Very nice restaurant. However, there aren't enough main courses on offer. Where can I find the lunch menu?

If you're looking for a midweek holiday without having to travel far, this is the place for you. When the weather's nice, the terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy this cuisine. Even inside, the panoramic view of the entire Remstal valley is a highlight. The service is truly first-class, with white gloves! And the food is truly top-quality, regionally sourced, and lovingly prepared. The portions are truly generous. Even the appetizers are filling, and the value for money is excellent. You'll definitely want to come back.

In terms of its location and history, this is a classic day-trip restaurant, which has reached an astonishing level under the new tenants. Consistently excellent product quality of regional origin, very good innovative preparation. A modular concept that offers the opportunity to combine several of the small courses, all very well thought out and simply delicious. And for the traditionalists, there is, of course, Maultäschle, Zwiebelrostbraten, and Wiener Schnitzel. A well-curated wine list with a focus on the Remstal region at very reasonable prices. The service is naturally warm and leaves nothing to be desired. The view certainly doesn't for visitors familiar with the area. But the climb to the Kapellberg is quite something. Highly recommended!

Top-notch service, an imaginative selection of dishes with regional and seasonal influences. The food was excellently prepared and attractively presented; some of it was a bit blandly seasoned (vegetable pasta salad). The wine selection was limited but good. Certainly not cheap, but definitely good value for money. The interior is beautifully renovated, with good furnishings and amenities. Overall, highly recommended. We'd be happy to return.

Very good food, nice staff, great ambience: everything perfect

Perfect ambiance with a fantastic view (over half of the Remstal valley). The food is delicious (... and the desserts make me melt!) and the service is justifiable. The high standards justify the higher prices; the experience is worth every cent.

Fine cuisine, especially very tasty meatless dishes that also work very well as a main course. Of course there are also classics like Rostbrazen etc. Service was very nice. Small negative point because we had to wait longer for the food. Otherwise, a nice atmosphere, harmoniously furnished and, despite the slightly more upscale cuisine, casual and relaxed. And of course a great view over Fellbach and the Remstal.

The food was excellent, super tender asparagus and delicious veal schnitzel. Delicious regional dishes. The price is a bit higher but it's worth every cent. Super modern space to feel comfortable and super nice staff. Excellent location and views. Wishes were taken into account.

Wow! Absolutely worth it. Starting with a great location, through great service, to exceptionally good food. The selection of combinations is perfect for every dish, and there are also dishes that are not seen every day these days, such as veal heart.

We spent a GREAT EVENING with Annika and Manuel and their team in the Waldschlössle. I don't even know where to start! Top-top-top location with a beautiful view, we were able to enjoy the sparkle below us at night. Then the beautifully equipped restaurant, cozy, modern and stylish. Next, the wonderful, charming, very attentive and completely calm service with Annika and Lars, that made our evening very special. And of course the food: creative (including the vegan menu!!!), extraordinary (for example the dessert: strawberry-chilli sorbet in basil stock, crunchy oats on caramelized parsnip), well prepared and, above all, really, really delicious. All in all, from our point of view, it's definitely 'worth the trip', a really great evening to remember, we'll definitely be coming back and wish Annika and Manuel and the whole team continued success. WE CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WALDSCHLÖSSLE!

A culinary experience in a class of its own! The dishes were not only exceptionally tasty, but also of the best quality - you can taste the high quality of every ingredient. Visually it's a true work of art, the eye definitely catches the eye here! The service? Courteous, warm and attentive – you feel completely cared for. A culinary delight in the Waldschlössle Fellbach! Great ambience, excellent service and first-class food – the Waldschlössle impresses across the board! The onion roast in particular is an absolute highlight: tender, juicy and full of flavor. A must for all connoisseurs! Absolutely recommended!

Wonderful! A young, dedicated couple had the courage to create an oasis where they serve amazingly delicious homemade food. Classic dishes, exquisitely executed and top-quality, are complemented by creative contemporary dishes. A uniquely sophisticated ambiance and pleasant, friendly service make you feel at home. Rounded off by an outstanding wine selection. It's a dream that something like this still exists.

We had a fabulous meal, friendly and attentive service in a relaxed athmosphere. Both the meat and vegetarian options were tasty, perfectly prepared and surprisingly generous portions. The salad dressing is ‘to die for’! Will definitely be back for another special occasion.

Lunch. Service is competent and friendly. Don't forget to book! Eating..... getting to know new creations. Menu at €44 is absolutely reasonable. The alcohol-free Quitten secco from Ellwanger was also top. Gladly again.

Nice ambience and wonderful view of the valley. Friendly welcome and service. Food was very good. First there was a greeting from the kitchen, a small cheese dumpling, then carpaccio made from beetroot and celery. The main course was medallions of venison with a side dish. Dessert was the pumpkin-orange sorbet.

The restaurant has a great ambience and is modernly furnished. We were there on a Sunday and chose our food from the smaller Sunday menu, which still had a large selection. The food tasted fantastic! You could taste the regionality and freshness of the products and the chef really more than convinced us. If we visit Stuttgart again we will definitely come back!

A restaurant with super delicious cuisine from traditional to modern. The sauerbraten was super tender. Thanks to the boss, the service was once again very, very good and there was also a wonderful view of Fellbach. Gladly again.

Nice view and nice ambience, but that's about it. Food was sometimes disastrous, duck meat was hard and tough, you couldn't bite. The vegan dish tasted just average. Overall, you paid a lot of money for little quality! Main courses are similar in quantity to starter plates. More appearance than reality and overpriced!

Rarely have we eaten so well with absolutely competent and courteous service. Friendly, unobtrusive, always present when needed. The Wiener Schnitzel was prepared by an absolute expert in his field, and I haven't eaten it better in Vienna either. The starter was very nice, the bread still warm and the plates hot. What more could you want?!? First cream. I'd love to come back.

The food was freshly prepared and excellent. The portions are absolutely appropriate in my opinion. The wine selection corresponds to the high level of the Remstal and Stuttgart. The service was very friendly and helpful. The location of the restaurant is fantastic, the ambience is bright and moderately modern and matches the quality of the food and also the crowd. All in all, a well-rounded affair at a very, very good level.

We ate at Waldschlössle in the summer and absolutely loved it. The view on the terrace and the panoramic view from the dining room are incredible. We enjoyed the Swabian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. You can taste, see and feel the passion that the team puts into their work and dishes. In addition to the excellent cuisine, we also found the service to be outstanding. The boss and her colleague were super attentive and courteous, which is unfortunately often a rarity in service elsewhere. We'll definitely be back! :-)

Great atmosphere, small menu, but top quality

Fellbach has gained another really good restaurant here. For many years we didn't know what would become of the Waldschlösschen, but the current owners conjure up really wonderful dishes on the tables. The concept is also really wonderful for a place like this. We enjoyed the food very much and the wines went very well with the food. The wonderful view in the evening was truly breathtaking.

Very tasty and lovingly prepared food in an upscale but very nice atmosphere. The only point of criticism was that there was no bread with the starter. This could have been ordered separately and for an additional charge! There could be a slice or two of bread in there! Otherwise everything was perfect and we had a very nice evening!

Ambiance: The restaurant is located on the Kappelberg surrounded by vineyards far from the road and offers a breathtaking view. It is elegantly and fashionably furnished. Service: The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and all very competent. You get recommendations and also a greeting from the kitchen ;) Everything is extremely professional. Eat: The Waldschlössle offers fine regional and seasonal cuisine. Absolutely everything has that certain something, from the salad to the main course to the desert. The ingredients chosen are of the highest quality and harmonize perfectly with each other. We always enjoy coming back to eat and linger!

Everything was perfect - the service was not only extremely friendly, but also flexible and competent. Kitchen 1A, ambience very nice, pleasant. The only downside: the location is great, but unfortunately not alcohol-friendly... that means you should come by car and then unfortunately drink very little of the good wines.

Really good food, very nice service, nice ambience and great view over Fellbach, comfortable chairs. A little too little choice of food for me, too few main courses for me. I find some dishes a bit too “clear”, i.e. not enough for me. I had a Wiener Schnitzel, which was very tasty, very tender and very tasty veal, wonderfully airy and stuffed. Very good fries, the only thing I was missing was a side salad and a little salt on the fries. But the portion was definitely enough for me. I might not have been as happy with some of the other dishes, but tastes differ.

A really great, unusual meal in a great place. The restaurant has been redesigned and it has been very successful. Service was attentive. The only thing that disturbed the beautiful ambience for us was the constant squeaking of the kitchen swing door. Basically, we will definitely come back!

We were there for the third time. The food was always great. Unfortunately this time the main course was too cold. I found the meat to be too thin for a roast and unfortunately cooked through. Wanted him medium. There was way too much oil on the salad. And the potato and cucumber salad tasted like the refrigerator. It's a shame, otherwise we were always thrilled. Anyway, come back again.
