Great tarte flambée! Good quality! However, paying by card alone was perceived as a negative, and tipping by card is a real no-go for the staff! I prefer cash to card!

This La Flamme is beautifully located on the market square with a lovely atmosphere. The tarte flambées are noticeably thickly topped, which meant we unfortunately couldn't eat as many and didn't have a chance to sample everything. I think it was better in Wertheim. Seating is very limited inside. Nevertheless, it's very tasty and definitely recommended!

The food is very tasty and the prices are fair, but the male waitresses are unfriendly and downright insulting, especially the man at the counter with the glasses is totally unfriendly.

All in all, a lovely evening with some very tasty dishes. The only thing that could be improved is the supply of drinks; asking for a refill three times yourself shouldn't be necessary.

The selected tarte flambées all tasted delicious, and the all-you-can-eat concept allows you to try all of them. The service team was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate everyone, which can be difficult in a full restaurant. The noise from a large group in the upstairs room, which made it difficult to hear one's own voice, left a bit of a relaxing atmosphere.

Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. I booked a table by phone. When we arrived, we discovered that payment was only possible by card. They could have told us that on the phone. No chance, that is, for us. Never again. I have to give this place a star, otherwise it wouldn't be posted. It doesn't deserve one.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The waitress assigned us the worst seat in the entire restaurant—in the alleyway right next to the restrooms—even though only two tables upstairs had been reserved and many other seats were available. This behavior is disrespectful and shows little concern for the well-being of the guests.

This evening, July 6, 2025, we were at La Flamme Hachenburg (AYCE) with 10 people. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing, even though we are regulars and have always been satisfied. There was already a discussion during the first round because I wanted to order a small tarte flambée for my 4-year-old daughter – expressly permitted according to the menu (“also available in petite for children at AYCE”). The waitress initially denied this and only referred to it as a “goodwill gesture.” In total, we set aside two pieces each of the three tarte flambées (max. 1/4) so ​​that we could order sweet versions and take the remaining savory pieces with us. The next round was served without any problems – but at the end, when we paid, we were suddenly told that AYCE had actually been “over” much earlier because we hadn’t finished the pieces. Takeaway was only possible for an additional charge, otherwise they would be thrown away. According to the website, up to 1/4 of the food is allowed – we followed this exactly. Nevertheless, we were accused of breaking the rules. The fact that they refused to wrap it and instead threatened to throw it away, even though we had paid for everything, is absolutely incomprehensible. We were shocked and disappointed – unfortunately, this was our last visit. What a shame.

If you like tarte flambée, this is the place for you. It's best to consider whether a flatbread is worth it, as even one serving is quite filling. There are so many interesting combinations, and you'll just want to try them all.

Super tasty tarte flambée and the chocolate cake for dessert was a dream! The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was very nice. I've been there several times, my partner for the first time and he was thrilled. We'll be back soon!

Overall we were not satisfied with the visit. When we entered we didn't feel welcome, we weren't seated but sent upstairs to the only round table so we could clearly find it. There were candlesticks on the table, but no candles were lit. When asked, they said the candles had not been delivered. It was all you can eat and all la carte. We decided on all la carte, but were told several times that all you can eat was highly recommended, as we could order several rounds and the dessert was also very tasty. We ordered drinks and a tarte flambée each. The drinks were served on used beer mats. The tarte flambée came lukewarm. When these were served we were again reminded of the dessert. There was ham on a tarte flambée, which was not clear from the list of ingredients. When we mentioned this they said it was clear that there was ham on it. There was no ham on the other tarte flambée, why it should be clear was not clear. We were asked if it tasted good, but no one came to ask for drinks again or to clear the dishes. So after a long wait we went downstairs to the counter to pay. When we paid we were actively asked to give a tip. A positive thing to mention is that our dog was actively offered water. The tarte flambées were ok, but neither particularly tasty, nor were only fresh ingredients used, but also convenience. Disappointing for a house that only offers tarte flambée and advertises using regional products. The restaurant was well attended, but this was probably also because almost all the surrounding restaurants were closed.

Very happy with the food, service and drink selection, but a small fly in the ointment has developed over the last 10 years as a guest. The proportion of strange variations has increased enormously, but unfortunately the standards would become fewer and fewer. I don't know whether that has to be the case, but that's good. Unfortunately, there is now a point that bothers me enormously: I can only pay by card. I hate paying by card, and I think it's nicer for the staff in the evening if you go home with a few euros in your pocket, but I can't understand how tips are going at the moment. If card payment is still mandatory next time, unfortunately this will be my last visit.

Went to the all-you-can-eat here today. Online reservation was easy. The restaurant itself is original and rustic. The service was courteous and very friendly. The selection of tarte flambées is huge. From savory to sweet to vegan, there is something for everyone. All the tarte flambées we ordered were very tasty, but very filling. Bringing our dog was no problem. We were assigned a quiet table and before our order was taken it already had its water bowl. All in all a successful evening. Thank you.

We were there on a very hot summer day. We were immediately assigned a table outside. The order was taken straight away and the drinks came very quickly. We had to wait a while for the four tarte flambées. The first two tarte flambées arrived at the same time. The other two, however, were a long time coming. The two side salads were only brought after repeated requests. The tarte flambées had long since been eaten. The waitress said that the kitchen is not keeping up with the orders. Too bad!

War länger 3-4 Jahre nicht mehr in diesem Restaurant und war sehr enttäuscht über die heutige Qualität. Wurde nicht mehr frisch gemacht sondern nur aufgetaut - an den Rändern war der Flammkuchen noch eisekalt. Der Belag war dürftig und auch maschinell geschnittene Zutaten, die kaum als das zu erkennen waren was es hätte sein sollen. Ein TK Flammkuchen vom Supermarkt ist da oft noch besser.

We wanted to eat there and turned around in front of the entrance. We used to eat there every now and then but now that has changed in the future as they don't take cash. A no go for us. We definitely won't support that.

We always like to go to La Flamme in Hachenburg. The tarte flambées are super crispy. delicious drinks and great service. Dogs are also welcome here :) It's been worth a visit for about 7 years and is one of my favorite restaurants in the Westerwald :) Thank you for your hospitality so far.

Very friendly/attentive service. The food came quickly and tasted great. Portions are absolutely sufficient for people of normal weight. We each ate one tarte flambée per person. And for the eco-friendly people among us, the dough is also available in spelled format for a small additional charge. The cozy old town atmosphere rounds off the visit wonderfully :-)

Hatten einen angenehmen Abend. Die Atmosphäre war schön und der Service meist schnell, trotz vollem Restaurants. Für Vegetarier/ Veganer ist das Lokal auch sehr gut geeignet. Außerdem wird gut auf die persönlichen Wünsche eingegangen.

We know La Flamme from Neuwied and Königswinter. We were here in Hachenburg for the first time. Very friendly service. Rustically furnished. Quality is very good as usual from the other locations. The latte macchiato was a dream @ foam cap ;-)

Food and service are excellent. In summer it is extremely hot there, especially inside.

We had a lovely evening here with nice colleagues. All you can eat is a great thing, but there is an inevitable risk of eating way too much. But: it was definitely tasty. The price is definitely upscale, there is no tarte flambée under €10 on the menu.

Five of us had an excellent meal there and had a lovely Sunday afternoon.

Superlecker..auf jeden Fall noch mal, echte Flammkuchen, wie sie sein sollen. schneller sehr freundlicher Topservice, Sehr gemütlich.

Ein fantastisches Lokal mit einer tollen Idee. All you can eat Flammkuchen! Man kann sich jede Runde einen neuen aussuchen und sie sind allesamt sehr lecker. Wir sind auf Empfehlung hingegangen und geben diese jetzt gerne auch weiter.

Wir waren an dem Geburtstag meiner Besten Freundin da. Ich kannte das System von all u can eat vom La Flamme noch nicht aber ich muss sagen, dass ist schon echt cool. Die Bedienung war der Wahnsinn! Super lustig und hat gut mit der Gruppe harmoniert. Wir hatten auch Veganer und laktoseintollerante Leute dabei und auch das war überhaupt kein Problem :)

Das Flammkuchenhaus ist gut. Auf Grund des Weihnachtsmarktes etwas voll, aber es war lecker. Was man bestellt kommt auch, aber nicht jeder Geschmack schmeckt jedem, deshalb mit Vorsicht wählen.

Ein wirklich freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Ein schönes angenehmes Ambiente und wirklich leckeren Flammkuchen. Würde immer wieder kommen :3

Wir waren am Samstag, 2.12.23 mit unseren Kids bei euch. Wir waren schon oft da,aber so einen tollen und netten Service , wie an diesem Abend, hatten wir noch nie bei euch. Ein ganz großes Lob an die beiden jungen Damen.

Die Flammkuchen dürften etwas mehr gewürzt sein, leider keine Pfeffermühle vorhanden. Die Auswahl an Flammkuchen ist riesig. Einrichtung und Deko schön.

Sehr leckere Flammkuchen in einem gemütlichen Restaurant. Der freundliche und aufmerksame Service sorgt für einen tollen Abend.

Wir waren am 22.10.23 dort. Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Das Essen war lecker und schnell da Der Espresso war einfach zu bitter. Bitte einmal selber überprüfen. Dafür ist ein doppelter Espresso für 3,90 Euro einfach zu teuer. Das Ambiente im Lokal war furchtbar. Wir sahen in der oberen Etage und hinter uns eine große Gruppe von Frauen.Leider konnten wir wirklich kein Wort an unserem Tisch im normalen Ton mehr sprechen, da die Lautstärke einfach zu laut war. Das haben auch die anderen Gäste so empfunden, die sich ständig umdrehen zu der Gruppe.Hier hätte das Personal mal einschreiten müssen. Wir haben das Lokal dann frühzeitig verlassen. Sehr schade.

Wir hatten zum Geburtstag meines Sohnes ein all you can eat gebucht. Sehr lecker und der Cocktail fmeines Sohnes für Umme. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da werden wir sicher wieder hingehen. 😊

Wir haben La Flamme in Hachenburg im Sommer 23 zu Abendessen besucht: Viele, auch ungewöhnliche, unterschiedliche Flammkuchen werden angeboten. Es gibt auch ein "All you can eat", das sich ab dem 3. Flammkuchen pro Person lohnt. Das Ambiente ist sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Freien auf dem Marktplatz sehr angenehm. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich und schnell.

All You can eat ist immer super toll,man kann viele verschiedene Flammkuchen essen! Leider ist es bei vielen Gästen immer sehr laut!

Sehr lange Wartezeiten. Über eine Stunde haben wir warten müssen, beim All you can Eat, bis der Nachschub kam. So kann man sich schnell die Kundschaft verkraulen. Wenn zu Anzahl an Gästen nicht abgedeckt werden kann, sollte man nicht so viele Plätze anbieten.

Wir hatten online reserviert. Als wir ankamen stand nicht wie reserviert ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung. Leider wurde uns das auch nicht vorab kommuniziert andernsfalls hätten wir selbst einen mitnehmen können. Wir fühlen uns aufgrunddessen als Familie mit Kindern nicht mehr willkommen. Der QR-Code an unserem Tisch funktionierte zwar auf einem von fünf Handys, jedoch war dort die Getränkeauswahl geringer als diese auf der Karte, warum? Flammkuchen: Klassische Elsässer Art war mit riesen Zwiebelstücken, der Special war ohne, dass es uns der Service kommuniziert hat mit Schinken anstatt wie angegeben mit Roastbeef Salat: Früher gab es mehrere Salat-Saucen zur Auswahl, heute nur noch eine obwohl in der Karte mehrere zur Auswahl stehen. Auch war die Saucenmenge extrem unterschiedlich, einer von uns hatte gefühlt keine Sauce beim anderen war der Boden der Schüssel leicht bedeckt. Bitte lasst nicht so extrem nach. Wir sind über Jahre regelmäßig gekommen. Wahrscheinlich war das gestern nun unser letzter Besuch gewesen.

Wir sind nach unserer Wanderung durch die Kroppacher Schweiz hier eingekehrt und fühlten uns bestens aufgehoben. Essen, Bier und Service - alles klasse und super nett! Hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin, wenn es uns wieder in die Gegend verschlägt.

Flammkuchen all you can eat. Die Auswahl ist riesig, hier wird jeder fündig. Geschmacklich super. Nur der Service war etwas langsam unterwegs, dennoch volle Punktzahl.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe hier und haben das All you can eat probiert. Das war gigantisch, es gibt so viele verschiedene Variationen, die ausnahmslos alle schmeckten. Der Kellner war sehr sympathisch und das Essen kam zügig. Preislich total angemessen. Draußen sitzt man sehr schön auf dem Marktplatz. Drinnen war es etwas warm.

Nur Kartenzahlung möglich!!! Warum wird einer Gruppe Jugendlicher (14 Jahren) im Vorfeld nicht gesagt, dass nur Kartenzahlung möglich ist??? Es wird erwartet, daß jeder eine EC Karte besitzt aber Jugendliche haben diese nicht zwangsläufig!! So dürfen dann Eltern am Abend noch dahin und per EC bezahlen, weil bei der Reservierung davon nichts erwähnt wird. Sehr schwache Leistung! In der Regel sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem für große Gruppen.

Schönes Konzept mit Flammkuchen all you can eat. Die Flammkuchen waren auch super lecker. Das größte Manko war leider der Service. Wir haben sehr lange auf Getränke gewatet, Flammkuchen wurden teils falsch aufgenommen und Getränke auch regelmäßig vergessen. Das trübt natürlich den Besuch erheblich. Aber wer hauptsächlich zum Essen kommt wird auch nicht enttäuscht.

Die Getränke waren in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich. Was mir nicht passte war die Tatsache, dass man nur mit Karte bezahlen kann. Bargeld ist pfui.
