Great location and delicious food.

Very disappointing! Salad disaster! Service completely overwhelmed and unfortunately not attentive! Neither for new orders nor during clearing. The price-performance ratio for the quality was unfortunately a bit too high, although the grilled food was okay! In short!!! Today was our first and last time there! Unfortunately not on recall! 🤷🏽‍♂️ Addendum! After my last visit two years ago, I (we) tried a fresh start, and I have to say, everything has changed completely! The food for all four of us was excellent, the price-performance ratio was fair, and the ambiance has changed quite a bit! Great, keep it up, we'll be back! August 30, 2025

A fantastic and authentic Greek restaurant with excellent, very friendly, and attentive service. We've loved going there for years. No matter how busy it is, they almost never turn you away; they always make something possible. Quite the opposite of other Greek restaurants in Käfertal. Highly recommended: grilled calamari.

Authentic Greek – a highly recommended restaurant A very nice restaurant with a typically Greek flair. The service is always friendly, attentive, and courteous. The restaurant is consistently busy, which speaks volumes about its consistently high quality. The excellent value for money is particularly noteworthy – certainly one of the best restaurants in this region in this regard. A well-kept beer garden rounds out the offerings and is a great place to relax when the weather is nice. Due to its popularity, advance reservations are recommended. Overall, a very successful experience – highly recommended.

classic, cozy Greek restaurant in Ma-Käfertal. We had a small farewell party among colleagues and there were eight of us there during the week. We made reservations early enough, which was good because the store was full. The atmosphere is rustic and cozy, the dining room is not very large. The service was friendly and quick, the food tasted great, was sufficiently portioned and the price-performance ratio was perfect. The menu is extensive; in addition to the Greek classics, there are also schnitzels and rump steaks. Wine selection is also great and the price is still very reasonable. We were all completely satisfied and will definitely come back!

Delicious gyros and very friendly service. Prices average. It is advisable to reserve as it is popular there. In winter when it is full it can be very warm and a bit stuffy as the grill is inside. I would have liked it to be ventilated every now and then. Otherwise everything was great.

Very tasty food in an extremely cozy atmosphere. Typically Greek-inspired furnishings, dark wooden benches and warm lighting. Through a window you can look into the kitchen or onto the hot grill as the delicious meat dishes are being prepared. The service was very nice and accommodating. Prices really okay for the plentiful amount of food. I was very impressed, I'll be back!

A really nice restaurant where you can sit outside in the summer, fast and friendly service, the food came quickly and warm. What should be emphasized is that the meat was never dry, the food was never over-seasoned, and the salads were always great. I can only recommend everyone to stop there and enjoy the great hospitality of the Greeks.

Very tasty food. Friendly staff and a very nice atmosphere. It is advisable to reserve the weekend in advance, we got a table for two people but everyone else after that didn't get a table. The gin here is Gordens, the price/performance ratio for the gin and tonic (€5.40) is more than fair. The pepperoni with garlic sauce are very tasty. The garlic bread was nice and crispy and well seasoned. The side salad was delicious. The gyros in Metaxa sauce is very tasty. In my opinion there was a little bit of Metaxa sauce but my partner found the amount of Metaxa sauce just right. Unfortunately, the gyro was in the oven a little too long and the cheese was black in a few places. Despite the two points of criticism, we will happily come back and I will still eat the gyros in Metaxa sauce with cheese. The Uzo was also very tasty. For two starters, 3 drinks and two main courses we paid €55 which is fine.

It's not for nothing that we've been here every week for years. The different dishes we eat are all very, very tasty. The owners and staff are just so friendly, courteous and attentive, it's amazing. We can only recommend it. If you want to have a nice, delicious evening, you MUST come here. 🤷🏻‍♂️☺️

There were three of us there during the week. We made a reservation and were served straight away. The food was good and plentiful. The service was very friendly and not too intrusive. I personally didn't like the atmosphere that much. But it was clean and pleasant.

Would give 4.5 stars. Half point deduction for the toilets. Urinals and sinks do not work properly and should be installed professionally.

The food is really excellent so far. Unfortunately, the beans in the side salad were far too cold for me and I would have liked the dressing to be a little spicier. There was too much fat in the gyro for me. Therefore a point deducted. Otherwise it tasted really good. Access to the women's toilet is quite narrow. The service is very much as it should be 👍👍👍. There is no reason for us not to go there anymore.

Even though it was very busy, the food came to the table very quickly. Service friendly and attentive. Food plentiful and good. All in all, a worthwhile evening. Only the noise level in the restaurant was very high.

Today we spontaneously went to our regular restaurant, were warmly welcomed, were even able to choose a table ourselves, drinks arrived without pre-ordering (very, very attentive), food was exactly as we imagined it (my husband once again had special requests) and these were also served without hesitation Prepared to perfection. Geburtstagsfeier am Samstag Reservierung etwas holprig Bedienung recht freundlich. Ja gut Etwas mehr Lächeln wäre gut Essen ganz in Ordnung. Pommes zu salzig Vorspeise in Ordnung. Salat auch ganz okay Hauptspeise nicht so gut wie ich fand. Alles in allem: Durchschnitt

Wir konnten hier heute spontan für 10 Personen Essen bestellen und es abholen und waren absolut begeistert! Das Essen war unglaublich gut, alle waren restlos begeistert und alles was wir bestellt haben, war (inklusive Änderungen) da. Absolut empfehlenswert! Das ABW der Johannes-Diakonie Mannheim bedankt sich für den unglaublich tollen Service :)

Gutes griechisches Essen zum akzeptablen Preis. Zu empfehlen ist eine vorherige Reservierung, da der Platz im Gastraum begrenzt ist. Leider wir es da bei voller Tischbesetzung auch etwas laut.

Man wird hier sehr nett empfangen, sehr leckeres 😋 Essen. Preise völlig angemessen. Obwohl es sehr voll war, ging es recht zügig. Immer wieder gerne.

Einfach Spitze und meine Rettung am Abend, nachdem ich in einem anderen Restaurant maßlos enttäuscht wurde, rief ich hier um 21:20 Uhr an ob man spontan mit 5 Personen vorbei kommen kann. War kein Problem, man wurde freundlich Empfangen und hat das Essen flott (knapp über 20 min) zubereitet. Das Fleisch war so schön zart. Ein Genuss. Ihr habt mein Geburtstagsessen gerettet.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit war gut. Das Essen leider katastrophal. Auberginensalat nicht empfehlenswert. Das Gyros total versalzen, ungenießbar. Der Teufelspieß trocken und nicht wirklich scharf. Der dazugehörige Salat ok. Es gab auf Kosten des Hauses Ouzo bzw. Kaffee. Deshalb 3 Sterne.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und einladend, das Personal freundlich und das Essen großartig. Es ging außerdem richtig schnell und die Portionsgrößen waren mehr als angemessen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Absolute Empfehlung.
