Restaurant Rôtisserie in Bonn

I've been going to this snack bar for years and I'm always very satisfied! They regularly offer a variety of dishes and side dishes, such as different types of grilled vegetables and soups. The meat is fresh and delicious, and the owner is very friendly and accommodating.

The snack is really disgusting. It looks unclean, smells and I had stomach problems after eating fries and currywurst!

Today we placed a larger order. The food was ok, it filled you up, but it wasn't really tasty either. It's a waste of money if you've already ordered. It's better to cook it yourself and do the work and then it tastes good. Fries from the children's box were soggy and cold. The correct number of pizzas arrived, but not the correct variety that was ordered. Delivery time ok.

Service was very slow, but I don't mind that; it was busy and everyone gets overwhelmed sometimes. What isn't okay, however, is that I ordered the only vegan pizza on the menu, and it was topped with cow's milk cheese. The result: stomach cramps. That shouldn't happen, especially not in chain restaurants, where the kitchen has strict instructions on how everything should be prepared anyway.

Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our food. We came to eat together, but my mother's meal arrived so much earlier that she had already finished eating by the time I got mine. So we both had to eat separately – that's unacceptable. When we asked the waiter about it, they replied, "It's not my fault." We weren't offered any compensation.
