Nice ambience and wonderful view of the valley. Friendly welcome and service. Food was very good. First there was a greeting from the kitchen, a small cheese dumpling, then carpaccio made from beetroot and celery. The main course was medallions of venison with a side dish. Dessert was the pumpkin-orange sorbet.

The restaurant has a great ambience and is modernly furnished. We were there on a Sunday and chose our food from the smaller Sunday menu, which still had a large selection. The food tasted fantastic! You could taste the regionality and freshness of the products and the chef really more than convinced us. If we visit Stuttgart again we will definitely come back!

A restaurant with super delicious cuisine from traditional to modern. The sauerbraten was super tender. Thanks to the boss, the service was once again very, very good and there was also a wonderful view of Fellbach. Gladly again.

Nice view and nice ambience, but that's about it. Food was sometimes disastrous, duck meat was hard and tough, you couldn't bite. The vegan dish tasted just average. Overall, you paid a lot of money for little quality! Main courses are similar in quantity to starter plates. More appearance than reality and overpriced!

Rarely have we eaten so well with absolutely competent and courteous service. Friendly, unobtrusive, always present when needed. The Wiener Schnitzel was prepared by an absolute expert in his field, and I haven't eaten it better in Vienna either. The starter was very nice, the bread still warm and the plates hot. What more could you want?!? First cream. I'd love to come back.

The food was freshly prepared and excellent. The portions are absolutely appropriate in my opinion. The wine selection corresponds to the high level of the Remstal and Stuttgart. The service was very friendly and helpful. The location of the restaurant is fantastic, the ambience is bright and moderately modern and matches the quality of the food and also the crowd. All in all, a well-rounded affair at a very, very good level.

Unfortunately, access is not barrier-free

We ate at Waldschlössle in the summer and absolutely loved it. The view on the terrace and the panoramic view from the dining room are incredible. We enjoyed the Swabian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. You can taste, see and feel the passion that the team puts into their work and dishes. In addition to the excellent cuisine, we also found the service to be outstanding. The boss and her colleague were super attentive and courteous, which is unfortunately often a rarity in service elsewhere. We'll definitely be back! :-)

Great atmosphere, small menu, but top quality

Fellbach has gained another really good restaurant here. For many years we didn't know what would become of the Waldschlösschen, but the current owners conjure up really wonderful dishes on the tables. The concept is also really wonderful for a place like this. We enjoyed the food very much and the wines went very well with the food. The wonderful view in the evening was truly breathtaking.

Very tasty and lovingly prepared food in an upscale but very nice atmosphere. The only point of criticism was that there was no bread with the starter. This could have been ordered separately and for an additional charge! There could be a slice or two of bread in there! Otherwise everything was perfect and we had a very nice evening!

The Waldschlössle has the potential to be one of the best restaurants in the region. The cuisine is innovative, creative and offers seasonal and, above all, regional dishes. Ambiance: The restaurant is located on the Kappelberg surrounded by vineyards far from the road and offers a breathtaking view. It is elegantly and fashionably furnished. Service: The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and all very competent. You get recommendations and also a greeting from the kitchen ;) Everything is extremely professional. Eat: The Waldschlössle offers fine regional and seasonal cuisine. Absolutely everything has that certain something, from the salad to the main course to the desert. The ingredients chosen are of the highest quality and harmonize perfectly with each other. We always enjoy coming back to eat and linger!

Everything was perfect - the service was not only extremely friendly, but also flexible and competent. Kitchen 1A, ambience very nice, pleasant. The only downside: the location is great, but unfortunately not alcohol-friendly... that means you should come by car and then unfortunately drink very little of the good wines.

Really good food, very nice service, nice ambience and great view over Fellbach, comfortable chairs. A little too little choice of food for me, too few main courses for me. I find some dishes a bit too “clear”, i.e. not enough for me. I had a Wiener Schnitzel, which was very tasty, very tender and very tasty veal, wonderfully airy and stuffed. Very good fries, the only thing I was missing was a side salad and a little salt on the fries. But the portion was definitely enough for me. I might not have been as happy with some of the other dishes, but tastes differ.

A really great, unusual meal in a great place. The restaurant has been redesigned and it has been very successful. Service was attentive. The only thing that disturbed the beautiful ambience for us was the constant squeaking of the kitchen swing door. Basically, we will definitely come back!

We were there for the third time. The food was always great. Unfortunately this time the main course was too cold. I found the meat to be too thin for a roast and unfortunately cooked through. Wanted him medium. There was way too much oil on the salad. And the potato and cucumber salad tasted like the refrigerator. It's a shame, otherwise we were always thrilled. Anyway, come back again.

My wife and I had the Wiener Schnitzel and it was incredibly good. I have never eaten a better schnitzel. The service is outstanding. A clear recommendation. We would be happy to come back at any time.

Price performance doesn't fit, spaetzle were very soft and without taste, a roast (out of 5) was tough. What bothered us was that there were wine barrels and folded tables on the terrace at the back, and when we were paying there were fans and fire extinguishers in the corner at the back, it seemed very untidy. It's a shame, we expected more. An absolute plus goes to the service, friendly, very nice and attentive.

Beautiful terrace, all seats occupied, most probably with a reservation. Service friendly, attentive. Menu visually beautiful, but very clear selection of only 5 main dishes with relatively high prices, e.g. roast beef with spaetzle, onions and sauce for 32.60, extra salad for 5.80 - something very special would have to be offered for that, which was not the case. In contrast, the beef shoulder for 29.80 was very good, although not necessarily for larger appetites. You probably expect that starters/soup and dessert are always ordered. The other food was also beautifully presented and good, but small. Overall, a high level in terms of quality and price. But unfortunately not suitable for spontaneous visits by hungry hikers or frequent visitors without a special reason or with children. It's too expensive for that. It's a shame, because something like this is missing on the beautiful Kappelberg

Today we went to the Waldschlössle with our friends and were once again extremely satisfied! The menu with exceptional creations and local specialties left nothing to be desired. We all felt completely at home with the extremely courteous and friendly service. A great location on Kappelberg with a beautiful view of Fellbach.

An all-round successful evening. The ambience inside is really fine dining, the whole restaurant is a feast for the eyes. The food and wine are very good anyway, but the attention to detail and the extremely committed team make the difference. Price/performance for me is completely OK, starting with the bread with this fabulous brown salted butter with lard, to the pralines for dessert, which are/were to die for. I want to become a regular there. Keep it up!!

There are places where you immediately know that you will come back. This is also the case in the Waldschlössle on the Kappelberg. We spent a lovely evening there. The service was pleasantly attentive and unobtrusive. And the dishes served meet high standards. We also liked the wine list. Especially because of the many regional wines. In short, we felt very comfortable. And if you get a table by the window, you will also have a sensational view over the lower Remstal.

The reservation was uncomplicated and communication went smoothly. The day before I received a reminder to make a reservation. We had very nice places. The service was professional. The Waldschlössle in Fellbach offers an exceptional culinary experience. The greeting from the kitchen was very tasty and a perfect introduction. The quality of the meat is outstanding and the doneness was perfect every time. The sauce was excellent and went wonderfully with the side dishes, which were also excellent. The value for money is great and makes the experience even more enjoyable. The service was also top – attentive, friendly and always on hand. Absolutely recommended! P.S: we also like to use the recipe for the salted butter

A restaurant in a beautiful location, with wonderful views. We have been to Waldschlössle several times and have always felt comfortable there. The food is excellent and very tasty, prepared with regional products and our own creations. But there are also classic dishes. Everything was super tasty. The service is very friendly and natural. We'll be back, we've already reserved.

The Waldschlössle restaurant is located above Fellbach and the Kappelberg in a fantastic location and offers a magnificent view. We received a very friendly welcome during our visit. The service was professional and calm. As a starter there was bread and butter, which is an absolute recommendation. The selection of dishes with around 5 main courses is surprisingly manageable. We chose four different main courses. We were disappointed with the Wiener Schnitzel (very, very thin meat). The biggest disappointment, however, was the most expensive dish on the menu, the roast beef: the meat was tough and very difficult to chew. This left 2/3 of the meat on the plate. This problem was also reported to the waitress when we were clearing away. However, they probably didn't feel compelled to apologize or show any other courtesy. At a price of over €32, in my opinion this is very unprofessional behavior. As nice as the atmosphere is, you won't see us there again anytime soon

A great evening in the Waldschlössle restaurant. You can only feel good there and you will be pampered with all your senses. Impressive what was achieved there. But the whole ambience and the view would be of no use without good cuisine and service. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious, imaginative and a pleasure for us. The service is unobtrusive and thinks ahead. You can feel the love for the job from the whole team. We will be back.
