Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend. Es war perfekt zubereitet und die Zutaten passten hervorragend zusammen – ein wahrer Genuss! Auch der Service war erstklassig, mit tollen Empfehlungen, die wir sehr genossen haben.

Ein toller Ort für ein Abendessen im Freien. Freundlicher Service und qualitativ hochwertige Speisen. Probieren Sie unbedingt das Bifteki Uberbacken!

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Fleisch, vor allem das Gyros ist schön saftig.

Die Portionen sind für den Preis leider zu klein. Das Gyros war sehr trocken und zäh und zudem nicht richtig heiß - für meinen Geschmack hat Salz und Pfeffer gefehlt. Die Bedienung war teilweise leider auch unfreundlich und überfordert. Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich daher nicht überzeugt.

Der Chef ist arrogant, überheblich und sehr unfreundlich!

Meine Frau und ich gehen hier regelmäßig essen. Ich finde, Santorini ist der beste Grieche in Erlangen. Unbedigt das Souvlaki probieren..... hmmm :-)

Wir waren heute dort. Zugegeben, sehr spontan, da unsere eigentlichen Pläne ins Wasser gefallen sind. Es gab aber Platz für uns. Trotzdem kam man sich ein wenig wie ein Eindringling vor und als wäre es nicht in Ordnung, dass wir spontan da waren. Vorneweg: das essen ist großartig. Das Tsaziki hat gefehlt, aber ich weiß nicht, ob es das einfach nicht mehr dazu gibt, wie früher unter den alten Pächtern. Fleisch war saftig und sehr sehr lecker. Man kann absolut nicht meckern. Jedoch standen wir sehr lange vor leeren Gläsern. Obwohl Teller etc abgeräumt wurden, wurde nicht nachgefragt, ob wir noch etwas möchten. Ouzu haben wir auch nicht bekommen - alle anderen Tische um uns herum jedoch schon. Jetzt komme ich aber zum eher unangenehmeren Teil. Ich habe für zuhause noch etwas zu essen mitgenommen, für meinen Mann, der uns nicht begleiten konnte. Bestellt hatte ich den Hella Teller. Hieß, es gibt kein Gyros mehr, kein Thema, dann ohne und nur mit Souvlaki. Leider habe ich nicht im Laden nachgesehen, was in der Tüte war, denn die Portion ist... also ich weiß nicht. Eine Handvoll Reis, bisschen Souvlaki. Verglichen mit meinem Teller, mit exakt dem was ich bestellt habe, ist das wirklich eine Frechheit. Ich weiß nicht ob uns hier vielleicht fälschlicherweise die Reste einer anderen Person gegeben wurden, aber mein Mann war enttäuscht. Alles in allem haben wir uns unerwünscht und wie Eindringlinge gefühlt, Hauptsache wir gehen schnell wieder. Die Bedienung war heute aber wie immer freundlich. Wie gesagt, das leere Gläser ignoriert wurde und man sich so abgespeist vorkam, hat uns leider etwas aufgestoßen, aber okay, es war voll und hektisch. Was sehr schade ist, da wir eigentlich immer hierhin kommen, wenn meine Eltern zu besuch sind und es schmeckt uns immer sehr gut. Ich empfehle das Restaurant auch immer gerne weiter. Ja, heute ist ein Feiertag und vielleicht war unser spontaner Besuch nicht willkommen. Zudem war es heute sehr laut und es lief Musik im Hintergrund. Da es heute aber wie gesagt, ein Feiertag war und daher recht voll, ist das wahrscheinlich normal. Als vergleich habe ich die erhaltene Portion neben meiner angehängt.

Von Tisch Nr. 7 . Volles Lokal, etwas Wartezeit, die hat sich gelohnt. Essen geschmacklich hervorragend.

Waren seit langem mal wieder in diesem Lokal. Ich hatte es besser in Erinnerung. KOLOKITHOKEFTEDES - versalzen GYROS MIT POMMES - sehr salzig, trockenes, zähes, hartes Fleisch Kritik wurde sich angehört, das wars dann aber auch schon. Nicht mal einen Ouzo als "sorry". Wir werden diese Lokal jedenfalls nicht mehr besuchen.

Das erste Mal in diesem Lokal gewesen, schönes Ambiente, tolle Speisekarte, Preis in Ordnung. Service gut das einzige zu bemängeln eine Vorspeise wurde vergessen kann zum Hauptgang, und leider aber nicht schlimm es würde uns kein Ouzo angeboten. Aber sonst gerne wieder . Schönen Tag noch 👋

Vegetarische Platte: kam eindeutig aus der Mikrowelle, nicht frisch in der Pfanne gebraten. Ölig, ohne Geschmack. Zum vergessen.

Super leckeres Essen, haben sogar ein Mittagsmenü mit Vorspeisen, bequem und gemütliches Ambiente

Ungeheuerlich nettes Personal! Und seit vielen Jahren das beste griechische Essen. Ich gehe ja sonst nur aus Nostalgie Griechisch essen. Aber die hatten tatsächlich ein überragendes, selbstgemachtes Tarama, wunderbare Dolmades.

Uns wurde leider kein Ouzo nach dem Essen angeboten :(

Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Ich war jetzt schon zweimal dort und werde bestimmt noch oft hingehen. Die Calamari waren hervorragend, genauso wie die Kartoffeln und die Knoblauchsauce dazu.

Ich glaube ich wurde noch nie so verarscht beim Bestellen von Essen wie hier. Ich war nicht vor Ort, ich habe über Lieferando zweimal Souflaki bestellt. Es kamen 6 Stück Fleisch und etwa ein 1,5 Esslöffel Reis. Kein Salat, keine Zitrone z.B. zum Fleisch, kein Joghurt/Tzatziki, nichts außer das, was auf meinem Bild ist. Für knapp 30,- Euro ein wirklich erbärmliches Essen. Das Fleisch hatte auch einen etwas eigenartigen Geschmack. Es kam fast kalt an, wobei es relativ schnell nach der Bestellung geliefert wurde (30-40min). Alles in allem eine dreiste Frechheit. Zum Bestellen absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Edit: Antwort vom Inhaber vor einer Woche: Sehr geehrter Kunde, Sie können auf unserer website und auf anderen Bewertungen gerne nochmal nachschauen wie bei uns im Restaurant das Souvlaki aussieht. Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, dass delivery etwas ganz anderes ist, als den Genuss der Speise vor Ort zu genießen. Als Sie das Essen bestellt haben, müssten Sie auch gelesen haben welche beilagen dabei sind. Alles was da stand wurde auch geliefert. Und 15€ für frische Souvlaki ist der gängige Preis, warscheinlich sogar drunter... Meine Antwort darauf...: Das Essen kommt aus Ihrer Küche und egal ob es geliefert wird oder vor Ort gegessen wird, das ändert nichts am Geschmack, Zustands oder Menge des Essens. Ich sehe darüber hinweg, dass es fast kalt war, das kann passieren beim Liefern. Allerdings ist das keine Ausrede für den Geschmack. Andere Rezensionen weißen auch darauf hin, dass die Menge gering ist. Schade, dass Sie einen Unterschied zwischen Ihrer Speisekarte und Ihrem Angebot auf Lieferando machen, da auf Ihrer Speisekarte ein Salat inklusive ist auf Lieferando aber nicht (Da haben Sie recht). Also Salat weglassen und einen Euro mehr verlangen ist dann aber auch kein gutes Ergebnis. Ob das Souvlaki frisch war wage ich zu bezweifeln. Als Restaurant sollten Sie mehr auf Kundenzufriedenheit bedacht sein und eher Kritik annehmen, als sich so schlecht für die Qualität Ihres Essens zu rechtfertigen.

Essen an sich nicht schlecht, aber deutlich zu salzig. Lieferung war schnell, insgesamt jedoch sehr lieblos. Zaziki ohne Brot oder Beilage. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht. In Erlangen gibt es definitiv bessere Griechen.

Schafskäse mit Honig, dicke Bohnen in Tomatensauce, vegetarische Vorspeisen, Garnelen in Knoblauch - und als Nachtisch Galaktoburiko, dazu Retsina und Merlot: einfach köstlich! Serviert von äußerst freundlichen Menschen.

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältniss stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht. Für 3 Scheiben Zucchini und 3 Scheiben Aubergine dazu etwas Tsatsiki 9 Euro 😳😳und als Hauptspeise (siehe Bild) Kalamari und nen Souvlaki-Spieß 16 Euro, der auch noch sehr trocken und zäh war - die sehen mich bzw. Uns nicht mehr.

Essen war gut, nur der vegetarische Teller viel zu wenig für den Preis, 3 Scheiben Aubergin, 1 Scheibe Zuchini in 3Teilen, Käse und ein Fingerhut Zaziki, verstehe nicht warum man am Gemüse so spart, wir waren mehr Personen, jeden waren die Positionen zu klein. Wir hätten gerne mehr getrunken, aber es fühlte sich keiner Zuständig.

Ich hatte Gyros Calamaris mit Pommes. Für den Preis war die Portion sehr klein. Das größte Problem war das extrem trockenes, verbrannte Gyros. Als ich das nach dem Essen anmerkte wurde ich von der Bedienung noch angegangen. Dieses Problem hatte auch noch ein anderer Gast am Tisch. Entgegenkommen gab es keines. Scheinbar wird das Gyros aufgewärmt und nicht frisch zubereitet. Die Calamaris waren auch nicht der Hit und das Tzatziki sehr wennig. Ich habe zu 2, 55€ bezahlt für 2 Essen und 4 Bier. Resümee, ich werde das Lokal nicht mehr besuchen.

Standard meal with a friendly staff. Perhaps due to being so central, I felt the prices were much higher than the quality / quantity deserved. All in all a nice atmosphere outside in the middle of it all in Erlangen.

Passing through, I ended up here. Ate outside on the terrace. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was excellent, very friendly. The only downside was the large number of wasps, but that's nature.

Update: Upon request, they added more tzatziki. 😁 The meat was crispy, and so was the calamari. It gets better every time. Good Greek restaurant in the center of Erlangen with a beer garden on Bohlenplatz. Tasty food and impeccable service in the modernly furnished Brockhaus restaurant. Restrooms are on the ground floor. I find the atmosphere inside a bit chilly. It's very nice outside in the summer. I think it would be cool if there were more tzatziki.

Nothing was right there. No service, no plate was intact, and the Greek food was terrible. But the prices were steep. The online menu doesn't match the original one. Besides, the parking lot in front of the restaurant is public, not private. So if I want to park there, I'll park there. My conclusion: The evening was awful.

We ate at Santorini with good friends yesterday. We were all very disappointed 😞 and it had nothing to do with the food at the previous Santorini. The warm starter plate for two was far too expensive at €21 for the quality, and although we had the starter, we didn't have any plates or cutlery. After a while, I went to the counter myself and ordered those. We all ordered the main courses with giro sauce. The giro sauce tasted like roast pork and had nothing to do with Greek food. Zero Greek spices and it was far from crispy. It certainly didn't come from the grill. Also, as other reviews have said, the salad was meager. It should also be mentioned that the food came on chipped earthenware plates. We had shown this to the waiter when clearing away. The waiter asked us if we liked it. I'm not usually one for reviews, but in this case, I have to say: It's a shame for the money 💰 we paid, and I was annoyed that I and our friends were so taken in. Where is the old Santorini?

That was a complete flop... Among other things, we ordered calamari for pickup. These (like the fries) were unfortunately very soggy. They may have gone soggy during the three-minute drive home, but that could be improved. The portion was also quite small. Our salads weren't included or were forgotten. The teaspoon of tartar sauce simply tasted like it came from a bottle. Additionally, the calamari was very greasy. A little more salt and pepper wouldn't have hurt. The value for money was rather low. I'd rather not go back. Why two stars instead of one: at least the calamari wasn't rock hard and was still quite chewy. Which, however, is probably the bare minimum for a restaurant specializing in Greek cuisine. Edith: The calamari actually cost €18.50 ☠️. The website says €17.00. We weren't given any information about the price increase.

"Greek" was just the menu here – they were obviously cutting corners on the rest. A farmer's salad that "doesn't pay off"? Then a second visit isn't worth it either.

The best Greek restaurant in Erlangen.

The allergens are incorrectly listed on the menu. Gyros contains gluten, according to the menu, and gyros with breaded calamari are gluten-free—a serious deficiency for people with celiac disease. We opted for souvlaki. The two skewers looked very lost on the plate; the rice was omitted out of ignorance and had to be ordered separately. The salad was also very small, no tzatziki—just plain. Even though the staff were friendly, you can expect restaurants these days to be reliably knowledgeable about allergens. They also skipped the ouzo for us, but the bill included three too many drinks. The dishes could use a replacement; all the plates were badly damaged.

Portions were very small, but the price was very high. The kitchen staff weren't familiar with allergens, so they simply left something out instead of asking (a chef would know). The bill was even incorrect at the end – there were more drinks on the bill than consumed. Guests were served according to their whims, and the usual custom was also forgotten. Not to sound wrong, I'm not entitled to it, but if the other guests get one 🤔

Nice outdoor seating and delicious food! Everything is freshly prepared.

The service was very good and the food was delicious, but the portions are really small for the price. The side salad barely covered the bottom of the plate. The souvlaki came with a tiny portion of rice, the size of a scoop of ice cream.

Everything was excellent: good service, fast service, and fair prices. The food was top-notch.

The size of the appetizer (calamari) was either a joke or too expensive. The fries were limp and bland. There wasn't even tea, even though it was on the menu. We had to ask for cutlery again while the food was getting cold. Overall, there's still a lot of room for improvement.

The appetizer platter was a dream of tzatziki, dolmadakia, feta, and more – perfectly matched. For the main course, we had souvlaki and lamb chops – tender, juicy, and grilled to perfection. The side dishes were also high-quality and delicious. Another highlight: the house wine – round, smooth, and a wonderful match for the meal. A lifesaver on the holiday. The Santorini plate was very good.

Hi, six of us were there last night. My conclusion: Anyone who has been going to a Greek restaurant for decades expects a normal standard of service from the well-known dishes, both in terms of taste, quantity, and ingredients like coleslaw and (of course) tzatziki. We had two regular dishes, but for whatever reason, there was no(!) tzatziki. Upon request, we had to reorder it (at an extra cost). The appetizer platter, for just under 20 euros, was beyond meager and poorly presented. A souvlaki plate consisted of two skewers draped crosswise with a tasteless rice ball in the middle—that was it. No tzatziki, no decorative toppings. Substitutions like preferring fries to potatoes were not possible! All in all: acceptable ambiance, friendly, if noncommittal, service, but unfortunately far below Greek culinary standards. Of five culinary-rich Franconian day experiences, this was by far the most disappointing.

Friendliness and willingness to accommodate special requests could be improved. The vegetarian plate could be more generous. Overall, there's room for improvement.

We are visiting from America and have eaten here three times in the past week and a half with great food and excellent service. The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend ,one of my favorite places here in Erlangen…..Love the Santorini decor….

We were there at lunchtime with work (about 20 people). It was opened especially for us and the service was really great. Despite the large number of people, the food was ready quickly. Highly recommended!

Six of us had dinner there in the evening. We had a space outside, which was really nice and cozy. The food was super tasty, lots of choice of starters and main courses. The service is particularly praiseworthy, everyone was very nice and attentive. People always asked if anything else was needed The food came to the table at the same time. Simply great. The quality of food was not acceptable at all, Zucchini and Eggplant as starter was poor in presentation, quality and taste. The vegetarian plate wasn’t looking good at first look and tasted similar, very small portion, fluffy zucchini and eggplant, quality terrible. Not worth the price. Chicken was ok but couldn’t be too much wrong with it, Gyros big portion but not much taste neither. The prawns as a main dish again dissatisfying and rather poor, it could have been anything but Greek. A disappointing experience in quality, presentation and taste, this has nothing to do with Greek food and wonder why they are selling something like that to people, it’s an insult and stealing from customers. The question is, do they know about Greek Food or Greece in general? With the food we got we doubt.

Everything was great, we were a group of 10 people and were served straight away, the waiting time was very short and that Staff very nice, there's really nothing to criticize!!!

The food was good, excellent cooking, good house wine. The only problem was that you couldn't have separate accounts when paying by card, what a stupid rule, I left really angry. I won't go back there again.

We have really enjoyed coming to Santorini since the change in ownership. The service is attentive and quick. The food tastes like it was freshly prepared and the meat (suvlaki) is very tender. After the renovation everything looks bright and friendly and the toilets have been newly renovated. Great!

I ordered via Lieferando, it arrived very quickly, after less than 25 minutes, the gyros with fries was very tasty, the portions are really good for the price. The young man who delivered was very polite and accommodating. I will definitely order again.

There has probably been a change of ownership because a lot has happened since my last visit. The furnishings are now much more contemporary. The outdoor area directly at Bohlenplatz was already a reason in itself to visit the restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. The appetizer platter was excellent. What should be highlighted positively is that not only eggplants and zucchini were fried, as is the case with some other Greeks, but a colorful selection with plenty of cheese was served. Unfortunately, the main courses couldn't live up to this, some were a bit too tasteless and the calamari wasn't properly gutted. This shouldn't happen and should urgently improve. The dessert was classic and good.
