There's nothing you can do here except give it 5 stars. What appears to be a rather inconspicuous little hut from the outside shows its best side from the inside. The ambience, service and especially the food were really great. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit Cologne. ☺️

The place opens at 16:00, I recommend you make a reservation, it may be full. The restaurant does not accept credit cards, they only accept cash. A place in beautiful gardens. The food was amazing, really nice. There is a parking lot outside. If you come by car, you will not have any parking problems. We ate steak with mushroom sauce and it was truly delicious.

I visited the Schlemergarten with two work colleagues. Quite hidden, it is located in a quiet camping and garden area, which is also accessible to external visitors. The prices are very affordable, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. When the weather is nice, the ambience is extremely calm and peaceful. Be sure to try the turkey schnitzel! This is really tender and tasty. You can't complain about the price of the 0.2er Kölsch. Definitely an insider tip!

A great restaurant in Riehl with great service. The restaurant is hidden in an allotment garden. The food arrives relatively quickly after ordering and is excellent.

The ambience of the restaurant is very appealing for a garden restaurant, clear and well-kept. The service was friendly, attentive, quick and targeted despite the stress. The food was home-style, simply generous and had an explosive taste, e.g. small farmer's salad - feta cheese (melted on the tongue, tasted like honey, light and, above all, enjoyable, the salad was fresh and crunchy). The Bauerschnitzel was hot and the fried potatoes as a side dish enhanced the taste of the schnitzel without damaging the taste of the schnitzel. The evening was a successful trip to the common kitchen!

We celebrated our wedding in this restaurant and were absolutely thrilled. 30 people received their food almost at the same time, a glass never remained empty for long and the staff was incredibly warm. We are regular customers and always enjoy being here. The food always tastes good and the service and friendliness are top notch. Mit Freunden letzten Mittwoch zum Gänsebraten essen, für uns das 1. Mal und wir waren begeistert. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Gänsebrust war einzigartig vom Geschmack und auch schön knusprig. Preisleistung stimmt voll und ganz. Alles in allem sehr lecker😋wir kommen sicher wieder. Schöne Weihnachten 🌲

Update 22.11.2023 Wieder einmal ein perfektes Gänseessen!! Lieben Dank dafür! Es gibt ja Momente, da wird man so richtig überrascht. Was erwartet man wenn man im Restaurant einer Kleingarten Anlage essen geht!? Erstmal nicht so viel, eher Fastfood oder ähnliches. Also waren wir dort (zur Firmenweihnachtsfeier) ohne jede Erwartung! Und wir wurden immens überrascht! Das Essens war wirklich top! Schön angerichtet und lecker. Alles war auf den Punkt. Der Service war excellent, da kann sich so manches High class Restaurant mal eine Scheibe abschneiden. Die Location war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Okay es war mal etwas lauter aber das gehört dazu. Wir kommen AUF JEDEN FALL wieder. Superempfehlung!!!

Die Gastätte liegt in einer Kleingartenanlage und ist etwas schwer zu finden. Es handelt sich um einen Raum der maximal bestuhlt ist. Dadurch ist es extrem laut und man muss sich fast anschreien am Tisch. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht und das Schieben der Stühle ohne Filzgleiter erhöht den Lärmpegel noch mal. Der Service arbeitet zügig und aufmerksam. Wir hatten Rumpsteak das gut gebraten war. Die Teller waren allerdings lieblos angerichtet. Nicht mal ein Salatblatt und eine Tomate waren vorhanden. Beilagensalate müssen extra bestellt und bezahlt werden. Die Preise sind o.k. für das gebotene. Achtung nur Barzahlung!!!!! Insgesamt also eher durchwachsen.

Die ehemaligen Besitzer des "Antin" in der Duisburger Strasse haben nach kurzer Schaffenspause doch keinen Gefallen am Ruhestand gefunden und im Frühling 2022 den Schlemmergarten (im Kleingartenverein an der Boltensternstrasse) eröffnet. Gott sei Dank! Mit leicht geänderter Karte leider nur nach abends geöffnet (dafür aber auch montags :-) ) konnten wir uns bisher zwei Mal von Xenia & Familie verwöhnen lassen. Die Lokalität ist ganz toll neu ausgebaut, eine Terrasse soll baldmöglichst folgen. TOP-Service zusammen mit TOP-Küche - wir sind wieder begeistert, beides knüpft nahtlos ans Antin an. Die Garnelen in Knobi sind ein MUSS, ebenso die Bratkartoffeln, beides haben wir noch niemals irgendwo besser serviert bekommen als bei Xenia und Zeljko. Wir freuen uns auf viele weitere Besuche bei euch und können den Schlemmergarten allen völlig uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
