advice when asked. The menu includes seasonal dishes (autumn dishes in our case) and standards of Baden and Alsatian cuisine. The wines on offer are exciting thanks to the attached wine shop, such as the really successful red wine Shimo from Mallorca, which comes from our own production. The quality of the food is absolutely good, it is freshly cooked, which can and must take a little longer. For the main course we had the freshly prepared veal cordon bleu from the autumn menu, which we ate with croquettes and Pinot Noire sauce (there is also a Münster sauce!) and which was excellent. The same applied to our dessert varieties, which were served in French as Café Gourmand (it was first introduced in Paris in 1990). The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and ambience. We felt very comfortable there - also thanks to the two lovely hosts - and were able to spend a very nice and relaxing evening. Gladly again at any time!

I had a super delicious venison goulash with homemade spaetzle and red cabbage. The service was attentive and very nice. Food and staff really 👌. The ambience doesn't quite match that, but that didn't matter to me.

A bit rustic but quite nice place with bad food. We were there for an early dinner on September 13th, 2024. On the one hand we ate "classic Viennese schnitzel with lukewarm potato and cucumber salad" and on the other hand "pasta with cream sauce" (please don't pin me down on the type of pasta. I think linguine with chanterelles, but I don't remember). The so-called "classic" Wiener Schnitzel had nothing to do with a Wiener Schnitzel, where you expect a crispy, risen breading, but rather a completely soggy, soggy breading. Probably kept warm for a long time. Some of the potatoes in the potato and cucumber salad were raw. Instead of the cream sauce, the noodles simply swam in cream. For the schnitzel €27.50 and for the noodles approx. €17.00. We could have gotten better food in some of the roadside snack bars. The only thing that was nice was the service. Never again for us Domaine 1795. ------ November 4th, 2024 Since I have no opportunity to respond to the owner's reaction, here is the addition: I didn't criticize the meat but rather the preparation: It was NOT a classic Wiener Schnitzel. And the fact that the pasta dish with chanterelles was more expensive than I stated does not make the dish served better, but rather the price-performance ratio even worse. I asked my tablemate who had the pasta: According to the menu, tagliatelle with chanterelles in cream sauce. Linguine was served. Ultimately, it doesn't matter whether it was linguine or tagliatelle, it wasn't a cream sauce, and at least you didn't deny that in your first reaction. Furthermore, this is not a general assessment, but rather one with specific points of criticism that we remember very clearly. :-) We can only judge what was served to us. They have enough good reviews. That doesn't change the dishes we are served. All the best to you, we will not visit you again.

I actually didn't want to go because this good, beautiful restaurant isn't in my budget and I'm actually not the target group who can eat there. Since Sabine has been wanting to go there for almost a year and Eva and Werner also wanted to go, I went with her. I was very surprised at how friendly the team is and the food was great. I had never had such a delicious Strasbourg sausage salad. Nice to the eye and especially room temperature, the sausage and cheese. Very well seasoned and delicious fried potatoes. Sabine and Eva had Zander and Werner Cordon Bleu. It was also very good and the three of them enjoyed it very much. I had never had the beer before from a small family brewery, Bauhöfer. The Ute and her Bernd also said goodbye to us nicely. I'll go there again with Sabine if there's a special occasion. L'G from Monnem

Nice and cozy spot with delicious German and Alsace dishes. The Tarte Flambée and the wine has been absolutely tasty.

Nice restaurant, but the price-performance ratio is not quite OK. My potato rösti with beef bratwurst, just under €20.00, was basically tasty, but the fact that everything was covered with onion sauce wasn't exactly pleasing to the eye and the potato pancake was completely soggy. It's a shame, there's clearly room for improvement.

The food was excellent, great asparagus dishes and a morel cream sauce with an incredible amount of morels. Simply sensational. Nice service and very comfortably furnished. We'll definitely be back

We had a great evening in a very cozy inn. As a starter, trout fillets with rösti and pumpkin cream soup with goat cheese. As a main course, veal schnitzel and beef steak. Everything was great and tasted great. Great cuisine, suitable wine recommendations and delicious house sparkling wine as an aperitif. The freshly tapped beer is also delicious. Unfortunately there was no room for dessert, but we took a box of wine with us. We will be back!

Das Ambiente sehr nüchtern ......die Angestellten tun mir leid weil sie überlastet sind mit einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft im Nebenraum und einer nicht ganz ausgelasteten gaststube vorne. Chef und Chefin sind sich selbst die liebsten Gäste und helfen ihren Angestellten bei Engpässen nicht ....sind wohl quereiinsteiger....sitzen oder stehen lieber vor oder hinter der Theke um selber essen und zu trinken und schicken lieber stammgast an unseren tisch um die Nachricht zu überbringen ....nachdem ich 4mal versucht habe mich mit Gestik und verbal bemerkbar zu machen ..es eine feier nebenan gibt und die bedienungen bald kommen würden . Das waren schon 20min.vergangen. und die Bedienung an der Theke bleibt hinter der Theke und darf auch nicht an den Tischen ausschenken auch nicht wenn nix an der Theke los ist . Was für ein Management.........und zu den essen und Getränkepreisen für den service....sorry einmal und nie wieder da gibt es in der Nähe und umgebung viel zu gute und günstigere Restaurants mit sehr gutem service wo wir unser Geld lassen können . Schade

Sehr empfehlenswert für Familienfeste! Wir haben in der Domaine 1795 einen 70. Geburtstag in größerer Runde gefeiert, in wunderschön gestalteten Ambiente, bei köstlichem 4-Gang-Menü und mit exzellenten Weinen. Kompliment an das ganze Team!

Sehr gemütliche Ambiente, freundliches Personal, Speisekarte: wechselndes Angebot leckerer Speisen, dazu immer den passenden edlen Wein.

Ist noch verbesserungsdürftig, Preisleistung anpassen! Hatte Forellenfilet bestellt, 3 Stück kleine 1cm schmale Streifen mit Meerettich 14.50€ ist schon heftig. KÄSE Spätzle waren gut jedoch hat die Würze gefehlt. Salat war sehr lecker. Vielleicht sollte man hier etwas überdenken!

Très belle expérience culinaire. Repas traditionnel, bon et copieux. Le serveur était au petit soin avec nous. Cadre agréable. La soirée était très sympa mais le meilleur reste le vin et la possibilité de l' acheter au magasin à côté du restaurant.

Seit der Eröffnung der Vinothek kaufe ich regelmäßig Wein und war jetzt auch schon mehrmals im Restaurant essen, ich kann es nur empfehlen. Die Weltbeste Lachsforelle die ich je gegessen habe, Essen und Getränke top zu mega fairen Preisen. Danke dass es in Haueneberstein wieder was gibt wo man hin kann.

Tolle Küche, Essen total lecker mit badischer Küche , super freundlicher Service, wir kommen gerne wieder. Maultaschen noch nie so gut gegessen.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und dennoch stilvoll. Die Speisekarte mit badischen und elsässischen Spezialitäten ist vielfältig und preislich völlig in Ordnung. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir hatten einen schönen Sonntag Mittag im idyllischen Biergarten. Tolle Restaurants wie die Domaine 1795 bereichern die Gastronomie in unseren Gefilden sehr. Ein wunderschönes Restaurant in Haueneberstein mit einem schönen Ambiente. Wir haben Maultaschen und Flammkuchen gegessen. Beides war sehr gut. Die Speisekarte hat eine gute Auswahl. Dort findet jeder was. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend verbracht in einem gemütlichen Ambiente, mit tollen Weinempfelungen. Schön, dass man die Weine auch vor Ort kaufen kann. Tolle, leckere Gerichte. Wir freuen uns schon heute auf den nächsten Besuch in der Domaine. Weiter so.

Wunderschöne Ambiente und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten den Eindruck als ob alle überlastet und überfordert waren. Das Essen war sehr schön angerichtet, nur leider war der Beilagen Salat abgestanden. Ich hatte Rumpsteak mit Kartoffelgratin und Gemüse. Mein Steak (Medium gebraten) war leider zäh, ansonsten hat alles geschmeckt…… besonders gut war der Bratenjus.

Ein unvergesslicher Abend, mit tollen Weinen, einem sehr guten Essen und erstklassiger Beratung in Weinfragen. Wein ist hier Passion und eine Herzenssache.
