Restaurant Rheinblick in Unkel

We stayed at the campsite in Rheinbreitbach with our motorhome about four weeks ago (beginning of June 2025) and have visited Unkel and the restaurants there several times. This time we deliberately chose the "Rheinblick" restaurant – and we were not disappointed. The garden restaurant behind the house is beautiful, with a fantastic view of the Rhine and the Rhine Valley. The food was very good, and we were served quickly and courteously – even if the staff didn't necessarily seem to have completed an apprenticeship in the restaurant industry. Whatever – they were friendly, polite, and accommodating. We really enjoyed it there and would go back anytime – and would also like to explore the interior of the house in the fall. It looked very dignified and stylishly furnished, without appearing overly sophisticated.

Great service, competent and uncomplicated, even with special food requests (vegan, gluten-free) around, beautiful ambience in the rose garden with a view of the Rhine.

A tastefully selected menu which projects style and pleasure. The window seating, river views, good food and drink would satisfy the expectations of any connoisseur.

Wir waren zu einem Krimidinner dort. Das Ambiente im Saal mit dem Blick auf den Rhein ist sehr schön. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service schnell und aufmerksam.

Ein traditionelles Restaurant direkt am Rheinufer mit sehr freundlichem und professionellem Personal. Die angebotenen Speisen waren alle sehr gut. Von der Vorspeise bis zum vegetarischen oder auch klassischen Hauptgericht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Zeer chique restaurant, uit de 16e eeuw. Klassieke inrichting. Bediening is zoals het hóórt. Eten is heerlijk.

Fantastic views to enjoy whilst enjoying the good food and the outstandingly good, professional and friendly service. I eat here regularly due to workshops and it always is a pleasure.
