A creative menu, excellent cooking, friendly and attentive service, and a tasteful ambiance with a stunning view! Local producers are featured. What more could you want? We were completely satisfied! ... and we were once again very impressed on our return visit. The cauliflower main course was particularly delicious!

The view is captivating, and can be enjoyed from the outdoor seating. I received good advice on how to adapt the dishes, as I can't tolerate garlic. The menu was original, light summer cuisine with plenty of flavor.

The food and service were excellent, and the panoramic view of the Remstal valley is truly unique. We've rarely experienced such good value for money. Thanks to the generous portions, we would have been full even without an appetizer. Every course was a delight and a feast for the palate. A thoroughly successful birthday evening—we will definitely be back.

We received a very friendly welcome on the terrace. The location is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the many small dishes on offer. The food was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is beautifully situated and offers a wonderful view over Fellbach. We received a very warm welcome and were given a beautifully set table. The server was very friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious; the gravy and spaetzle were so delicious, you could have skipped everything else and just lived on spaetzle with sauce :D But of course, the other dishes were also delicious. We will definitely come back and let this wonderful team spoil us with culinary delights.

We'd be happy to come back anytime! We celebrated a birthday with 35 people at the Waldschlössle. The team looked after us and our guests tirelessly and attentively from 5 p.m. to midnight. First, the champagne reception on the terrace, then the meal in the restaurant with a relaxed seating arrangement and a wonderful view. Even during the preparation, we were impressed by the creative combination of fresh ingredients, which gives the regional cuisine a new lease of life. The flagship dish, the onion roast beef with ragout, cooked to order, is the best example. Imaginative dessert creations round out the menu. The wine recommendations for each dish are perfect. The non-alcoholic aperitif "Sparkling Quince" is an extremely delicious alternative to sparkling wine, Aperol Spritz, and the like. The portions are quite adequate, and the price/performance ratio is very good. Unobtrusive, always friendly service. The ambiance invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Our guests were all thrilled. Keep it up!

We had a lovely, relaxing evening at the Waldschlössle. Due to the weather, the terrace wasn't set up, but we wanted to enjoy the magnificent view outside. Despite the rain, the service on the terrace was excellent, and the food – especially the small portions – was delicious. All in all, a dream. We'll be back!

It was an all-around fantastic and unforgettable experience. The ambiance is truly beautiful; you immediately feel at home. The seating is very spacious, which creates a feeling of intimacy despite the fact that all the seats were taken. The service was outstanding in every respect. We ordered many small dishes, following the sharing concept, and each one was better than the last. While there were personal favorites, they were simply outstandingly good, not just very good. We can only recommend the Waldschlössle without reservation, especially for celebrating special occasions. Thank you very much for that.

Super delicious food - innovative combinations - warm service - beautiful location

This was our first time dining here and we were truly impressed. Very competent and friendly service; nothing was lacking. The dishes were not only beautifully presented but also tasted excellent. I love the idea of choosing several appetizers, perhaps instead of a main course, and the option to share at the table. This won't be our last visit, and we highly recommend it.

If you're looking for a midweek holiday without having to travel far, this is the place for you. When the weather's nice, the terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy this cuisine. Even inside, the panoramic view of the entire Remstal valley is a highlight. The service is truly first-class, with white gloves! And the food is truly top-quality, regionally sourced, and lovingly prepared. The portions are truly generous. Even the appetizers are filling, and the value for money is excellent. You'll definitely want to come back.

In terms of its location and history, this is a classic day-trip restaurant, which has reached an astonishing level under the new tenants. Consistently excellent product quality of regional origin, very good innovative preparation. A modular concept that offers the opportunity to combine several of the small courses, all very well thought out and simply delicious. And for the traditionalists, there is, of course, Maultäschle, Zwiebelrostbraten, and Wiener Schnitzel. A well-curated wine list with a focus on the Remstal region at very reasonable prices. The service is naturally warm and leaves nothing to be desired. The view certainly doesn't for visitors familiar with the area. But the climb to the Kapellberg is quite something. Highly recommended!

Top-notch service, an imaginative selection of dishes with regional and seasonal influences. The food was excellently prepared and attractively presented; some of it was a bit blandly seasoned (vegetable pasta salad). The wine selection was limited but good. Certainly not cheap, but definitely good value for money. The interior is beautifully renovated, with good furnishings and amenities. Overall, highly recommended. We'd be happy to return.

Fine cuisine, especially very tasty meatless dishes that also work very well as a main course. Of course there are also classics like Rostbrazen etc. Service was very nice. Small negative point because we had to wait longer for the food. Otherwise, a nice atmosphere, harmoniously furnished and, despite the slightly more upscale cuisine, casual and relaxed. And of course a great view over Fellbach and the Remstal.

The food was excellent, super tender asparagus and delicious veal schnitzel. Delicious regional dishes. The price is a bit higher but it's worth every cent. Super modern space to feel comfortable and super nice staff. Excellent location and views. Wishes were taken into account.

Wow! Absolutely worth it. Starting with a great location, through great service, to exceptionally good food. The selection of combinations is perfect for every dish, and there are also dishes that are not seen every day these days, such as veal heart.

We spent a GREAT EVENING with Annika and Manuel and their team in the Waldschlössle. I don't even know where to start! Top-top-top location with a beautiful view, we were able to enjoy the sparkle below us at night. Then the beautifully equipped restaurant, cozy, modern and stylish. Next, the wonderful, charming, very attentive and completely calm service with Annika and Lars, that made our evening very special. And of course the food: creative (including the vegan menu!!!), extraordinary (for example the dessert: strawberry-chilli sorbet in basil stock, crunchy oats on caramelized parsnip), well prepared and, above all, really, really delicious. All in all, from our point of view, it's definitely 'worth the trip', a really great evening to remember, we'll definitely be coming back and wish Annika and Manuel and the whole team continued success. WE CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WALDSCHLÖSSLE!

A culinary experience in a class of its own! The dishes were not only exceptionally tasty, but also of the best quality - you can taste the high quality of every ingredient. Visually it's a true work of art, the eye definitely catches the eye here! The service? Courteous, warm and attentive – you feel completely cared for. Wonderful! A young, dedicated couple had the courage to create an oasis where they serve amazingly delicious homemade food. Classic dishes, exquisitely executed and top-quality, are complemented by creative contemporary dishes. A uniquely sophisticated ambiance and pleasant, friendly service make you feel at home. Rounded off by an outstanding wine selection. It's a dream that something like this still exists.

Nice ambience and wonderful view of the valley. Friendly welcome and service. Food was very good. First there was a greeting from the kitchen, a small cheese dumpling, then carpaccio made from beetroot and celery. The main course was medallions of venison with a side dish. Dessert was the pumpkin-orange sorbet.

The restaurant has a great ambience and is modernly furnished. We were there on a Sunday and chose our food from the smaller Sunday menu, which still had a large selection. The food tasted fantastic! A restaurant with super delicious cuisine from traditional to modern. The sauerbraten was super tender. Thanks to the boss, the service was once again very, very good and there was also a wonderful view of Fellbach. Gladly again.

Nice view and nice ambience, but that's about it. Food was sometimes disastrous, duck meat was hard and tough, you couldn't bite. The vegan dish tasted just average. Overall, you paid a lot of money for little quality! Main courses are similar in quantity to starter plates. More appearance than reality and overpriced!

Rarely have we eaten so well with absolutely competent and courteous service. Friendly, unobtrusive, always present when needed. The Wiener Schnitzel was prepared by an absolute expert in his field, and I haven't eaten it better in Vienna either. The starter was very nice, the bread still warm and the plates hot. What more could you want?!? First cream. I'd love to come back.

The food was freshly prepared and excellent. The portions are absolutely appropriate in my opinion. The wine selection corresponds to the high level of the Remstal and Stuttgart. The service was very friendly and helpful. The location of the restaurant is fantastic, the ambience is bright and moderately modern and matches the quality of the food and also the crowd. All in all, a well-rounded affair at a very, very good level.
