Large selection of various dishes. The dishes we ordered were all very tasty. Good value for money! Service is friendly but a bit slow even though there weren't many guests. The atmosphere is cozy. We'll definitely come back again.

At first glance the menu is very extensive, but well sorted. Whether it was a grilled specialty or a classic steak - everyone enjoyed the food. Reservations were easy by phone and the service was very accommodating. The restaurant is rustically furnished and typically seats 4-6 people, but there is also enough space for birthdays or larger celebrations.

Very nice restaurant. The non-smoking area is on the first floor and the smoking area is downstairs on the ground floor. Croatian cuisine. The lamb and liver were perfect. Toilets are on the first floor. A bus stop is right in front of the restaurant. You can therefore also take public transport, as the parking situation is very difficult. The smoking area could do with some renovation. Otherwise nice staff.

Rarely have I experienced such poor service, to be honest never. If you want to eat for little money without any pretensions, this is the right place for you. Large portion of the finest frozen food, paired with non-existent service but cheap. Starter, soup and main course were served together, so the main course was cold. Mass instead of class, the restaurant fits very well with the Höchst district and its clientele. This pub wouldn't stand a chance in the city. Bon appetite.

What can I say about this wonderful restaurant. You have a choice of a smoker or non smoking which I find practical. I am pleased to say on the menu there is something for everyone and I am being honest when I say it's all delicious. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

According to the internet, the restaurant is open all day. Unfortunately, it is only on site that one can discover that this is not the case. There is a sign saying hot food from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. But when you come up the stairs you see a new sign lunch break from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. This could have been noted online.

Wow, this is really a tip. Super tasty food for a very fair price. We had a 'flat' with the 2 of us. Recommended. You have to go up the stairs, this was not clear, we were suddenly in a smoking room.

Three boys who met again after years wanted to spend a nice evening in the city of Höchst like in old times, actually nothing has changed much, the food is still the same as it was years ago, no change in taste, so really good. In principle, Ajvar is no longer served, only upon request and then for a fee, hello, that always belongs on your plate when you order Pljeskavica or Cevapcici!!! Answer: no, we only serve upon request because some guests don't like it!!! Weird ketchup and mayonnaise are free??? But well, that's just how it is. Otherwise, I can't really complain, but the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, after our glasses were almost empty, the waiter walked past our table several times and wouldn't have even thought of asking if we were still there Want something to drink, nope, they ignored us. I have to say it's a bit sad. Of course it could be that the supervisor had a bad day, but sorry, they want to earn money and are dependent on guests, so please be more friendly, even if it's difficult from time to time.

The atmosphere is from the 90s and could also be revised. The service was there, but it wasn't overly nice. "What would you like? Thank you." That's it! The food was good, but there was no Slivovitz on the house. A pity. Conclusion: One guest less! But it doesn't seem to be a problem either. According to the waiter, it is up to each waiter who gets Slivovitz on the house.

A typical Balkan restaurant as we know it from before. Food with good taste, large portions and at reasonable prices - despite Corona and inflation. Keep it up. there aren't as many as you left!

Guest there for 45 years. That says it all

I have known the restaurant for exactly 30 years now and although I have lived up to 500 km away for over 20 years, I really enjoy coming here whenever I am in Ffm. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, the service is good, the ambience is very old, but that's what makes it so charming: here, people value the food, not the chic. Thank you for your constant hospitality for so long.

I made a reservation, everything went smoothly. The food is just as good as it was 15 years ago when I became their customer, the atmosphere is still calm and clean. It's just that the waiter gets a little annoyed when you ask too many questions about the menu, which I think is normal since you want to eat high quality. Overall a great atmosphere and very tasty food.

I have nostalgic memories of the place from more than 20 years ago. The restaurant is still ok, the service is very good and since I ordered pepperoni, which were incredibly hot and almost inedible, I wasn't charged for them. The sheep's cheese was unspectacular and there was nothing there, hence the pepperoni. And other special requests could not be accommodated either. I would go again, wouldn't really recommend it, lives from the past for me

In the city of Höchst you can eat really well and cheaply, it was there when it opened in 1976.

We spent our lunch break here. A colleague recommended this restaurant several times, so we had no choice but to eat here. Totally unremarkable from the outside, but very beautiful from the inside. A good Croatian, the typical dishes on the menu. Well seasoned, value for money is very good. I think they haven't added VAT to the prices yet. I will come here again at the next opportunity

Were there on Saturday at around 5 p.m. and wanted to eat. We weren't allowed to sit downstairs with our child, as smoking is OK. And we weren't allowed to eat upstairs because it was closed. When I asked, I was bluntly told I don't care, you're out of luck..... A restaurant like that probably doesn't need any guests, it's the unfriendly thing I've ever experienced...never go there with children or if you're not a smoker

Everything made of wood. When you walk in the store smells like cigarettes. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant. I called the waiter "boss" and he responded disrespectfully. In front of the assembled team. Absolutely unfriendly. It doesn't work at all. People are all listless. I was there for the first time with friends and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the restaurant, which extends over two floors - really rustic. Habe Pola-Pola bestellt, Cevapcic waren sehr cross (tot)gebraten, Fleischspies war sehr trocken und das Sahne Häubchen war, Ayvar wurde mit 2,80 Euro extra berechnet, fand ich schon etwas unverschämt,gehen dort nicht mehr hin !

Essen war sehr gut. Das Essen meiner Frau war auch gut und sehr zart. Nachtisch war Eis, die Sahne ist leider nur sprühsahne.

Kenne Stadt Höchst schon seit Kindertagen. Es ist immer wieder ein Genuss Kroatisch zu Essen. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Essen reichlich und gut. Einfach Klasse. Parkplatz ist leider ein Problem. Man muss schon etwas suchen. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen 😉

Ausgezeichnete und reichhaltige kroatische Küche. Bei Tagesgerichten auch deutsches gutbürgerliches Essen. 2 Etagen. Die untere ist durchgehend warme Küche aber mit Raucherduldung. Oben ist Nichtraucher aber erst ab 18 Uhr. Guter Service und prima Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Restaurant ist direkt über die Bushaltestelle. Ambiente ist Gemüt rustical. Es hat zwei Etagen. Unten ist Raucherbereich/Bar. Oben ist das Restaurant. Man hört von draußen nichts zum Glück. Essen ist lecker und große Portion. Wer viel Fleisch mag, ist da genau richtig. Service sind gut, nicht überragend freundlich, aber sind schnell. Koratische/Jugoslawisches Essen. Park Möglichkeiten gibt es nur am Marktplatz.

Das Restaurant ist ein: Selbst Läufer. Das Essen ist zum großen Teil aus der Grossgastro Küche. Kostengünstig, aber das Preis Leistung stimmt für das angebotene Essen. 30 Jahre immer der gleiche Geschmack. Trotzdem komme ich gerne wieder.

Wir besuchen dieses Lokal seit über 30 Jahren, trotz unseres Umzuges nach Niedersachsen kommen wir ca. 2 x im Jahr hierher. Heute mussten wir aber feststellen, dass die Qualität nachgelassen hat. Wir waren 11 Personen und bekamen vom Kellner gesagt, dass wir mit Wartezeit beim Essen rechnen müssten. Das Lokal war früher wesentlich voller, daher war dies für uns unverständlich. Sowohl die Größe der Portion als auch die Qualität hat leider nachgelassen. Die Preise sind jedoch gegenüber anderen Restaurants wirklich sehr human. Man muss hier aber aufpassen, die Gäste mit der Qualität nicht zu vergraulen.

Vor dem Musical in der Jahrhunderthalle hier eingekehrt. Tolles leckeres Essen zum unschlagbarem Preis. Mächtige Portion. 👍

Essen super, halt ganz typisch. Service gibt es nichts zu meckern. Das Mobiliar ist halt in die Jahre gekommen aber auch irgendwie urig. Einmal im Monat zum Cevapcici oder Pleskavica Essen. Lecker

Man, das Essen ist der Hammer hier, schmeckt super und Mengen gibt's davon, Wahnsinn. Ambiente durchschnittlich aber ok, sauber und der Service ist toll. Jederzeit wieder!

Ich kenne und besuche das Restaurant schon seit ca. 40 Jahren, das Essen war immer bzw. ist noch wirklich lecker und die Preise völlig okay. Zu empfehlen sind das gefüllte Pljeskavica, die Grillplatte oder die Balkanplatte. Der Beilagensalat, die Pommes, der Djuvec Reis und das Rindersteak sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Einzig das Ambiente hat sich nie geändert und müsste dringend erneuert werden.

Grillplatte hat eine top Preis-Leistung. Alles schmeckt sehr lecker, gut bürgerliche Küche. Schönes und passendes Ambiente. 10/10 immer wieder gerne

Alles super Klasse ... Aber die Toiletten unterirdisch. Man wird auch schon durch den Geruch empfangen 🤮 Ja, die gehören zur Halle sollten mal saniert werden. Dringend!!!!! Komme aber auf jeden Fall wieder und Versuche die Toiletten zu meiden!!

Das Servicepersonal war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich, was die Erfahrung noch angenehmer machte. Die Portionen wurden großzügig bemessen und boten ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ohne dabei eine Qualität einzubüßen. Das Ambiente war ansprechend, wenn auch vielleicht etwas gewöhnlich. Die Sauberkeit des Restaurants war lobenswert und trug zu einem angenehmen Gesamterlebnis bei.
