A great place for lunch or dinner when you're on the go. Excellent food and very friendly service. I asked if the dog could come in, and that was no problem; they even brought her a bowl of water to the table. My 86-year-old father-in-law doesn't have much of an appetite anymore, no problem. There are plenty of senior-friendly portions on the menu to choose from!

Schnitzel with fried potatoes, fried egg, and bacon for €13, large portion, everything delicious—can't complain! Super friendly staff, lovely outdoor area, everything was great!

Very unfriendly female waitress. Even though she was a bit older and we asked her about it, she didn't care. We go there at least twice a month – it's a shame that a woman like that ruins the atmosphere.

We were on our way back from Denmark. Based on the existing reviews, we ended up at Route 1. We were not disappointed: The food was excellent, the service very friendly, and we felt very comfortable. We would gladly come back and definitely recommend Route 1. Best, Kristin & Mike

Very good restaurant at affordable prices. We went to the schnitzel buffet on Thursday. It was very tasty and there was a large selection of meats, vegetables, salads, and side dishes. Everything was great, you can't complain here 😉

This place is one of the best places to stay when you are going north in Europe. The food is great and the service is very friendly. The prices are very cheap. On Tuesdays for only 9,50 € you get a lot of food and even dessert.

I was invited. I should have declined right away. (My own experience) Fried fish with fried potatoes. Well, a small children's portion, nothing more. A matter of taste. I certainly won't be going there again.

Stay well away from this place. I desperately needed a 9-hour break—I was completely exhausted. I barely closed my eyes when this cold, disrespectful woman came and kicked me and my colleague out like we were trash. No warning, nothing—just, "We need the space for someone else." They don't care if you're exhausted, sleeping, or just trying to recover. They don't care about you at all. To them, you're just an obstacle that needs to be removed.

Price-performance ratio is good

For a truck stop, this is a really great restaurant. The staff is super nice and friendly. The food is delicious. They even offer lunch, including dessert, for a small price. Highly recommended 😃

One of the best autohops, very popular There is a barrier at the entrance, take a ticket and go to the ticket office before leaving. 🚿 4 €, free toilet 🚾 and you can get water at the pumps. Everywhere is perfectly clean ⚠️👍

Very good and inexpensive food.

We were hungry and spontaneously visited this restaurant last Saturday. We were there late in the evening and there wasn't much going on. Ambience pleasant. Friendly service and quick, great. Had burgers and my wife had baked potatoes, they were delicious. You can't complain about the price at Autohof, drinks are quite reasonable at Autohof. Only wines €8/glass so expensive, a shame. Free toilet next to the restaurant, great.

As always when we are there, there are hardly any nicer people than the employees there. We always go there on our return trips and so far we've never had any problems with the food, parking, staff or anything like that. We can only recommend it, also for staying overnight with a camper. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, we love this place!

There you can take a good break and eat and drink a large selection of dishes and drinks and it tastes delicious. You can also refuel or charge your car 🚗 or refuel your truck 🚚 enough space for trucks 🚚 and cars 🚗 and the toilet 🚽 is also available and clean and tidy

Autohof, Restaurant Route 1: Stopped here for the e-shop. Hyper charger with 150kW directly opposite. Good inexpensive lunch options. Super nice and friendly staff. Clean and free toilets. Reasonable price-performance ratio.

It's a very good truck stop, food, showers and friendly staff, I really enjoy going there.

Delicious food at a good price. We were served very warmly and the children and dog also felt more than welcome. While the child was given something to paint, the dog was given water and grain-free treats.

Breakfast highly recommended. Well seasoned and everything arrived hot at the table. In the morning there is also enough parking space for trucks. In the evening I can't say anything. But probably very crowded like everywhere else. Great ambience and friendly service complete the meal.

Very pleasant place to have a quick meal. You can tell that this restaurant is used by many truckers.

Actually you should give 0 stars. We were there at 6:30pm and the restaurant wasn't full. Still we wouldn't be served. The older waiter has sorted the napkins from one pile to the other and the younger lady prefers to sit at the table with the regulars and talk. If I were the boss I would throw my money out the window differently. We would have liked to rate the food but unfortunately we had to leave the restaurant hungry. Very annoying because we have often heard good things about the food. But if you're not a trucker you probably won't be served. Well, you would have had to move. Sorry but bottomless service.
