Nicely done, with appropriate music in the background. The staff is super nice and competent. 👌The food was very tasty and vegetarians also enjoyed something.🤤 Ketchup and mayo are homemade and really good, not overly sweet 👍🏼 The gravy, on the other hand, wasn't my cup of tea, as one spice was a bit too dominant for my taste. But I will definitely come back and then I'm really looking forward to the Kaiserschmarrn, which I've heard so much about. Unfortunately it wasn't available during our binge 🤷🏻‍♀️... That's why I have to go again😊👍🏼

We ate there for the first time today, but definitely not the last time! Great food, mega portions. Something for everyone. Service super friendly. I have been eating regularly at Ms. Winterstein's (formerly in the street cafe) for many years and I am more than satisfied. Fresh products, well prepared and I’m still waiting for a “bad” day. I always look forward to visiting and will definitely be a guest in the coming years.

Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us at all. Unfortunately a lot of finished products and then not well cooked. It was ok, but I can't say "tasty" either. I expected significantly more quality on the plate. We won't come again.

We ate here by chance and were absolutely positively surprised. Something completely different in a knightly atmosphere and a matching menu. We will be back :)

Great! The food was excellent and there was a lot of it, the service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was chivalrous and the prices were cheap. Where else can you find something like that? We had Schnitzel Holstein style and cheese spaetzle. For dessert, apple rings and poor knights (absolute recommendation!) The highlight for me were the excellent poor knights and the nice selection of drinks from Fritz Cola. You can also get a good coffee here.

Finally! A nice restaurant where you feel comfortable. The food is simply great, the portions are very large. We also loved the Metbier. The service is very attentive and committed. The atmosphere is rustic, chivalrous, but could (for me) be even more. But this is balanced out by the homely feeling that the employees convey. You meet the owner at eye level. That unpleasantly stiff feeling that you get in other restaurants doesn't happen here. Price performance is top.

Great restaurant, very friendly and nice service. The food tastes great and the price-performance ratio is absolutely ok. Anyone who gives 1 star here is actually out of touch with reality or definitely wants to harm the restaurant, which I personally find baseless. Nowadays it's secretly difficult for every restaurateur and we can really be happy that there are still restaurants. So, don't let anyone talk you into it, keep it up, four of us were there and we'll be back.

Expected a lot and was very disappointed. After the restaurant often seemed to be fully booked or there was a closed party there, we were recently able to reserve a table. We had been looking forward to the visit all week. The idea behind the round table sounded good. But that was all. There were 4 of us there. 3 times the knight's plate and 1 time cheese spaetzle. What can I say. Never had a meal as bad as here. All of the food was more lukewarm than hot, with knight's plate I had the impression that the food was just warmed up. The chicken leg didn't have a crispy skin, but was completely limp. The roast reminded me of eating in the canteen or in a retirement home. The spareribs were subpar. Didn't taste like anything. In my opinion, the sauce on top was a fatty glaze and nothing more. The cheese spaetzle, what can I say?! When I order cheese spaetzle, I expect spaetzle with a lot of cheese so that I also see cheese threads. This was more of a roux and nothing else. For me, the ambience doesn't have much to do with the Middle Ages. You could do more with it there. Food 0/5 Ambience 1/5 Service 2/5

Today we had dinner at the round table with our daughter (almost 2 years old, very lively). For the first, but certainly not the last, time. The food was great, the selection was reasonable. Any special requests were addressed immediately. We were asked again and again if everything was okay, how we liked it, or if we needed anything else. - But not in an intrusive way. We both really enjoyed it! You first have to get your customers so full at a fair price. But what particularly impressed us was how we treated our daughter. Even when it got a little louder, the owner was always friendly. Without asking, her food was brought to the already prepared high chair in front of ours. There was even time for a short chat. We have rarely visited such a family-friendly restaurant. - Unfortunately it's no longer a given, but we felt completely at home here. Our daughter even cried when we wanted to leave. If that doesn't convince you, I don't know what will! We'll be back, thank you for a great evening!

Today we (5 people) attended the round table for the first time and we were all very enthusiastic. We all had different dishes, each very tasty. We also really enjoyed the desserts. The cook does her job really well. The service is very courteous, attentive and totally friendly. We'd love to come back :-)

Sehr schöne Gaststätte! Man merkt hier steckt viel Liebe im Ambiente. Das Servicepersonal war absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist der Hammer! Es ist alles frisch und perfekt gewürzt. Große Auswahl, angemessene Preise. Hier werde ich öfters essen! :)

Die Idee ist schön und der Service war nett. Das Essen hingegen fand jeder in der Gruppe eklig. Mich hat es an Fertiggerichten vom Imbiss erinnert. Wenn wir gut gekocht würde, wäre es sicher ein guter Laden!

Für mich war es sehr enttäuschend keine schöne Speisekarte keine Vorspeisen und keinen Nachtisch auf der Karte. Auch konnten man keinem Kaffee Espresso oder ähnliches bestellen.Werde nicht mehr das Restaurant besuchen

Das Ambiente war besser als erwartet, der Service war nett und zuvorkommend wenn auch ein bisschen schüchtern. Aber das Essen hat leider nicht überzeugt. Es war keine Katastrophe oder nicht essbar, vielmehr war es ok. Aber das war ein bisschen das Problem. Die Hälfte der Produkte waren leider Fertigwaren die auch genauso präsentiert worden sind und die Spareribs waren sehr trocken. Es war halt eben nur ok.

Dauernd lese ich hier überall "nur" "Leckeres Essen", so wie es bei fast jeder Pommesbude steht. Was in diesen Fällen meistens gelogen ist, immerhin ist es in der Regel absoluter Durchschnitt und mit Geschmacksverstärkern und Phosphat verseucht. Versteht mich nicht falsch, hier gibt es leckeres Essen. Aber verdammt nochmal, ist das untertrieben. So gut könnt ihr fast nirgends essen und dabei satt werden. Und ich war schon bei vielen, wenn auch nicht alle bewertet. Das Fleisch zerfällt, das Sauerkraut ist nicht wie der Fertigkram übersauert, die Getränkeauswahl ist on Point und das Ambiente stimmt einfach. Am liebsten würde ich einfach all meinen Rezensionen einen Stern abziehen, damit diese hier besser zur Geltung kommt. Außerdem ist der Inhaber ein geiler Typ. Also los, hin da!

Ich war das erste Mal hier essen und sitze in dieser Sekunde noch im Restaurant und hatte das dringende Bedürfnis diese Rezension zu verfassen, um der Welt mitzuteilen, dass ich hier den mit Abstand absolut leckersten Arme Ritter hatte, den ich jemals gegessen habe. Echt wunderbar. Der Inhaber und gleichzeitig Kellner ist auch super lieb, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Ich bin total begeistert!

Es war ein rundherum gelungenes Abendessen. Preise absolut angemessen, sehr leckeres Essen (schön, dass man in dieser Gegend auch andere vegetarische/vegane Gerichte bekommen kann, außer einem Burger) mit reichlichen Portionen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Was für ein tolles Restaurant! Es gibt jeden Tag eine Tageskarte, es ist also alles immer sehr frisch. Angeboten wird Deutsche Küche. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Schnitzel und das Wild. Die Preise sind für die Portionen und die Qualität die man bekommt unschlagbar. Die Lage ist in der Hachenburger City und damit leicht zu erreichen. Reserviert auf jeden Fall einen Tisch, wenn ihr zum Abendessen kommt.

An dieser Stelle war mal der leckerste Mexikaner wo ich je gegessen habe. Nun ist hier ein Restaurant/Event Platz. Der Kirschmet ist top genauso wie das essen! Das Personal ist auch nett. Einfach 5 Sterne wert!

Sehr gutes Essen mit tollem Ambiente. Hier kann man durchaus öfter hin.

Neues Konzept mit Potential. Das Essen war super - endlich mal Schweinebraten mit Klößen und nicht Pizza, Pasta etc. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, das Essen war blitzschnell auf dem Tisch. Wir finden das kann mit ein paar Kniffen hier und da richtig gut werden und sind gespannt was noch kommt. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren mit fünf Personen (drei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) im Restaurant und hatten das Gelage bestellt. Einfach himmlisch! Das Fleisch war butterzart, die Knödel ein Gedicht (und heiß umkämpft!), für jeden war etwas dabei. Das gesamte Team ist so herzlich und offen, dass man es einfach nur mögen kann! Auch das ganze Ambiente, die Dekoration, die Musik gefiel uns extrem gut. Oder zusammengefasst: Ein Besuch in der Tafelrunde ist definitiv zu empfehlen!

Das Essen war sehr lecker, es gibt immer auch mindestens eine vegetarische Variante (die stand nicht auf der Karte, wurde mir aber direkt mitgeteilt). Das Essen wurde super schnell und heiß zum Tisch gebracht, die Portionen waren groß. Der Service war super, wir wurden mehrmals gefragt, ob alles ok ist oder wir noch etwas trinken möchten. Sehr freundlich. Das Konzept passt gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haben das Restaurant zufällig entdeckt. Einrichtung ist schlicht und einfach gehalten. Das spielt hier aber überhaupt keine Rolle da das Essen einfach nur überzeugen gut ist. Einfach nur 5 ⭐️ verdient!
