Very nice ambiance with friendly service and good value for money. Overall, highly recommended. The only downside is that the beef tartare was unfortunately far too fine (ground?) and lacked any bite at all. It could be better. Everything else was really fresh and very tasty. Very friendly and attentive service; we'll definitely be back.

We're here with our motorhome at the campsite in Rheinbreitbach and deliberately decided to go to the Weinmühle because of the positive reviews and the ambiance – and we weren't disappointed. The selection of vegetarian dishes is truly limited. I (and the rest of our group) didn't like the chanterelle risotto (it wasn't creamy at all and had very little flavor). The other dishes were better, but still didn't completely convince us. €2.50 for a side dish change is outrageous, and the drink prices for 0.2 liters were also absolutely exorbitant (especially since the drink was 50% ice cubes).

A nice restaurant with a rustic ambiance. We enjoyed the creative menu. The service was friendly and specific. The local Riesling was at the perfect temperature. The duck on couscous (pictured) and the venison leg with pepper and chocolate sauce and gnocchi and rhubarb ragout were delicious. This was our second time here and we were very satisfied again.

The price-performance ratio isn't right. The cola was still carbonated. The waitress didn't even ask if everything was okay. The burrata starter (€13) is way too expensive, as it only contains half a burrata. I wouldn't recommend it.

Absolutely excellent restaurant, nice ambience, very good service, super tasty 😋 food, highly recommended. And you shouldn't forget the diverse wine list either. Unfortunately you couldn't sit outside (too cold, too wet), but the inner courtyard also makes a great impression. It's something for special occasions 👍. Went there again today (May 10, 2025), you could sit outside in the courtyard, very nice ambience, food & service was great anyway, everyone liked it.

Tolles Ambiente mit Fachwerk. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Abendessen war gut, die Portionen reichlich und Speisekarte war es auch. Die Preis/Qualitätsrelation war überzeugend. Besonders bemerkenswert ist die Weinkarte. Dutzende von Weinen werden glasweise ausgeschenkt. Dafür ein grosses Lob.

We went there for the first time because of the good reviews, but the four of us were quite disappointed with the price-performance ratio and the food/taste was actually not good. The wild herb salad and the pasta were bland in taste. The pork tenderloin was dry. It's a shame, we won't be coming back.

Service and selection were all great, but unfortunately I wasn't completely full. Prices are rather high. I had potato pancakes with salmon. Wouldn't go there again.

Unfortunately, the food was pretty bad. There was almost no salt, hardly any seasoning, and the meat still had the tendon in it, which made it taste almost useless. The restaurant is really nice and cozy inside, and the staff is very friendly, too. However, the food is unfortunately too expensive for what you get. The individual components in the dishes don't really complement each other, and the flavor is bland and mediocre at best. We wouldn't go here again.

Rustic, modernized ambience, pleasant distance from tables. Good, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Drinks: excellent Palatinate Pfaffmann wines Food: Bouillabaisse soup really good, not like this for a long time. Palatinate Saumagen Original as rare as it is. Salmon with potato pancakes very tasty. The 'Wilde Hilde' at the end, the 'Inclusive Exclusive' conclusion. Everything WITHOUT FLAW! Afterwards...to dream...wonderful!🤣👍...we'll be back, the restaurant is one of the best in the area, 5 stars!

We went to the Weinmühle again for New Year's Eve dinner. Everything worked perfectly again. The service was very attentive and quick, the given 5-course menu was varied and really tasty. Everything perfect. The ambience in the Weinmühle is generally appealing, but on New Year's Eve it was very crowded with tables and chairs and was therefore quite loud.

Ein Restaurant, das Wert auf Außergewöhnliches legt und sich damit deutlich von der Masse abhebt. Das Essen war spitzenmässig, das Ambiente toll und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich war wiederholt in der Weinmühle . Die Sternebewertung sagt eigentlich alles. Sehr nettes Ambiente mit Platz, es gibt Restaurants die würden deutlich mehr Tische auf gleicher Fläche unterbringen. Es hat gut geschmeckt und die nicht überfrachtete Karte lässt eine gute Qualität der Speisen zu. Einzig die Bedienung war diesmal zwar durchaus professionell, aber irgendwie nicht mit ❤️ bei der Sache, aber das ist zu entschuldigen und " meckern" auf hohem Niveau. Außerdem hier schon oft anders erlebt. Die Preise sind im oberen angemessenen Preis. Getränkeangebot hervorragend. Lediglich- und das ist schade- die Öffnungszeiten könnten zumindest am Wochenende eine Stunde länger sein. So bleibt evtl. der gemütliche Kaffee oder das letzte Glas Wein auf der Strecke.

Schweinebäckchen mit Rahmwirsing und Katoffelpüree sehr schmackhaft. Rindertatar weniger als bislang, aber gut. Weinauswahl ok, etwas wenig Rieslinge. Schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal.

Wir waren schon des Öfteren in der Weinmühle. Das Essen war jedesmal hervorragend und geschmacklich sehr gut abgestimmt. Eine kleine Karte mit abwechselnden Gerichten bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und der Service stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Restaurant ist nur zu empfehlen.

wir waren schon oft in der Weinmühle zum Essen und bisher immer sehr zufrieden, es war stets sehr lecker und schmackhaft. Dieses mal waren wir doch etwas enttäuscht, wir hatten von der Karte Hirschragout mit Spätzle und Preiselbeeren bestellt. Serviert wurde das Gericht in einem TIEFEN TELLER, also Spätzle, Ragout, und Preiselbeeren oben drüber.Das war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, ich würde es bei mir Zuhause separat servieren, dann kann ich mir selbst aus suchen ob ich mehr Spätzle etc. möchte.Schade,so hatte das ganze Gericht mehr "EINTOPF " Aussehen!!!

Wir sind öfter dort, als Abschluss einer Wanderung im Siebengebirge und sind jedesmal sehr zufrieden.

Das Roastbeef war geschmacksneutral. Gleiches gilt für die Remoulade. Kartoffelsalat war für ein Restaurant gut. Das Arangement war gut bis befriedigend. Ihr Pech ist es, dass wenige Meter von Ihnen entfernt ein Weinlokal das gleiche Essen in geschmackvollerer Weise anbietet und sogar zusätlich Bratkartoffeln ohne Aufpreis serviert. Dies war ein Vergleichsessen und ich weiß, wo ich das nächste Mal wieder hingehen. Vielleicht sollte Ihr Koch auch ein Probeessen in der Nachbarschaft machen, weil es nur Kleinigkeiten sind, die verbessert werden sollten. Viel Erfolg.

Flammkuchen und Fischgerichte waren frisch und lecker zubereitet, dazu ein Fläschchen Illusion von Meyer-Näkel und schon war es ein schöner Nachmittag für uns. Der Service ist schnell und aufmerksam, der Garten sehr gepflegt.

Wir haben mittags mit vier Personen im lauschigen Innenhof gesessen. Die Sonne schien, und das Ambiente erinnerte an Urlaub. Wirklich sehr angenehm! Der Service ist aufmerksam und einwandfrei. Auch die angebotenen Weine sind von hoher Qualität. Die Speisenauswahl ist etwas übersichtlich. Von den vier Hauptspeisen waren zwei mit Fisch. Für uns gab es Ossobuco an Bratensauce mit Bratkartoffeln sowie Wiener Schnitzel mit Penne Nudeln. Beides habe ich schon anders und-ganz ehrlich- auch schon besser gegessen. Insoweit ist der Speisengang etwas abgefallen. Ich habe schon öfter in der Weinmühle gegessen und war immer hochzufrieden. Hiernach beschleicht mich der Eindruck, dass der Hauptkoch an diesem Sonntag frei gehabt hatte. Ich werde der Weinmühle trotzdem noch einmal die Gelegenheit geben, es noch besser zu machen.

Tolles Ambiente. Wir waren schon oft dort. Heute wirkte die Chefin gestresst und war auch nicht sehr sympathisch. Leider war das Essen nicht so gut wie vor ein paar Wochen und auch nicht warm. Auch das Dessert war nicht wirklich gut.

We went to Weinmühle for a birthday dinner with the family. The food itself was very good and of high quality in keeping with the restaurant's reputation; Unfortunately, the aperitifs were very weak in taste and therefore rather disappointing (hence a star deduction). The service was very disappointing: Unfortunately, we all didn't feel welcome and were sometimes served in an almost unfriendly manner. That took a lot out of the evening, even though we tried to behave in a carefully friendly manner on several occasions in order to signal our goodwill to the waitress. It's a shame, because this will probably make us avoid this place in the future. Anecdote at the end: Apparently you can only pay in cash or by debit card - which is neither contemporary nor appropriate for a restaurant of this quality. This was not said (there is nothing about it on the homepage either - at least not obviously). We finally solved it with an online transfer with direct proof, but that came from us as a suggested solution and only made the service even grumpier.

Nicht nur das Ambiente des alten Fachwerkhauses und des schönen Biergartens sind absolut ansprechend, sondern auch die aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung sind lobend zu erwähnen. Aber auch die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft zubereitet, so dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden.

We've been here a few times. Either as a couple or with friends. Yesterday we had another wonderful evening here. The starter and main course were simply delicious and the wine with them (rosé and Pinot Gris) was also excellent. The service was friendly and attentive, everything was just right.

Das Restaurant gefällt aufgrund des sehr gut erhaltenen/renovierten historischen Gebäudes, des tadellosen und freundlichen Services, seiner gelungenen Speise- und Getränkekarte mit passenden überwiegend deutschen Weinen und das alles bei einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Sehr leckeres, tolles Angebot an Speisen. Eher weniger Auswahl, dafür sehr bedacht, so dass jeder etwas findet.

In summer you can sit outside, under a fig tree, in the sheltered courtyard. There are some parking spaces in front of and next to the restaurant. The menu isn't huge, but it's small and nice. 🔝 The food tastes excellent and is definitely worth the price. The wine mill is an old half-timbered house with a large dining room. A wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor, where you can also sit. The rooms have been renovated, with matching wooden tables and chairs, tastefully furnished, but the old flair has been retained. The tables are not overloaded, invitingly decorated and cleanly set.🌺🍽️ I really enjoyed it there. I find the different soups particularly delicious. The kitchen puts a lot of thought into the constantly changing composition of the dishes: the ingredients are not combined according to the usual formula and it's fun to read through the menu. ⭐ You can eat and drink very well and deliciously in a relaxed, but not styleless, pleasant atmosphere.

Wir haben selten eine so unmotivierte Begrüßung erlebt, trotz reserviertem Tisch. Unsere Bedienung (eine andere Dame) war dann aber recht freundlich und das Essen in Ordnung, das Schweinefilet allerdings sehr trocken und klein. Da es gut besucht war, war es relativ laut, was die Unterhaltung etwas erschwerte.

Das Ambiente ist zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben entspannte Stunden bei sehr gutem Essen und guten Wein in einer anheimelnden Atmosphäre genossen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Didn't know the restaurant yet and just made a reservation for Easter Sunday! The Easter menu was a revelation for me and my visit! Every course is a hit! The service was very friendly and quick. The ambience is beautifully upscale and rustic. We definitely won't stop at the Weinmühle for the last time.
