Unfriendly, annoyed staff, maybe the gentlemen should concentrate more on the customers than on the slot machines and the cleanliness at the tables is below all dignity. Stains, tissues, leftover food, etc. One point is enough.

Absolute no-go... staff who are constantly annoyed. In addition, there were toilets full of shit (the cleaning lady was just doing her rounds and when we were told she just smiled...) and toilets that didn't work... the sink was very calcified and had red streaks, which indicates bacteria. When informed about this, the staff reacted annoyed/angry... everything was a bit incomprehensible, since they earn enough money on toilets...

The parking lot is ok, but it would be better if it weren't for the vehicles that stay there for days, that is, they live there in trucks and occupy a lot of positions.

When you need to use a bathroom you have to stop somewhere. It was ok, a very nice personal approach from the guy at the desk.

On 11/10/24 at 2:30 am For a paid toilet, the toilets from Sanifair are terrible! This is really a disgrace! Really all the toilets were dirty, several toilets were broken and in one cubicle the foil from the partition wall had even been partially torn off, so that you could watch the toilet user doing his business next door. It's really ridiculous to ask for money for that. It's better to keep the 1 euro and go shit in the forest, not only will you save money, but you'll probably be more hygienic and cleaner, and you'll also be less observed. Of the total of 8 cabins, only 4 were “usable”. After I asked the clerk at the checkout who was responsible for the toilets, the answer came: no one at all. Of course I didn't get my money back. The seller didn't seem to care. But since none of the so-called SANIFAIR "promise" to customers (on the Sanifair website) is kept at all, I think it's the least you can do if you get your money back. And I'm sorry for the disgusting pictures, although it's actually not me but SANIFAIR who should apologize for them.

Great rest house. Other rest houses should follow this example. Prices very good. Food good toilets and washroom good. Entire facility and area in clean condition.

I can't think of a higher price than that, eating out with the family is hardly affordable.

Stopped here for fuel and a coffee break. Well stocked shop, fuel and shop staff were just fine, but whilst getting a coffee & cheesecake I was served by an obnoxious man shouting and pointing, quite rude and unnecessary. An impolite and nasty way to treat guests visiting. Glad I was only passing through, wouldn't want to return to eat or have a coffee anytime soon. Manners cost nothing. Try being Polite instead of rude or you may find yourelf out of a job.

Completely normal rest stop on the outer ring in Munich. Modern building with McDonald's and Co. You can neither praise nor criticize anything in particular.

It's good; there is Mc Donalds, there are two showers, there is free wireless internet and it works fine: I found everything I needed here. There is water in the gas station.

The rest area is large and clean. The advantage is that a McDonald's is located here. So you can eat well. The toilets were very clean.

German problem toilets, or rather the users should leave them as they find them

It was very difficult to find the right park “gutter”. A number of drivers suddenly found themselves at the exit without even passing a parking space. It was very messed up. We only needed a Go-Box and that took a lot of time due to the “parking guidance system”.

This rest stop is busy, but still worth a stop. The sanitary facilities were relatively clean and tidy. The food and drink offerings were also impressive. There was a good selection and fair prices. All in all, a solid rest stop for a short break.

The access to this rest stop is extremely confusing and poorly signposted. It took forever to find the right path. Additionally, McDonald’s machines are incredibly slow and frustrating to use. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Far too long waiting times and unfriendly staff

We are shocked. Normally we are not picky people and we never complain publicly. But that was a no go. After a long drive we wanted to have breakfast at McDonalds (10:00). We ordered something and while we waited (to eat here) we wanted to look for a place. We have never seen anything like this!!! ALL tables dirty. Sofa seat completely spilled and smeared with Kaba/coffee. There are still leftovers on a few tables and there are trays from the day before (fries, citizens and other packaging. Not available for breakfast!). The floor was messed up. We kindly asked an employee if she could please check and at least clean the tables. Your statement that we should look for a place somewhere else. The other places were dirty too! When we said we wanted to eat where the children's toys were. If she walked past us annoyed with her eyes rolling, she looked at it and went back behind the counter and continued to inflate her balloons. We were so shocked that we went back to the parking lot with the food, WHICH WAS COLD. There were two employees at the front of the counter. One served and the unfriendly person inflated balloons. Even though the store was empty, you weren't able to do 10 minutes of work and at least clean the tables. Never again! Next time we'll definitely drive out to a rest stop sooner or later!

Clean and clear signage indicating which means of transport could park where. Handy! Toilet block is clean and the environment looks tidy. Virtually no litter.

€1 for toilet was okay.Toilet is at least to use it. But when I redeemed our voucher and wanted to pay for my pretzel, a completely unfriendly gentleman who was too comfortable to talk collected the money. Nobody can know that you have to read the price. Sorry... I'm used to being told this in a friendly way. I then noticed how people made fun of me because I didn't know that. I find it incredibly cheeky. .that's why only 2 stars exclusively for the toilet.

When you refuel along the way, it's always a surprise to see what you find. This location was exceptional. All in all, ample parking, well-trained, polite staff and something for everyone and everything. Nice location

I was there twice this month and had two different experiences. The first time it was great, the staff were very nice and polite and the second time it was exactly the opposite. I have to emphasize that the first time was during the day and the second time was at night.

There is everything a traveler needs. Food, drinks and more. Minis are a bit expensive for a bathroom, but they are actually clean and well-kept. Correct service, everything as ordered. There wasn't much of a smile on their face, but maybe they were having a bad day. A very large facility and plenty of seating. There are also places outside where you can sit and relax.

Clean rest stop when we were there

I just wanted to go to the toilet, had to pay 1 euro twice because the entrance didn't work, the first toilet was occupied and not locked, the second toilet there were only 2 sheets of toilet paper available, well the next toilet for the rest, there was toilet paper here too problems. The gentleman about the grievances did not understand the reference. Pure chaos!

An ordinary German parking lot, showers and toilets are paid at the filling station, plus a free toilet in the parking lot itself, where you can get water. The main plus is that there is a stop 1.5 km from the parking lot, there is a bus x202/x203, on Sundays the bus is free, the three stops are the city of Haar, there is a swimming pool €5.50 for the whole day, a shower €0.50

There's nothing to complain about, the toilets are typically Serways clean, but of course you have to pay. The snacks and drinks are too expensive like everywhere else.

Great stop, even though fuel prices are high! Saving grace is you can buy the road toll for Austria, and they have a macdonald's.
