Totally thrilled Food was perfectly seasoned and tasty and the sauces were very good. Portion was just right.

We had the pleasure of dining at the Tafelsilber restaurant in Tönisvorst several times, and last weekend we were able to celebrate our wedding there. Our experiences were consistently positive. The food and drinks were consistently excellent. The quality of the food was first class, and the carefully selected drinks harmonized perfectly. The staff was always present, but pleasantly unobtrusive and very quick to serve. What was particularly impressive was the professionalism with which the operations manager kept all the promises that were made to us in advance. Our expectations were met in every respect and we can only warmly recommend the Tafelsilber restaurant. For special occasions or just a nice evening in a stylish ambience, silverware is a first-class choice. Many thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable celebration!

After our civil wedding we had dinner at Tafelsilber with 25 guests. We had a nice conversation beforehand to discuss the menu and decoration concept. The food is served at good intervals and was a 10 out of 10 both visually and in terms of taste. Not only was the food great, but also the ambience, the service and the entire team. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would like to thank you very much for the lovely lunch in your small hall and would choose you again at any time!

Our silverware wedding was an absolute dream! The ambience of the restaurant is beautiful and perfect for a wedding reception. The event room was lovingly decorated and offered a warm, romantic atmosphere that delighted our guests and us. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly and very professional. We received excellent advice right from the planning phase, and on the day of the wedding everything went like clockwork. The team took care of all the details so we could enjoy the day to the fullest. The food was a real highlight. We found the price-performance ratio to be very fair. The quality of the food and service definitely justify the price. Silverware made our big day unforgettable and we would recommend this place to any couple!

We had already eaten at the Tafelsilber restaurant a few times and were now able to celebrate our wedding in this modern and stylish location. We were given a lovingly and varied barbecue buffet - put together entirely according to our wishes. It was fantastic and we could just enjoy the day! We felt like we were in very good hands right from the first information conversation, and the food was always impressive with its freshness, changing menu offerings and attention to detail. The entire Silverware team is always friendly and responded to all of our wishes and questions about organizing the wedding. We were able to experience a wonderful celebration with good food, fantastic service and a great ambience.

We celebrated our wedding last year in the Tafelsilber restaurant and were completely satisfied with both the service and the food. Communication went smoothly and all of our wishes were taken into account. Our celebration was fantastic and the food was so delicious that we and our family/friends are still raving about it today! We will definitely come back for dinner again.

Today we finally made it there for the first time, despite the short distance. Very appealing ambience, really high-quality cuisine without showmanship and authentically friendly service. Price vs performance more than correct! Purchased directly due to the spontaneous and competent advice regarding the in-house fires. Someone understood the principle of honest upselling! Food very tasty Beer leaves something to be desired but you can drink it

We, but more importantly, all of our guests, were completely thrilled by the ambience, also the opportunity to chat in the covered winter garden, and especially by the exceptionally good food (not always easy to do at buffets, but excellent). Everything was fried to perfection, the roast beef was juicy and very tasty, the side dishes looked like they were plated meals, and the pike perch was simply a poem. The highlight, and not just for our grandchildren, was the parmesan wheel at the buffet, a really great idea. We are so happy to have followed the recommendation for a starter plate, because the delicacies were not only beautifully presented, they also had a particularly wide range of flavors. When, for dessert, crepes are made by hand at the buffet alongside glasses of extremely delicious sweets (I liked the strawberry mousse best), then it's somehow a big movie. Dear silverware team: You are simply top notch, starting with the "master of ceremonies", continuing through the attentive service team and (that's just the way it is, please don't misunderstand the others) especially the great kitchen team. Hats off!!!

The restaurant is on a country road, a little out of the way, very nicely located. The interior design was created with a lot of love. Now let's get to the food. The menu is quite clear. The dishes on offer sound promising. We once had the Wiener Schnitzel, the pulled chicken burger, a selection of bread, the pork belly and the venison veal. The Wienerschnitzel was good, the side dishes were normal, as was the pulled chicken burger. Nothing special, you can also get it in many other restaurants. The deer calf was also just average. Since the dishes are all very expensive, we expected more here, especially since many of them promised more positive reviews. The service wasn't particularly good either, as we had to go to the table ourselves to place an order. Based on our experiences, we probably won't go there again.

Relaxed evening with attentive, very nice service and very good food!

We visited the silverware three times with several people at shorter intervals. We chose the surprise menu several times, but also à la carte. Modern, creative dishes are offered. Terrific! Attentive, friendly service. I deducted the fifth star because of the dessert. So far it's been average at best. Every visit included a brownie that didn't turn out well. The strawberry pannacotta was quite solid and the taste was not convincing. Dear kitchen team, there is still room for improvement!

We have visited the restaurant again on a Sunday lunchtime and have never been disappointed. Everything is right here.

It wasn't the last time we were there. We'd love to come back.

The 3-course menu was top in every respect! The decoration of the small hall and the set tables made a chic and harmonious impression. There was only one small complaint about the service: during the reception - we were a party of 18 people - it took a little too long until the first drinks were delivered, and not everyone was served at the same time, so we waited a long time had to wait before toasting. Overall, the restaurant is highly recommended for celebrations! We will come back in any case.

We have been guests at Tafelsilber several times. Whether a la carte or as a menu, the meal is always a culinary experience and enjoyment, and special requests are always fulfilled. The service is always friendly and courteous, very attentive but by no means intrusive. There are plenty of parking spaces and, weather permitting, you can also sit outside. - A recommendation in every respect.

On Saturday we were at Tafelsilver with a larger group and celebrated our birthday. From the friendly welcome as always, the excellent and delicious culinary delights to the great ambience and table design, we were all totally thrilled. Gladly again !!! Thank you for the great evening !

On Saturday we were able to enjoy dinner again at Tafelsilber. It is quite astonishing at the high level at which the food is prepared here. We really enjoy the fact that there is no loss of quality. It just always tastes the same. Therefore this time too a 5 star recommendation.

We were guests with six people. Everyone had different dishes and everyone enjoyed it very much. The staff was very attentive, we were very satisfied and would like to come back.

Our family celebration was a complete success. Starting with the separate room with access to a small terrace, a beautifully set table, the delicious menu sequence and the very good hospitality. Many thanks again to the team!

Overall it was good, but the desserts still have room for improvement. I also missed a greeting from the kitchen. The total bill was well over 300 euros, so a grappa or something similar would certainly have been appropriate.

Very nicely located, tasteful restaurant just behind Anrath/Viersen district. We went there based on a recommendation and we weren't disappointed. The food was excellent. All dishes were well prepared, the cooking points were excellent and the portions were more than sufficient. The service was courteous and relaxed. The prices are medium-high, but appropriate for the food. Clear recommendation!

On the occasion of the 60th birthday, the celebration here was a great success. All guests felt very comfortable and praised the delicious food. The room for 16 people is beautifully furnished and the log table was beautifully set. The staff was always friendly and attentive; everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend the silverware.

Top Restaurant. Zum wiederholten mal dort gewesen und das 4 Gänge-Menü gewählt,einfach nur Klasse. Kommen immer wieder sehr gerne dort hin.

Aufgrund von Empfehlung und der guten Weihnachtsfeier vor Ort wollten wir das Restaurant ala Card auch ausprobieren. Genommen wurde 1x das 4 Gang Menü, 2x das 3 Gang Menü und das Wiener Schnitzel mit Vorspeise, da die bestellte Nachspeise bereits aus war um 18:30 bzw. wegen anstehenden Kartenwechsel. Das Ambiente überzeugte in einer vermutlich ehemals alten Scheune. Sowohl von außen, als auch von innen nett beleuchtet und dekoriert. Bei nassen Wetter ist der Parkplatz leider eine Schlammlandschaft und habe mir bei beiden Besuchen den Innenraum versaut. Essen insgesamt schmeckte bei dem Menü gut,allerdings teilweise sowohl die Suppe, als auch im Hauptgang das Kortoffekpüree und Ragout lauwarm von aussen, im Kern noch warm. Bei einer Suppe diese nicht heiß zu servieren ist schon etwas schwer. Schnitzel lieben wir, insbesondere Wiener. Dieses war aber richtig platt geklopft, so dass man eigentlich mehr Panade als Fleisch vom Geschmack hatte. Schade drum und so für mich kein Genuss. Die Servierung der 4 Gänge hat insgesamt ca 3h 15h gedauert, was deutlich zu lang ist, insb. wenn andere Personen mit am Tisch sitzen, die nur 3 Gänge haben und der 2. Gang eine Suppe ist. Dies zieht sich doch sehr lang. Sehr schlechte Abstimmung. Nachfragen wann es weiter geht wurden weggelächelt bzw. gesagt geht gleich weiter und hat dann noch ewig gedauert. Keine Entschuldigung oder Hinweis, dass viel zu tun ist etc. (Restaurant war gut besucht), so dass man Verständnis aufbringen könnte. Nach Getränke Nachschub wurde regelmäßig gefragt. Insgesamt dafür, dass im Internet die Menüs noch mit 35 / 39 stehen und nun auf 49 / 54 Euro erhöht worden sind stimmt das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Insbesondere wenn man berücksichtigt, dass Brot noch 6 Euro kostet und kein Gruß oder Abschied aus der Küche dabei ist. Wir hatten uns viel erhofft, so leider aber das letzte Mal!

Seit Jahren sind die Besuche im Tafelsilber ein Highlight. Ob Weihnachten, Ostern oder einfach zwischendurch, der Service und das Angebot auf der Karte sind immer Top, mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir haben die Diamantene Hochzeit meiner Eltern hier gefeiert und hatten einen wunderschönen Raum und fantastisches Essen. Das Personal ist sehr schnell und umsichtig, während einer Darbietung waren sie leise und haben sich nach dem Geschehen der Festtagsrunde gerichtet. Ein besonderer Tag an einem besonderen Ort. Wir feiern hier gerne wieder.

Das Ambiente im großen Raum hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Hauptgang im Menü hat mir wiederholt nicht zugesagt. Es war weder Fisch noch Fleisch enthalten, was den Hauptgang für mich ziemlich fade erscheinen ließ. Es fehlte an Raffinesse: die Suche nach dem Besonderen verlief ins Leere! Das kann man besser machen!

Eines der besten Restaurant am Niederrhein. Immer sehr leckeres Essen, sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert und netter Service. Zum Probieren empfiehlt sich der Sonntagmittag mit verschiedenen Menüs zum tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir haben mit 2 Dutzend Menschen dort Geburtstag gefeiert. Das Essen war ein Gedicht...wie jedes Mal😍.. Was soll ich noch dazu sagen. Wir könnten uns dort jeden Tag verwöhnen lassen .. aber dann wären wir schnell speckfett.. :-) Herzliche Grüße an das gesamte Team !

Meine Frau und ich sind mittlerweile des öfteren hier essen und haben zudem unsere Hochzeit im Tafelsilber gefeiert. Das Essen ist immer absolut top, zudem lassen sich die Köche immer mal wieder neue Kreationen einfallen. Das Essen ist immer frisch und on point. Zudem werden Bier und andere alkoholische Getränke vom Chef David selbst gebraut. Auch die ganzen Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es ist fast wie "essen bei Freunden" Unsere Hochzeit war dann das Highlight in dieser wunderbaren Location. Alles war wunderbar geplant und der Tag verlief reibungslos. Absolute Empfehlung für Menschen, die wirklich gut essen wollen, oder eine tolle Location für Feiern jeglicher Art suchen.

Anders als bei früheren Besuchen im "Tafelsilber" waren wir diesmal nicht ganz zufrieden, aber das Positive vorweg: Aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service, gemütliches Ambiente, auch wenn die Beleuchtung nicht so ganz unseren Vorstellungen entspricht - aber das ist Geschmacksache! Das kleine hausgebraute Bier vorab war ausgesprochen lecker! Enttäuschend und kleinlich fanden wir, dass zu den Vorspeisen (Suppe, Lachs, Ziegenkäse) kein Scheibchen Brot serviert wird. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir dann den Brotkorb für 5,00 € bestellen. Einen "Gruß aus der Küche" wie zu früheren Zeiten oder etwas Brot mit Dip, wie man es aus anderen Lokalen kennt, um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken, gibt's im Tafelsilber nicht! Der "heißgeräucherte Gin-Lachs" war für meinen Geschmack zu trocken, von Gin-Aroma war nichts zu entdecken, allerdings wurde er auf einem sehr schönen Salatbett mit köstlicher Vinaigrette serviert. An der geschmorten Lammschulter mit sehr aromatischer Sauce gab es nichts auszusetzen. Auch die anderen Gäste in unserer Vierergruppe waren mit ihren Hauptgerichten sehr zufrieden. Verbesserungsfähig ist die Transparenz von Mengen und Preisen: Die offenen Weine (begrenzte Auswahl und m.E. für die Qualität zu teuer) werden am Tisch aus der Flasche eingeschenkt, wobei die Menge je nach Servicekraft stark variiert, und wenn schon am Tisch eingeschenkt könnte man den Gästen auch die Flasche präsentieren. Wenn es nur ein nicht auf der Karte stehendes Tagesgericht (Spaghettoni mit Krustentiersauce und Garnelen) gibt, sollte man bei der Vorstellung vielleicht auch gleich sagen, was es kostet, dann ist der Gast über den für ein Nudelgericht doch stolzen Preis von 29,50 € nicht so überrascht. Auch bei der Abrechnung am Tisch nur die Gesamtsumme auf einem Tablet zu präsentieren, ohne dass man die Einzelposten der Rechnung kontrollieren kann, ist für mich etwas zu undurchsichtig. Insgesamt also ein etwas "durchwachsenes Erlebnis", und ob wir dem freundlichen Abschiedsgruß "dann bis zum nächsten Mal" Folge leisten werden, steht für mich noch nicht fest (übrigens ebenso wie bei unseren Freunden, die ebenfalls vor kurzem im "Tafelsilber gespeist haben.

Mein Partner und ich waren viele Male zum Abendessen im Restaurant Tafelsilber. Da wir sehr von der Location, dem Service und dem Essen überzeugt sind, lag die Entscheidung nahe, unsere Hochzeit im Tafelsilber zu feiern. Für uns war der Tag absolut perfekt! Karsten und Dennis waren unsere Hauptansprechpartner. Beide haben uns mit ihrer sympathischen und entspannten Art einen unvergesslichen Tag ermöglicht. Gemeinsam mit dem Team haben sie alles nach unseren Vorstellungen auf- und abgebaut und uns sowie unseren Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Essen war genial, die Getränke köstlich und der Service geduldig, zuvorkommend und absolut eingespielt. Absolute Empfehlung für jede/n, die/der nach einer passenden Location für ein besonderes Event sucht. Wir sagen von Herzen Danke für eure tolle Arbeit!

Wir waren am Sonntag zum ersten Mal da und haben den 3-Gang Menü genießen können. Das Essen war sehr gut zubereitet und präsentiert. Der Nachttisch : Dessert variation "Tafelsilber" war so lecker, wie seit lange nicht mehr. Und das wichtigste für mich war, dass sie es für mich Glutenfrei serviert haben. Ich schätzte diese Aufmerksamkeit sehr. Vielen Dank. Es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.

Heute, wie auch in den letzten Tagen des Öfteren, Gans gegessen. Mit Abstand die beste Gans. Haben wir vom Tafelsilber nicht anders erwartet.
