I haven't had such great attentive service in a long time.

Wir hatten Pizzen zum abholen bestellt. Als wir die Kartons zuhause geöffnet haben, kamen völlig verbrannte "Pizzen" zum Vorschein. Der Teig war so trocken, dass er einem in der Hand zerbröselt ist. Im Restaurant hätten wir diese Pizzen garantiert zurückgehen lassen. Bei diesem Preis sehr enttäuschend und traurig wie man so ein Produkt rausgeben kann. Leider unser letzter Besuch gewesen.

We are always satisfied. To Mike: Be glad that someone cleans lamps and other things. When should the employees finish work? Just making fun of yourself for waiting 15 minutes (as if you were the only guest) is really embarrassing. Especially since the pictures show good food! Because of guests like you, the restaurant is made worse than it is!

Yesterday, on the Feiertag, I visited L'Osteria with my friends in the night. And the pasta's was very nice and tasty. I've tried a lot of pasta in Germany ,but L'Osteria's was definitely the best!

We received a very warm welcome and the food was served in a very friendly manner. Thanks to the entire team - highly recommended.

The atmosphere is very chic and inviting. We had two pizzas and they were very huge and tasted normal. There are a lot of side dishes on the pizza, nothing is saved here. The waitress Diala is very nice and looked after us well throughout the evening :).

Actually unusual, especially since we were at your place so late on a weekend. The opening hours actually allow this. What's wrong with you? You've really slacked off. No matter, your competition has thanked you! We have seen that this has happened several times before, where the shop closes earlier than normal, which is a shame if you want to lose guests in this way!

I have often eaten at other Losteria restaurants and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, our experience here was catastrophic. First of all, it took forever before we could order, even though several waiters were just standing around. We ordered a bottle of still water and got sparkling water (that can happen), and initially only the bruschetta came with the starters. This was quite mushy and looked as if most of the tomatoes had come from a can. After the bruschetta had long since been eaten, the carpaccio arrived at some point. Or what is called that here. Both the meat and the cheese tasted like nothing. Then the big wait started again. After over an hour our food finally arrived. Both the risotto and the pasta were cold. We returned both main courses and left. At least the cost of the main courses was waived, but we still had to pay the rest. We definitely won't come back here.

Ugh. Today's visit probably falls under “that was nothing”. Instead of still water there was sparkling water. The starters (there were two of us) arrived about 20 minutes later. After my wife finished, I received my completely tasteless carpaccio. Unfortunately, this was the first time I had to complain to service. Then there was no main course for an eternity. When it came, it was cold... probably forgotten in the kitchen? We let the food go back. The waiter offered to warm this up? No thanks. When we settled we only had to pay for the starter and drinks. It wasn't good service or good food. As we were leaving we were asked to come back for a second chance…. I don't know. Today everything that could go wrong went wrong.

A successful evening! We were served quickly, the service was very accommodating and polite - top staff! The food (bruschetta, pizza, salad & dessert) was good as usual. Mille Grazie!

The staff seems to be totally overwhelmed. But sometimes it's just listless. After 20 minutes of waiting we got up and left. It has to be said that a longer waiting time is simply not justified given the prices and the mediocre pizza. You should now pay 18.50 euros for a pizza. Just for comparison - one of the best pizzas in Naples costs between 6 and 13 euros. I don't even want to know how many of the reviews here are fake.

What should be highlighted is the great location on the Rhine. It is currently the most attractive scene in Bonn. This is where the L,,'Ostria belongs. It has a strong following. The quality of the food does not suffer.

Nice atmosphere (but overall very loud) and delicious food (unfortunately the herb butter was still frozen). The pizza is rightly famous. We always like to come back!

Still one of the best pizzerias in the Bonn area. The staff is always friendly and patient and takes the time to have a little chat, so you never feel like you're being fed up. The waiting times require some patience, but this is primarily due to the weather. Together with the Rohmühle and the Kameha (Protzo) Hotel, the location and the view over the Rhine arch are so picturesque that many people are drawn there when the summer weather is nice. And in addition to a crowded terrace, in front of which there is a queue waiting to be admitted, there is also a pick-up service (a collection point for empty pizza boxes has been installed especially for this purpose), in front of which just as many people are waiting. This means that in the kitchen the hands fly, which are then kept in check by the physical boundaries. For more impatient characters, it is therefore advisable to appear there before 1600. There is still a choice of seats. Yesterday the two of us showed up there at the last minute (2205), after all the restaurants in Niederdollendorf had already closed completely at 2130, contrary to their internet information. In the l'Osteria, which already states 2300 as the closing time, they explained to me that you could also come at 2230. Although there is only pizza left, you still have the opportunity to finish it after the closing time because they are still cleaning up. And if it's too late, you can take a doggy box with you. You will also be asked before you turn off the machines if you would like some coffee after your meal. Such a high level of customer friendliness is a rarity.

Hello L’Osteria team, I've now spent a night wondering whether I should really give you this 1-star rating, but I'm so annoyed that it should be written down so that this doesn't happen to other people, who would then best not even try it in the evening spontaneously have a drink at your place. My girls and I (there were six of us) wanted to spontaneously drink an Aperol last Saturday evening at 11:40 p.m. According to the opening times, that wouldn't have been a problem, but you were already closed. I have attached a picture with a screenshot of my cell phone lock screen with the time. We took a detour to check how long you were open and it said 0:00 a.m. If you can't rely on you, it's very annoying. We agree that we won't come over anymore for now! By the way, there were a few other people standing and walking around there who would definitely have brought you sales. But apparently that is no longer desired. Too bad!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lostaria in Rheinwerk Ramersdorf and it was a thoroughly positive experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food tasted excellent. A special highlight was our waiter Drejan, who impressed us with his perfect service. He was extremely attentive, always friendly and always had the right recommendations. Thanks to his helpful nature, our evening became an unforgettable experience. I can only warmly recommend Lostaria and am already looking forward to my next visit!

I was recently at the Lostaria restaurant in Rheinwerk Ramersdorf and would like to share my positive experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was delicious. I would particularly like to highlight our waiter Drejan, who served us perfectly. He was attentive, friendly and always had a smile on his face. His recommendations were spot-on and really enriched our evening. I can only recommend Lostaria and am already looking forward to the next visit!

Food is good but it was very crowded and therefore had a decent soundscape.

Food was great, service could be a little quicker and the atmosphere is also pleasant. Unfortunately, only 3 stars here because it is quite loud due to the design... whining on a high level.

I was disappointed with the visit. The first thing was that we ordered pasta with scampi, which I pointed out only had a cream sauce, please no tomato sauce. My friend wanted a tomato cream sauce with her dish, but the waiter said we couldn't cook it that way. Then my friend said she just wanted a cream sauce. What did my friend and I get. Just tomato sauce. We told the waiter who apologized. The noodles we waited 50 minutes for were completely dry and inedible. We thought okay, that can happen because of all the stress and we didn't want to be the kind of person who complains Next we ordered cappuccino and asked if we could get it in to-go cups. My girlfriend drinks the first sip and I see drops coming out of the cup onto her clothes. We let the waitress know and she kindly brought us a new cappuccino straight away. When I started drinking, the coffee spilled onto my clothes, which made me think it was a joke. We called the waitress again and then we got the answer. All of our cups have holes in them - that's normal. I'll bring another cup. Then it'll be better protected. I thought I wasn't hearing properly. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, the crowning moment came. For dessert I ordered CREMA DI FRAGOLA AL MASCARPONE. I waited another 40 minutes for this dessert. When I wanted to try the “cream” I couldn’t even use the spoon. I got a dish that had the consistency of water. It was really fluid. Not creamy nothing. It looked like a glass of milk. I call the waitress and say sorry, it's not cream, it's milk. The lady looks at me with a really conceited look and says: it's normal for us, it's always fluid. You get it like that everywhere. Then I said, but the cream is folded into cream then that shouldn't happen. Then she started talking to me on a first-name basis and tried to talk her way out of it. And why do you have to talk, so conceited and condescending? I was really so angry because I noticed that instead of just being honest, which I would prefer, you said hey, we're sorry, we'll try to do better next time, just is spoken out as if she had prepared it. This lady has zero stars for service, she was very unsympathetic I was really so angry because I was looking forward to an evening at L'Osteria and from start to finish I kept having to fetch a waiter even though I'm not the kind of person who overlooks mistakes. But when I realize that I'm being made fun of. Then I get angry. And when the waiter took the bill, 3 euros were missing to have a round amount. I give him the money rounded up and instead of saying her change whatever. I didn't say that's true either. Then the gentleman closes his wallet and says thank you, have a nice weekend. I didn't want to argue about three euros, I would have liked to have given it to him but I didn't have a hangover given the circumstances Conclusion That we were still charged for everything even though we went home with slutty clothes and I was charged for the entire dessert even though I didn't eat it. I didn't think it was cool. We had to take our clothes to the dry cleaners because we couldn't get the stains out It is “normal” that the to-go cups all have holes. I'm sorry L'Osteria but you feel so ripped off even though you would love to come to you. I am a generous guest and never leave a tip of less than 15 euros. But I can spend it somewhere else. It's a shame that you haven't come to meet her. Unfortunately, I wouldn't visit you again given the circumstances, although I thought the atmosphere was great. Thank you for everything

L'Osteria Bonn Rheinwerk offers a successful combination of delicious food, attractive ambience and attentive service. The Italian dishes are fresh and tasty, and the atmosphere invites you to linger. Definitely recommended!

A reservation was not necessary that Sunday evening, the table was ready quickly. It took 15 minutes to place the order, unfortunately the waitress had no explanation. The food is the usual L'Osteria standard. What was annoying was that at 9 p.m. a waiter was standing on the counter to clean the lamps and the kitchen staff was also cleaning.

Good as usual! Thanks for making it a “chain”, really great! We also had a time that was a little quieter. As always, very satisfied!

I had my meal 15 minutes before my friends, we all had pasta dishes I'm used to eating together and not in front of everyone else Then I went to the toilet and the towels were empty When I came back my food was gone (probably cold too) The boys had their pasta My food came back 5 minutes later (reheated) but was so hot that I had to wait until the others had finished eating (so I ate alone) It was meant nicely, but I've never experienced anything like that The fact that this restaurant is so classy was a disgrace, something I didn't expect and I'm more than disappointed with Losteria and the team The food itself tastes good but the service needs more training or replacement simply doesn't work for them Thanks for nothing

Once again a HUGE disappointment. This time we waited almost 2 hours for our food. TOTALLY OVERCHALLENGED. When asked, smile away stupidly. The neighboring table was even AWESOME. They have almost 40 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!! waited for the drinks. The lady at the table was so angry that she literally ripped the waitress's drinks off her tablet... L'Osteria used to be a real bank. OBERKASSEL NEVER AGAIN. And here is Mr. Media lawyer proof of the business relationship in the form of the entertainment receipt....

So it used to be better Food 2/10 Pizza definitely not enough ingredients Noodles cheap... So something needs to change...definitely. Message the boss....send someone incognito and you will see for yourself... One star for the staff because they were very nice👍

Pretty nice here, unfortunately I almost fell asleep while waiting. I waited here for about an hour and a half and ordered 2 shandy. Not recommended if you are very hungry. Starter arrived after almost an hour and a half. I'm still waiting. the food is okay

Nice place. Great location and beer garden. I definitely won't eat here again. My salad, which is beautifully described on the menu, was inedible. Old and already withered. Only half the avocado (natural) on the salad tasted good. We waited a very long time for our food. So I just ate the bread with the avocado and a few shrimps. The other food didn't really convince me either.

Large restaurant with delicious pizzas of a decent size. Sitting outside was no longer “pleasant” due to thunderstorms. However, it is difficult to get a meal and a drink there for less than €20.

Not recommended!! When we arrived, we waited at the front entrance to register. Unfortunately, no one came for a while (we waited a really long time) and we then wanted to go further to the front of the restaurant to see if anyone was there to take us to our reserved seats. We were immediately stopped by a gentleman and told us to wait because we would see that he was in conversation. We apologized, but we had no way of knowing that the gentleman in jeans and a run-of-the-mill T-shirt was part of the team. He is apparently the “boss” of the store. So afterwards he brought us to a table that wasn't ideal for us with an infant. A very kind waitress allowed us to sit in the front part where another table was already occupied. When the “user” saw this, he “called” his employee into the kitchen and got her ready in front of all the guests and colleagues (the kitchen is open and separated from the dining room with windows on the sides). When we found out, we left the store. He couldn't understand our reaction. However, we will not stay in any restaurant where guests and especially employees are treated like this. We have never experienced anything like this in any other L'Osteria! Very unfortunate. And we will not recommend it under any circumstances!!

Went here for dinner with a larger group. After we ordered, the first starters arrived, but I had to wait a long time for mine. Then came the main course. Everyone (around 20 people) got their food pretty much at the same time. Only my 5 year old son had to wait another 10 minutes for his children's pizza. An absolute no-go for me!!!!!!! Unfortunately I wasn't really impressed with the taste either. My starter: a large portion of bruschetta for just under €9 was very manageable. Pizza is still quite light on one side, but the other side is quite black. The noise in the restaurant doesn't invite you to linger and isn't exactly great while you're eating - it has nothing to do with relaxed eating!

On Sunday I was there alone at a time when the restaurant was still relatively empty. The tables in the middle on the terrace have been given away. The tables around the fence were all marked as reserved. I asked if I could sit by the fence as I found it uncomfortable being alone and right in the middle. My request was denied. Basically I like going to L'osteria but the arrogance of this employee was really too much for me. I then went to ABACCO’S across the street and left my money there. The employee doesn’t need me as a customer… but I don’t need L’osteria either. I hope this is noted. As I said… I generally like the food there. The employee who assigns the tables should be trained in how to deal with yesterday.

Super delicious food, great value for money, plus the wonderful view of the Rhine - a dream :) The waitress Diala was also very friendly, the order came really quickly and further orders could also be placed quickly because people asked several times whether everything is okay. Very happy again :)
