Nice restaurant at the airport in the international departures area. Italian cuisine. At the entrance there is a display case with ready-made pizzas and sandwiches, then there is a restaurant with waiters. Beautiful view of the runway from the windows. Interestingly, food is delivered and picked up by robot carts. The menu can be read by scanning the QR code. We took carpaccio, ravioli, squid and buffalo with tomatoes. Everything was delicious. I recommend

I wanted to reserve a table by phone. The phone call started with an annoyed “yes?” The phone was then passed on until I had someone on the phone with poor communication. In the end, they didn't want to reserve a table for me on the grounds that they would always somehow find something for two people. Overall, a very unprofessional and not really customer-oriented appearance. I have decided against the restaurant and will eat somewhere else before my flight. It's a shame, because I always had positive experiences with the Kuffler & Bucher team.

For the look of the restaurant and its cozy atmosphere we get surprisingly bad service and not the best food. We were rushed all the time, we got our check without asking if we were ready to pay or not (we still had some food on a table and we were sitting just for 30 minutes so far). The pizza dough was hard to chew, it felt like rusk, but the bruschetta was really good (and very small). The whole interior is really pleasant and nice though, with a great view on the airport which we enjoyed

The pasta was fresh and delicious. The salad was light and crispy. The view is unbeatable, and the server was very friendly. If I come to Frankfurt Airport again, this is a go-to place.

I enjoyed a delicious Caesar salad with chicken with a beautiful view of the runway. I think value for money is good. I was served very friendly despite the high frequency of the restaurant. You can pay in cash and by card. I would love to come back.

Incredible wait and unbelievable prices, absolutely not recommended! 30 minutes waiting time for a drink we ordered, but it gets even worse: 90 minutes waiting time for three pizzas, the restaurant wasn't even half full!!! The waiter had the audacity to ask for a tip when paying! Pizza Margherita €15, tomato mozzarella €11, an absolute disgrace for the quality of the food!

What an poor experience.. service was non existence 1 female waitress running around clueless on near full capacity of customers. Customers were waiting over 1 hour to be served. I blame mangement o ly to staff 1 person .. I thought transiting in Germany would be 5 star ... also please for health safety reasons have control measures in place for the mice running around by rights food inspectors should close the place down.. and I also totally agree with previous review terrible service as I sat next to that family and witnessed everything.. poor poor..

Probably the worstest bistrot in all airports we’ve travelled aroubd the world. The service is so so so poor. No words to describe. Only one server and the worst is that she is totally ineffective. Only walks a lot but not taking orders. We waited more than 1 hour watching people who came after us order before. Other guests complained and we complained as well. The server did not even dare watch us in the eyes when taking the order. We were a family of 4 with 2 little kids. TERRIBLE!!!!

This is a German restaurant near the Asiana Airlines counter arriving at Incheon Airport in Am Main, Germany. Because the tables were small, I ate at the airport waiting counter and was able to have a unique experience. 2024.06.15 1 cassar Chicken Bowl 12.5 2 Falafel Bowl vegan 9.5 3 Pretzel Truffle 8.5 4 Curry Bratwurst 6.5 It cost about 37 euros, but if you are visiting Germany for a transit rather than a trip, I recommend this restaurant for German food. The staff brings this to you. Please take a picture and show it to me quickly.

This is a lovely eatery in Frankfurt Airport T1. My friends had the croissant and orange juice, and I had the burger. The place was clean, and the staff was very polite and attentive. I give the place five stars. It is an airport, so expect airport prices. This is not a criticism but a suggestion; the venue needs to police the tables, customers need to wait to be seated, etc. The restaurant has many little tables and more extensive ones at the rear. We were a party of three who intended to order food, so we wanted a larger table. One female in her twenties managed not only to occupy one of these larger tables but two, spreading out her belongings across two tables while nursing a solitary coffee and a chocolate bar she had bought outside the restaurant. Mobile phone in hand, scrolling, and expensive headphones on. She was biding her time waiting on a flight, and I annoyed her by sitting at one of the tables she had claimed. She was irritated. We watched families with kids come in, looking for larger tables and leaving because there was nowhere to sit. Talk about privilege.

I was standing waiting for a place to be seated and the waiter ignored me each of the 25 times he past right behind me. And I could from where I was standing see at least 15 free seats. If they do no want to serve singles they should put a sign up saying that. To all singles stay away.

Terrible place to have lunch. The employees don't care about the customers, orders can take more than 1 hour to be made. It seems they are unhappy when talking with people.

Wir waren das 2.mal....haben gedacht, es war durch Zufall beim 1. mal so miserabel dort.... und definitiv das letzte mal. Was einem dort angeboten wird ist bis auf Kleinigkeiten "unterste Schublade" für das Geld, obwohl ein anderer Preis an der Ware sicherlich nichts ändern würde. Das die Verkäuferin wieder alleine dort stand und es dementsprechend aussah......

Absolutely rubbish place. Service is slow, often unfriendly. I don’t think it is the staff’s fault, I think they are overworked and under resourced. I think Frankfurt Airport management needs to know just how bad this place is. They should not have the concession in my opinion.

אין לי מושג מה הבעיה של המלצר ש"שירת" אותנו, אבל ברור שיש לו בעיה. חיכיתי נצח שיגש אליי למרות שהוא ראה שאני עם ילד קטן. ניגשתי אליו, הבטיח שיבוא לקחת הזמנה. לא בא. ניגשתי שוב, עשה טובה ובא. לקח לפחות 10-12 דקות מרגע שהתיישבתי עד שהואיל בטובו לגשת לקחת הזמנה וגם זה לאחר שקמתי אליו פעמיים. פשוט מזעזע. להזמנה עצמה לקח נצח להגיע וגם כשהיא הגיעה, הוא הביא רק את השתייה. ביקשתי ממלצרית אחרת שתזכיר לו שהזמנתי גם פיצה. מסתבר שהוא בכלל לא שלח את ההזמנה של הפיצה למטבח. לא משנה איך היו האוכל והשתייה, השירות האומלל של המקום האומלל הזה מתעלה על הכל. לא להתקרב.

Food was fast and hot. Asked for no ketchup on my burger and got ketchup. Not a huge deal in this case but if you hate or have allergies make sure. I let it go. Fries were delicious. Service was good and helpful and that’s saying something for my overall negative experience in Frankfurt.

Nice restaurant with nice decor. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The dishes are freshly prepared with high-quality products. A clear recommendation for a stop before the flight.

Really terrible service. Food was ok... Staff standing around and laughing but not doing their job. They literally ignored me. I will never go there again. Stay away from this place untill they find new staff.

This place looked great and each table had a QR code so you could order and pay quickly……but it seems that doesn’t mean you actually get your food. Delivery time was shown on the app is less that 15mins……45mins later I cannot wait anymore so I ask for a refund. Lots of shouting and then told I’d have to reclaim through the app….unbelievable! I paid 23.49€ and left without anything other than a beer!

Nach etwas mehr als zwanzig Minuten Wartezeit mit leerem Magen wieder gegangen. Bedienung scheint sehr selektives Wahrnehmungsvermögen zu haben. Schade um die gute Lage.

Disgusting watery coffee and they charge for tap water.

Bad coffee, order was mixed up (got a normal croissant instead of one with chocolate) and on the top of that everything is exceptionally expensive.

We were here late in the evening. Food was tasty, service was cheerful, could have been cleaned up a little better.

If you travel via Frankfurt a lot, like I do, you'd know that this is the best restaurant to choose. Not only the food is absolutely delicious and the range of authentic German cuisine is offered at affordable prices (despite being at the airport!), but the view of the planes.. it's paradise for plane spotting. If you have a long layover - come here, get food, beer, desserts and enjoying watching the airplanes. Absolutely gorgeous at sunsets. I visited this place over 10 times in the last 2 years and the service has always been great.

Good for an airport. Quick initial service and not insanely expensive. Good choice of local food and beer. Definitely the best option in this terminal. Was a bit slow when we tried to pay the bill. Luckily for us we had time but if you had to rush for a flight it might be a problem.

Restaurant lebt von der Aussicht auf das Rollfeld und der ansprechenden Einrichtung. 1 Stern dafür und 1 Stern für die freundliche Bedienung. Essen unterdurchschnittlich und Preise flughafentypisch stark überhöht.

There aren't many places to eat in this airport which was very surprising, this is one of the few restaurants that you can go to and it is not all that good. From our visit in Germany a few years ago we realize that German food isn't really our thing however all you can get at this airport is German food. Although the service was nice and the prices were actually fairly reasonable for an airport restaurant the food isn't all that good as you get the standard sausages and other German staples, we did order a salad that was actually decent as was the hamburger but not really a place I would eat if I wasn't out of options.

Eramos seis personas, pedimos un par de platos para compartir entre todos un Kleine gemischte Wurstplatte y un Große gemischte Wurstplatte, ambos platos eran de diferentes tipos de salchichas, aunque algunas coincidían en los dos platos; también pedimos un par de raciones de patatas fritas, unos cuantos bretzel (llamados también pretzel) y tres postres; que junto con las bebidas nos costó 114 € (salimos a 19 € por persona), nos pareció un precio bastante razonable para ser un restaurante de aeropuerto.

It's expensive, but then again it's in an airport. The menu was eclectic but we stuck to the German specialties, got some help from an enthusiastic waitress and we're very happy with the pig's knuckle and venison goulash.
