Very tasty food, very friendly and attentive service and a family atmosphere

Food was delicious. Atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant, definitely not “old-fashioned”. We'll be back.

Everything just fits here. I've been a guest here dozens of times and it's always been a pleasure. The dishes are excellently prepared and served on warm plates. Everyone working in service is attentive, courteous and obviously interested in the well-being of the guests.

Got there quite early today. A very charming young lady served us and a very young employee of the month who lives up to his reputation. The food was excellent especially the beef fillet was perfect. Always happy to come here. Unfortunately my picture turned out a bit dark.

We have been guests here several times now and are very impressed. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, the service is very attentive and friendly and the food is very good. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful Christmas goose for 4 people, with very tasty side dishes. One can only praise the chef and we will now stop here more often. Also because of the cozy atmosphere and the very friendly staff.

First of all I have to mention the friendly service, it was very warm and accommodating, something we have had very rarely... The ambience and food are top and the price is reasonable. Food ambience was very tasty and nicely decorated. Was there for the first time. The service was also nice, except for a very arrogant and snippy attitude towards the guests, for example the sentence is just salad, it's going to go down, just one of many sayings. A reason for me not to go there anymore

Der Service ist durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Bestellung war zügig und das Essen war frisch und heiß. Geschmacklich war sowohl die Fischvariation als auch das Rumpsteak perfekt zubereitet und hochwertig. Auch das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis ist in diesem Restaurant einwandfrei. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da.

The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the staff are very nice and well dressed. We felt very welcome. The food looked good and tasted even tastier. Even special ones Wishes were possible. It was a bit too much, but they offered to pack it up for us. That was really great. I would definitely go there again from Holland if I was in the area.

We were here for the first time in August as a friend's birthday was celebrated here. Since the ambience and food were so great and the regular menu sounded very promising, we visited the restaurant again today. The service here is really super friendly. Thanks to a reservation we got a table. Yes, it is a bit remote, a parking lot and a bus stop are right in front of the front door. The restaurant was opened in 1895 and offers a clear menu of food and drinks. I ordered the Mediterranean fish variation from the normal menu and my husband ordered the rump steak from the monthly menu. Both were fried to perfection, seasoned very deliciously and presented on the plate with a lot of love. This restaurant is a little insider tip that is definitely worth trying out. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much for this great evening and the super friendly service there.

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos, but there are already enough of them here. The service is top, there is nothing more to say. The ambience is upscale and makes a well-kept impression. The food is good, but the expectations you have from the ambience, price and service are not quite met. Side dishes and sauces look and taste very much like convenience.

Good cuisine, reasonable price/performance ratio.

Went there for a birthday party, the waitresses were super friendly, quick and very attentive at all times. Top The food was also very tasty, whether it was salmon, rump steak Cordon Bleu or pork fillet. The only small complaint was the fries, which tasted like hot air fries without any appropriate seasoning. But that's also a matter of opinion. The salads, like the meat and fish, were also super tasty, as were the starter platters Will definitely come back.

The dishes are delicious and very appealing to the eye. The service is extremely pleasant. We were thrilled! Update 7/13/24 I can only repeat my review from 4 years ago: a really wonderful restaurant with extremely lovely staff!

The restaurant with an outdoor terrace, which reopened in November 2017 after a thorough renovation, has now had several tenants. My overall impression: pleasant atmosphere, good service. Everything is slightly above average - including the prices. Free parking spaces available.

We were very positively surprised, today was the first but certainly not the last time we were there. I can recommend it without reservation.

Lovely little restaurant in Oberpleis. And very popular, judging from the guests arriving while dining. The Aspargus “special” with Schnitzel and potatoes was very good. Great Sauce Hollandaise. The only reason for not giving 5 stars: the Schnitzel was a bit tough and spent a minute or two too long in the pan. Service was absolutely charming and on top of things!

I always notice that the service there is very nice, but extremely slow. The food is moderate in quality and taste. We don't even want to talk about the starter selection. 3 soups and bruscetta... very boring in the selection. If there hadn't been asparagus today, I would have had a very difficult time ordering it. The salmon was specially fried.

We were there on Sunday at lunchtime. The restaurant was full due to communion celebrations. The owner opened the terrace for us and looked after us personally. The food was very tasty (rump steak and sea bream) and the service was very friendly. We would be happy to go there again.

Very nice restaurant. We were passing through and discovered it by chance. The entire staff was very friendly The food was super good. I haven't had such a delicious titamisu for dessert in a long time. The prices were worth it. All in all it was a nice very good dinner. It's a shame it's so far gone.

Haven't been here since the remodel and really love what they've done with the store. Unfortunately there aren't really many restaurants in town and I'm glad that the "Ännchen" exists. The selection of dishes is very good and tastes very tasty. We were there as a group and were very satisfied.

Genialer Laden netter zuvorkommender Service. Prüma.

Dieses sehr schöne Restaurant hat viele Vorteile. Zum einen wird man hier noch persönlich vom Chef des Hauses begrüßt und zum anderen sind alle Speisen ich gegessen habe qualitativ aber auch quantitativ sehr zu empfehlen. Im Sommer ist die Terrasse auch sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Jede Servicekraft ist hochmotiviert und freundlich. Ich kann dieses Restaurant zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Schönes und gemütliches Ambiente. Gutes Essen und sehr freundlicher Service

Wir hatten als Vorspeise eine Tomatensuppe als Hauptspeise Cordon bleu und Lachs Bruscetta bestellt. Leider hatte das Essen einen "Tiefkühlkost" Charakter - Sauce Hollandaise schien aus der Packung zu kommen und Cordon Bleu kam aus der Fritteuse. Von "gehobener deutsche" Küche keine Spur. Das Essen kann eher als gutes Kantinenessen bewertet werden.

Wir wurden gefragt ob wir das Schweinefilet durch, medium oder rare möchten 😳 Cordon Bleu schien TK- Ware zu sein. Das Wiener Schnitzel war eine Unverschämtheit: 2 panierte Bierdeckel ( Größe, Stärke und Geschmack) Bei dieser Preisgestaltung erwarte ich besseres!

Wir waren dort mit 10 Personen essen. Ich habe den Zander gegessen. Die Haut war zäh, der Fisch war trocken, der Spinat war nur lauwarm und die Rosmarinkartoffeln sehr dunkel. Da Steak war o.k., aber von den Schnitzeln war auch keiner begeistert. Und die Preise sind auch nicht von schlechten Eltern.

Es war alles bestens und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir sind mit acht Mann im Lokal gewesen und waren im Grunde recht zufrieden. Von dem Geheimtipp, zwiebelsuppe, waren wir alle etwas enttäuscht ,weil sie dann doch nicht so sensationell gut war wie erhofft, oder die Rezeptur hatte sich. Ansonsten war soweit alles okay, die Portionen bzw Beilagen hätten ruhig etwas größer sein können, daher gibt es für diesen Bereich einen Abzug von 2 Sternen. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Wir sind begeistert. Sehr freundliches, Service Team, super schönes Ambiente. Man sitzt bequem und die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft und sehr gut gemacht, incl. der hübschen Deko.
