DANGER!! Today, October 20, 2024, I came to your restaurant at the main train station in Frankfurt. I went into the restaurant and went to the register to order an espresso macchiato and orange juice. The gentleman who was working told me in a very rude way with these exact words: “You should have sat down and waited for me to come over so you could order.” I then told him that I wanted an espresso machiato and orange juice. But when I said espresso macchiato, I didn't even get to say orange juice because the gentleman interrupted me and said, "I have to run now, just for your one coffee." I just said: Unfortunately, that's your job. When he brought me coffee he very rudely asked me for €3. He told me these exact words: “You have to give me €3 for that.” I told him that I would also like to order orange juice. When he brought me orange juice, I gave him 20 euros for both drinks. He said; “6+3 is 9” and he charged me 9 euros for all of the above and gave me 11 euros for the rest. I received a bill for the coffee (3€) but no bill for the orange juice. When I looked at the menu on your online site, it said that orange juice costs €0.5-5.70. Afterwards I went back to the cash register at the restaurant to ask how much orange juice cost. When I was there the gentleman in question said to me: “What do you need, we don’t have WiFi here?” He repeated this about WiFi three to four times since I've been here. Although I didn't even ask him for the WiFi password and didn't need it. And you can imagine what he meant by that... I then asked him how much orange juice costs. He said “€5.90” He didn't give me a bill for the orange juice. He also charged me more than the same juice would cost. He complained loudly that the other guests on the terrace also heard that he had to walk just for the one coffee I had ordered. HE WAS COMPLETELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, lied about the price of the drink and charged me more than what they reported to the tax office and what was on the menu. I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE A BILL FOR THE SAME DRINK

Delicious, cozy and friendly! We went here spontaneously for dinner before our train journey. It's nice to sit and forget that you're at the hectic train station. The food was delicious and typically Hessian. My tip: first have a hand cheese with music, followed by the delicious green sauce. Plus an apple cider - perfect. Large portions, beautifully prepared and the prices are more than fair. The ladies were very friendly and attentive, made us feel welcome and comfortable! Keep it up! Thank you 😀

I've been there several times and it's always been good, but this morning it was a disaster!!! Opening time from 8:00 a.m., opened at 8:10 a.m. wanted to have breakfast but the chef was missing and therefore there were no rolls. At 8:30 a.m. the first information: the cook has to take the children to school... it's still possible, I don't have any understanding of that. Finally ordered a big breakfast at 8:40 a.m. 08:59 Breakfast served My train left at 09:15. The breakfast was ok and the lady in service was very nice. For a restaurant in a main station where guests are under time pressure, this service was more than inadequate!

The woman who took our order was the most rude person I've seen in a long time. When she realized we wanted only drinks, she threw the menu violently onto another table and cussed. Later, she laid the drinks down so violently that she spilt a bunch of it. I bet she is the owner, otherwise she would have been fired a long time ago. At least I hope so. Avoid this place at all costs.

Super freshly prepared food, very nice staff, highly recommended

An oasis of calm in Frankfurt hbf. Ideal for a snack,meal or drink away from the main concourse, especially if you have a lengthy wait between connections. We had currywurst and bratwurst, both with fries and salad. A decent Italian red wine,too!

Unfriendly behavior when I asked if they spoke English. Bought (despite that) a small ice cream which turned out to be really old. Pointed this out to the staff but they claimed it was done today. It was tough and icy. Too bad they didn't want to fix it somehow.

I came to the restaurant to have a drink before the train, sat at the table and asked the waiter to bring me a menu. I waited 30 minutes and he paid me no attention, even though the person I sat at the table early and arrived similar to what I had already drunk at the table. When I made a comment to the waiter he basically started talking to me in German instead of English, shouting and talking rudely in my direction. He then came to another table and started discussing me with people, provoking them But I didn't like the situation and waited quietly for him to take my order. I raised my hand and did it again. He didn't come towards me but rather approached the girl who was after me. The girl said she was second and had to go first to serve me. The waiter said he didn't want to serve me until the end and I went into the restaurant to ask for a complaint book. It wasn't there, but another person was listening to me and made a comment to the waiter, which he started to get upset about. The waiter didn't apologize. I think if there wasn't so much time before the train I would have called the police because of this treatment of customers and the inaction of the staff who work terribly

Directly at the main station. If you still have some time, you can drink a freshly tapped beer here before the next train connection.

We only had drinks that were absolutely fine. What I noticed unpleasantly was a very unfriendly and pushy waiter. His colleague was also visibly uncomfortable.

I wanted to order with friends today at 12:30, after waiting more than twenty minutes the waiter came and touched me in a very rude manner. When asked not to do that, he responded with “don’t be like that” and general incomprehension. Disgusting. Left immediately. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Attractive restaurant with delicious regional cuisine and friendly service with local color. Large guest garden with sufficient shade.

My colleagues and I spent our break on your terrace today and we were served immediately. The lady greeted us with a lovely laugh, she made a lot of effort to take our order and bring it, the service was quick. I have never experienced such nice service in all of Frankfurt

Ja, es ist im Hauptbahnhof. Vorne drin und auf dem Vorplatz, wo sie einen erstaunlich schönen Biergarten aufgebaut haben. Er ist rundum mit Holz und Pflanzen abgegrenzt, was ihn gemütlich macht und vom hektischen Betrieb abschottet. Man kann dort sehr schön auch länger sitzen, man hat Platz und fühlt sich ungestört und sicher. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Preise sind vernüftig. Und das Tüpfelchen auf dem i war der tolle Service. Flott, organisiert, sehr charmant und humorvoll. Sogar herzlich, so dass man sich auch als durchreisender Gast sehr willkommen fühlt. Ich war sehr überrascht über die schöne Atmosphäre in dem doch schwierigen Umfeld. Großes Lob. Wenn ich wieder einen längeren Stopp in Frankfurt Hbf habe, weiß ich genau, wo ich hingehe.

Very bad service. Ordered food was not delivered. When asked, they said sorry, sometimes the screen doesn't work properly when ordering. Marginals shouting at guests at the tables is simply tolerated by the Sercoce staff.

We waited a long time for an employee to come, saw but didn't come, the KiBa was delicious, but €12 for Corona and KiBa?! The atmosphere is OK, toilets as dirty as at any train station, urine everywhere! And graffiti too 😉, and there is only one toilet 😂, I accidentally went to the toilet with another man because I thought there were cubicles there! But no! Incredible...

Good selection of foods and beers, unfortunately, after taking our order, the waiter returned saying no burgers are available. Higher than fair beer prices.

Terrible place!!! If you want to ruin your mood, go there! I ordered green tea and they brought me black tea 20 minutes later. OK ! No problem. We ordered still water, ice cream and cappuccino. From the entire order: they brought sparkling water, the ice cream was melted, they mixed up the varieties. I understand, it’s a lot of work, we’ll eat the wrong varieties. I asked to change only the water to still water and off we go! The barmaid, a most unpleasant person, was rude to me, allowed herself to raise her voice, heard from her that everything was wrong with me and it was my fault. I don’t recommend it to anyone!

I looked restaurant that I can eat home made sausage. I found This restaurant in the center train station. It's just a shame that the waitress doesn't speak English. I ate and drank and the price was reasonable.

We relatively spontaneously organized a large event with 70 people in the restaurant. Everything was great! The food in particular was praised several times!! The quality of the food was top and incredibly varied. All wishes were fulfilled and implemented brilliantly!

The service is first class, not something you would necessarily expect for a train station restaurant!

The tables are dirty, not rubbed and worn. The hot chocolate is recommended. The service staff is rude and unfriendly, responds snippily to the guest's requests. The decoration is greasy and dirty. In addition, the radio runs very loudly and is not turned down on request so that quiet conversations are possible, with reference to a quiet room for €99 per hour.

An extraordinarily friendly server brought our coffee to the table -- this is a place where you order at the counter -- and as very helpful in directing us to a washroom located in the restaurant with the same name. The cappuccino we had was very good.

Ich war dort Stammgast und mußte mich von der Bedienung Achmet übelst beleidigen lassen. Ich empfehle Herrn Uddin ihn rauszuwerfen.

I stopped here for breakfast several times , as they have an excellent farmers omelette and cappuccino available. Amazing location right in the train station. Good atmosphere and service very fast.

Food is ok but service is really bad, not to say rude, and does not even have any ice cream storage in summer despite advertising it so.

Einwandfrei Essen gut und erstaunlich günstig, frisch Getränke völlig überteuert

Waren bereits zwei Mal hier im Restaurant essen. Trotz dessen, dass es direkt im Bahnhof ist, vergisst man das sofort, wenn man hinten im Saal Platz genommen hat. Etwas 'teurer' aber super lecker! Im Herbst sind wir erneut in FFM und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Prima zum hinsetzen und warten. Das Restaurant hat einen großen Aussenbereich zum sitzen und noch Räume im Inneren. Guter Service mit guten Preisen. Und beim Kaffee kann man sich Saarburgs Treiben am Bahnhof anschauen was wirklich schräg ist.

Obwohl es gar nicht auf der Karte stand war das Gorgonzola-Schnitzel bei gut gefüllter Terrassen in 10 Min. auf dem Tisch. Und obwohl kaum Soße zu sehen, vielmehr aber zu schmecken war, hatte ich das beste Schnitzel dieser Art in Frankfurt und Rest-deutschland serviert bekommen. Sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Kristallweizen dazu rundete das kulinarischen Erlebnis ab. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Gern wieder. Ach fast vergessen: die Preise total human, trotz Inflation.

Ну просто ужасное отношение бармена(женщина. 45-50 лет) ,очень нагло нагрубила , швырнула воду , позволила себе повысить голос.Мороженное принесли другого сорта , оно было растаявшее ,так как холодильник стоял на входе и солнце сильно светит сквозь двери.Чая я заказал зелёный ,принесли чёрный,через 20 минут! Ладно! Мелочи!Воду заказали без газа ! Принесли с газом. На просьбу поменять воду с газированной на не газированную ,выслушал тираду о нехватке времени , о невнимательности и так далее. Не рекомендую.

The lunch time outside was adequate in the shade. I found the service and prices a little lacking. I would give here again if waiting for a train.

옆에 스타벅스에 앉을 자리 없어서 갔는데, 직원이 친절하고 레몬 아이스티가 맛있어요. 중앙역 내에 있는 가게치고 가격도 싼 편입니다.

My favourite bar in Frankfurt. It sounds a bit lazy since it's located in the main station but I'll never forget the place. The bar manager I now consider to be a good friend and since I have no grasp of the German language, on my return after the match, everyone close by, started speaking English, even to each other. I found it to be the friendliest and most welcoming place I've had the good fortune to enter.

Die vorm Hauptbahnhof gelegene Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Das Frühstück welches hier angeboten wird, ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Aber wie gesagt hier lässt es sich gut verweilen, man kann den Trubel in aller Ruhe genießen. Die weibliche Servicekraft wirkt stets bemüht und ließ dies auch dem Gast so übermitteln. Wer nach einem guten Frühstück sucht, sollte hier nicht hingehen!

Innerhalb des Bahnhofs eines der wenigen Cafes in dem man z.B. gut auf seinen Anschlußzug warten kann, ohne im Herbst/ Winter/ Frühjahr zu frieren. Mit WLAN und Toilette.

Kellner mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen und Trinken für die Preiskategorie und die Lage echt super. Wenn man hbf einfach nur in Ruhe etwas Zeit überbrücken möchte eine gute Idee. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Kulinarisch nicht dass besondere Erlebnis, aber mein Burger war ok. Der Salat war sauber und ordentlich. Zumindest eine einigermaßen angenehme Sitzmöglichkeit direkt am Bahnhof. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, der Riesling war nur Durchschnitt.

Eine der wenigen Orte am Hauptbahnhof, mit dem man sich auch mal mit Gepäck hinsetzen kann und am Platz bedient wird. Damals (direkt nach Ende des Lockdowns) hat man schnell einen Betrieb in der Halle als „Außengastronomie“ aufgezogen. Es wurde streng kontrolliert, dass man über die notwendigen Testbescheinigungen verfügte. Damals gab es nur die sprechende Speisekarte = Kellner. Es gab Frankfurter Grüne Sauce. Das war in Ordnung, aber leider die Kartoffeln nicht. Zwischenzeitlich sollten sie ja genug Zeit zum Üben haben, um Kartoffeln kochen zu lernen. Sie waren damals noch sehr „al dente“. Der Salatdressing leider nichts besonderes.

Es agradable sentarse en la terraza y tomar un café, la atención es rápida. El mejor lugar de la estación para hacer una pausa o esperar.

Saßen dort 5h und haben Mecces gefressen. Echt weiterzuempfehlen! Kellner haben auch nichts gesagt, echt sympathisch.

Eine gute Alternative zum Starbucks nebenan. Ich wurde schnell und freundlich bedient.

Bei schönen Wetter saßen wir draußen. Eine sehr freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, das Essen war sehr lecker und zu fairen Preisen wirklich empfehlenswert. Einzig die etwas schmuddeligen Tische gefielen mir nicht

Bisschen teuer aber angenehm und hier kann man schön auf dem Zug warten. Und die Kellnern sind nett. :) Mir gefällt hier :)

Sehr gutes Essen,nettes Personal, wirklich ein Besuch Wert,der laden ist Wunderschön und es glänzt ,,und man kann die Räumlichkeiten und die Terrasse für besondere Anlässe mieten ..Einfach klasse . Negative bewertungen von den Leuten kann ich nur sagen... Blödsinn...die haben Selbst ein unzufriedenes leben und machen andere Geschäfte schlecht ,von mir 5 Sterne ...immer wieder gerne ...und vielen dank an das Personal....

Super wenn man sport schauen will. Freundliche Bedingung. Gute Atmosphäre. Und der Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof ist so und so ein offener und gemütlicher ort. Das einzige was bisschen doof ist, die Toilette ist nicht barrierefrei, als zb Rollstuhlfahrer muss man zur Bahnhofs Toilette, ist zwar kein Aufwand, kostet aber 1€. 🤷‍♂️
