Restaurant Schleifmühle „Bacchus“ Griechisches Restaurant Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden

Essen war okay. Bedienung wirkte etwas genervt. Mich stört vor allem, dass Hunde nicht erlaubt sind. Warum? Wo gibt es so etwas noch??? Nachtrag: Ich war kürzlich mit 15 Personen dort, der Service war prima, sehr freundlich und das Essen war sehr gut und sehr reichlich. Gestern wieder dort gegessen… enttäuschend. Bifteki war extrem trocken und ansonsten das ganze Essen ziemlich kalt. Auf Rückmeldung wurde nicht reagiert… Schade.☹️ Gestern ( 20.Juni) noch mal dort gewesen… auch das Gyros total verbrannt und trocken… ich gehe nicht mehr hin. Und überall gibt es bei den Griechen Tsaziki dazu, hier muss man dafür einen Euro extra zahlen!!!

Nach der Taufe unseres Tochter durften wir hier einen ganz besonderen Tag verbringen. ❤️ Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und den ganzen Nachmittag liebevoll betreut. Das Essen war hervorragend, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch unsere Gäste waren begeistert von der warmen Atmosphäre und dem aufmerksamen Service. Wir waren zu zweit in der Schleifmühle essen und hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend. Obwohl wir keinen Tisch reserviert hatten, wurden wir freundlich empfangen und konnten uns sogar einen Platz nach unserer Wahl aussuchen – ein sehr angenehmer Start. Der Service war durchweg aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man hat sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch das Essen hat absolut überzeugt: frisch, geschmackvoll und typisch griechisch zubereitet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die großzügigen Portionen – hier wird wirklich niemand hungrig nach Hause gehen. Auch preislich ist das Restaurant absolut fair und angemessen, vor allem in Anbetracht der Qualität und Menge der Speisen. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort für einen entspannten und genussvollen Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

TOP Speisekarte. Essen war Sehr gut. Nur zu Empfehlen. Sehr Nette Bedienung war einfach der Hammer, hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir werden öfters vorbeischauen. Lohnt sich immer wieder.

Wir waren am Sonntagabend zu dritt hier essen und waren rundum begeistert. Genau so stelle ich mir einen richtig guten Griechen vor. Wir hatten Fisch, Kalamari sowie einen Souflaki-Teller vom Schwein mit Gyros, dazu Wein. Der Beilagensalat war absolute Spitze, frisch, knackig und mit einer richtig guten Säure, perfekt auf die Hauptspeisen abgestimmt. Die Gerichte waren alle super lecker. Mein Fleisch war endlich mal durchgegrillt nicht rot, nicht rosa, nicht halbroh, sondern genau auf den Punkt. Der Fisch perfekt gegart und die Kalamari: zack und weg, wurden leider nicht geteilt - zu lecker. Die Weinempfehlungen haben voll getroffen. Der junge Mann hat genau zugehört und verstanden, was wir möchten, Service der alten Schule! Von daher Service eine klare 10/10. Besonders die beiden Servicekräfte waren sehr sympathisch (junger Mann mit Brille und junger Mann mit etwas Bart). Zum Abschluss gab’s noch Ouzo - Happy Days. Wir sind nach Wiesbaden gefahren, um unseren Hochzeitstag zu feiern. Und hatten in dem Restaurant einen wunderschönen Abend und sehr leckeres Essen, das schnell kam und richtig gut schmeckte. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und ästhetisch dekoriert, sodass sich auch das Auge sehr wohl fühlt. Wir werden gerne wieder dort essen. Die gesamte Atmosphäre und der Service waren auch wunderbar.

Wir haben hier in diesem netten Lokal einen "runden" Geburtstag gefeiert und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Planung verlief problemlos und die Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Als Hauptgang eine tolle Fischplatte und eine gemischte Fleischplatte mit diversen Beilagen. Es war so lecker! Im Wintergarten war es angenehm warm und auch sehr gemütlich. Ich kann nur ein großes Lob aussprechen auch für das Personal das wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend war obwohl das Lokal vollbesetzt war. Das Essen ist gut, keine Frage. Man merkt, dass ordentlich gekocht wird, auch wenn man in anderen griechischen Restaurants schon ein kleines bisschen besser gegessen hat. Auf einer Skala von 1 bis 10 würde ich dem Essen eine solide 8 geben. Der Service ist top: aufmerksam, freundlich und flott, so wie man es sich wünscht. Da fühlt man sich direkt willkommen. Das Ambiente ist typisch, nichts Überraschendes, aber genau das, was man erwartet. Wichtig: alles ist sauber und gepflegt, was heutzutage leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Unterm Strich ein gutes Restaurant, bei dem man nichts falsch macht. Kein Geheimtipp, aber definitiv eine sichere Adresse, wenn man Lust auf griechisches Essen in Wiesbaden hat. 🇬🇷🍽️

I celebrated my 60th birthday; it was great, everything went perfectly. I can highly recommend it.

The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lovely, hence the four stars. However, the food was a real disappointment: both soups tasted like canned food, and the sauce was a ready-made one. Instead of baked potatoes, we got boiled potatoes. Yes, the friendly waiter offered a replacement (!), but that wouldn't have made up for it. What a shame!

Yesterday we ate at the Schleifmühle again, and as always, we were excellently looked after from the moment we arrived until our departure. Service, food, and prices—everything was top-notch. We had rump steak, lamb in puff pastry, bifteki, and a children's schnitzel. Very well-executed, very tasty, and generous portions. Of course, the prices have increased here as well, but considering the quality, taste, and portion size, this is absolutely reasonable. The service staff is attentive, fast, competent, and extremely friendly. We would be happy to return.

We always enjoy coming here. The food is delicious and the staff is very attentive. We recently celebrated my mother's 88th birthday. As a gift, she gave us a beautiful ice cream sundae with a sparkler. Very thoughtful! There's something for every taste. We've also been here often with friends. Six of us were there and had a variety of dishes. All were excellent. The value for money is very good, and the service is very friendly and attentive. We enjoy coming back here again and again.

The food is always delicious. We only come in the fall or winter, though. Unfortunately, smoking isn't allowed on the terrace. For us, that's part of a relaxing and beautiful summer day or a date night. Therefore, you won't find us there on those days. But we're looking forward to lovely evenings starting in October.

We've been going to the Schleifmühle for years to the Gonis family. I can say with a clear conscience that the Gonis family creates a hospitality and ambiance like I've rarely seen. Everything is decorated with love and care, and it tastes just as good. That's why it's our favorite restaurant. Whether you want a beef fillet, a schnitzel, Greek specialties, or fish, the prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. There's something for everyone. I wouldn't want to miss the tzatziki either; it's a must-try for me as a starter. If you're looking for a location for a celebration, the Schleifmühle has a separate room for that. Can I please give it 6 stars? For my birthday, I stole food from the Schleiffmühle for the first time, even though we live around the corner. We've truly been missing out all these years! We definitely have to make up for it. The interior of the restaurant is very inviting, beautifully decorated, and harmonious. The staff is very friendly, and you're served without any rush or stress. The dishes were sensational, fresh, and grilled to perfection. For me, as a Greek, this was the best Greek food I've had in Germany. Not an authentic Greek restaurant. Service was friendly, attentive, and courteous. The mixed appetizer platter was mediocre; the tzatziki was good, fresh in flavor, but it could have used a squeeze of lemon and a bit more garlic. The flatbread was the best part of the appetizer (and overall, the best of the entire evening). The taramasolata was too compact, hard, and lacked flavor. The pickled octopus was a convenience product and tasted like it had come from the refrigerator and too strongly of fish (not fresh). The stuffed mushrooms were okay, and the vine leaves were okay too. The baked eggplant was well-prepared and very tasty. For the main course, we had bifteki and calamari. The bifteki were an indefinable pink mass that was, firstly, completely oversalted and, secondly, had a disgusting aftertaste. The calamari was very well prepared, but the breading was also oversalted. The lamb skewer, which was brought as a replacement for the inedible bifteki, was unfortunately also inedible, with a pungent barnyard flavor (and too much salt). The side dishes—steamed vegetables—lacked any finesse and were relatively flavorless. The dining room smells unpleasantly of toilets and urinal air fresheners. We won't be back.

In my opinion, the food was very tasty and the portion sizes were very generous. The staff were friendly and quick. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and very clean. The only downside is that the parking situation isn't ideal, so you'll need to either take public transport or allow some time for searching and walking.

We ordered from "Bacchus" on a Saturday and were speechless. It was definitely one of the best meals we've ever had delivered, and by far the best Greek food in Wiesbaden. We celebrated our company New Year's party there and it was perfect. From the food, service to the atmosphere, breathtaking. In a separate room designed in a more rustic style, we had complete freedom and were served very attentively. Definitely recommended! I ordered the gyros plate with tzatziki. Ambience great, service good, food unfortunately underwhelming and quite expensive. The gyros were too dry and way too much onions on top. The side salad was bitter and the dressing wasn't good. The potatoes were way overcooked and bland. The vegetable rice was the worst. It has the look and taste of cafeteria food. (Not just my opinion but also from the people I ate with) It would be advisable to change that, the restaurant itself is very nice and cozy so it's a shame.

Sind ganz spontan auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant in der Nähe gewesen und haben die Schleifmühle. Vom Namen und Äußeren kommt es einem nicht griechisch vor. Wir sind aber auch ohne Reservierung und trotz schon um 18.30Uhr vollem Haus freundlich empfangen worden und in den Keller für Nicht-Reservierungsgäste geschickt worden. Dieser stellte sich aber als gemütlicher Gesellschafts-und Partyraum heraus, der sich auch schnell füllte. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und freundlich und das Essenrecht gut. Ich hatte zwar schon geschmacklich bessere Moussaka,, aber die frittierten Zucchini und Lammsouvlaki waren über dem griechischen Durchschnittsessen. Insgesamt jedenfalls keine schlechte Wahl in dieser Gegend.

10 people came to the class reunion dinner. Extra requests/reorders of food were implemented and fulfilled by the kitchen. Everyone received their food order at the same time. The dishes were very hot - 🔥 TOP, good generous portions, tasted so delicious 😋 and very nicely presented on the plate. Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Schleifmühle gefeiert. Die Besprechungen vorab bzgl des Ablaufs waren immer entspannt. Service war super, das Essen reichlich und lecker sodass jeder satt wurde. Torte/Kuchen durften nach Absprache mitgebracht werden. Alle Gäste inklusive uns als Paar sind super zufrieden mit dem Ambiente, Service, Essen. Alle die dort arbeiten sind sehr herzlich und entspannt, gute Gespräche sind vorprogrammiert. Der Tag war definitiv mehr als gelungen! Danke nochmal an das super Team, wir werden euch demnächst wieder als Gäste beehren 😁🤗
