Great restaurant. Everything is just right. The best Japanese restaurant I've been to in Germany.

I was there for the first time today. It was a bit of a long walk, but it was worth it. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

An absolute insider tip for lovers of Japanese cuisine! I recently visited this Japanese restaurant and was absolutely thrilled. The ramen soup was simply fantastic – the broth was incredibly flavorful, the noodles were perfectly al dente, and the toppings were lovingly selected. You can immediately taste the passion and skill that goes into the cooking here. The staff also deserves a big compliment: super friendly, attentive, and warm. You feel welcome and well looked after from the very first moment. To top it all off, there were mochi, which were truly a dream – soft, fresh, and with a filling that melts in your mouth. A perfect end to an all-around delicious meal. I'll definitely be back! 🌸🍜✨

If you want a really good ramen soup or good sushi, Banchoism is the place to be! The food tastes simply fantastic. There is also something cozy about the place. The employees are super friendly. I can only recommend that you reserve a table and eat there with your loved ones! Be sure to try the ramen!

The restaurant is super cute, a bit hidden but that adds to the ambience. I discovered it by chance with two friends and we are thrilled. My food was super delicious. There is a slight deduction because there weren't that many vegetarian alternatives. The ramen, for example, was only available with meat. An alternative with tofu would be great. Otherwise, the restaurant has potential and I'll happily go there again when I'm nearby.

It was an incredible culinary experience. The noodles were really delicious, the broth was authentic and everything was just exquisite. The drinks are super fresh and delicious. We were in Stuttgart for a visit and had some Ramen cravings. We followed a friend’s tip and made our way to Banchoism, and we’re happy we did drive all the way to Fellbach! Not only for that Ramen bowl but for any of the other dishes we would not hesitate to drive back there when we are back in Stuttgart. Had a beautiful dinner with some very yummy dishes. Excellent food quality and very friendly service by both waiters on that Tuesday night. The place was not crowded, probably due to the Champions league match of Stuttgart against Real Madrid…The Tokyo chicken dish was amazing and according to my husband even better than the ones he had in Tokyo recently. I love sashimi in general and was happy with our choice (see pics). We hope to be back one day! Arrigato!

I had almost given up on finding good sushi in Stuttgart and the surrounding area, but this restaurant, oh my!!! **Food:** Every dish we tried was incredibly tasty. We enjoyed a variety of dishes including: - Crunchy sushi rolls (salmon and tuna) - Yakitori don bowl - Tokyo fried chicken curry - Miso soup - Veggie gyoza starters Each item was delicious, though the yakitori don bowl was a standout, even more than the Tokyo fried chicken curry, which was also very tasty. As for drinks, we had Kirin beer and homemade lychee oolong tea which was very refreshing. **Service:** The service was exceptional and very welcoming. The woman who served us was so sweet, friendly, helpful, and charming. She made our dining experience memorable, and on our way home, we found ourselves talking not only about the amazing food but also about the lovely waitress who added to our delightful evening. **Recommendation:** We highly recommend everything on the menu. If you’re looking for a standout dish, the yakitori don bowl is a must-try. Definitely my favorite place now <3 I can’t wait to come back!

I took my husband's parents there, who have never eaten Japanese food, and they were very happy. It seems easier to make sushi for the first time if it is made from vegetables. She seemed to particularly like the crunchy rotebete and salmon curry. I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll try next!

We ordered there for pickup and it was delicious. Despite the packaging, everything was lovingly and deliciously prepared. Sushi was handmade and high quality. You also get chopsticks included. The staff was super friendly and called again when the food was ready to be picked up. The restaurant itself is very small, you should definitely make a reservation if you want to eat on site. Parking is difficult because it is in the old center of Fellbach. We will definitely come/order again.

Authentic Japanese Restaurant! We were greeted very friendly and were allowed to choose a place ourselves despite not having a reservation on a Saturday evening. The drinks were incredibly tasty and lovingly prepared. The food was served quickly and was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the crunchy spicy salmon. We are very, very satisfied and would love to come back!

Sushi and bowls are all very good. However, the ramen (currently Shio ramen on the menu) is indescribably good! The broth is so tasty, the ramen noodles are homemade and have a real bite. Definitely stands out strongly compared to other ramen shops in the area. The prices are extremely good in relation to the quality and performance! I recommend making a reservation. And then spend a leisurely hour or two there with good Japanese beer and ramen.

Very elaborate and careful cuisine. We tasted dishes that we had never tasted elsewhere. Fish dishes, of course, but also original elderberry or yuzu drinks. The menu is varied and original, the presentation impeccable. Absolutely worth testing.

Die guten Rezensionen haben uns mal wieder neugierig gemacht: Wir hatten telefonisch für 3 Personen reserviert und wurden sehr freundlich und professionell empfangen. Zur Hauptkarte wurde uns noch eine interessante Mittagskarte gereicht. Kurz nach der Bestellung waren die Getränke auf dem Tisch. Insbesondere ist die hausgemachte Limonade eine Empfehlung wert. Der Wakame Salat und das Lachs Sashimi geschmacklich als auch optisch ein Genuss. Die Miso Suppe war ok, aber leider nicht herausragend. Die Sushis und die Bowl sehr, sehr lecker. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem kleinen Haus in Fellbachs Altstadt und macht von aussen und innen einen modernen und gepflegten Eindruck. Innen herrscht japanische Nüchternheit in der wir uns aber sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Wir fühlten uns für eine gewisse Zeit nach Japan zurückversetzt...Eigentlich wollten wir schon am nächsten Tag wiederkommen, aber dann würde das wirklich tolle Essen leider verblassen.

Immer wieder genial. Das Essen kommt super frisch aus der Küche und überzeugt jedes Mal aufs neue mit einem genialen Geschmack. Die Karte enthält sämtliche Speisen der japanischen Küche und wird von Zeit zu Zeit erweitert. Besonders die Vorspeisen sind zu empfehlen. Das Sushi ist geschmackvoll und lecker und bietet auch vegetarische Optionen. Eine ganz große Empfehlung!

Haben Sushi abgeholt. Das Sushi war gut aber hat uns nicht vom Hocker gerissen. Die Rollen waren sehr locker gerollt und optisch etwas zu groß, Zutaten geschmacklich und qualitativ gut. Gleichzeitig ist es preislich vergleichbar mit Stuttgarter Restaurants, dafür haben wir uns auf Grund der Bewertungen etwas mehr erwartet. Personal war am Telefon und vor Ort sehr freundlich, zeitlich war das Essen auch genau nach einer halben Stunde fertig.

Ein richtig schöner Abend mit ganz tollem Sushi!
