You don't get served for 20 minutes even though the waiter was already at the table and walked around the area several times, people who sat down 2 minutes ago come straight to it. Drinks always come well after the meal.

From me 5 🌟 the service was quick, friendly and clean! The food in the kitchen from the chef 5 🌟 🤩 so delicious! Stay like that and be a team, don't let it destroy you these days, there aren't that many of them anymore!! We will come again, we need a couch and will eat with you again! Thank you 👏 🍀 💞

We ordered salmon with linguine and wild garlic - the result - the salmon was completely dry and cooked to death and the pasta was lukewarm - that's not how I imagine a meal to be - the staff were very nice and quick

Unfortunately, we had to wait a relatively long time until someone came to take the order (it's not the staff's fault, as it was far too busy for the number of waitresses who were allowed to take the orders). The food and drinks came very quickly, as is usual with furniture store restaurants. To be honest, we didn't like the food. Everything had the taste of overused frying oil, which should have been replaced. The price is okay, although the standard schnitzel with fries is rather small in terms of portion size. All in all, I think the restaurants from another furniture store are significantly better in all respects. There is an urgent need for improvement here, especially when you see what the competition can deliver. Very important: The staff in the restaurant or the kitchen are definitely not to blame, as they cannot do anything about the points mentioned. The staff was extremely friendly even though they were under a lot of stress.

While there are Germans, there will also be Segmüller. The prices are a bit higher, but there is a reason for that... everything is refined, decent, high quality, neat, clean...

We were here in the furniture store today and wanted to grab a bite to eat. So up to the restaurant. It was busy but we got a spot. After ordering, it took half an hour for the drinks to arrive. During this time we were able to observe the staff well. No plan, no structure, food was dragged cross and queer through the restaurant past us 4 times. After 45 minutes my wife's food arrived. Still not for me. A short time later the waitress asked “we haven't received anything yet?” after a total of over an hour of waiting, I still haven't received anything. There were two other people sitting at the table with us. They had ordered but left due to the long waiting time (you can't do that!) and we had to let the waitress talk to us and do so in a loud tone. The whole place looked at us. Really embarrassing. In short, the best work in this restaurant was done by the photographer who took the pictures for the menu. Because what passed us on the plates looked different.

Worst restaurant visit in a long time in every way.

Presenting a shredded piece of meat as a schnitzel borders on impertinent, even for the relatively cheap price; If you hear "it's just a natural product" when making a complaint, you can't beat it in terms of baselessness. Despite the reminder, my wheat beer only came after I had finished eating. Too bad! WAS once good - WAS!

Food is good and not overpriced. Large portions. The cakes taste as good as they look. On Saturdays, especially at lunchtime, it is very busy and there is a bit of a wait before you can order. Service staff are sometimes a bit stressed but still very friendly. The outdoor beer garden in front of the Segmüller (self-service) is recommended and inexpensive for a quick snack

Disastrous service. Have never been treated so unkindly in a “restaurant”.

We waited almost 30 minutes for someone to take our order. We were there around 3 p.m., so not at the midday peak. Tables that were occupied significantly after us were served much earlier. Any attempt to speak to the staff was simply ignored. We ordered 2 drinks and a piece of cake. One drink was delivered incorrectly (orange lemonade instead of lemon). I was thirsty and didn't want to wait any longer, so I accepted it. After half an hour the piece of cake still wasn't there. We wanted to pay and leave and when asked about the piece of cake the waiter ran and brought it. To be honest, after waiting a total of almost an hour, we didn't want it anymore. The cake didn't taste particularly good either. By the way, we didn't get an apology, neither for the waiting time nor for the wrong drink.

Very good quality, (mostly) friendly and fast service. Prices for a furniture store restaurant, however, are very expensive. It's difficult to get a spot at peak times.

Completely overwhelmed staff. 2 people take orders and bill for 200 guests. This is illogical and stupid at the same time. Veal schnitzel sold out at 2 p.m. on weekdays. Nothing comes to mind. Wait 30 minutes before you can order something.

There were three of us there for dinner. It took over half an hour for the first dish to arrive, even though there was hardly anything going on. Each dish was served individually, 10-15 minutes apart. The staff is only focused on the menu and is not even able to swap one type of ice cream from the dessert for another type.

I recently dined at Segmüller Restaurant with my family and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We ordered two main courses and two children's plates. When we asked for tap water for the small children we were refused. This is absolutely unacceptable. In addition, the food did not come to the table at the same time. We had to wait almost 15 minutes for the next plate to come. This service is simply unacceptable and made our visit extremely uncomfortable. Overall, our visit to the Segmüller Restaurant was very unsatisfactory and I cannot recommend it under any circumstances.

A little insider tip for quick hunger. The food is fresh and delicious. The wait staff is attentive and often nearby. The prices are unbeatably cheap. We'd love to come back.

We have been going to the “Segmüller breakfast” every few weeks for years. Exception is the time of corresponding Corona measures. Of course, the prices were increased significantly and the performance was reduced even more noticeably. Sometimes it's laughable that there is a 5*2 cm tear-off of a lettuce leaf. With a bit of luck, twice as big. Hard to see with more bad luck. When I think about the past. But overall the price/performance ratio is still very good. And the service employees are almost always very friendly and helpful. But today I had to ask how someone could think of putting the egg cups in the middle of the spread. I cannot accept “lack of other opportunity.” Lack of thought, or is someone worried that they might jump off the plate? In any case, the lady who served us said that no one had mentioned that yet. Yes then: please take note of that. If necessary, you can also invite us and we will find a workable solution together. And until then only three stars for the food. Because of the joke about the lettuce leaf and the egg cup, which spoils my appetite for some of the spread. Then I don't have the dedication required to scrape everything off. And then I have to put the egg cup somewhere in this state. The pictures are of two different plates from today. On one, the egg cup has already been removed from the spread.

Daughter had a cordon bleu, unfortunately the waiting time was very long (lack of staff in the kitchen) and each small side dish had to be paid for separately

When we ordered a piece of furniture from Segmüller in January 24, we of course went to the restaurant there. The Cordon Bleu I ordered was so small that I apparently didn't even take a photo out of shock. The waitress at the time could only apologize - but why, she hadn't finished the "children's plate". Well, on our last visit, bought something again and decided to eat in the restaurant there again. For well-known reasons, Cordon Bleu was out of the question for me. So I ordered the chicken schnitzel. My partner had probably forgotten my January Cordon Bleu (or hadn't even seen it????) and ordered this. After I had helped his memories a little, his restless waiting began and of course the sentence “why I didn't say anything before ordering. Our food came. To my surprise, his cordon bleu was a good size. I got the mini chicken schnitzel! This time I didn't touch the plate. Our waitress explained to me that recently the portions had all been the same size and there used to be two schnitzels on the plate. Several people must have complained about it already. But apparently without success. But they should also mention that on their menu - “Chicken schnitzel for little children’s hunger”. My one star goes to the friendly, patient waitress who offered to bring me a pork schnitzel instead. I gratefully accepted the offer.

Ate a burger today. I didn't eat the roll, which was cold and chewy. The minced meat is much too fine and pressed too much. It just tastes like pressed meat. For me it's the most tasteless burger I've ever tried.

Unfortunately, the bottom of the bun from the Western Burger was soggy. A pity.

Very tasty and large portions at reasonable prices. Service is always very nice and quick. Different seating zones provide a choice for every taste. Large selection of cakes and tarts, but we haven't tried them yet.

Rarely have I eaten such bad “food”. You don't even deserve one star, but you probably already know that.

My last visit was in December and I had the sweet potato curry for €6.40 and I actually wanted to do the same today. But looking at the menu didn't give me any joy at a price of €8.20 and so I ate the roast pork for €11 instead, which last year was still available on the menu for less than €10. However, it would be desirable if the quality increased with the price. The meat was too salty, even the dumplings had a bit too much of it, while the red cabbage was pretty tasteless and wouldn't be recognized as such in a blind tasting. The only plus point was the friendly service and the fast service.

Went there again last week to eat, but that backfired again. We ordered currywurst and I have to say this sausage has nothing to do with currywurst. If I want a currywurst then I assume that I will get a white or red bratwurst but we were very wrong because it was a wool sausage or something In Bavaria it's called a swollen one and it's anything but a currywurst, so that's definitely not how you eat it in Bavaria. I was so angry that we just paid quickly and left otherwise I would have puked on the table. Unfortunately, that wasn't the first time we went there but it would definitely be the last time. Will go to Lutz again in the future because you get what you order there. Ok, I have to say the sauce from the sausage was good and the fries too, but as I said the wool sausage doesn't work at all.

I always really like this place. Very nice and bright in the window area. The food is good quality and cheap. Every now and then there is particularly cheap food. Done smart. On the occasion of a particularly cheap meal, I subsequently bought a new study.

The service is terrible! We can't say anything about the food because we left after waiting 20 minutes without being asked. There were service staff there, but they completely ignored us as if we were air! When we asked if we could order, the response was short: “from a colleague”. The lady didn't even look at us! She also made no move to tell her colleague, no, the lady continued to walk around the restaurant. We left the restaurant after 20 minutes, hungry and pretty pissed! What kind of service is that?!

Today we went to the restaurant to eat 2 x schnitzel with fries, 1x side salad, 2x special...the schnitzels were ok, the fries were very few and floppy...when we were 3/4 done, the salad came with the dressing on it Had to look for something...we decided not to drink coffee later due to the increased cake prices and the shrinking size of the individual pieces.

We have always had good experiences at the restaurant. It's full on weekends, but you get the food relatively quickly. We always got a table. My dish lacked salt, but it's ok. The prices are ok too.

The food was hot and good. You always have to take a little waiting time into account. The drinks came very quickly. The waitresses were very friendly without being intrusive. It is definitely a restaurant that can be recommended, especially because of the price-performance ratio.

I don't understand the bad reviews here. After all, you have to think about where to eat here. And for a furniture store restaurant, the food was really good. The ambience actually exceeded my expectations and the service staff was incredibly quick and polite even though we were there at peak time. Price-performance is unbeatable, especially on the ice cream menu. Another plus point: in contrast to other restaurants in furniture stores, there was even seat service.

The restaurant was recently renovated and now looks really nice. There are a lot of seats available, so far we have always received a table for 4 people. The waitresses are friendly and quick, you usually don't have to wait long, at most it's quite full. We ordered a burger with fries about €5, Wiener Schnitzel €6.50 and Currywurst €3.90 (special price), everything tasted good, the portions were rather large. For beer lovers there is a dark Leffebier, which is an excellent beer extremely rare in Munich. The last time we ordered a really large ice cream sundae, see picture, here you get a lot for your money.

Food was okay in terms of value for money and tasted better than I would have expected in a restaurant within a furniture store. Service very stressed. A visit is recommended if you are at Segmüller anyway. But better not on weekends at peak times.

The food is surprisingly good for a furniture store restaurant! The ambience is Bavarian cozy... Well... As cozy as it can be in a furniture store on a Saturday 😉 The only thing that was really negative and will be remembered is the sometimes really unfriendly service... Dear people, stress is something understandable. Moody and grumpy customers too. However, that doesn't mean that you have to skip it and if we say a kind word, or if the service person doesn't think you order quickly enough, you will clearly and visibly roll your eyes in front of the customer and snort in annoyance...

THE food was very tasty and the nice lady and gentlemen were very friendly to us. And the service was very friendly. And it was very inexpensive. I can recommend this.

Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. in Segmüller and the schnitzel offer awoke our hunger. So we made our way to the restaurant, where we unfortunately discovered that it was quite busy and we only had to search very hard to sit down at a table that had not been cleared. Conditions were moving at a brisk pace and we were ignored. After about 15 minutes of sitting in front of the guest's half-empty plate, I noticed a condition that had already passed us twice (at the speed of light so that she couldn't see us). Unfortunately it was the wrong condition as she only serves and doesn't take orders. After another 5 minutes we wanted to leave disappointed (some guests were already doing this at very remote tables) The leadership should think about that. Yikes and just like that a condition came rushing up and wanted to take our order. Afterwards, plates were cleared away quite quickly without changing the documents or wiping the table (where is the hygiene?). That makes you wish Corona back 😉😉. Drinks were served. Then the schnitzels, which were quite sparse (they appeared larger in the photo). Ketchup had to be paid extra. Luckily there was also a nice waitress who had time to wish us a good appetite and asked what we wanted. That was our experience at Segmüller.

You can eat really well, super friendly service. The beer tastes good. All wheelchair accessible. Price performance is also ok. We said we would come back.

Unfortunately the quality and taste do not match the prices. Service as mass processing

Wir waren schon öfter im Segmüller's Restaurant. Frühstück ist ganz gut und reichlich. Das Mittag und Abendessen aber ausbaufähig. Leider kamen die warmen Speisen des öfteren nicht zur gleichen Zeit und der Vorspeisen Salat auch schon mal nach dem Essen. Was mit Personalmangel entschuldigt wird. Trotz Personalmangel kann man aber den Vorspeisen Salat auch als Vorspeise bringen. Ich bin selber im Dienstleistungs Gewerbe tätig und kann mich auch nicht ständig hinter Personalmangel verstecken. Irgendwann ist dies unglaubwürdig. Trotz allem sind die Bedingungen nett aber auch ein bisschen durcheinander wenn es darum geht die richtigen Speisen an die dazu gehörigen Tische zu bringen. Alles in allem aber für ein Möbelhaus ganz ok.

Essen war vom Preis / Leistung in Ordung. Das Kinderessen für meinen Sohn kam 20Min nach meinen Essen. Mein Kumpel hat sein Schnitzel nur mit einem Beilagensalat bestellt. Das Schnitzel kam mit meinem Essen und der Salat mit dem Kinderessen. Sprich das Schnitzel war dann genauso kalt wie der Salat der 20Min später kam.

Samstag sollte man nicht hier hin gehen, wenn man Hunger hat bzw. viel Zeit einplanen. Man merkt, dass trotz ausreichendem Personal die Organistion fehlt und die Abläufe nicht stimmen. Wir bekamen direkt einen freien Tisch, das alte Geschirr wurde aber erst nach 20 Minuten abgeräumt und die Bestellung wurde nach dem dritten Ansprechen aufgenommen. Andere Gäste die weit nach uns kamen, durften direkt bestellen und wir mussten trotz Kleinkind lang warten. Wie Bedienung kam erst zu uns nachdem sie ihre eigenen Eltern mit Bussi rechts und links begrüßt hat. Unsere drei Essen kamen dann konstant mit 20 Minuten unterschied einzeln nacheinander. Schade, wir hätten gern als Familie zusammen gegessen. Essen war aber gut und lecker.

Wir hatten zwei Getränke und zwei Mittagessen bestellt. Zuerst kam ein lauwarmes Essen dann die Getränke und als mein Mann gegessen hatte kam mein lauwarmes Essen. Auf die Nachfrage...Achselzucken von der Bedienung und der Kommentar....Personalprobleme.

Bin zufrieden. Bei sehr wenigen Gästen, könnte die Bedienung flotter gehen. Deshalb 1 Punkt abzug.

Essen gut. Wartezeit etwas länger.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir haben ein Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat zu einem super Preis per Gutschein gegessen. Das war echt sehr gut ubd stand einem guten Restaurant in Nichts nach. Der Service Na ja. Obwohl das Restaurant halb leer war mussten wir 15 Minuten warten bis Jemand kam. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, modern und gemütlich

Leider war es der totale Reinfall. Mein Cordon Bleu war einfach alt und vertrocknet. Die Wedges dazu hätte der Koch sofort in den Abfall befördern müssen. Statt dessen landeten sie auf meinem Teller. Das zweite Essen, Schnitzel mit Pommes, kam 20 Minuten später und war so lala. Einfach schlecht organisiert, da viele nach uns kommenden Gäste, die gleiche Bestellung vor uns erhielten. Mein wirklich ungenießbares Essen blieb fast unberührt vor mir stehen. Keine Bedienung fühlte sich auf einmal zuständig. Das war das letzte Mal, dass wir dort gegessen haben.

Wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat ist hier richtig, alle anderen werden enttäuscht sein.

Wesentlich besser, als in manchen Möbelhäusern. Das Essen war für Preos OK. Gefühlt gibt es ständig Missverständnis zwischen Küche- und Bedienung. Die Bestellungen werden häufig falsch ausgegeben. Erst sucht ein Kelner vom wem die Speise sein könnte, danach sucht der Kunde vom anderen Saalende wo ist die Speise von ihm.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar

Es ist Recht deutlich, der Service hat kein Spaß in diesem Job auch Grüßen oder Freundlichkeit fehlanzeige. Einfach nur ein Abfertigungsbetrieb, hat mit Restaurant leider nichts mehr zu tun. Auf der Speisekarte abgebildet ein schönes großes Schnitzel, bekommen nur ca. die Hälfte davon. Das ist echt ein Witz. Für ein kleines Schälchen offenen Ketchup oder Mayo für die trockenen Pommes zahlt man auch noch 50 Cent. Ein Stück Kuchen kosten knapp 5 Euro. Segmüller schäm dich !!! So deine Kunden zu behandeln !!!

Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf ein lokal in einem Möbelhaus. Somit ist sie nicht gleichzusetzen mit einer normalen Restaurantbewertung. Das Essen ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Der Preis ist angemessen Die Gerüchte kommen sehr schnell und frisch. Die Plätze sind gut strukturiert und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Wie immer guter Service , Essen war ohne Mängel und nur zu empfehlen

Super lecker, Bedienung war auf zack und trotz angekündigter Wartezeit war das Essen rasch am Tisch.

Schöne Auswahl, auch viele vegetarische Möglichkeiten und eine gute Auswahl an Desserts. Preise sind (vor allem für München) echt top. Aber … das Essen war nicht so besonders, die Nudeln waren überkocht, das Obst (!) aus dem Curry schmeckte schon ein bisschen durchgewässert. Beide Sachen würden wir nicht mehr bestellen. Service ist sehr freundlich, aber dauert lange. Für das Essen (2 Portionen) haben wir 45 Minuten gewartet (vor allem für Nudeln??!). —- Update: Heute war der Service schneller. Wir haben andere Sachen probiert als letztes Mal: Die Käsespätzle waren nicht wirklich käsig, und nur lau warm. Auch nicht besonders viel. Die Schnitzel waren gut. Was leider sehr unhygienisch war, waren Hunde auf den Stühlen die auf die Tische geschaut haben.

Das Essen war gut, dieses Mal war mir mein Fleisch zu sehr durch, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Man sollte nicht vergessen, dass es kein 5 Sterne Restaurant ist, sondern ein super geführtes Restaurant eines Möbelhauses, welches erstaunlich gutes Essen anbietet. Und zwar viel auf einmal. Die Kochen und Torten sind sensationell. Die Preise voll angemessen und die Positionen echt groß.

Kann man wirklich empfehlen, gutes Essen zum fairen Preis! Schade, dass die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants = Öffnungszeiten Möbelhaus sind. Update Dezember 2023: Sind mehr als enttäuscht vom Essen und dem Service, bei den letzten beiden Besuchen gewesen. Eine Beschwerde beim Restaurantleiter wurde abgewiegelt mit Zitat: sind eben unterbesetzt und das ist ein Möbelhaus da gibt es keine Extrawürscht. Ein Salat ohne Dressing wurde serviert. Auf Anmerkung dann die Antwort, ist schon ein Dressing darunter. Meine Antwort, nein schauen sie da ist kein Dressing. Antwort, ja was soll ich jetzt machen...??? Dem Service Personal inkl. Serviceleiter würde eine Schulung zu Kundenservice gut tun. Und als Anmerkung, zu Fleischpflanzerl gibt es viele die Senf dazu Essen. Ein , gibt es nicht bei uns, hat mich erstaunt.

Essen schmeckt gut, Personal unterschiedlich freundlich, Anbiete für ein Möbelhaus sehr angenehm. Leider natürlich an den Wochenenden sehr hektisch und überfüllt. Preise sind in Ordnung.

Verkäuferin in der Bettwäsche Abteilung sehr kompetent und freundlich

Preis Leistung sehr gut. Dafür dass so viel los ist, muss man nicht lange aufs Essen warten. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich.

Manchmal wird eine Bestellung einfach vergessen! Auch wenn man die Bedienung drauf aufmerksam macht, dann bekommt man es trotzdem nicht!

Wir kommen öfters mal nach dem Möbel-Shopping hier her mit unserer kleinen Tochter und ich finde es unglaublich lästig, wenn wir uns nicht in die Kinderecke setzen können, weil diese überwiegend mit kinderlosen Paaren besetzt ist. Hier müssten die Bedienungen auf die freien Plätze verweisen, die nicht bei der Spielecke für Kinder sind. Ansonsten ist es geschmacklich sehr gut.
