It was very tasty and the dough was great. Everything tasted good. The cream sauce for the salad also tasted very good. You can enjoy the evening very well and comfortably in the restaurant. The service could still be improved a little.

The food is tasty, but outrageously expensive with an unannounced surcharge of TEN euros. The prices on the online menu probably date back to the time of the economic miracle... The person delivering was friendly, but I think it's an absurdity not to point out increased prices to people. To make matters worse, the canneloni dish was also swapped and a different pasta dish came instead. For these prices, the size of the portions is also very manageable. All in all a bitter disappointment.

Hi, ordered for delivery this evening, November 29th, 2024 at 5:34 p.m., should take 60 minutes! Everything okay, weekend, lots of orders! When I called for the first time at 7:05 p.m., I was rudely dismissed by an employee who simply hung up on me at the end! Whereupon I immediately called again and had the owner on the phone, who didn't respond to my complaint and immediately became loud, telling me something about not enough staff and therefore an increased workload, which is not my problem and is his personal problem! But without complaining, I should immediately tolerate a delay of more than 30 minutes from a 6% higher, non-punctual service due to inflation! It's funny that my phone number was asked for, when they could have happily informed me in advance that the food would take a while to be delivered due to staffing problems! That would have been possible!! No, the employee just has to hang up first...the owner loudly, almost screaming, argues with me as a customer and offers the only solution.....if you don't want the food anymore, then send the driver back ...." !! No hint of apology or accommodation towards the customer!! Well.....but.... we could have clarified that the next time we order, the restaurant will be more forthcoming!!??!! To be honest, given the economic situation, I think carefully about whether I go out to eat or use a delivery service in order to save money and if I "treat myself" then I also expect corresponding service and performance from the service provider! Aside from the service, the food itself is also just average delivery food, which makes it even more annoying! I would love to upload pictures of the small and large pasta dishes... but there was no difference other than the price!! My conclusion.....ordered there for the first and last time!! Of course, if you don't mind what I just criticized and still get your order at some point, please order here!!

There were 20 of us and we waited for more than an hour

There were four of us and it was our first time in the house. I was a little surprised because the restaurant is located in what I think was a former shisha bar. However, everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The map was also quite surprising, very extensive and somewhat without direction. Despite my skepticism, we ordered drinks and food. Now came the pleasant surprise. The food was really tasty. The time from ordering to serving was also absolutely fine. I took the Iskender Kebap, which I knew differently but was completely satisfied. My wife took lamb which was perfectly cooked. Our companion was also visibly satisfied. The service that evening was a little chaotic but friendly and attentive. Many of my question marks were clarified when the boss and cook came to our table to introduce themselves and ask what was right. This rarely happens anymore and really impressed me. The boss explained that they haven't been there long and are still making a few changes. He pragmatically solved a discussion with him about the right dessert and simply tried them both, WOW. I'm really looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for the lovely evening!

1.The dishes were not the ones that were ordered. 1 pizza was more and charged. 2nd dish 301 Guvec Kebap was something thrown together from the kitchen. The lamb had once been a skewer and was very dry. The little bite-sized pieces of lamb There were 6 of them. If I compare the picture on the menu with reality, there was only 1/2 tomato and a small burnt pepper on the plate. The side salad consisted of parts that we usually banish to the trash can when preparing the salad. For 17.50 euros it's a disgrace. Now the positive, the photographer knew his craft.

Ordered with 2 families. After 15 minutes we were called back that a dish was no longer available. On the phone they said delivery time was 1 hour, after 2 hours the delivery man finally left, so we had to wait 2 hours 20 minutes. Pizza was in the oven for quite a long time, some of it was really borderline burnt. Are you used to something different? We will consider ordering there again in the near future. That was better!

...a slightly different pizzeria but definitely recommended. The ambience is of course great and whether inside or outside, it is really very chic. The Italian and Turkish cuisine is spicy, tasty and very varied, beautifully prepared and the price is also right. The service does its best and is very friendly and the finishing touches are still coming. We would love to come back to try one or two dishes.

Overall a good shop. Was served 30 minutes before the end and I was happy about it after finishing work. Unfortunately my pizza wasn't cut but otherwise everything was ok

I can recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly and with a clear conscience. The food, the service and the location are simply amazing. The owners run their business with such fantastic, warm warmth that you can feel it even when you are there. I always feel so comfortable in the Grazia Restaurant that I can even get into the holiday mood for a moment and simply forget about everyday life. The cocktails and the food are prepared with such love that there is really nothing to complain about. The prices are also more than fair for me. For me, this restaurant is an absolute experience and definitely a recommendation for every palate lover.

Were here with a few girls, staff very friendly. Pizza was super tasty. Nice ambience. I had to go there again with my husband for dinner the next day 😃. Come again

Yesterday we ordered, among other things, a salad with number 27. A pasta dish numbered 127 was delivered. We called (it can happen...), the driver brought the salad after half an hour and had to charge the full amount for it, even though we wanted to give him the sealed, incorrectly delivered pasta dish. Since we can't help it if the order is taken incorrectly on the phone - we had clearly ordered the Tropicana salad with number 27 - it is an absolute disgrace that we had to pay for the pasta dish that was delivered incorrectly. Called again and complained. No insight... Absolutely bad service. We will never order from this delivery service again and cannot recommend it. In terms of taste there is no comparison to Pizzeria Troja.

The meat was dry and burnt, the salad dressing was a bit too watery, otherwise it was ok. Paid more than it says on the online menu.

Waited 3 hours for food even though it was supposed to come after one. Despite multiple calls, no clear statement as to how long it will take. Service is zero. This restaurant wouldn't even be my last choice. No competent employees.

Das Essen hier ist echt super. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert um denn Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Super Lokal, sehr netter Besitzer, hatten dort die Kommunion von unserer Tochter gefeiert. Top und reichlich Essen. Alle waren zu frieden. Auch schon mehrmals dort bestellt und Lierfern lassen.

Wir sind hier um Urlaub zu machen und ich kann nur sagen von aussen sehr unscheinbar sehr schade wir haben selten so toll gegessen das sollte jeder tourist wissen wirklich leckeres essen und sehr freundlicher service

Wie haben heute erneut bestellt, da wir die letzten Male sehr zufrieden waren. Heute allerdings fühle ich mich etwas verar... Unsere Bestellung kam, wie am Telefon gesagt, nach einer Stunde. Als der Fahrer weg war, sahen wir das fälschlicherweise ein Salat zusätzlich geliefert wurde aber bei beiden Dönertellern das Tzazikki fehlte. Daraufhin habe ich angerufen, um bescheid zugeben, dass mit der Bestellung oben beschriebens nicht stimmt. Der Herr am Telefon sagte mir, er würde den Fahrer anrufen und legte auf. Nach 15 Minuten kam der Fahrer zurück, holte den Salat ab, aber das fehlende Tzazikki, Fehlanzeige.... Da hätte ich besser den Salat behalten und nicht angerufen! Frech!

Wir sind mittlerweile Stammkunden bei euch. Es schmeckt immer sehr sehr lecker. Nur frische Zutaten und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch auf Extrawünsche wird eingegangen. Und so ein Pizzabrot,in Form eines Rades haben wir noch nie gesehen. Außergewöhnlich aber echt genial. Und auch auf Beschwerden wird umgehend eingegangen,was in dem Umfang aber nicht nötig gewesen wäre da Fehler halt mal passieren. Echt super. Freundlicher Telefondienst,spitzen Koch und genauso super Lieferant/in. Jede Woche wieder. PS. Für so ein Essen wartet man gerne auch Mal was länger.
