Restaurant Trattoria de Carmelo in Lauf a.d.Pegnitz

Essen Wir hatten eine Lasagne und eine Pizza Die Pizza war lecker und auch die Portion war gut. Die Lasagne war gut, das Verhältnis von Käse,Fleisch und Nudeln hat gepasst und auch die größe der Portion war gut. Leider empfang ich den Schinken in der Lasagne befremdlich. In der Karte gibt es auch KEINE Lasagne nur auf den Fotos/Nachfrage. Getränke Wir hatten Aperol, war okay. Das Mischungsverhältnis bei unseren beiden Getränken komplett unterschiedlich. Der eine war zu bitter under der andere zu wässrig. Ambiente Der Innenraum hat schön ausgesehen. Draußen ist es etwas laut wegen den Autos, da dirket daneben Parkplätze sind. Am Sonntag sind auch 2 Personen durch die Tische (draußen) gelaufen und haben Geige gespielt was Anfangs Ok war (da wir dachten Sie gehörten zu einer feier) da die zwei personen an jedem Tisch gehalten haben und dann nachträglich jeden um Geld gefragt hatten empfanden wir das als unangenehm. (Vielleicht sind Sie nicht jeden Tag da) Fazit -Essen, bei beiden Gerichten fehlt der Geschmack aber hroße Portionen. -Getränke waren leider auch nicht überzeugend. - Ambiente draußen unangenehm.

Wenn keine Kreditkarten, wegen technischer Probleme akzeptiert werden können sollte man dies dem Gast mitteilen.

Gutes Essen, nettes Ambiente. Leider mussten wir ca. 20 Minuten warten, bis wir bestellen konnten.

Das Restaurant, auch bekannt unter den Namen Bräustüberl, bietet uriges Ambiente in Verbindung mit einer großen italienischen Speisekarte. Der Service und die Gerichte sind gut und die Preise angemessen. Wir gehen dort immer wieder gerne essen

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Lokal. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Salat sehr gut und die Pizza auch. Wir werden sicherlich noch mal wieder in dieser Pizzeria essen, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind.

Sehr leckerer Italiener ich empfehle besonders die Nudelgerichte!

Ich war heute mal wieder mit meiner Familie in einer unserer Lieblingspizzerien – leider wurde der Besuch diesmal zu einer Enttäuschung. Der Service ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Für drei Personen wurden uns lediglich zwei Speisekarten gegeben. Auf die Tageskarte wurde nicht hingewiesen, ich musste sie selbst ein Stockwerk tiefer fotografieren. Noch bevor wir überhaupt unsere Bestellung aufgegeben hatten, wollte der Kellner die Karten bereits wieder einsammeln. Die Vorspeise wurde gleichzeitig mit dem Hauptgang serviert. Trotz unserer Bitte, den Hauptgang warmzustellen, war dies offenbar nicht möglich. So begann ich mit der Hauptspeise, die nur noch lauwarm bis kalt war, und musste die Vorspeise letztlich „als Dessert“ essen. Geschmacklich war das Essen wie immer gut – das macht die Enttäuschung über den Service umso größer. Die Art der Bedienung wirkte hektisch und wenig aufmerksam, sodass man sich eher abgefertigt als willkommen fühlte. Auch das Ambiente hat nachgelassen: Die Stühle sind teilweise durchgesessen, und die Tische stehen recht eng beieinander. Insgesamt sehr schade, da wir in der Vergangenheit immer gerne hier waren. Unter diesen Umständen werden wir jedoch nicht wiederkommen.

Gute Pizzen und freundliches Personal

Der beste Italiener weit und breit, super Öffnungszeiten, sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung. Die Speisen lassen keine Wünsche offen, wir waren immer begeistert. Wartezeiten manchmal einen Hauch zu lange aber die Qualität tröstet darüber hinweg.

Wir waren an einem Dienstag gegen 14:30 die einzigen Gäste. Aber das täusche. Guter Service und leckeres , besonders gut abgeschmecktes Essen. Extra Lob für den Koch.

Ein in jeder Hinsicht sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant in Lauf. Jedes Gericht, welches ich dort jemals gegessen habe, hat wirklich gut geschmeckt. Trotz häufig "vollem Haus" (Reservierung sehr ratsam) immer und grundsätzlich freundlicher und interessierter Service. Das Essen wird schnell gebracht. Angenehmes Interieur. Mancher könnte den Außenbereich als limitiert empfinden - das ist halt der Lage geschuldet, aber kein echter Nachteil. Preiswert, insbesondere auch, da es kleine Pizzen gibt, welche wir bevorzugen. Zu betonen ist der sichtbare und offensichtliche Fleiß der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Unbedingt hingehen!

Früher war ich regelmäßig mit meiner Freundin Anna dort, leider jetzt verstorben. Aber letzte Woche mit Freunden dort . Unglaublichen gegrillten Tintenfisch gegessen. Salat super, Bruschetta super. Wunderschöner Abend. Nur der Nachtisch war nichts, Profiterols waren voll lätschig. Schade. Sonst alles bestens.

Gute Essensauswahl, Speisen befinden sich in der oberen Mittelklasse. Service sehr angenehm und gut.

Wenn Einheimische sagen, dass dies eines der besten Restaurants in Lauf ist, weiß man, dass man etwas Großartiges gefunden hat. Unser Kellner und Gastgeber war ein absoluter Profi mit fließenden Sprachkenntnissen! Das Restaurant ist so gemütlich und romantisch. Das Essen war himmlisch. Mit Abstand das leckerste italienische Essen, das ich in der Gegend gegessen habe. Großzügige Portionen, faire Preise, tolle Atmosphäre. 10/10. Vielen Dank für das wunderbare Mittagessen!

Heute zum ersten Mal besucht. Wir waren zu zweit, hatten Pizza und Salat. Pizza super lecker, Salat richtig frisch, wunderschön angerichtet und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Rotwein de la casa und Sprizz Aperol ebenso. Ambiente und Service hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder!

Hier gibt es wirklich die weltbesten Rosmarinkartoffeln! Ernsthaft, unfassbar gut. Die Standardkarte ist überschaubar, nur Pizza und Pasta. Alles andere gibt es individuell, frisch von der Tageskarte. Ich war auf der Durchreise und bin wegen der kurzen Distanz zur Autobahn nach Lauf gefahren. Ein absoluter Glückstreffer. Werde wieder kommen sooft mich eine Reise über die A9 führt!

Super lecker Pizza gegessen. Die gedeckte Pizza war sehr groß und reichhaltig belegt. Leider gab es keine kleine Version. Wenn ihr nicht soo hungrig seid, einfach teilen. Wir hatten nicht reserviert. Trotzdem gab such die Mannschaft Mühe, uns noch unterzubringen. Die Stunde, die wir Zeit hatten, war locker ausreichend. Netter Service, leckeres Essen und eine schöne Location. Preise sind such top fair. Gerne wieder!

Great restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious. We had pizza, pasta, steak, and veal liver with great roasted potatoes and a small salad. Before that, we had a really good selection of appetizers with small rolls. In addition to the standard menu, there's a fantastic selection of daily specials. More than just going out for Italian food. The staff is on the ball and very friendly. We'd be happy to come back. Thank you for this wonderful evening.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass entgegen der guten Bewertungen und des guten Rufes mein Besuch genau das nicht bestätigen konnte. Die Portionen sind klein (nur mittags ?) und deswegen erscheint der Preis auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Vom Tisch wo sich die Platte im Eck auflöste weil 5 Latten ausgebrochen waren will ich nicht reden. Aber jeder richtige italienische Koch sollte sich in den Boden schämen die Carbonara mit Sahne zu machen. Schade - ich war wirklich sehr enttäuscht.

Compared to many other Italian restaurants in the Nuremberg area, the cuisine here is definitely authentic. I found the Prosecco at first (served in wine glasses) and the Vino de la Casa (bianco) rather average. In Italy, it's a matter of honor for this wine to be good. In Germany, the low purchase price probably counts. The service was very good. Overall, I recommend it.

The food (Calabrese pizza) was so bad. The salami had a bitter aftertaste. The dough wasn't particularly good either. Worst pizza ever. When I asked if it tasted good, I didn't even bother to listen. Therefore, criticism wasn't possible.

All the dishes are delicious and the service is excellent. I will definitely visit this place again when I come to this area!

It was our first time at this Italian restaurant and we absolutely loved it! The veal, especially the veal liver, was excellently prepared, tender and tasty. The spaghetti carbonara was also very tasty, just like you would want in Italy. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality offered. The service is particularly noteworthy: very friendly, attentive and professional. You really feel welcome. We'll definitely be back!

I have enjoyed coming to the Bräustübla La Trattoria Da Carmelo for many years - and have never been disappointed. What makes this cuisine so special: It is much more than “just” pizza – even if it is of course excellent. I especially love the fresh fish dishes and the creative vegetable creations. If you're in the mood for something special, you should definitely try the antipasti or dishes from the daily menu - here they cook with real passion and great culinary expertise. The atmosphere is warm, the service is friendly and professional - you can feel that real Sicily is being served here. For me, Da Carmelo is one of the best Italian addresses in the region. Guter Italiener, man bekommt eine rustikale Pizza, man bekommt aber auch einen Oktopus Salat und andere Leckereien. Dazu einen guten Tischwein. Für eine Vorspeise, Pizza oder Pasta, Wein oder Bier muss man knapp 30 € rechnen, das geht in Ordnung.

I was really looking forward to the pasta with salmon and shrimp, but the disappointment and disgust came after the first bites. There was a hair between the noodles! When I pointed this out to the waiter, he offered me another portion, but I had lost my appetite. But I was really disappointed when I was charged the full price. So far Carmelo was my favorite Italian restaurant in Lauf. That has now changed!!!

The dishes on the daily menu are very, very good! Unfortunately, we don't find the pizzas (including bruschetta or pizza pane) good, they are always too sweet/sugared. The service is great and the atmosphere is cozy :)

A few days ago I ate here again for a very long time. I was in the small outdoor area years ago. I was surprised by the pizza prices. They are really fair! Super tasty too! There are also various other pasta, fish and meat dishes. We'll be back.

The food is really great! The waiter had a lot to do and still remained polite. He tried very hard. Really really great! Rarely found! 👍🏻 Unfortunately the chairs are very uncomfortable.

The restaurant is centrally located in the heart of Lauf. It is cozy and rustically furnished. Due to its popularity, a table reservation is mandatory! Delicious and traditional Italian food. The prices are now a little higher, but the portions are okay. Friendly service. I've been an enthusiastic fan of "spaghetti with mussels" for years and would love to come back.

Fantastic food and drink. The spaghetti with mixed mussels and the grilled seafood salad were exceptionally good. The red house wine is also very tasty. The ambience is rustic and yet dignified, but the seating is quite tight. The service is very friendly, but stressful due to the many guests. But that didn't spoil the beautiful evening. My absolute favorite stop while traveling on the A9. Great prices for good food in a cozy atmosphere and a beautiful town in the north of Bavaria.

Service was poor, the waiter was totally annoyed, aggressive and ignorant. Rarely have we experienced something like this - we were really horrified! The food was ok and was served differently than we ordered, but after waiting an hour we didn't care. Conclusion: No recommendation for this restaurant, and this service person should consider whether gastro is right for him. Hospitality looks different, sorry!!!

Very friendly service. Just wanted a starter and chose the Carpaccio di Manza. Excellent. What was clever was that there was some green pickled pepper included. Great idea

By far the best Italian restaurant in Lauf. In addition to a regular menu, there are a number of recommendations from the kitchen. And that’s what makes the restaurant special. My tagliatelle alla Scoglio - recommended. Plus a glass of red wine. I was completely satisfied. Reasonably priced. Service attentive. Top location.

Food was ok. Otherwise we were pretty much ignored outside. We waited 1h15 for two meals, and when we brought this up, there was no reaction from the waiter, he just answered “yes”.

I was there for the first time. Spagetti Carbonara is on the menu with SNOW, BUT I thought it was great that when I asked, they even made Italian Carbonara WITHOUT cream The food was a dream and the Italian flair was not neglected.
