Serways, the restroom was okay, the staff is friendly and helpful. The truck parking lot seems to be well-maintained. The shower is also okay. But the prices are extortionate, even for a rest stop. A 6-pack of water costs €13. That's not normal anymore and will definitely be reported to the authorities. They charge 65 times the price here, plus a deposit. There are a lot of other overpriced items, but this takes the cake.

June, Saturday at 10:00 found a place only in the tail. There were a couple more in the tree, on the way back. At 11 already naked. In Austria from 7:00 already bans. Get in before Munich. There were still places there.

A large parking lot has been blocked since the morning towards Italy as Austria has a ban, you can literally stand anywhere as long as there is a driveway in front of the gas pumps, everything fits everywhere, inside there are 2 showers for 3 euros each, it was nice and clean, McDonald's inside, generally a pump like a pump, a lot of people because of the traffic, everyone is going to Italy but you can stand and before eating at Kufsten it can be the last resort, because from there it only gets worse.

A good large parking lot, but even during the day it is full of postmen. On the plus side, there is a toilet on the premises.

Good rest stop, I always like to buy my vignettes here. The salesman was very nice and sold me everything. However, he didn't want to sell me digital tunnels for Austria. Please just do what I say and don't just say, "Yeah, it might be closed, so you'd better buy it yourself." I want what I want to buy. Thank you. Parking is a bit limited, too.

Yes, the food is good, very suitable for a stopover.

Large service station on the outskirts of Munich

I haven't seen such a dirty women's restroom in a long time! Five toilets were completely full of urine and feces on the toilet seat and floor. The toilet paper was lying on the floor or had been stuffed into the bowl! The sinks were completely filthy and in some cases even stuffed with paper! When I see something like that, I'm ashamed to be a woman! But it's also outrageous that when you pay a euro to find toilets like that! Ugh! Maybe they should pay the staff better so this doesn't happen!

I always come here when I need to unload at Krauss Maffei. Great rest stop with very friendly employees. I always enjoy coming here.

Large, clean, good selection of drinks. We had a very good caramel latte and chai latte. The shop is well stocked. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The offer was fine. However, I agree that the route at the rest area is very confusing. You're out again quicker than you wanted. My point of criticism is the toilets. For €1 there should be more than uncleaned toilets and non-functioning soap dispensers...

The perfect gas station for me. Great friendly staff. Almost all wishes are fulfilled. I'm just thrilled.

It's not special, like almost all rest stops. It's great for younger students, but older ones don't necessarily get their money's worth. A shopping park in the immediate vicinity completes the whole thing.

Very clean place and the toilets were also very clean

This review is exclusively for those drivers who do not like to sit in the cab, have a bicycle or are friends with public transport. You have a unique opportunity to visit the BMW Museum, 11€, located within Munich, I think you can find it on the map. And also, you can visit the stadium, Alliance Arena, 12 € (+3 € optional in Russian, audio guide) Both points are about 20 km from the parking lot. Think for yourself how to spend your weekend. Today on the way to the office, like every week, I bought a large cafe latte with oat milk and an avocado bagel. Opened the bag at the office and found that I had received a bagel with some not very appetizing looking sausage topping. Annoying, especially since I don't eat sausage or meat.

A traveler-friendly place, it is worth visiting and resting.

For today there is only 1 star, dirty tables everywhere, crumbs and leftover food, no chairs and the toilets don't work at all. No toilet paper, dirty, trash cans overflowing. Really disgusting!

I like this place on the route - they have good coffee and pleasant service - including a nice Polish-speaking gentleman who was very helpful. You can buy an Austrian vignette here.

Unfriendly, annoyed staff, maybe the gentlemen should concentrate more on the customers than on the slot machines and the cleanliness at the tables is below all dignity. Stains, tissues, leftover food, etc. One point is enough.

Absolute no-go... staff who are constantly annoyed. In addition, there were toilets full of shit (the cleaning lady was just doing her rounds and when we were told she just smiled...) and toilets that didn't work... the sink was very calcified and had red streaks, which indicates bacteria. When informed about this, the staff reacted annoyed/angry... everything was a bit incomprehensible, since they earn enough money on toilets...

The parking lot is ok, but it would be better if it weren't for the vehicles that stay there for days, that is, they live there in trucks and occupy a lot of positions.

When you need to use a bathroom you have to stop somewhere. It was ok, a very nice personal approach from the guy at the desk.

Blocked parking at 5 pm and no one does anything

On 11/10/24 at 2:30 am For a paid toilet, the toilets from Sanifair are terrible! This is really a disgrace! Really all the toilets were dirty, several toilets were broken and in one cubicle the foil from the partition wall had even been partially torn off, so that you could watch the toilet user doing his business next door. It's really ridiculous to ask for money for that. It's better to keep the 1 euro and go shit in the forest, not only will you save money, but you'll probably be more hygienic and cleaner, and you'll also be less observed. Of the total of 8 cabins, only 4 were “usable”. After I asked the clerk at the checkout who was responsible for the toilets, the answer came: no one at all. Of course I didn't get my money back. The seller didn't seem to care. But since none of the so-called SANIFAIR "promise" to customers (on the Sanifair website) is kept at all, I think it's the least you can do if you get your money back. And I'm sorry for the disgusting pictures, although it's actually not me but SANIFAIR who should apologize for them.

Great rest house. Other rest houses should follow this example. Prices very good. Food good toilets and washroom good. Entire facility and area in clean condition.

Decent place to stop and refuel, food is good, had an avocado bagel which was warmed up for us and made it extra tasty.

Stopped here for fuel and a coffee break. Well stocked shop, fuel and shop staff were just fine, but whilst getting a coffee & cheesecake I was served by an obnoxious man shouting and pointing, quite rude and unnecessary. An impolite and nasty way to treat guests visiting. Glad I was only passing through, wouldn't want to return to eat or have a coffee anytime soon. Manners cost nothing. Try being Polite instead of rude or you may find yourelf out of a job.

Completely normal rest stop on the outer ring in Munich. Modern building with McDonald's and Co. You can neither praise nor criticize anything in particular.

It's good; there is Mc Donalds, there are two showers, there is free wireless internet and it works fine: I found everything I needed here. There is water in the gas station.

The rest area is large and clean. The advantage is that a McDonald's is located here. So you can eat well. The toilets were very clean.

German problem toilets, or rather the users should leave them as they find them

It was very difficult to find the right park “gutter”. A number of drivers suddenly found themselves at the exit without even passing a parking space. It was very messed up. We only needed a Go-Box and that took a lot of time due to the “parking guidance system”.

Impeccable toilets, great food (good salad and fresh fruits) and a nice shop. Lovely service, too.

This rest stop is busy, but still worth a stop. The sanitary facilities were relatively clean and tidy. The food and drink offerings were also impressive. There was a good selection and fair prices. All in all, a solid rest stop for a short break.

The access to this rest stop is extremely confusing and poorly signposted. It took forever to find the right path. Additionally, McDonald’s machines are incredibly slow and frustrating to use. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Far too long waiting times and unfriendly staff

Unfortunately McDonald's has not given us complete takeaway order.

We are shocked. Normally we are not picky people and we never complain publicly. But that was a no go. After a long drive we wanted to have breakfast at McDonalds (10:00). We ordered something and while we waited (to eat here) we wanted to look for a place. We have never seen anything like this!!! ALL tables dirty. Sofa seat completely spilled and smeared with Kaba/coffee. There are still leftovers on a few tables and there are trays from the day before (fries, citizens and other packaging. Not available for breakfast!). The floor was messed up. We kindly asked an employee if she could please check and at least clean the tables. Your statement that we should look for a place somewhere else. The other places were dirty too! When we said we wanted to eat where the children's toys were. If she walked past us annoyed with her eyes rolling, she looked at it and went back behind the counter and continued to inflate her balloons. We were so shocked that we went back to the parking lot with the food, WHICH WAS COLD. There were two employees at the front of the counter. One served and the unfriendly person inflated balloons. Even though the store was empty, you weren't able to do 10 minutes of work and at least clean the tables. Never again! Next time we'll definitely drive out to a rest stop sooner or later!
