At the restaurant the older lady with the glasses on was very irritated, when she couldn’t explain in English what’s included in Trucker menu. She was so mean to me. I left the restaurant and went to McDonald that is near by. That was my last time at this restaurant. Gas station is very clean and shower costs only 2 euros.

Really a very good truck stop! The staff is always very friendly and happy to joke around, so you quickly feel at home here! The toilets are free and You can take a shower without a time limit for a reasonable price. Each shower is in its own room with a toilet, sink, mirror and socket. These are cleaned immediately after use and the water is hot and has a lot of pressure. In addition, every visitor can log in to the free WiFi. On Saturday and Sunday you can enjoy the good breakfast buffet for €13.90 per person, including coffee or tea, which is always refilled. We always feel very welcome and in good hands here! Thank you dear Hoyer team for your great service. P.S.: deducting two stars for a not-so-good car wash is completely excessive and doesn't show how good the rest of this truck stop is!

We took our 24 hour break here and I have to say it was a good decision. The food in the restaurant is simply delicious. You can choose between buffet and menu. There is something for every taste. The service ladies are super nice and always have a funny saying. Oh, what else can I write? If you're in the area, see for yourself. This Hoyer Autohof knows what guests need, from the showers and toilets to the food, there's simply nothing to complain about. TOP 👍

Just cooked it myself. Breakfast today was very good, the farmer's breakfast and the schnitzel buffet were simply great. Here the truck 🚚 driver is still valued.

If you need to stay somewhere around Hamburg, you should definitely stay here. It's clean, cheap, safe and quiet. Showers are clean, 3 euros, no time for hot water. The food is very good Parking fee 10 euro

Hello There are only positive things to say about this truck stop. We were traveling with the motorhome and didn't have the energy to drive any further. Unfortunately, there was no more space in the yard because of all the trucks 🚚 but this wasn't a problem or a reason not to let us park there and listen to us 👂 super nice staff friendly other drivers can only be recommended even if you just want to get gas or eat something to chat. I would be happy because I invest a lot of time in photos etc. to upload these posts if you leave me a follow or like, thank you

Everything you would expect from a gas station

My husband and I are actually regular customers and go there almost every Sunday for a cozy meal. Only when we were there today and took a look at the menu were we a bit shocked, yes the costs for food etc. are rising, just think We found it a bit steep to raise the prices between €3-6 for a meal and the same for the drinks, especially since the portions have also become smaller. As always, everything was very tasty. What I also noticed today is that we ordered Coke and got Pepsi. I think this needs to be changed. The service was, as always, very friendly and paying was very quick (even though it was very busy)

Was at the truck stop for the first time. The best in all of Germany. Parking €10. Compensated in full with the meal. Schnitzel buffet and salad buffet on Thursday for just under €17. Top selection and always fresh. Friendly and cheerful staff. Toilets, showers, parking lot, etc. all clean and well maintained. This is how it should be at all truck stops in Germany so that the truck driver can start the next day in a good mood and with joy. I can only recommend this truck stop!! We were looking for a breakfast stop on the return journey and became aware of the Hoyer Autohof thanks to the good reviews. And we are just as enthusiastic about the facilities, the service, the cleanliness and the price-performance ratio 😀👍. The breakfast buffet (Saturday & Sunday only) for €13.90 was very loving, extensive and freshly prepared. It's a very demanding task for the service alone, but she did a great job, refilled the coffee and always stayed in a good mood. Not a given either. The sanitary facilities were also in top condition and very clean. The toilets are not charged additionally for the service. I don't know when I last experienced that. So thank you very much for a little extension of our vacation and maybe see you next time 😎👋!

At 18.00 on Thursday there were still a couple of places available. There's a queue for the shower. Nothing is refunded for food. The toilet is normal and free.

We always stop here when we are on the route. Toilet is free and everything is always clean. Filter coffee is always a must, as are other things to eat and snack on. The restaurant is also good. The perfect place for a break when traveling on the highway. The staff is always very nice too.

So apparently the place I got notified about, isn't the whole area with the chargers, but the restaurant. Since I'm visiting this area each two months, I'm happy to eat inside the restaurant. We ate once outside, no idea it was this one; schnitzel is super!! And the service is great! --- Old review about THE AREA: Very busy place, not really organised as traffic drives all around, randomly. Charging your car is more or less "right of the strongest" when it comes to a supercharger, make sure you are. The McDonald's there is ridiculous busy as well, waiting for even just a hamburger can take up to 20 minutes, if not longer, at some point.

We mainly use truck stops on longer journeys and have always been generally satisfied. But this truck stop is absolutely outstanding. It should be noted that this was the first visit to a Hoyer truck stop. The conditions in the restaurant (otherwise only self-service restaurants) seemed very stressed (very busy) but were extremely friendly. Very good food for a very good price. Extremely dog ​​friendly. Overall, outstandingly good.

I was there today with my family, we were able to place the order quickly. We had to wait for the food (no problem, it was almost full). But when I wanted to pay it was a moment. After about half an hour (other guests were served and She always came past the table, no reaction). My wife already went out, I was already at the checkout, it took another 20 minutes until I could finally pay. So the conclusion is that the food is great but the service leaves a lot to be desired

Cost 10 EURO for an 11-hour break. No bonuses. Autohof is very clean but noisy, there is an industrial zone and a street with traffic lights nearby. Payment in the morning with an entry ticket, before departure = queue. Free toilet, clean, shower also clean. The night passed peacefully.

I give it four stars because the place is ok, the toilets are clean. However, in the morning when I went to pay, the employee took the printout from me and tried to scan it - he couldn't. So he entered it manually and I paid. Anticipating a problem with the printout, I asked if the barrier would open, he said yes. I went to the truck and tried to leave, of course the barrier did not open. I blocked the entire departure at 5:20 a.m. and went to the checkout. I tell the older woman that it doesn't work, and she said whether I had paid, but with a nervous grimace on her face - I informed her that I had, so she nervously approached the cash register and printed out a new exit ticket for me. Fortunately, this one was already working. I would give 5 stars because the previous evening when I arrived - the lady at the cash register - GREAT! We joked and laughed. I came on 21/08/2024 suffering the traffic jams of Hamburg and was pleasantly surprised by the service offered by Hoyer autohof. Compliments on the showers, great hygiene! The food in the restaurant is delicious and priced at the same level as other restaurants. The gyros were great :) I have a recommendation from the point of view of an ordinary international truck driver: make the price of the parking 20€, including a 10€ food voucher. Unfortunately I can only give 3 points. The truck stop is otherwise top in terms of cleanliness and offers in the gas station area. The parking lot is huge and there is enough space. 2 points deducted for the parking concept. There are no separate parking spaces for refrigerated vehicles. These are spread across the entire parking lot and, with their cooling units, create a background noise like an airport. You don't close your eyes all night long. Parking spaces for refrigerated vehicles with electric connections should urgently be set up. Furthermore, the operation of cooling units at night must be completely prohibited. All other users will thank you. Furthermore, DVB-T reception is not possible.

I travel around Germany a lot, I thought such a parking lot did not exist. Large parking lot, staff 5+, cleanliness 5+!!! Shower 3 €, perfect cleanliness, toilet free, but the hand itself reaches out to tip for impeccable work! I'm absolutely delighted!!!

With the best truck stop I know. Until 2 years ago, I was there with the truck at least once a week, including overnight. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Clean showers and toilets and the food is great too. Last month I was passing through there to refuel and eat and in 3 weeks when I go on vacation I will take my break there again. Can highly recommend the Autohof to everyone!

We always stop there when we're on the A1, it's just cozy there. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the food is great and really freshly prepared. The sanitary facilities are always clean, everything is just right. We give 5 stars and would also give 10. See you next time

At 5 p.m. on Saturday, I still found a place. €10 per day payable before departure. Large, clean parking lot. Toilets are free and cleaned every now and then. The service was very nice and spoke English, which is unusual at stations in Germany. A star is deducted for the shower. Unfortunately, it came with mold. No. 2. There was mold in the shower, on the ceiling and on the joints. Plus, it's a pity that there is no polka in the middle of the shower, so you have to get out of it and there is water everywhere. Next time I will ask for a change of shower :)

Easily accessible, cheaper alternative to the petrol stations on the highway. The amount of parking spaces is a bit tight. There are few options for parking here with a trailer or caravan. Restaurant in the same building and there is also a MacDonald nearby.

Good gas station without Sanifair near the A1, but the washing is a total failure You can fill up there easily and for a gas station not far from Autobahn 1 south and just before Hamburg, it's also quite cheap. The lady at the counter when paying was nice and the toilet facilities are clean and without any barriers or annoying Sanifair payment obstacles. However, washing there on July 29th proved to be a disillusionment. The cheapest program there costs €8.50, which is €2 more than at Hoyer near Dodenhof Posthausen, where high-pressure cleaning is carried out by hand before washing in a modernized car wash. Unfortunately, there is only a somewhat old-fashioned washing box with brushes that run for a very short time and the result is hardly clean and sometimes still wet than before. The system probably couldn't get to many places on the car and large parts looked almost the same as before, just a little wetter. From my point of view, washing there is a waste of money, but otherwise I liked the rest.
