Seit Jahren unser Lieblingsgrieche! Das Essen ist einfach 1A und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Hier sind auch nicht typisch griechische Gerichte, wie Rumpsteak oder Lachs erstklassig🙏🏼

Waren gestern vor Ort aufgrund einer Veranstaltung im Kulturhaus. Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant sind wir spontan in den Hermes Grill! Sehr Lecker, Schöner Biergarten, Klasse Service

Besuchte heute Hermes Grill mit dem Service und Speisen sehr zufrieden. Waren mit mehreren Personen Speisen. Restaurant ist sehr gut zu empfehlen.

Es ist das beste griechische Restaurant was ich seit langem besucht habe. Der Service ist super lieb. Das Essen schmeckt außerordentlich gut! Nur war eines meiner lammsteaks absolut nicht gut zubereitet. Hatte eine Platte mit diversen „lammsorten“, jedes war ausgezeichnet gut. Außer das eine was in der Mitte noch komplett roh war, das hat leider auch nichts mit blutig zutun. Es war roh. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen! War trotzdem sehr zufrieden und satt!

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und das Essen Vorspeise Hauptspeise und der Nachtisch war sehr lecker.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe für eine Trauerfeier beim Hermes Grill. Wir hatten unseren eigenen Bereich mit tollem Ambiente und liebevoller Tischdekoration. Das Essen war 1A. Danke für die super Organisation und den reibungslosen Ablauf. Absolute Empfehlung - immer wieder gerne!

Das Essen war super!!!!! Die Bedienung sehr freundlich, man hat bissl warten müssen aber trotzdem 👍🏻 Ich finde es schön . Mit der Strassenbahn super zu erreichen, dann kann man auch ein Weinchen trinken, der übrigens auch sehr lecker war war.

Sehr schön gestaltetes Restaurant. Tische mit Tischdecke und sehr schönen Blumen. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich, kennen die Karte und können sich auch merken wer, was bestellt hat. Das Essen war sehr lecker; die Portion für den Preis angemessen. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Ambiente, man fühlt sich wie in Griechenland. Speisen sehen nicht nur wundervoll aus, sondern schmecken auch so! Service ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und man merkt das das Arbeitsklima positiv ist. Gerne wieder :)

Der Service war ausgezeichnet! Alle waren supernett und sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Dem Ambiente gab ich wegen der Aufputzleitungen nur 4 Sterne. Die sieht man jedoch nur auf einer Seite des hinteren Raumes.

BESTES GRIECHISCHES RESTAURANT !!! Wir haben mit 4 Personen noch kurzfristig einen Tisch, für den 2.Weihnachtsfeiertag bekommen. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön an die Chefin! Das Restaurant war komplett ausgebucht und hatte wie immer ein sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das Team war in einer sehr starken Besetzung, damit waren die Wartezeiten relativ kurz, obwohl das Restaurant ausgebucht war. Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen: ,,5 Sterne sind zu wenig" Dieses Restaurant kann man zu 100% weiter empfehlen!!!

Habe mit meiner Tochter spontan am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag zu Abend gegessen. Das Team hat trotz voller Buchung und mich einen Tisch herbei gezaubert. Das Essen war köstlich, der Service aufmerksam, freundlich und familiär. Gerne wieder.

This has been our favorite Greek restaurant for years. 😍 The family is so welcoming, the service is always great, the dishes are fantastic, and the meat and overall food quality are top-notch. Whenever we want meat, especially rump steak, we come here! The value for money is unbelievable, and every main course comes with a delicious salad. I can definitely recommend the appetizer platter as well! We've even celebrated birthdays here with a large family group. Simply wonderful. ♥️

An absolute must! The appetizer platter alone is second to none! But don't take too much, as it's large, and the main courses aren't exactly small either! There were six of us, and all the main courses were delicious. So delicious that we had the leftovers (a good two portions) packed up. We don't usually do that, but it was just sooo delicious and plentiful... The service was also impeccable! They waited patiently until everyone had decided what they wanted, which wasn't easy with such a large selection. Everything arrived in a well-timed order, and they constantly asked if everything was okay. Very attentive service that also had a nice entertaining element. Since everything was so plentiful, and we didn't want to leave too much of the perfectly cooked meat left over, we skipped dessert. At the end, we were treated to a drink on the house. All in all, highly recommended, even if it's a bit pricey. The value for money is definitely good. On my first visit, I was there with a larger group. We had the adjoining room...it was also great and I highly recommend it. No matter which room...early reservation is recommended.

From the time we entered the restaurant, my wife and I encountered wonderful staff that were full of hospitality, asking if everything was alright and if we needed anything through the duration of our meal. "Great Service, Great Atmosphere, Great Food and The quality is immaculante for the price.

For my 30th birthday, I had to find a restaurant on the spur of the moment, so I called pretty late the night before, just hoping for a bit of luck. Nevertheless, I got an immediate reservation. I simply asked if it would be possible to get a quieter table, and the next day I was more than surprised: We were given an entire separate room! It was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. The staff were very friendly (especially child-friendly) and attentive, and the food was simply fantastic—perfectly flavorful and prepared with lots of love. I'm truly thrilled and can highly recommend the restaurant!

Hermes Grill is one of our favorite Greek restaurants! The food is delicious and the prices are absolutely fair. You should make a reservation well in advance, as the restaurant is almost always busy – and rightly so! The only small drawback: free parking nearby is unfortunately scarce. Nevertheless, we always enjoy coming back!

Wir kamen kurz vor offiziellem Schluß der Küche und wurden trotzdem lecker bekocht. Ich bin Rollstuhl Fahrer und mit Hilfe ging es über die Treppe im Hof nach innen. Der Biergarten selbst ist barrierefrei.

We were there a few times on May 31st, 2024 on our wedding anniversary for the last time. And I can say the food is very, very good like it was 30 years ago when I was there the first time. Yesterday I was at Hermesgrill with my wife and mother. Everything great from A to Z. Always happy 😊😊😊😊😉😉😉

The restaurant may be getting old, but the beautiful floral decorations and the spotless white tablecloths make you overlook a lot of things. The employees are very nice and attentive. And the food... my goodness, we haven't eaten so well in a long time. The meat is juicy, tender and wonderfully seasoned. The fries look like they were made from fresh potatoes. The rice with tomatoes and peppers was delicious to look at and prepared. And the colorful salad with beans, carrots and much more. wasn't too sour. A dollop of tzatziki crowned this culinary delight. Thank you for this taste experience.

We came here on a recommendation. Best experience at a Greek restaurant in a long time and by far. Great starters, perfectly fried beef fillet. Everything tasted really good. Very comfortably furnished restaurant with white tablecloths, fresh flowers on the table and cloth servers. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent. Never eaten such tender meat and such crispy croquettes. The salad was fresh, not canned. We can only recommend the restaurant.

The best gyros, pleasant atmosphere.

Actually a good Greek in Mannheim, but... "Hermes" is a beautifully decorated restaurant with a great outdoor area. The employees are all very nice and a large menu invites you to linger. However, “dwell” is meant quite literally here. Unfortunately we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. And this in a restaurant that wasn't exactly overcrowded and only two dishes were ordered (gyros plate and grill plate). However, the food was good and plentiful. The friendly employee also quickly asked whether everything was OK and whether we liked it. An attention that was somewhat missing when reordering the drinks. During the long wait for our food, we always placed empty glasses together at the edge of the table. The waiters always walked past it without even asking us if we wanted another drink. We always had to draw attention to ourselves by waving. With the bill we were each offered an ouzo on the house, which we gladly accepted. All in all, we were happy with the stay, even though it lasted longer than planned. So, the restaurant is definitely recommended as long as you have enough time. Another thing to note about the menu is that there are very few vegetarian dishes.

Simply the best Greek in the Mannheim area and region... I've been eating there for as long as I can remember / my parents took us there as a family and now I do. The quality is very good, extras are always included (I only eat loin there, sometimes with sometimes without a starter and no matter where I have eaten loin so far, it is and remains the best cuisine) / Service is top. Here the boss himself is still in the kitchen!

Hermes has been around for ages, quality prevails and remains. Actually, the food is always good. This time we were a bit unlucky, the gyros were partly still "rose" and somehow not as tasty as usual. The restaurant itself could use a new look in the front seating area, perhaps to create a little more distance between the tables.

Have been to this Greek restaurant with family before. But not for a while now. We felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and questions about the dishes and changes to the side dishes were no problem. We were all very satisfied and full. The portions were plentiful. The well-behaved Rottweiler we brought with us wasn't a problem either - we got a famous place. Reservation absolutely necessary.

We are disappointed. Years ago we were regular guests, then the portions got bigger but the quality got worse, hence the break of several years. Today we were there again, the background noise was much too loud, we felt uncomfortable. The drinks were taken too late. The side salad, the beans, the carrot salad, nothing dressed. This was a raw vegetable salad. The salad ingredients were not good. No high-quality green lettuce (corn lettuce like before, green lettuce) no yellow and purple lettuce. No dressing, no oil, no vinegar, no spices, no herbs. The fiasco afterwards: the main courses were all dry and way too much meat. My pork loin turned out to be a pork fillet steak (it wasn't a loin), my specially ordered small bifteki turned out to be a Suzuki. Beef fillet rose, lamb salmon rose. Unfortunately dry. The meat was dull, all the meat juice was floating on the plate. Either the food was frozen or they forgot to salt the meat at room temperature (so that the broken protein prevents the juice from escaping). There are many weaknesses in the craftsmanship and the price is far too high. - No melted butter, no spices, no herbs on the meat. I ordered tzatziki and onions (they were completely missing), I ordered with herb and garlic butter. That was also missing, when it came the meat, which was lukewarm to the maximum, was almost cold and inedible. With meat cooked medium (internal temperature of 56-58 degrees), the food was light years away. We skipped dessert (there was no galaktoboureko anyway). No recommendation!!

Mit eines der besten Restaurants Mannheims! Hervorragender Service, fantastische Küche, große Flexibilität der Belegschaft. Wer freitags bis sonntags dorthin möchte, sollte lieber früher reservieren, denn trotz vieler Sitzplätze, ist es oft ausgebucht. Wir (6-10) Personen gehen 2-3 Mal im Monat hin und werden jedes Mal aufs Neue von diesem Klasse-Laden positiv überrascht. Kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Nice service, nice ambience, relatively large selection of food and drinks. Big portion. 1 star less because in our opinion the prices for lamb and beef dishes are a bit too expensive.

Hermes used to be a great restaurant. Today it has deteriorated very very much in terms of quality and taste. That's really a pity. Will never enter the store again...ciao ciao
