Und wieder einmal ..das Essen war sehr lecker, Service und Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen!! Gerne wieder einmal...

Die Bedienung war einer Konfirmation nicht würdig. Das Essen war mega lecker. Aber wenn man sich nicht traut ein Getränk für den Hauptgang zu bestellen, weil man eine unfreundliche Reaktion erhält, gab es Gäste, die dann lieber das warme Wasser trinken welches Stunden vorher in Flaschen verteilt wurde. Ich habe dreister Weise zwei Getränke gleichzeitig bestellt, die auch pünktlich zum letzten Bissen kamen. Das war nur eine Situation von vielen, die ich mitbekommen

Puh. Leider stimmen die vielen negativen Bewertungen. Thunfisch mit Mayo zu Begin. Der stand nach 2 Stunden immernoch auf dem Tisch. Schnitzel eine 5 von 10. Soße war nix. Grillteller ohne Zwiebfln. Fisch voller Gräten. Immerhin das Bier war kalt. Ansonsten stark abgerockt der Laden. Und es gab nur 3 Dessertkarten. Die haben wir uns mit 13 Personen geteilt :-)

Ein ganz detailreich eingerichtetes rustikal anmutendes Restaurant. Hochprofessionelle Bedienung. Große Portionen. Sowohl Fisch als auch Fleisch ist absolut empfehlenswert. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und eine Sommerterrasse mit Blick auf den See.

Zeit: Abends, Wochenende. Wichtig: Die Steaks waren gut, der Rest einfach ok, stach leider nicht hervor. Der Service hatte Mühe, wirkte überfordert (Nachfragen, Korrektur, Besteck fiel auf einen Gast) - es war nicht wirklich voll - und die Frage nach der Kerze bzw anzünden dieser wurde beim ersten Versuch ignoriert… Details, aber dennoch schade und bleibt in Erinnerung. Leider hatten wir ein bisschen das Gefühl, die Zeit ist stehen geblieben. Die Räumlichkeiten an sich, könnten schön sein. Gemütlich wurde es im Wintergarten leider nicht. Schön war, dass wir viel Platz hatten. Ob wir wieder kommen, wissen wir nicht…

Ein sehr schönes Lokal mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Wir freuen uns bald wieder das Restaurant besuchen zu können, gerade auch, da wir von dem neuen Inhaber Herrn Wischerhoff gehört haben. Wir freuen uns sehr, unter der neuen Leitung wieder öfter im Restaurant essen zu können Und sind gespannt auf die Neuerungen.

Man kann hier lecker essen aus einer großen Speisekarte.

Sehr viele Gäste! In einer Nische wurden Suppe und Salat vorbeteitet! Kantinenathmosphäre! Weihnachtsmenü! Salat mäßig, Suppe gut, Fisch als Hauptgang schlecht, nicht gewürzt, Gemüse nicht gewürzt, Kartoffelgratin matschig! Essen wurde weniger als lauwarm serviert! Wurde nochmal erhitzt serviert! Dessert ok! Personal sehr nett! Hier werden wir nie wieder essen!

Die Ambiente und das Gebäude sind optisch sehr ansprechend und grundsätzlich gemütlich. Leider trübt der Zustand der Räumlichkeiten diesen Eindruck erheblich. Die Sitzmöbel waren stark abgenutzt, fleckig und ungepflegt. Auch die Dekoration wirkte seit längerer Zeit nicht gereinigt, Spinnenweben waren sichtbar. Insgesamt machte die Sauberkeit einen sehr schlechten Eindruck, ebenso der stark verschlissene Bodenbelag. Das Essen war qualitativ enttäuschend. Die Speisen waren nahezu geschmacklos, das Fleisch sehr trocken und von minderer Qualität. Der Salat war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Er hatte einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack, enthielt unter anderem Weißkrautsalat nach griechischer Art und war insgesamt völlig im Dressing ertränkt. Welches Dressing angeboten wird, wurde nicht kommuniziert. Sehr unappetitlich. Auch die Vorspeise wurde nicht erläutert – es handelte sich um Thunfisch mit Mayonnaise, ebenfalls wenig bekömmlich. Angekündigte Bestandteile des Menüs fehlten, die Speisekarte stimmte nicht mit dem Servierten überein. Die Tische für zwei Personen sind sehr klein und bieten kaum Platz. Auf unser direkt geäußertes Feedback wurde vom Service nicht eingegangen. Insgesamt leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Leider ein enttäuschender Besuch – und das ausgerechnet zum Geburtstag Wir waren am letzten Sonntag als Familie zum Geburtstag dort – natürlich mit vorheriger Reservierung. Schon beim Ankommen wurde uns „freundlich“ mitgeteilt, dass sowohl die Gans als auch das Filetsteak aus seien. Da gefühlt die halbe Karte auf dem Steak basiert, war die Auswahl entsprechend… übersichtlich. Begründung: Am Freitag und Samstag hätten viele Gäste genau diese Gerichte bestellt. Verständlich – aber spätestens Sonntagmorgen hätte man das wissen können. Ein kurzer Anruf wäre sicher möglich gewesen, damit wir die Chance gehabt hätten, uns ein anderes Restaurant zu suchen. Offenbar wollte man uns aber nicht verlieren. Die Bedienung war unseres Gefühls nach anfangs deutlich überfordert und teils etwas patzig. Das gab sich zwar später ein wenig als das Restaurant leerer wurde, aber angenehm war der Start nicht. Die Wartezeiten waren dann der nächste „Höhepunkt“: • ca. 1 Stunde bis zur Vorspeise • weitere 1 Stunde bis zum Hauptgang Auf Nachfrage später die Erklärung: Eine Person wollte ihr Hauptgericht zusammen mit der Vorspeise einer anderen serviert bekommen. Schön – nur wäre dieser Hinweis bei der Bestellung durchaus hilfreich gewesen, statt zwei Stunden später zwischen Tür und Angel. Die Speisen selbst waren „okay“, aber ohne Highlights. Ein Fischgericht kam komplett in einer Art Béarnaise-bad daher – was so nicht in der Karte stand und geschmacklich auch ein eher… überraschendes Erlebnis war. Fazit: Wir empfehlen das Restaurant nicht weiter und werden auch nicht wiederkommen. Schade – der Anlass war schön, der Abend leider nicht. Ein Geburtstagsessen, das uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird… allerdings nicht aus den Gründen, auf die man als Gastgeber stolz wäre.

Sunday, November 30, 2025 We had reserved a table for six people. The following points were negative about our visit: –Goose and beef fillet were no longer available. –We waited an hour just for the appetizers (one hot appetizer), which was apparently the reason for the hour-long wait. –After two hours, we finally all received our main courses. –The salmon fillet I ate was very dry. The restaurant was nicely decorated, but the service and the food were rather mediocre. We will not be going there again.

This was our second visit to the Seerose. All the staff there are incredibly kind and polite. We've rarely been greeted and welcomed so warmly. Even my dog ​​always receives such a friendly welcome. We'll be back.

A perfect lunch in a pleasant atmosphere. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The service was excellent, with friendly staff. The price-performance ratio was reasonable. All in all, a successful visit in a comfortable setting.

We, a couple of people, were not here for the first time. It was relatively busy, but we were seated immediately. The service was consistently friendly; no complaints there. Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time for our main courses, which only arrived after we asked for them. My plate was presented without any care, the bacon was tough and inedible, and while the poultry was tender, it was undercooked in places. The staff were sympathetic, but given the long wait and the shortcomings, I would have appreciated a small token of apology from the kitchen (an espresso or something similar).

We celebrated our wedding there in 2010. A few days ago, we went back to the Seerose restaurant for my husband's birthday. We had the same table again. We've been vegetarians for about four years now. To my surprise, they now also have vegetarian dishes on the menu: two pasta dishes, one vegan, and one vegetarian. As always, the service was very good and the food excellent. We've always loved the atmosphere there. In spring and summer, we often walk our dog by the lake and then have coffee at the restaurant. The cakes and pastries are highly recommended. Update: Today we invited our family there for dinner. My ravioli were burnt black. I didn't say anything because we were hosting. Otherwise, I would have sent the food back.

I found the restaurant online, booked a table outside, tried it out, and was not disappointed. The waiters were all friendly and attentive. The food was very good. There was also parking right outside. Unfortunately, things were different on my second visit. The waiters were barely interested in us, as there was apparently an event inside. We had to wait a long time to order. It's not a pleasant experience. The food was good again.

We went out to eat last night on a holiday around 6:00 p.m. We waited over 90 minutes for our food. The fries on the grill were soggy, greasy, and swimming in meat juices. Some of the meat wasn't cooked thoroughly or properly. The entrance lighting could also be cleaned and the tiles in the stairwell could be repaired. The service was friendly, but there was no comment or compensation for the long wait. I won't be going there again.

Good food, but nothing more. For the price, you can expect more in many restaurants. Very nice service, especially a young woman dressed in black was remarkably friendly. The slightly older waiter was rather less motivated.

Very outdated. The food could be better, noodles are mushy and the meat is quite tough. For us the last time.

We have always been satisfied as a guest for 20 years, but last night we ordered lumberjack steak. The meat was great, only the onions were out of the deep fryer and couldn't be enjoyed It's the first time, the onions are otherwise edible because they were cooked in the pan. Too bad! We will try it again in the near future and hope that the onions are edible next time

We were here with our club (The Kawasaki's) for a regulars' get-together. An exceptional restaurant experience! From the friendly and attentive staff to the upscale and inviting atmosphere to the phenomenal quality of the food and drinks - everything is just right here. The prices are not low, but they are absolutely reasonable for what is on offer. We felt completely at home and will definitely visit this restaurant again. Another plus point is the sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Christmas menu 2024 underground! Three-course Christmas menu Appetizer: Lobster bisque probably served lukewarm from a can. Main course: Game goulash cooked to death, served as a dish lukewarm with thickened sauce, soggy, softly cooked spaetzle, red cabbage probably from a can as well as the pear with cranberry mash. Dessert: Cinnamon plums served hot with melted vanilla ice cream, inedible. White wine of the worst quality for €7.50, as well as the white wine spritzer for the same price. Christmas menu overpriced at €42; probably days before in the same pots and warmed up again and again and served the courses one after the other extremely quickly. You could only order the “Christmas menu”; there was no other menu. This was not mentioned when reserving a table. Conclusion: pure rip-off! That's not how you treat regulars. The food has almost completely disappeared, the dessert completely! I apologized to my guests for choosing the water lily. We will not visit this restaurant again in the future.

Got a free sandwich at 2am ten out of ten

Waren vor 1 ½ Wo mal wieder mit Familie u. Bekannten abends zum Essen dort. Es war das 3. Mal in Folge, dass das Essen nicht die Qualität hatte, die von so einem Restaurant erwartet werden kann. 3 x unterschiedliche Suppen als Vospeise war grottig; die Tomatensuppe war geschmacklich eine totale Null, als sei Tomatenketchup ein wenig verdünnt worden; die beiden anderen waren von der Konsistenz mit Sauce Hollandaise vergleichbar und geschmacklich auch nicht der Hit. Bei einem Gericht war der Spargel total aufgeweicht. Das Lammkaree war zwar nicht versalzen, aber viel zu salzig gewürzt. But not least, 2 Fleischgerichte waren statt medium voll durchgebraten. Zu guter Letzt stimmte auch die Rechnung bei den Getränken nicht. Fazit: das war definitiv unser letzter Besuch in diesem Restaurant.

Bereits von außen macht das Lokal einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck, u. a. wegen der abgeplatzte Verkleidung der Treppe. Diese ist leider auch nicht behindertengerecht. Das Mittagessen war ungenügend, der Salat ertränkt in einer Billigsause, die jeden Geschmack des Salates übertüncht hat. Das Essen war in allen Teilen mangelhaft zubereitet. Alles schmeckte wässerig, das Fleisch, das Gemüse, die Sauce, die Kartoffelecken (hochtrabend als "Schweizer Rösti" bezeichnet). Gewürze? Fehlanzeige, es fehlte an allem. Einzig die freundliche Bedienung war ein Lichtblick. Nie wieder!

Am See gelegen, viele Parkplätze sind ringsum vorhanden. Weihnachtlich beleuchtet und dekoriert, könnte dezenter sein. Empfang und Service war sehr freundlich, aber unpersönlich. Das Essen kam relativ schnell und es hat allen geschmeckt. Die Gerichte sind allerdings nichts außergewöhnliches, eher Standard. Die Einrichtung ist dunkel und rustikal, es gibt Teppichboden. Nicht sehr hygienisch, nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Wir waren mit 20 Personen in dem Restaurant. Was uns sehr störte waren die verdeckten, mit Flecken überall . Das Essen war bei allen lauwarm bis kalt.

Man sitzt in einer ganz anderen Welt... einfach toll... Die Bedienungen supernett... Die Portionen riesen groß... Aber leider sehr geschmacklos... selbst nachsalzen nützte nichts... Wir hatten Zander... und auch das Schweizer Geschnetzelte war leider total geschmacklos... trotz allem werden wir nochmals hingehen um andere Gerichte auszuprobieren. Denn auch die Auswahl war grandios.

Sehr gute Gastronomie und aufmerksamer Service. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Restaurant. Auch für Vegetarier eine gute Adresse. In diesem Jahr besonders zu empfehlen: Gänsebrust oder Gänsekeule. Leider ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Nettes Personal und alles drum und dran.

Trotz vollem Restaurant und zwei Hochzeiten war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und das Essen war sehr gut und wurde mit nicht länger Wartezeit serviert.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe von 9 Personen dort essen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Personal wirkte bei unserem Besuch sehr gehetzt (Gut, es war ein Feiertag und das Restaurant war voll besetzt). Die Tageskarte versprach Hirschgulasch mit Spätzle und Rotkohl. Wir haben extra nachgefragt, ob die Spätzle selbstgemacht seien, was uns bestätigt wurde. Dann die große Enttäuschung: Die Spätzle waren nicht selbst gemacht und auch nicht besonders gut. Der Rotkohl schmeckte wie aus dem Glas und der Hirschgulasch war zwar frisch, aber das Fleisch war angebrannt und die Soße viel zu salzig. Als ich die Bedienung darauf hingewiesen habe, hat sie dies einfach stillschweigend so hingenommen. Dann gelüstete es uns noch nach einem Nachtisch. Inzwischen war ein neuer Kellner für uns zuständig, da zwischenzeitlich das Personal gewechselt hat, und wir erhielten zur Antwort, dass die Küche ab 15 Uhr in Pause sei und daher - mit Ausnahme von Eis - kein Nachtisch mehr gereicht werden könne. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn man uns vor 15 Uhr proaktiv auf die bevorstehende Pause der Küche hingewiesen und bereits zuvor Nachtisch-Bestellungen abgefragt hätte. Die Kernkompetenz der Küche in der Seerose scheint aber bei den Grillgerichten zu liegen. Denn Grillteller & Co. waren sehr gut.

Habe dort einen rundum perfekten Abend verbracht der mich kulinarisch sehr verwöhnt hat! Gediegenes Ambiente und perfekter Service rundeten das Bild in wunderschöner Umgebung ab.
