Sehr gutes Essen, familiärer Flair, einfach toll, super netter Service

Dieses griechische Restaurant ist seit über 20 Jahren mein absoluter Stamm-Grieche, an den geschmacklich und bezüglich Preis/Leistung bisher niemand herankommen konnte. Egal ob Pfännchengericht, Grillteller oder Spieß, bisher waren alle Gerichte immer absolut lecker und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Fleisch ist zumeist auf den Punkt und saftig, die Soßen sind sehr lecker. Auch die Vorspeisen schmecken hervorragend, hervorzuheben ist dabei der Mese-Kompositionsteller. Die Gerichte sind sehr üppig und werden wirklich schön angerichtet serviert. So habe ich hier schon unzählige Male sehr gut gegessen. Im Vergleich zu anderen griechischen Restaurants erhält man hier mehr fürs Geld - die Portionen sind deutlich größer, zudem erhält man umfangreichere Beilagen und stets ein kleines Salatbouquet mit Tzatziki. Das Restaurant ist sehr beliebt und immer gut gebucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind super herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam - fast familiär. Das Restaurant bietet einen schönen, mittlerweile modernen Gastraum, zudem eine eher unspektakuläre Terrasse im Garten. Absolute Empfehlung, um "unter Freunden" einen Abend zu verbringen und lecker griechisch zu essen.

Waren gestern wieder bei unserem Lieblings Griechen Rhodos in Schwalbach wir besuchen dieses Lokal schon über 25 Jahre und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden.Essen war wie immer hervorragend Preis Leistung Top z.B. Lahmkrone Preis 26,50€ top👍👍 superfreundliches Personal mach weiter so Pascal mit deinem Team. Bis zum 14.5.26 dann steht wieder eine kleine Feier an.👋👋. Hier noch ein kleiner Tipp immer rechtzeitig vorbestellen weil sehr oft ausgebucht.

Sehr Leckerer Mittagstich zu angemessenen Preisen. Heute wieder sehr gut gegessen.😋

Wir waren am Wochenende hier, mit Reservierung. Das Lokal liegt an der Hauptstraße, Parkplatz ist direkt nebenan. Ich hatte das Seezungen-Filet mit Reis und hab extra gesagt, dass ich keinen Tzatziki möchte, trotzdem war er dann drauf. Die Portionen, auch die der anderen war echt klein. Das Seezungen-Filet war wie normaler panierter Fisch, qualitativ eher so lala. Mehr Panade als Fisch.. Das Gemüse war einfach ein TK-Kaisergemüse Mix und davon auch nur eine mini Menge. Insgesamt war das Essen wirklich nichts Besonderes. Die Bedienung war zwar nett, aber wir mussten lange aufs Essen warten. Auf die Rechnung noch länger ,mussten 2–3 Mal nachfragen, bis überhaupt was kam. Alles in allem eher enttäuschend, ich würde nicht nochmal hingehen.

Eines der besten griechischen Restaurants die ich bisher besucht habe. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Qualität, der Service und das Ambiente. Obwohl das Restaurant sehr stark besucht war mussten wir nicht lange auf unser Essen warten. Hier komme ich doch gerne immer wieder hin. Weiter so. Die 5 Sterne habt ihr euch verdient.

Gutes Essen,schöne Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal. Aber Achtung,Debit Karten werden als Zahlungsmittel nicht angenommen,also alternativen bereithalten.

Immer reservieren. Der beste Grieche im Umfeld. Aber auch der Mittagstisch sehr gut besucht.

Wir kommen hier schon seit mehreren Jahren regelmäßig 3 bis 4 Mal im Jahr hin. Es war immer rundum sehr gut. Selbst bei vollem Haus ist der Service spitze und das Essen einfach immer lecker.

Wir hatten leider Pech. Unser Essen kam erst nach 1 Stunde. Unsere Getränke waren schon leer. Dumm war, dass die Pommes versalzen waren und Getränke gab es keine mehr. Fazit : geschenkt oder mit anderen Worten : ENTTÄUSCHEND

Wir waren schon öfters da. Bis heute immer alles top. Wir waren heute mit 6 Personen um 12 Uhr da und bekamen erst um 13:30 Uhr unser Essen und obwohl jeder Tisch einen Ouzo aufs Haus bekam gab es heute für uns keinen. Schade 😔 war wohl das letzte Mal.

Ich habe noch nie so viele Fertigprodukte in einem Restaurant gegessen. Der griechische Salat bestand aus Eisbergsalat, einem Stück Tomate, einer Olive und einer Peperoni und Zwiebeln, die Salatsoße war aus der Flasche. Das "griechische" Gemüse war TK Gemüse, bestehend aus Blumenkohl, Brokkoli und Unmengen an Möhren. Das Reis Häufchen war so groß wie ein 2 Euro Stück. Der Fisch war absolut nichts besonderes, wie das Gemüse hat er nur nach Pfeffer geschmeckt. Für den Preis war es auch definitiv zu wenig. Griechisch war an diesem Gericht einfach nichts. Wir waren so schockiert, dass wir vergessen haben ein Foto zu machen.

Alles war köstlich und verdient ein großes Lob. Die Mitarbeiter waren mit einem Lächeln, das von Herzen kam, sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir kommen gerade aus dem Rhodos und was soll ich sagen? Das war wieder einmal sensationell. Hier stimmt einfach alles und wenn man 8 Sterne geben könnte würde ich sie auf jeden Fall geben. Einfach fantastisch und Pascal , Du bist einfach der Beste !!!

Saturday evening, 6:30 PM. There were five of us. We had a very long wait before we could order drinks. Waiting for food... over an hour. The food ranged from just okay to absolutely terrible... and drinks during the hour-long wait? I had to keep calling the waiter. Yesterday was awful, which is a real shame because we've always enjoyed the food before. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday? We usually go on Thursday... but for now, neither!

Delicious Greek food. You absolutely have to make a reservation, otherwise you won't get a table. That speaks volumes for the restaurant.

Prawns are sold as scampi, and the portions are borderline too small. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is poor. On top of that, the service is often very slow. A shame. That was my first and last time there.

For me, it's the best Greek restaurant in the area. The prices are reasonable, too. I can recommend any of the Carrot Hercules Plate, and if you're not into lamb, I'd suggest the Farmer's Skewer. Unfortunately, I now have to revise my review. I think you used to serve fresh schnitzel. Last time, it was definitely a pre-made schnitzel, and it didn't taste good at all. And it looked... well, I'm speechless. We complained, but we still didn't get a discount! It's a real shame.

The food was excellent. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. I've rarely eaten so well. The service was good, even excellent at times.

The gyro was too burnt and therefore unfortunately very dry. Service was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was okay but much too loud.

Incredibly good. My boyfriend and I have been ordering take-out here often for the last 1 1/2 years. No matter what you order, we can only recommend it. Cooking point, temperature perfect, taste perfect, quality of the individual ingredients perfect. From the tomato in the salad to the meat in the main course, you can taste the outstanding quality. Large selection and taste experience. You are always greeted in a very friendly manner and you get the feeling that your customers are valued. We have been thrilled since day 1. Very friendly staff, food always great. Prices fair. Additional requests or changes to dishes will be implemented without any ifs and buts. However, the portions have become significantly smaller in recent years. During our last visit we were even given a second Bifteki for free because the chef himself had noticed that the first one on the plate was very small ;-)

Were here today with a birthday group. There was a fine selection of Greek dishes to suit every taste. Although the restaurant was busy and there were many guests, the staff was very friendly and attentive. All in all a nice evening. We'll definitely come back for two, we really enjoyed it. Price performance is perfect here! Everything from starter to dessert was perfect! 5 stars are really deserved here, all available thumbs up ;)

Unfortunately, joy was outweighed by disappointment. Disturbingly loud background noise, the online menu was no longer up to date, which meant we were disappointed by a much smaller menu in the restaurant, food arrived wrong and was partly oversalted or generally not very outstanding, unfortunately two hairs were also found in it. Unfortunately, the quality that it once had is simply no longer there - a shame!

I went there for the first time on December 19th and I really enjoyed it! Food, atmosphere, staff, hygiene and the price-performance ratio were perfect! Starter, main course with salad, a large drink and a free ouzo didn't cost €30! I call that very inexpensive!

Attentive, fast, always good food, with a focus on Greek but also a lot of German, as it should be, and always have space if you're a guest or a regular, there's no discussion about making a reservation or anything like that, it's just always great, just like you knew inns from way back and what's going on Almost no longer available in Rhodes today, it is still there

Everything is perfect, food, service and above all the personal approach to always being welcome is great. A big thank you to Pascal for simply giving me the picture in his guest room that I had been longing for for five years. It touched me very much 😍 thank you very much for that!!!

2024 and you won't find a vegan option. So you get fries and salad. You don't have to go out to eat for that.

Restaurant Rhodes is the Greek institution in Schwalbach. Located on the outskirts of town, there are plenty of free parking spaces in front of and next to the restaurant. A reservation is not necessary but makes sense as the restaurant is very fragmented on some days. The service is no better or worse than other restaurants, it is the food and the atmosphere where Rhodes stands out. The food tastes fantastic, the prices are normal. You can enjoy your meal outside or in the beautifully designed interior. I can only recommend Restaurant Rhodes to anyone who appreciates good Greek food.

Simply good as always, for over twenty years. The very best thing is the hospitality, the good food. The ambience is exactly what you would expect from a Greek restaurant.

My wife already knew the restaurant, it was my first time there and we ordered: 1x grilled pepperoni (me), 1x garlic bread & chicken soup (her) and as a main course 2x the Alexander plate. In short: I can recommend Rhodes to everyone, the food was consistently delicious and the portions were filling. Although almost all the seats were occupied and I never saw more than 3 people in the guest area (1x buffet 2x tables), there were no long waiting times, which suggests good organization. Of course, the last surge in inflation didn't go unnoticed by any of us, but I also found the prices to be very reasonable. I will definitely eat there more often in the future. According to my wife, a reservation is recommended.

My husband and I ate there last night and all I can say is that the service is the best we have ever experienced, as is the food! We are both extremely enthusiastic about this restaurant and can only recommend that everyone give it a try. I had the lamb fillet, which not everyone can do, and they did an excellent job! Simply delicious!! Fantastic for the price-performance ratio! We would love to come back!💗

Very disappointed !!! We ordered something to eat at 8:30 p.m. Absolutely NO GO! The fries were cold and tasted like they were from yesterday. The meat was completely dry, the gyros was completely salty. The salad was like it was thrown in the box... and there wasn't even a handful of rice in it 😂 And it seemed like we got the leftovers that were left in the kitchen just before the end of the day. Not recommendable !!

The only drawback: The atmosphere (chairs and tables in 80's style, tablecloths made of paper-plastic material) is more like a train station bar. Nevertheless, the price/performance ratio is still right here and it is worth another visit.

Food as expected. Service courteous, polite and friendly. The restaurant is very popular in the area and is therefore well attended. Unfortunately, this leads to a sometimes borderline background noise.

The Rhodes, an absolute institution in Schwalbach. The food and the atmosphere are exceptional, as is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Anyone who enjoys the authentic taste of Greek cuisine will not be able to avoid this restaurant in the Saar-Palatinate region.

We were very pleasantly surprised on our first visit to this Greek restaurant. The restaurant was just renovated last year. And I have to say, everything was great. The food tasted very good. In terms of appearance, it's also top notch. Despite being busy (all the seats were occupied), the food was served quickly. The price-performance ratio was also brilliant. The waiters were all very friendly. All in all we have nothing to complain about. We'd love to come back. We didn't take any photos. But we'll be happy to do it again.
