We always enjoy visiting the Tendüre restaurant in Bremen and were once again thrilled by the delicious dishes we enjoyed there. It's an absolute must for us when we're craving first-class meat and fish specialties. The selection is simply fantastic, and every dish tastes outstanding. The preparation is of the highest quality, and you can tell that the food is cooked with care and passion. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which further enhances the entire experience. The pleasant atmosphere makes every visit special. We highly recommend the Tendüre restaurant. It's a place where you can enjoy excellent food in a cozy atmosphere. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Very authentic atmosphere. The food was very tasty and fresh! At the beginning we had to wait a little too long for service at the table, but it was always friendly.

Unfortunately a chaotic service. Drinks came incomplete and only after the second request. A dish was forgotten. Quite expensive. The store was very busy, maybe that's why something went wrong today. Too bad.

Anyone who likes to eat a lot of meat is in good hands here! But I just didn't like it! The starters were very good, although you can't go wrong with grilled vegetables! Meat: Beef fillet, saddle of veal and lamb fillet and chicken. The lamb fillet was heavenly, everything else was way too well done and dry. Since you didn't even have to wait 10 minutes for the food, it's clear to me that everything is pre-cooked and then put into the Tendüre oven for the show effect! At this price I would have expected better quality and better cooking!

We've been here quite a few times over the years. Today we had menus 1 and 2 for lunch. Good quality meat, cooked exactly right, very tasty side dishes. In addition, a really friendly and caring service. A worthwhile visit to the restaurant. Update 2.5.25 Everything remains positive.

Kuzu Tandir (slowly oven-cooked lamb) is a really good but heavy dish that is hard to find outside Turkey. But in Bremen we managed to find a place that serves it and that does it well too. The Kuzu Tandir was delicious. Some of us tried other Tendüre dishes and they were also delicious. The staff was fast, friendly and professional and the place is nicely located by a channel/park but very close to Bremen's city centre. Together with Hasir in Berlin, this is the best Turkish restaurant we have been to in Germany.

Anyone who likes Anatolian cuisine is in good hands here. There is a large clay oven in the middle of the restaurant where the dishes are prepared. Very attentive service, which answered questions about the content and composition of the dishes, accompanied our stay. Had an excellent meal.

Great restaurant, excellent service with advice. Even though we were sitting in the corner, we were constantly asked if we wanted anything else. Great mezze starter plate. We chose menu No. 1 twice and had a plate of warm and cold starters together. The main course is still a challenge to finish. Also super tasty! At the end we were invited to dessert. Of course we couldn't miss it either. So we “rolled out” of the store at a later hour (: Absolutely recommended!

Delicious food and great service!

A very nice turkish restaurant with amazing ambience. Hospitality was very good. The chicken göysu, which we ordered was very tasty. Compliments to the chef for providing us unlimited naan bread and bulgur.

I didn't think the food was bad at all. BUT dealing with the children was an absolute disaster!! Is not recommended for families with small children. The communication with the waiters was not in a friendly way, but rather in an annoyed way! Smile? None! The staff constantly objected to the children's behavior, which indicates that there is a lack of humanity and friendliness. They aren't called children for nothing, you can't tie them to a chair!! You pay a hefty price for the food, which, as mentioned above, doesn't taste bad. And it's not asking much if you expect friendly and understanding staff!!! Kindness costs €0 but makes a big difference!

We had dinner at Tendüre for a birthday. I also made a note when making the reservation so that we would get a nice place. The food was great and the service was even better! It's been a long time since I had such a courteous but not overly intrusive waiter. He kept asking if everything was okay and answered our questions - always with a smile. At the end we got chai on the house and to both of our surprises we also got two birthday desserts on the house with matching music. It was wonderful. Thanks so much!!

Very tasty and very friendly. We spontaneously stopped by Tendüre while we were passing through. We were immediately warmly welcomed and given good advice. So we had a mixed starter plate and a (much too large) grill plate for the main course. We had half of this packed up so we could enjoy a super delicious dessert. Gladly again at any time. We visited the Tendüre restaurant based on a recommendation from a voucher book from Bremen. The stylishly furnished restaurant is also well attended on Sunday evenings. We had made reservations online in advance. The evening menu offers main courses between 25 and 47 euros. The service is friendly, but quickly loses interest if the guest doesn't make a decision immediately. We started with a solidly prepared hummus, followed by (minced lamb and beef, cooked with tomatoes and peppers in a clay dish in the clay oven), served with a crisp side salad and the thickest bulgur I've ever eaten. Overall we liked it.

Always delicious, friendly and accommodating.

We were guests last night with 6 people. Everyone had something different from lamb shoulder that was so tender the meat fell off the bone to chicken, skewered meat and vegetarian. Everything was super tasty, beautifully seasoned with herbs, everything was fresh. The service was very good with a super friendly and well-coordinated team. We can definitely recommend Tendüre and we had a great evening. Thank you very much for that 🙏

We had a complete feel-good package here. We had chicken strips with mushrooms and Menu 1 – a variety of meats. A good red wine was a must. The meat was incredibly tender, the bulgur and vegetables were superb. Even the dessert, a recommendation from the house, was perfect. We were absolutely thrilled. Simply top-notch value for money.

Visited this restaurant during my Germany trip and totally loved it 👌 Tried Stuffed Mushroom, Humus and both were delicious. The tea at end of meal was simply soothing 🙂

Great food, a variety of starters combined with good service and a great selection of dishes from the clay oven. Bulgur was particularly delicious.

We were passing through the Wall in Bremen and came across this beautiful restaurant by chance. Just wanted to eat a little something (salad/lahmanchun) and were thrilled with the quantity and quality!

I was there years ago and remembered it fondly. Now we were there again with friends and I have to say that I can't remember ever having eaten so badly. We actually wanted to go for "good Turkish" food, but any lunch at a Turkish kebab shop is better than what is offered there. And at completely outrageously inflated prices too. A minced meat dish from the clay oven with peppers and tomatoes advertised on the menu for 30 euros comes as an indefinable piece squashed in a bowl with half a tomato and a mini pepper the size of a chili pepper. Everything is swimming in cheap refined oil and that's it. A bit of rice, soggy bread and a tiny portion of yogurt sauce that tasted of nothing. Every frozen hamburger patty from Aldi tastes better than this indefinable rubbery piece of cheap minced meat. The other meals were just as disastrous. The cheapest overcooked ingredients swimming in rancid oil. At one point, we thought we were on a hidden camera. To make matters worse, we all had severe stomach and intestinal problems an hour after eating. Unfortunately, hunger caused us to eat about half of these culinary disasters each. Mistake. A clear mistake. The service was also rather grumpy, but that's almost negligible given the horror of this meal. I completely fail to understand where the positive reviews are coming from. Either these people only eat dog food at home, or people in the community are providing favorable reviews. There's no other explanation. Terrible.

The Tendüre restaurant can really be called a gourmet restaurant - the food is of excellent quality and tastes great! The service from the employees is outstanding - you feel incredibly comfortable, so you can happily spend several hours in the restaurant! The ambience is also like a trip to the oriental and offers a very good atmosphere all around! Thank you for everything - keep it up!

Wonderful location, friendly service and the food is incredibly delicious

We had reserved online shortly beforehand. That worked fine. Very tasty Anatolian cuisine. Fresh herbs and fresh vegetables, also very suitable for vegans. Supplements can be reordered free of charge. It was more than enough for us even without reordering. The service was very good and courteous. We were well looked after and the raki was of course included at the end. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend it.

I've been to Tendüre 5 times so far and have been more than thrilled every time. Nice atmosphere, very polite and courteous service that wasn't too intrusive and a very welcoming, dear boss. The food was always a pleasure and I recommend everyone to visit to see for themselves.

We were guests for the first time this afternoon. Friendly welcome and attentive service. Delicious starter (Ezme) and fresh warm flatbread. The chicken from the clay oven and the Adana kebab were convincing. Fresh salad and delicious bulgur rounded off the meal. We'll be back! Thanks for the black tea.

It was already considerably better. At least in 2013. The service is great. Unfortunately, the facility is already getting old. Everything okay so far. Unfortunately the food is no longer what it used to be. It's okay to good, but the prices quoted no longer justify it. I can understand that the gourmet award was from 2000 and that apparently no new ones were added. Too bad.

Been there twice in a row in a larger group. The food was good as always, but I was totally disappointed by the service and hospitality. The first time, the entire table, even the decorations, was cleared away while we were still sitting and having a nice chat. It felt a lot like being thrown out and there were still plenty of free tables. The second time, even more extreme, without any request or request from us, the waitress came with the card reader and charged us. There were still plenty of free tables that day. We will definitely look for a new location for our next meeting. It's a shame, but that's not possible!

Food was great, a little too expensive for my needs

The three of us had dinner there on New Year's Eve. It was quite crowded, a happy, celebratory atmosphere. Service staff were professional and very friendly and attentive. The menu was extensive, beautifully prepared and very tasty. We stayed in this restaurant for two and a half hours and then left feeling exhilarated. A word about the dessert: The whole menu was excellent, but the dessert was a highlight.

We went on New Year's Eve. That's why there was so much noise. The tables are very cramped so I didn't like it much in terms of comfort, but the food is great.

While other restaurants unfortunately lose quality over time, Tendüre gets better and better with each visit. In many restaurants these days you often have to make compromises - be it that the food tastes good but you have to deal with a stomach ache when you get home or that the service is fast but very inattentive or unfriendly. With Tendüre, however, you don't have to make any of these compromises. The food tastes as delicious as it looks and you can immediately tell that the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. Whether chicken, beef or lamb - it is always tender, well seasoned and very cleanly prepared. In addition, every dish is served hot, which makes the taste even more intense. It is obvious that the cooking here is done with a lot of love and dedication as well as cleanliness and care. The friendly staff are very attentive and always manage to maintain a pleasant balance between professionalism and warmth. Even though the restaurant was full, they didn't let the stress show and took enough time for our orders and questions. Our special requests were also implemented flexibly and quickly. You can feel that the team attaches great importance to offering guests an all-round successful experience. Despite the many guests, you never feel cramped or disturbed and always retain the feeling of privacy. The furnishings use traditional Turkish elements to create a particularly warm and inviting atmosphere. In addition, on special occasions - such as a birthday in our case - great attention is paid to details: the table was lovingly decorated with rose petals and candles, which made the evening even more cozy and festive. We can highly recommend the restaurant – both for special occasions and for a relaxed evening with friends or family. Not only is the quality right here, but also the price-performance ratio.
